Question about the Pawn AU, are the flowers meant to represent the Reader being metaphorically blind to what’s going on around them?

That would make sense as to why the flowers fall when they find out the truth.

Adding onto that, is the other eye still covered because they are still blinded by their “uncle’s” lies?

Last thing, is the flowers covering the Reader’s eyes a “Flower Fell” reference?

To answer your questions- Yes!!! The flowers DO metaphorically represent Florist Reader being blind to the ugliness that is the underbelly of their own life: from Sun and Moon first befriending them because it was their job to, to Eclipse being both a crimeboss AND (at first) attempting to manipulate the situation for his own gain, to their dear Uncle’s whole entire,, everything, right down to the truth of what happened to their family and why their “Uncle” raised them.

When the boys’ secrets are spilled and they all have to come clean, half of the flowers wilt and fall off because they’re now seeing one half of the truth- the other flowers remain until they accept the reality of who and what their Uncle is, only falling out entirely when they confront the suppressed memories of what happened the night their family died.

(During the reveal of the boys’ secrets, all three of them tried to tell Reader about their Uncle and who he is and what he does and why they felt that they had to do what they’d done, but, seriously, WHO on EARTH would ever want to accept “hey, the man who raised you and got you gifts and loved you and who was the one and only constant in your life, who you love and look up to and feel like you owe everything to, is ACTUALLY one of the criminal industries biggest, most feared bosses in living memory” from three people who JUST ADMITTED TO LYING TO YOU FOR LIKE AT LEAST A YEAR???? Not this wet napkin of a florist apparently. It takes at least a few days for them to actually sit on the information and digest it for them to start digging for information and asking questions)

As for your last question I never actually got into flowerfell and. In all honesty forgot it existed until someone in the Space Ace discord asked the same question skdhdjdhhsdb,, so no but ur not the only one to think that, I just thought it would be a bit of neat visual symbolism hhhfbfgdhd

what’s their love languages?

Tigger’s is definitely physical touch & words of affirmation while Rabbit’s particularly fond of acts of service (he probably also likes physical affection, but doesn’t rly know how to initiate it/accept it). Both of em rly value quality time in my eyes

what’s their favorite sleeping/cuddling positions?

Tigger definitely likes to fall asleep while clinging onto Rabbit, holding him close while Rabbit leans into the embrace. Though, Tigger tends to move around a lot in his sleep, constantly tossing and turning no matter what manner he falls asleep in, and more often than not, he ends up just kinda sprawled over the bed on his back. Despite this, Rabbit still manages to keep close contact with him, usually burying his face in Tigger’s chest. Multiple instances of Tigger waking up to just a full-limbed embrace from a still-asleep bunny have taken place, and he’s always touched by the sight.

With cuddling, it’s a similar story where Tigger is almost always the one initiating with Rabbit leaning into it before eventually reciprocating. Tigger doesn’t really mind whichever way they cuddle so long as they’re cuddling, though Rabbit generally likes being held against his chest, running his fingers thru Tigger’s plush whilst listening to the latter purring up a storm.

who does what chores?

Rabbit’s very particular and likes to handle most of the chores on his own, though Tigger’s very eager to offer help whenever he can (he also just likes the excuse to hang around Rabbit more.) Some of chores they handle together include washing the dishes, dusting, taking out trash, and tending Rabbit’s garden. In terms of the last one, Rabbit’s initially very, very hesitant about accepting Tigger’s help in caring for his pride and joy, but the latter proves to be a better listener than expected and cares enough to where Rabbit eventually accepts it and ends up really appreciating his company in the end.

do they go out often or prefer to stay indoors?

Definitely go out often. Both of em enjoy being outside and don’t like being cooped up inside all day

who is the more romantic one?

Tigger’s the more openly affectionate of the two, being the one to use terms of endearment the most and initiating more of the physical acts of affection. Though, Rabbit probably plans out the majority of dates and other outings.

what clothes/accessories do they steal from each other?

Rabbit absolutely cannot sport a hat without Tigger snatching it off his head at least once—either taking and wearing it himself, or trying to engage the former in a game of keep-away

which of their friends/family pokes fun at them for them getting flustered/affectionate?

Owl pokes fun at Rabbit incessantly whenever he catches him getting flustered over Tigger, both before and after the pair start dating. Perhaps around the time that Rabbit begins to harbor feelings for Tigger, Owl notices how often he brings up Tigger and jokingly points it out to Rabbit, only for the latter to get all defensive over it. In the visits to Owl following the occurrence, Rabbit’s subjected to even more teasing whenever Tigger becomes a point of discussion.

Rabbit: (talking abt smth unrelated)

Owl: Lovely! Say, how’s he been?

Rabbit: Oh, Tigger’s been a thorn in my side as usual, y’know-

how do they apologize after an argument?

Rabbit isn’t the best at letting go of grudges and even worse at approaching verbal apologies. Tigger’s generally very forgiving (at times, to a fault), but depending on the severity of the argument, he might worry over Rabbit still being cross with him. And so, after what becomes a mess of avoiding apologies and each other, they both kinda just crumble at some point and—usually with insistence from one or more of their friends—approach the other all awkwardly and deliver earnest apologies, earning the relieved forgiveness of the other in return.

after knowing you for a while, seungcheol has come to know your love for kuromi, which is to the point where your room is full of related items, the little mischevious looking rabbit with a devil tail. and because of this, you had assigned a sanrio character to him as well, a golden retriever called pompompurin.

to add, seungcheol loved matching with you, whether that be as simple as shoes or even a whole outfit. so, as the lovely person he is, he's come home with a bag stuffed with things.

"baby, c'mere!"

you peek your head out from the door frame, seeing seungcheol kicking his shoes off and shrugging off his leather jacket. there's a sleek black bag in this hand.

"what you got there?" you gesture while walking towards him for a kiss which he accepts. he smiles at your question before leading you to the couch.

seungcheol sets the bag down on the table, "why don't you take a look, hm?"

so you do and you gasp upon seeing the devil hat and brown beret.

Okay so some happy ones first before I tear hearts with sad ones:

Happy ones :)

After he found out he had his own flavor at the Dairy Dragon it’s all he orders and he brags it to Kai all the time (He probably likes mint chocolate mint and hates mangos but it’s all just jokes)

He probably did the thing Kai did with Lloyds green ninja fit(aka posing in front of the mirror doing backflips n stuff like that) Cole caught him and morro threatened to turn him into a ghost again if he told anybody

He’s fine with messing with everyone at the monastery, sometimes Pixal. (if he feels brave) But Nya? He won’t even think of it. It’s like getting your ass kicked by your oldest sibling for taking something from their room.

His room is a mess, but an organized mess. Want scissors? Yeah, I got some in some drawer that’s full of scrolls and random rocks he finds cool

Regular/Casual clothing is leaned to a punk aesthetic.

He loves Zane’s cooking but doesn’t admit it. Anyone else cooks? He’s gonna go to Chen’s Noodle House and order food, he doesn’t want food poisoning.

He gets along with Cole very well, and both talk about their experiences with being undead.

He has a green ninja hoodie like the ones they sell at clothing stores and wears it from time to time (Lloyd gave it to him)

He likes bitter foods

His favorite colors are dark and soft and if he actually redeemed himself/became living he wouldve had either a dark lavender suit or teal-ish

Sad ones now mwahaha

His voice is raspy and damaged due to the smoke in the caves. He sometimes has nightmares about it and wakes up coughing relentlessly or feeling like hes choking

He has a Cleithrophobia (fear of being trapped) and usually sleeps in his room with the door open

He ofter overtrains himself and ends up straining his body since he still thinks he needs to prove himself to Wu

When he's upset, he goes down rabbit holes and lashes out on people. He was never taught how to deal with those feelings as a child, and they're worse as an adult. Zane often tries to teach him healthier methods of dealing with it.

He never got to indulge in silly kid things due to his training and him being obsessed with becoming the green ninja. Lloyd probably showed him a Fritz Donnengan comic, and he probably started secretly collecting the mini figures/comics

"Can we go shopping ?", you asked and Sam gave you the best poker face he could muster before stating in a matter-of-factly tone.

"Did you look at the state of my bank account ? I'm broke. More than broke. I think I'm gonna stick to my old sweaters and cargo pants if you don't mind ?"

You huffed loudly in annoyance before walking away, clearly upset and Sam arched an eyebrow at you as you came back with your own credit card in hand.

"I'm buying."

You stated with a little mischievous smirk—leaving no room for discussion—and he knew he should have refused here and there but..There was always something about you that made him break. He just couldn’t refuse you anything when you looked at him like that, little puppy dog eyes. He finally nodded in agreement before you took his hands and pulled him up.

And, he was right.

The first shop you both ended up in was full of pearls, glitter and a lot of pink—A LOT.

He looked around and felt out of place, surrounded by so many bright colours and different materials that he knew he was never going to remember the name..And, here he was. A soldier in a dollhouse.

But, amongst all that, he saw your face and you looked so happy that he couldn’t help but crack a smile as well. Your face lit up as you started scampering from dress to dress and ballet slippers to heart-shaped pins.

He may only be a soldier, but a little pink princess had decided to jogtrot into his life unexpectedly and for some reason ? He couldn’t find any will in him to complain anymore.

…until he saw the price tags.

"Oh Hell nah ! I’m not paying for that !"

You pouted and was about to remind him that you were going to pay for it, but decided against it as an idea sprung into your mind.

You leaned forward and batted your eyelashes at him with a small begging look.

Scott actually asked you for "girl advice" concerning Cassie, since you like everything pink and pretty. He brought you to a shop and you spent the day shopping, looking at everything until you both decided to buy her a rabbit plush.

However, once you were at Cassie's party, she didn't have the reaction you expected.

"He's so ugly.."

You frowned a little and thought she didn't like the gift, but Scott elbowed you and whispered.

"Watch what happens next.."

However, your little show was interrupted by a group of kids, led by Cassie, who surrounded you and had their mouths agape in awe at you. One of them even asked you if you were a fairy and you laughed as Cassie lead you to a little pink table in the middle of the room.

"Tea party ?", Cassie asked with a big smile and you couldn't possibly refuse. Scott he was out of the hook, but she then turned towards her dad who was hiding his smile behind his hand.

He glared at you, but couldn't do anything but indulge.

He was then given a small cup of imaginary tea and while you looked like you were actually enjoying it, Scott pretended it was too hot and grimaced.

They all laughed and you addressed him an amused smile while grabbing his hand underneath the table and squeezing it affectionately.

You loved this, and he knew that being with you would change his life forever. (His apartment would turn into a dollhouse)

And for some reason ? He wouldn’t have it any other way. You smiled at each other as Cassie looked at the both of you and grinned widely at her rabbit plush.

Loki/Thor :

"WOUHOU ! Faster !"

Loki and Thor both laughed as you stood ahead, your hair blown wildly by the wind and your eyes wide open in wonder at the majesty as the Asgardian kingdom.

"Your wish is my command."

Thor indulged and Loki smiled at his brother.

"I like this one.."

You opened your arms wide and howled widely as you felt the wind blow all around you and strands of your hair whip your face. It felt incredible and the brothers got the occasion to smell your intoxicating cherry perfume in the meantime. They then instinctively looked at each other in silent challenge and Loki smiled mischievously before looking at you and complimenting you.

"You look divine, dear..This style suits you."

You blushed and smiled widely at the compliment before thanking him. However, Thor suddenly stepped between the both of you and coughed to get your attention.

"I..I also think you look..Hum..You see..You look like a..a…A BIRD !"

You laughed awkwardly at the strange comparison and were about to thank him too when he suddenly took you into his arms as a gigantic bird flew just above your heads. You then understood that he was warning you about it and felt silly, but also rather comfortable and safe in his big strong arms..

"Ahem.."

You then both seemed to remember Loki and quickly stepped away from each other.

You took back your place at the head of the ship and then stood up on the edge. Both gods looked at each other, confused until you turned around and addressed them a huge smile, extending your arms wide before shouting.

"See you later, boys !"

You then let yourself fall backwards and it took a moment for the gods to get out of their stupor and run after you to catch you. However, they were surprised when you flew up, pushed by the wind making you fly by blowing air in your umbrella and propulsating you upwards through the air.

"Let's race !"

You shouted excitedly as the wind blew you forward, leading you ahead of the ship and Loki smirked before running back to the steering wheel and driving the boat faster as Thor fell backwards.

Challenge accepted.

Both brothers grew up in Asgard where fashion was really important and each god was assigned specific colors in relation with their social status and personal tastes.

You, being dressed in pink all the time or loving pearls is not surprising to them. Loki is always dressed in green and Thor loves gold.

Believe me, they would be last ones bothered or even surprised by it.

Stephen :

Stephen didn't really know what to think of you at first. You didn't look like any hero he knew and when you were added to the Avengers, he didn't know what to make of it.

He was happy that the team had a new member, but when the two of you were alone on a mission..Things could get out of control.

Stephen : "Wait Y/N ! We need to have a plan ! You can't just fly into danger !"

However, you ignored his advice and only went faster. You laughed as you could head Stephen running behind you and turned towards him with a cheeky grin.

"Where would be the fun in that ?"

He rolled his eyes before flying after you and grabbed your wrist. You rolled your eyes and were prepared to receive a whole speech about listening to him and staying alive, but was surprised when you felt the doctor shake and he pleaded.

"Please. Be careful.."

Your expression softened as you slowed down to check on Stephen. You knew he could see all the future possibilities and it lead him to worry a lot about you, but this was where you came in. He needed a wild card, someone unpredictable that made him see that nothing is written in stone.

However, you also knew it made him fear for your life and tried not to push him too far. You smiled and kissed his cheek, which made him snap his head up at you in surprise.

"When am I not careful ?"

You smiled and he smiled back at you. However, he didn't expect you to suddenly open your pink umbrella and flying away. You didn't think twice before jumping in the air and running towards danger. He sighed tiredly. He should have known..However, he didn't count on Wong creeping up on him from behind and laughing loudly next to him, almost giving him a heart attack.

"You're made for each other.."

He frowned at Wong's words and looked up at you before shaking his head at the absurd idea.

"I beg you pardon ? Absolutely not."

Wong laughed again before running after you while Stephen stayed behind a moment, pondering on Wong's words. Could he really like you ? Was that the reason he was so worried about you ? He finally sighed before flying after you, convinced you would be the end of him..

Stephen never really cared about how you dressed, but more how you acted without consulting him first.

It could become a problem on missions such as this one.

But, watching you laugh while fighting a/an alien/god/monster, he couldn't help but smile too.

You were maybe a big pink disaster, but he loved you nonetheless and it made his days somehow brighter.

Yondu :

"What's your name ?"

Yondu asked after he landed on Earth where was rumored to be the last (your species) and soon enough, found you sitting in the middle of a park, waiting.

"Mary Poppins.", you answered with no hesitation and smiled to yourself at your own joke.

You didn’t want to give them your real name and decided to give them this one instead, expecting them to believe it as they couldn’t possibly know who it was. You had a small smile on your face, twirling the handle of your pink umbrella and waiting for them to go back in their ship so you could keep pickpocketing around. However, you weren’t expecting the leader’s reaction as he smiled widely and looked you up and down before turning towards the rest of his crew. They all seemed to understand the reason of his amusement as they all started laughing or giving you a side smile.

"So..You're the famous Mary Poppins, huh ?", the leader finally turned back to you and you realised you may have made a mistake somewhere..but, it was too late to backtrack now.

"Yup.", you confirmed, less self-assured this time as he stared at you with a knowing grin.

His smile only widened, showing his silver tooth in the process before eyeing you up and down once more, slowly walking around you to observe you. You felt like a goldfish in an aquarium with a pack of sharks..

"You’re a lot less badass than Peter said you were.."

You arched an eyebrow at that..Who was Peter ? He suddenly leaned forward to touch your puffy sleeve, but you jumped out of his reach.

"Don't touch ! It's fragile, you brute."

He arched a quizzical eyebrow at you before turning back at the rest of his crew and laughing.

"Did you hear that, boys ? The Mary Poppins is fragile !"

They all laughed, but you suddenly pointed your pink umbrella at him and pressed a hidden button which made a sharp blade spring out from the tip.

"Are you sure about that ?"

A challenge. His crew members stepped forward to intervene, but he stopped them by raising his hand, his eyes still on you as he commanded them to stay put.

"Mary Poppins wants a dance ? Fine by me.."

He whistled and this sort of magical arrow got out of his pocket, it slowly turned its head towards you and you smirked..This was going to be fun. His arrow suddenly flew towards you, but you opened your umbrella and used it as a shield. Yondu was surprised when his arrow couldn’t pierce the fabric. You used his momentary surprise to run towards him and attack, but his arrow was faster and he used it to counter your blow as your umbrella hit the side of his head.

He jumped backwards, but still had a smirk of his face as he finally admitted.

"Okay. You're more badass than I thought. I was wrong. Wanna join my crew ?"

"…HUH ?!"

The rest of his men exclaimed in shock, but their shock was doubled when you smiled back at Yondu and nodded.

"Sure. Fine by me."

Yondu is an alien who raised a human and picked up all kinds of different aliens to join his crew. He is used to weird and wouldn't care about your appearance. However, he has the ability to recognize talent when he sees it. As long as you are talented and he finds you useful, you will always have a place in his crew.

Clint :

"Do you like all the attention you draw towards yourself ?"

Clint once asked you when you were both in the car, going home from some mission in Wakanda. A lot of people were staring at you there, as they had never seen someone like you before and you thought about it for a moment before shrugging.

He stayed silent for a couple of minutes before ignoring your question and revealing the true reason behind his question.

"It's not safe."

Ah. He was worried, you realized and looked away at the moving landscape, thinking about his question.

It was true that being easily recognizable had sometimes led you to have more problems than it was worth. You sometimes wished people could stare less and you could dress or act as you wished without people judging you..But, at the end, it did also make you recognizable in the eyes of the people that needed you, the people that mattered. That, was the most important. Besides, it had other perks.

You looked back at Clint who was still waiting for your answer and smiled.

"Well..It got your attention, didn't it ? I'm sure glad it did before that villain could cut me in half earlier.."

You thought he would at least smile at your attempt to reassure him, but his brows only furrowed further and he shook his head.

"You shouldn't take it so lightly..You could get hurt."

You took his hand in yours and smiled at him before squeezing it comfortingly.

"Don't worry about me, Clint. I can handle the attention. As long as you like it ? I'm good with it."

He opened his mouth to deny it, but only signed loudly in defeat before pulling you into his arms. He didn't want you to get hurt, it was the only reason your appearance bothered him. But, he wouldn't let your happiness suffer from his worry.

"I guess.."

He finally admitted and you smiled before hugging him back.

"I knew you liked it.."

He rolled his eyes at your words, but still held you closer.

"Don't push it, princess Peach."

You laughed at his poor and half-hearted attempt at insulting you before smiling.

"Wouldn't dream of it, Legolas."

He groaned in annoyance at the nickname, but didn't release you and you both stayed in each other's arms in perfect comfortable silence.

Clint may never admit it, but he really likes that you are different. He may find it difficult to accept because he worries it might be dangerous for you, but he always finds reassurance in the fact that you are so different and unique that even if you were to be separated, he would always be able to find you.

Steve :

Steve had decided to ask you out, but it turned out to be an uneasy task as he didn't know how to bring up the subject. He decided to start by complimenting you and, luckily for him, he didn't lack words for that.

"You look very nice. Pink looks great on you."

He knew pink was your favorite color and hoped it would grant him at least some kind of appreciation. However, he didn't expect your reaction. You laughed before raising a quizzical eyebrow at the captain.

"Why, thank you ! I’m glad my choice of clothes makes you happy today. Also, I like the shield, is it new ?"

You answered with a cheeky smile and Steve couldn’t help but roll his eyes as your obvious sarcasm.

"You're spending way too much time with Tony."

You giggled at his slight annoyance before using your pink umbrella as a shield against a bomb of acid that the henchman in front of you threw at you. Steve then jumped in front of you and used his shield to knock out the man before he could attack you again.

"Hum..Thanks ?"

You could have totally handled that, but didn't want to deprive Steve of his moment. You smiled before taking a step forward, but hissed in pain. You then looked down at your leg and realized that some droplets of the acid hit your leg. Steve lost his proud smile and immediately knelt in front of you to look at the wound worriedly.

"Steve..It's not necessary. I'm fine. Really."

However, he didn't seem to believe you and made you sit down so he may have a better look. Fortunately, it was an artificial wound and Steve only bandaged it before helping you up.

"Does it feel better now ?"

He was truly worried, you realized and it was then that everything seemed to click.

"Wait..Were you..hitting on me ?!"

He seemed taken aback by your sudden discovery and looked away, embarrassed.

"What ?! No !"

You leaned forward so your eyes met and this was when you noticed the slight blush on his face, barely hidden by his mask. You smiled victoriously as your theory was proven to be right.

"Ah ! You totally were !"

He didn't answer, but you then wiggled your eyebrows suggestively.

"You know..I'm free tonight ? We could go and see a romantic movie together and be lovey-dovey all night, what do you think ?"

You joked, but didn't expect Steve's answer as he flashed you one of his signature smiles and nodded.

"It's a date."

"Did I just..?"

"Yup.."

Tony's voice sounded in your ear piece and you blushed as you realized he had heard all of it. But, before you could talk and blame him for listening on your private conversation..Other voices joined in.

"I would recommend the red dress with white pearls, pink-laced and open in the back."

Vision.

"What are you talking about ?! It's Y/N we're talking about ! Let her go all out and put on that big princess-like dress she likes so much !"

Sam.

"Boys..Could we go back on the mission ? Besides, I'm sure Y/N's got it.."

Natasha.

You sighed before turning off your ear piece. You really needed to fix yours.

Tony :

It was at a press conference that your unusual appearance was first mentioned to Tony.

"M. STARK ! DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY ABOUT Y/N' SUPERHERO SUIT ?!"

You frowned and were about to tell the reporter that it was none of his business, but Tony beat you to it.

"They could be dressed like the Easter Bunny, and I still wouldn’t care. They’re a good hero and that’s all that matters. They helped us defeat Ultron and many other villains over the years and I will not make an issue out of the color of their clothes. Next question."

The conference room turned silent as all eyes were on Tony and even you were impressed and pleasantly surprised by how Tony had not hesitated before defending you. Soon, other reporters started asking questions, but were smart enough not to ask anything else about you.

Once this conference over, you both left the room and walked towards another conference where you were supposed to talk. On the way, you squeezed Tony's hand and he looked at you with an expectant raised eyebrow.

"Yes ?"

You bit your lower lip before finally asking with uncertainty, your eyes still focused ahead as you kept walking.

"Say..Did you mean it ? What you said in there..You really don't mind how I look ?"

He smiled knowingly and raised your hand to leave a kiss on your knuckles.

"Every word. As far as I'm concerned ? You're perfect."

You beamed at his compliment and he chuckled as you happily hopped next to him to the next conference room.

Tony is extravagant. He wouldn't ask any less of you. He likes that you're confident about who you are and are not afraid to put on a show.

It just proves that he was right to choose you.

Yelena/Natasha :

"She looks like a princess.."

Yelena said and Natasha laughed at her comment before taking a swing of her beer and shaking her head at her sister's comparison.

"No, but..hear me out ! She's always wearing pink, pearls and has a tiara. I saw it."

Natasha restrained herself from rolling her eyes at her sister's obvious obsession and shrugged before playing along.

"Huh-huh..If she's a princess, does that mean you're the dragon ?"

Yelena frowned as she wondered what she meant, until she saw a man approach you at the bar and her shoulders tensed, her eyes suddenly focused on the both of you as the man leaned a little bit closer to you.

"Careful, dragon. You're spitting fire.."

Natasha teased and Yelena tried to play it cool, waving her hand dismissively at her sister and looking away.

"Me and Y/N ? No. I'm just..worried ?"

But, Natasha wasn't fooled and arched a quizzical eyebrow at her sister with an amused smile.

"Worried ? That's new..Last time I checked, that expression on your face was called jealousy."

Yelena rolled her eyes at Natasha who leaned back and glanced back at you, her smile faltering for a second.

There was a time where Natasha thought about asking you out, but the idea faded as soon as she realized Yelena had feelings for you too. Natasha knew she had little time left and that being the only Avenger with no superpower required a lot of sacrifices..She wouldn't be the reason you would have to change your pretty pink dress to a black one.

Besides, Yelena was her little sister and she knew she loved you too, and it was enough for her.

Yelena had lost a lot and Natasha wouldn't let her affection for you be the reason for her sister to hate her anymore than she already did.

She glanced back at you and smiled sadly.

It didn't make it any less difficult though ?

Yelena stood up when the man dared touch your lower back, but you instinctively grabbed his hand and almost crushed all of his fingers in the process.

"Don't touch me."

You looked like a lovely defenseless lady, but Natasha and Yelena both knew you were much more than that.

Yelena smiled proudly and Natasha took one last sip of her drink before you all had to go back on the road.

They both don't have a problem with your appearance, they are not that normal either, they just hide it better since they are both spies. You just wear your difference on you instead of hiding it and this is one of the reasons why both sisters like you so much.

And, deep down ? They even admire you for it.

Hello, followers of my content! Wanted to make an acknowledgement post, as I've gotten multiple messages about this and I feel it's necessary. I should've acknowledged it the second I got even one message, but I was and have been being stupid about how I go about things, and also didnt understand what peoples specific issues were. I'm sorry this whole post took so long.

I wanna first apologize for my actions and behavior regarding this AU, and it's portrayal of SA. Within a previous (now deleted) ask post, I had decided to address the idea that Leo molests Usagi, but danced around the idea of explicitly confirming it. I did this because I was paranoid that if I confirmed it, that would make me liable for any mistakes I made, and therefore get me in 'trouble', is the way I'd put it.

This was me making a BAD FUCKING MOVE. I shouldn't have done this. It was childish and stupid. I apologize for trying to avoid blame by making it 'not fully confirmed'. Just because I 'left it up to interpretation' doesn't absolve me from any blame. I shouldn't have left it up for the people to decide at all. I'm liable for any mistake I make within my content, whether it's explicitly confirmed or not. It is my job to understand what I am talking about and how it could affect people, and I didn't do my due diligence. I am sorry.

Usagi, within the AU, isn't supposed to get a happy ending. While I've never decided the 'future' of the AU, that is something that stays concrete in my mind. And I completely understand where people are coming from with informing me that looks damn bad, having a victim stay with abuser for the rest of their natural life. I've made comments about how I enjoy 'torturing' Usagi within this same vein.

To be honest, I do enjoy tormenting him. He's a punching bag character to me, and one I can both project onto and punish. I shouldn't have brought SA into that, and I especially need to not make specific, more 'indulgently cruel' content public. I have not experienced it, it is not something I should've ever considered adding to his character or to the AU. I shouldn't have thrown SA in the mix to just add onto his 'sad boi' status, it was fucked up of me to do that. Leo can be a bad person without being a rapist, just as Usagi can have an upsetting situation without being a victim of SA.

In regards to the slutshaming of Usagi, mostly by Mikey. Again, fucked up and thick-skulled of me to do that. Any of that. The Canon reason Mikey slutshames Usagi is just because he's a rabbit, and because Leo is so much more intensely in love with Usagi then his other victims. It wasn't supposed to be because the two are actually regularly intimate, but because Mikey couldn't see any reason WHY Leo would like Usagi past that, and 'he's a rabbit anyway so what else could he bring to the table but the 'obvious'?'

Mikey slutshames Usagi mostly because I have deep-seated issues with my own sexuality and how I view it, both to myself and others. Usagi is uncomfortable with his sexuality, and i projected this into my content as i like putting him down as an indirect way of putting myself down. This is an instance where I SHOULD NOT HAVE MADE THAT CONTENT PUBLIC. AT ALL. NOT ONE FUCKING BIT. It should've stayed in its own private folder while I work on processing those feelings instead of making them public to the internet. Making them public does not help me or anyone else, and just makes it so I now also constantly check how much 'approval' my internalized issues have. A horrible move in every sense of the word, and i am so so sorry.

In regards to the Christmas post, involving the two, I've just decided to delete it. While the content wasn't intended sexually, it was Still stupid of me to present any sort of toxic/abusive relationship in a joking, 'haha look! He's all tied up!' Way. I should've been smarter then that, but I wasn't, and that is my bad. I'm going to learn from this and understand what content is actually ok to post, and what content I need to keep to myself/my therapist. My own issues have no place on tumblr or this AU. I'm sorry it took me so long to recognize that.

Another issue brought up is the usage of calling it Leosagi and using Leosagi tags on posts. I should've known better than to use ship tags on something that IS NOT a ship. I put wanting attention and likes above sticking to my own presentation of the two, and that was fucked up. It was a hypocritical, thoughtless move to be using ship tags within the same breath I was saying it wasn't a ship. It isn't a ship, I do not ship these two, and using those tags was fucking Brain dead. I will not use them again.

In this AU, I do not use Leosagi in the shipping context. I enjoy using names for duos, and you can see examples of this within Michi and Donnida. Both duo names, both non-ship. Where I fumbled was using shipping tags with it. I shouldn't have expected people to read my mind, that's an unfair expectation of anyone who consumes my content. I apologize for this. Leosagi is just used to label a central dynamic, and that is its extent. I truly do not ship these two in any way, shape, or form.

People have informed me that just because I say that I am not intending to romanticize/sexualize these two, doesn't mean I'm not doing it without realizing. I want to state that at NO POINT within this AU have I EVER wanted to show these two as anything other then a disgusting, toxic, abusive stalker/victim dynamic. Just because I draw them hugging, kissing, touching, etc is NOT meant to be romanticizing any of it. Usagi never looks happy around Leo. He does not return, enjoy, or want any of this affection. None of the artwork is intended as sexual or romantic, but be disturbing and disgusting, and show an abusive dynamic.

I am of the firm belief that nothing can be sexual without the intent of it BEING sexual. Bondage can be sexual just as much as it can be an art form, etc etc. It depends on the people involved and intent while making it. Even if you disagree with me on that, that is how i go about creating content. None of my content has EVER been made with sex or romance as a creative intent. I think it spreads a horrible message to say that I'm romanticizing these two simply because they touch, especially within the context of how touchy Leo is.

Leo is. His own whole situation. I am starting this by saying NO ACTIONS LEO HAS EVER DONE IN THIS AU ARE CONDONED BY ME. LEO IS A SHIT, TERRIBLE PERSON, I THINK HE IS DISGUSTING AND ANYONE WHO THINKS EVEN SLIGHTLY GOOD OF HIM IS FUCKING WRONG. HE IS AN EVIL, EVIL PERSON, WHO SHOULD NOT BE LOOKED UP TO, GLAMORIZED, OR WHATEVER OTHER WORDS YOU CAN THINK OF. Leo is a sick BASTARD. I do not think he is cool, sweet, redeemable, ANYTHING.

Leo is a fan favorite of the fandom. I expected that some people would be blinded by their bias because he is a fave and maybe be more forgiving towards his actions, and it was my bad. He isn't a good person and no one should see him as anything but a heartless villain. It was my job to make that clear, and I didn't. I'm sorry. Just because I create a lot of content with Leo does not mean I endorse him or his actions.

Going forward, I want to make it clear that SA will not be involved in this AU at all. No art I make will be depicting SA, no content will be depicting SA, none of it. At all. That will not be a part of this AU. I'm sorry I involved it in the first place.

I will also not be changing HOW I depict the two. I have tried my damned hardest to be clear about how these two should be viewed, and if that makes anyone uncomfortable they should not be consuming my content in any way. They are an abusive dynamic that isn't gonna get better. NOTE: SA will not be involved at all. I do not feel like I have to change how I draw for the point to be clear. Because I use pink, or I draw flowers, or any of that doesn't mean I think it's cute, that I condone it, that it's romantic, ANYTHING.

Contrast is a thing in art. Having to look at the artwork for more then 2 seconds to understand it is a thing in art. Please understand that. I don't want to invalidate months of work because not every artwork of them is just a Grayscale thing of usagi crying alone in a dark room. I know what the intent of my content is better then anyone else. I'm not lying or trying to be silly or goofy when i add notes that they are toxic and I am not romantizing them. I'm being dead serious, and it isn't my fault if someone decides that I'm not.

I'm genuine when I say I want feedback on how to improve how I present the topics in my AU. I'm human, I make mistakes, I misunderstand things. It doesn't hurt my feelings and I'm OK with it. I know my followers will have a bias towards my side, but I still want them to be honest with me if I do something wrong. A difficult thing about this situation is that I could go up to two different SA victims and get completely different opinions about how I handle it within my AU. It's hard to get right in that way. One victim loves it, thinks it's done well, etc. One doesn't. Both are valid and no one is more or less important. It can just also add some fog to what I need to change.

As of right now, I'm just gonna go through and delete a few posts that I feel contribute too much to this whole. Issue. This includes the Christmas post and the 1964 Screencap redraw. I'm also gonna take a few days break, so I can clear my head and work on what I need to change about the AU to make it better. I won't be responding to messages or asks during this time. legends favourite food is eggs on rice. a simple, easy to make meal! he only eats it A Singular Way as well oops - the way He cooks it. wild learns how to make it legends way [ its not all that hard of a feat to accomplish ] . he tries to change it up sometimes but legend absolutely notices every single time and refuses to eat it.

legend can cook but its mostly easy-to-make + overall cheap options that he can make in bulk / eat off of for awhile . goulash and curries. soups, breads, etc.

hes rly good w apples too tho, outside of those kinds of meals . his favourites are honeycrisp, and hes made or helped make wine , pies , jam , etc with the fruit in general :)

2. Album of the year? Interpreting this two different ways! My fav album that came out this year is jazz is for ordinary people by berlioz (technically an EP but IDC), and my fav album that I listened to this year is Dummy by Portishead :]

9. Best month for you this year? I think November! I got in touch more with myself, grew my self confidence, and started taking writing classes that really sparked my creativity. I worked on a variety of creative projects that were really self-indulgent and fulfilling, and also had a lot of fun socializing with friends and family. It felt very balanced!

18. A memorable meal this year? I perfected my steak cooking technique this year!! Now I know how to make really delicious and simple steaks at home, and YOU CAN TOO!!

Gryptid's Foolproof And Depression-Friendly Steak Recipe: 1. Take your steak out of the fridge and get it to room temperature. This is important for the cooking step so you don't overcook the outside bits trying to get it to heat up. You want it to be room-room temperature before you start the next step. 2. Heat your pan up and throw a generous pat of butter in there. Do NOT skimp with the quality of the butter. I prefer Kerrygold, but any fancy butter will do. In the meantime, pat your steak dry and season all sides with salt & pepper. (You could get fancier with this if you wanted, but often salt & pepper are all you need.) 3. Throw your steak in the pan and spoon the butter over it as it cooks. I prefer my steak rare and usually cook it ~2 minutes on each side, depending on how big it is. You can touch the center of the steak and judge its done-ness by how springy/tender it is. 4. Once your steak is to your preferred done-ness, take it off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. This is a great time to make some instant mashed potatoes if you have the energy/desire. 5. Enjoy your incredibly delicious, super easy steak! Save any extra butter by storing it in a heat-safe vessel in the fridge - it's super yummy, and I often use it for buttered bread, pasta, and more! Off the top of my head, my fav from *this year* (cuz most of my blorbos were created in years past) is the noir baddie Juliet I made for a City of Mist game. She killed a creepy director when he tried to steal her magical voice to open up the heavens and then acquired like. Four different boyfriends/girlfriends while trying to solve a mystery. She's incredibly dramatic and flirtatious but also WILL shoot you to death with her magical gun made from pure sound. My silly rabbit <3

3 Dark Works of Worldbuilding You Should Check Out

Growing up fascinated by worldbuilding I consumed it frequently as a child. Even to this I love indulging in the hard works of others, getting lost in their creations. Here is three works of worldbuilding that did so for me.

Mystery Flesh Pit National Park

This glorious, beautiful, well thought out, and bone-chilling creation is thanks to Trevor Roberts. Warning! His works are not always for the faint of heart. Mystery Flesh Pit National Park is a horror worldbuilding project, kickstarted by Trevor from reddit and tumblr. He has made quite the rabbit hole to deep dive into, providing all sorts of intricate worldbuilding.

His collections of art, found footage, merch, faux advertisements, and more provides the dark and horrific story of Mystery Flesh Pit National Park. His creation utilizes body horror, cosmic horror, gore, and more. When you delve into his stuff you begin rapidly digging for more.

I cannot fathom how intricate, detailed, and well thought out his worldbuilding to this horror story is. You seriously have to see it for yourself, and I cannot wait for what he does next!

Watership Down

Watership Down is a novel about rabbits written in 1972 by Richard Adams. It also grew in popular from its surprisingly U-rated “children’s” movie, known for its dark themes and extreme violence. I knew instantly after seeing the original movie that I needed to find and read the book, so I did. 

Adams did a spectacular job in worldbuilding. Even though the characters the book follows is a group of rabbits they feel as human and two-dimensional as possible. Adams holds nothing back in worldbuilding what a rabbit’s culture would be like, and how that effects their journey. There is even a consistent pantheon patterned throughout the book, constantly references and used as motivation to these rabbits.

Adams makes up his own words and rules, and when the characters say them it is as if you’ve heard them millions of times before. He is a great writer at allowing the worldbuilding feel incredibly natural to the story. Also a great writer at making you root and fear for these rabbits lives. Watership Down isn’t even Adams’ only book of very dark nature, with great writing skill, I encourage you to check his works out.

Cult of the Lamb

I followed the production of Cult of the Lamb when I saw its Kickstarter trailer a few years ago. I became incredibly excited due to its dark concept, and bubbly adorable art style. So when the video game released I bought it quickly as to avoid spoilers. I was not disappointed.

As an Indie game developed by Massive Monster, it is an occult themed dark game consisting of cutesy anthropomorphic creatures and exquisitely well designed dark worldbuilt settings. I myself am a sucker for strong gameplay, but what I really found myself absorbed in was the art and worldbuilding around me. Each boss’s area is alive with dark fauna, intriguing enemies, and epic OST.

The spider inspired area and the Cave of Midas both gave me chills upon first entering. The bosses themselves are based off of plentiful of dark references, and I cannot help but appreciate the research that must’ve gone into designing them. I also enjoy seeing that the lamb’s cult isn’t the only one around, and you interact with many other darkly religious designed societies running with their own deeply upsetting problems.

He is always loyal to you. (It is impossible for him to betray you unless he is under the influence of magic, magic or drunk.) He can hide what he is so that you are not afraid at first.  He will hide the people he killed and tortured for you.  Other than that, there are no secrets.

I = Injury (How do they react if you are injured?)

He's going to go completely mad.  He won't stop until you kill those who did this to you. J = Jealousy (Are they jealous? How do they deal with it)

K = Kiss (How do they kiss you? How do they like to be kissed?)

He loves to kiss you deeply and passionately.  He loves any kiss you give him.

L = Love (Who says 'I love you' first?)

Most likely Klaus will.  This guy is not very patient.

M = Memory (What is their favorite memory together?)

The first time he saw you.  He will not forget it for the rest of his life.  The moment he sees the light that illuminates his darkness is unforgettable for him.

N = Nickel (Do they indulge? Do they take everything from the person they love?)

Klaus will literally pamper you.  He will pay for all your needs, both financially and morally.

O = on Cloud Nine (How are they when they're in love? Is it obvious to others? How do they express their feelings?)

He may try to hide it to protect you.  However, he is not afraid to show his love when he is alone.  She expresses her feelings with gestures and gifts.

P = Pet names (What pet names do they use?)

Whatever you want to talk about, he will listen and talk with pleasure.  He likes to talk about the future.

Klaus knows you very well thanks to his following.  He manages to empathize with you, except for some issues.

April! Continuing my little bonus challenge of meaningful numbers, this playlist is 4 hours and 0 minutes long (my 40th birthday was this month).

Being my birthday month, this playlist was all about indulging myself with some oft-played faves mixed with ancient nostalgia, while also threading through a little bit of self-discovery vibes? Existing at this age wasn't something I could really conceptualize when listening to 'Barracuda' for the first time, I was just getting by day-to-day.

Anyway! A lot of songs from my most beloved records and tapes growing up, but with all the things I've fallen in love with since (did you know I was finally able to learn who Dio was thanks to hearing it on a radio station in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.

That's not to say there are a bunch of new favourites in here; 'Damocles' by Medusa is sparkling new and absolutely slaps in a way that I wish I could send to young me who hadn't even heard rock as hard as 'Time of the Season' yet, but who would play harpsichord records loudly, paving the mental pathways for listening to Wendy Carlos' The Well-Tempered Synthesizer (deeply unavailable online). I will note that I'd heard rock before The Zombies, but I don't think the piano music to 'White Rabbit' is quite the same thing, really.

there's a shadow in the corner of his gaze and the sensation of waves crashing against his frame, pulling against his limbs and aching where they've touched. never present / never ending, there's salt in his scars and a burning in his lungs but nothing bites sharper than the disappointment that rings with the voice so synched with the pulse in his ears ----- ' do you expect anything else if you cannot even swim against this? perhaps your life will prove a more valuable reward to studiousness. ' ---- until everything becomes too much and he finds himself slipping under, water knocking through every available spot as he open his throat in a failed attempt to scream. but there's no one here to listen, the shadow on the surface merely retreating, a sudden wish for help the only reoccurring thought and the more he attempts to follow it ----- crash! the reality of waves only dragging him further down, becoming his chains; presenting him as nothing more than a heavy lump that will no doubt sink to the bottom of the floor. drowning, drownee; his eyelids are still wet once he closes them and he can't be certain if it's the ocean or his tears that become the raging force behind it, allowing the warmth to take over his cold in something more solid and ----

he finds himself awake, body lifted from it's usual uncomfortable position in his attempts to cling onto something to tug against the imaginary chains that never truly managed to hold him; his head pressed into a shoulder more still than his would-be heartbeat and he considers uttering an apology but it's the least reoccurring thought in his mind at the moment ---- waking up; is the highlight. wondering how he ended up like this, all tight limbed and glassy eyed on the mans shoulder, is the reprieve. he can trick himself into thinking he hasn't been as bad as he thinks, that maybe the nighttime darkness will dim the reality of his situation but for how long they've come to know each other, he knows envy can't be fooled so easily; he doesn't need the light to tell him somethings wrong.

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐋𝐄 𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐑 𝐎𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐍 𝐏𝐀𝐔𝐒𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐎 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐊 about that certain moment of silence people feel when their whole life comes crushing down, & tried to imagine what ayato must have felt when he discovered that his mother never really loved him, that the long years of punishment & abuse were merely a stepping stone meant for another, & that his entire worth, the very meaning of it, could be so easily crushed... much like that castle made of sand. most of our life's misfortunes come pretty quickly, so quickly, in fact, that we barely even have time to react but for ayato sakamaki? ohh, that misfortune was most certainly his entire existence. you'd be surprised what else you can learn by just watching. that poor, sweet, innocent thing... he used to hide from his mother, you know? he'd hide in a closet, & wait. the sheer thought of being drowned alive scaring him half to death but, even so, the boy still yearned to be loved. so much so, he sometimes uses that very same closet to hide even to this day & for some strange reason, not once did he ever notice the little love note most viciously carved on the inner side of the wall; ɎØ U ȺɌ Ɇ NO Ŧ Ⱥ ŁØ N Ɇ.

pretty reassuring, isn't it? envy had spent almost five months studying every aspect of his life, just digging & digging into the rabbit hole only for his own darkness to grow bigger ── far more twisted & hungry ── resonating ever so deeply with the horrors found within. after all, it's all connected to love, in the end. they both had their fair share of it. they both had yearned enough to kill & no matter who or what crossed their path, nothing could ever get in the way so that makes them technically soulmates, right? a pair of vile monsters destined to come together & fulfill each other's longing, indulging in every dark secret instead of just stashing it away. this is precisely why he'd left that message, & why he's here tonight; to let the other know.

to ' help ' him understand.

still, for just a moment ── that very fraction of a second in which ayato sat up ── envy honestly believed that he was going to dart out of bed & flee, that he'd never see him again, but the young vampire pressed in tight... allowing for envy's cold hands to reach for him in the shadows. they felt him tremble softly. so sweetly vulnerable, so terribly, terribly exposed. he could barely even sit up as they hugged, painting a wide, devilish smile 'pon those murderous lips. oh, no. no. he wouldn't even dream of moving. not when ayato is begging to be saved.

❝ shhh.... ❝ so the little killer hushes, his sharp fangs glimmering wickedly in the dark, ❝ shhhh... hush now... ❝ pushing the other slowly down, envy towers over & with one hand resting next to ayato's head, proceeds to wipe away the falling tears. the touch being strikingly gentle yet cold, but no more than the putrid gaze that suddenly weights down 'pon the vampire, peering right into his quivering soul.

a long moment of silence ensues just then, followed by the black nailed fingers slowly brushing their way into a sea of red hair, so delicately crowning those porcelain features. they are breathtakingly gorgeous & divine, & shall be forever. isn't that wonderful? with that amount of time, ayato & him will surely become like two birds of a feather & the whole world as we know it shall burn at their feet. what the other really needs now is a little push, a little reassure, ( if not some good old discipline, ) making the little killer lower with curiosity & vice, bit by bit pressing their hips together before propping up on both elbows for support.

right there & then, he whispers to him softly, muttering in a low, dark, almost purring tone, ❝ you can... never... get rid of me... ❝ only for the wicked smile to fade, & just like that, seal those nightmares with a slow, most haunting kiss.
