I like to think that when it came to following Edmund's orders, the Brotherhood can be put into three categories: positive, negative and neutral.
Hector is positive because he followed them to the letter - he did everything in his power to stop anyone from reaching the Dark Kingdom.
Adira is negative because she actively disobeyed by helping Rapunzel get to the Moonstone.
Quirin is neutral since he gave up being a knight to settle down and have a family, so he wasn't actively affecting the situation one way or another. The one exception to this was when he warned King Frederick about the dangers of uprooting the Sundrop flower.
And yet, in their own ways, they were all still upholding their oath: to protect the world from the destructive powers of the moonstone.

MINTY MY FAVORITE POOKSTER EVER I COME WITH MORE DELUSIONS!!!
Pausing my pirate ramblings for a bit but just IMAGINE how hard a tangled AU would go !!! Norton and Flynn have way too many similarities given how both grew up with so little, and hide behind a mask and ego all while doing some questionable things that give him the name of a criminal. Orpheus also 100% works as a mother gothel-esq figure, since gaslighting and manipulation is kind of all Orpheus has going for himself. Is this my excuse to see long hair alice? yes. yes it is.
HEY HEEYYYYYY 💞💞💞💞💞💞
OH MY GOSH RAPUNZEL AU!!!!!!!!!! 👀👀👀👀👀👀YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
I HAD TO DRAW ONE OF THE SCENES I HAAAAD TO
HERE
And I keep thinking about the "I have a Dream" song with the
Norton: "On an Island that I own, Tan, well RESTED, and ALONE, SURROUNDED BY ENORMOUS PILES OF MONEEYYYY"
-WHEEEEZZEEEEEEEEEEE-

What she means by most relatable is that people can self insert random traits onto and feel validated. Just look at all these things that random things she listed onto rapunzel when her character was never like that in the movie. Take that line “Just trying to navigate life and can’t decide on a hobby” as an example. Was the author reading fan fiction and thought that was what the movie was about? Or watched the movie with her eyes closed? I would think it’s the latter since she calls gothel a witch when she’s a regular person.
Also “the first Disney princess movie with a down to earth princess”. lol, rapunzel is basically a bland ripoff of Ariel and there were princess with that title way before that bugged eyed freak was made. Mulan, Belle, Tiana and even Ariel fit that title. On the other hand, Rapunzel is just a bland self insert.

Tangled fandom, I need help!
I'm working on a Varian drawing but I'm stumped on the pose. I thought I would reference something from the series, so if you have any suggestions for iconic, full-body poses of Varian from the show, please send them! If I end up using your idea, I'll credit you for the help :D
