Dazai canonically rambling about his loved ones at every possible opportunity is so dear to me.

Mori knew a lot of the things he did about Oda because Dazai told him. Akutagawa also knew about Oda and how important he is to Dazai because of Dazai's ramblings. Random, unnamed PM members know about Oda being very dear to Dazai, because Dazai praises him and talks about how great he is.

Chuuya knew straight away that Dazai had been speaking about him to the ADA. It wasn't something he expressed feeling betrayed or suprised about. It was just an immediate understanding that of all the ways they could probably have known about him and his ability despite it being confidential information in the PM, Dazai's ramblings were most likely the reason.

The way that Dazai speaks about Ranpo to quite literally anyone who will listen. To Fydor, to random cops, to Atsushi.

Dazai canonically brags about the people he cares about in an 'omg omg omg my person my people I love them look how amazing they are' way.

first of all, gem said they should go to the more accessible one (Disneyland) so scar can do as much as possible which is sweet but scar said they should go to Disneyworld so they can convince "the UK folk" to come :( doubly triply sweet

scar then mentions getting the UK people sunblock shirts so they don't get burnt-

which got me thinking. scar wouldn't get lost (he has a great sense of direction and can extract people from ikeas + its disney. he knows his disney) but the others might so... everyone else gets an "if lost return to scar" shirt and scar gets an "I'm Scar" shirt.

Hehe, I’m glad you like the vampire thing because it has NOT left my mind since I sent that ask. Imagining Ghost denying her his blood for days when she’s been bad, only letting her feed from Soap while knowing she can never drink much of it before feeling like she’s gonna puke. And then when he finally does let her have his blood again, it’s like a drug to her after so long with a near empty stomach. Blood dripping down her chin and chest, a giggly and dazed happy little pet who clings to him and keeps trying to suck at the cuts on his skin (he doesn’t trust her enough to not rip off anything so she doesn’t get to use her fangs, he just cuts himself instead to give her blood) - 🕸

only lets her drink johnny's blood because she gets oh so desperate after only a few days. starts begging and whining and pleading, feeds on johnny and keeps her eyes on ghost's neck, tries to reach for ghost every time he drops her in johnny's lap to feed, always gets a little sniffly and maybe even sick after she feeds from her guard

(and poor johnny takes a massive blow to the ego every night, gets pushed closer and closer to ghost :( why does the taste of his blood make his princess gag, but ghost's makes her eyes roll back in pleasure? must mean ghost is smth pretty good)

she gets high when ghost finally lets her drink from him, is real limp and easy to move off of his neck when he decides she's done. she's giggly and affectionate, strokes all over his face and body just to explore, not even trying to initiate anything. johnny shifts into his wolf form and cuddles up with her, and ghost relaxes as he watches his two pretty pets fall asleep, both taken care of by him and him alone <3

I don't think my received meter's likely to break, but at least I've booped a laughable amount of times, and the boop-meter genuinely helped me get through a rough day (making sure my wife woke up from surgery to a ridiculous amount of boops helped while I was stuck in the waiting room). So, grand scheme of things, thanks, @staff. This silly thing made a bad day significantly better.

Sometimes I don't know how to write little posts about my favourite characters because I don't know how to distill them into a single defining trait.

Like yes he is generally hard & stoic but do you remember the moment he was soft!? She is usually logical but do you remember the decision that she made with her whole heart!? She is always smiling but do you remember the few moments that made her completely break down and feel hopeless!? He is the loser jokester but do you remember when he solved the mystery all on his own!? She was the best of 'em but do you remember that she crossed the line to do so? He kept trying so hard to do good but do you remember that he ended up bitter about those he lost along the way!?
