I feel like it's unfortunately too early for me to have a good answer for this. But Kunrad definitely hit a unique dynamic immediately I guess? While the Confessor treats himself like a tool, he chooses who wields that tool. When Kunrad used the power of Chaos to force him to act, that immediately conflicted with his belief there. Theodora has permission to use him, not Kunrad, and certainly not Chaos.

Not a virgin, but pretty close. Raised with the idea of upholding the law no matter what I believe Byakuya had to be a pretty structured man, therefore I think he married Hisana before touching her. Also, he is a very romantic man (yes, he is. Imagine going against your whole family and ideals for love. Marrying someone that comes from an absolute different world just for love) so I do believe he must have wanted to wait for their first night as a married couple to make love to Hisana. Of course, the first time with your loved one it’s always wonderful and sweet, but also realistically clumsy (Which I find adorable, imagine a clumsy Byakuya blushing). So, unfortunately because of Hisana’s illness, I believe they haven’t had a lot of sex. Therefore, Byakuya is pretty unexperienced to me -at first-.  

𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 .Oral sex; what is this pleasure given by the gods?. -this is not a Hisana slander- Following the same train of thoughts as the first point, to me, Byakuya never experienced oral sex on himself (I do believe he has done it, though. Being the protective man he is, he surely tried giving it before receiving it). So, the very first time your lips surrounds his hardness he could swear tears pool in his eyes… “This is… absolutely… delightful”. His delicate fingers brushing against your hair, still too timid and in pure awe to be pulling from it. Byakuya only wants to caress the person that has kneel in front of him to pleasure him. .At first, he won’t ask for sex, nor he will do anything to start it… until he can’t take it no more. Because he is unexperienced (that doesn’t mean he is not a good lover, for the love of god), he is hesitant to try. Even when his mind would get lost in the deepest forest of insecurity, he will try to repress the need as much as he can (he is always fighting an internal fight to repress his own desires, sex is no different). Normally you could say pissing him off or disobeying him would be the key to make him fall, but I believe he is much more moved by the need to posses such beautiful creature, in a state of weakness and submission towards him. Be clumsy, cough, tell him you are feeling cold, let him protect you… the touch of your delicate skin against his own will spread like a wildfire inside of his soul. .It will take some time, but making love will become a daily activity before bed. Byakuya learns new skills through tough work and dedication; it is not different when it comes to sex. Even if he still tends to repress his needs and desires as a constant, he slowly but surely let go that “savage” side of his inner workings. Exactly as Ukitake and Shunsui mentioned, Byakuya is a very impulsive man deep down. (Back when he was still a teenager he used to have quite a short fuse, he was a brat, and a very naughty kid…) So, once he become confident with his “skills” he will try to improve even more. So, get ready… as a sacred ritual, Byakuya will devour your body night after night.

Way before he could met Hisana, Byakuya didn’t attend the Shinigami Academy, so he used to be a very lonely kid. That’s why our young Yoruichi used to visit him to train -and annoy him-. The young Kuchiki may seemed like he hated her, but truth is the “monster cat” represented fun, a challenge, companion and also a first approach to attraction. Knowing the nature of Yoruichi, we could say she never tried any perverse interaction to him, but there is not much you need to wake a teenager’s hormones anyway…

Yoruichi’s freedom and rebellious spirit in conjunction with her natural beauty, woke in our young Byakuya a bodily desire and the need to satisfy it. Then, drowned, almost choking by that divine dichotomy of what should be done and what shouldn’t, his hand did what any other kid would have done. It feel relieving, it tasted like guilty freedom to succumb to his real inner rebellious side…

Tbh, the way Kizuna is treated in the main storyline is really odd. Like, for the most part I think its pretty nice, but it falls apart the moment the truth is revealed in the trial.

So, you’re saying that she was faking the moment she had with Akane and the rest? What was the point of the whole crying about that she is alone scene for then? Did she know Akane and Yuki were watching her, so she pretended? Or is it the other way around? Its just imo very dumb and one of the very few things I dislike about this game.

What makes it even worse, is that unlike other killers, she doesn’t really get a “Oh, I see, I understand why you did it” She just wants to get out of here. It would have been nicer if her motive actually did surround the note she found.

But then we get revealed that she wanted to kill beforehand, so everything gets thrown out of the window, and now she is basically unredeemable and not able to feel sympathy for, despite the fact I actually did feel sympathy seeing as how she died slowly and still tried to help us in her last moments but…. Her getting a more painful death isn’t a way to make someone more sympathetic.

Belphie and IK tidbits that made me laugh

- This one is very OOC but my older brother loves to call me a dickhead (lovingly) and that definitely seems like something Belphie would say if IK pulled a prank on him idk it just feels like that sort of relationship where he'll walk up and lightly push IK over for no reason and then walk away. The same vein as older siblings bursting through your door just to turn the light off and leave he's such an asshole I love him

- IK doing that viral thing where in the middle of Belphie talking she throws a slice of cheese/lunch meat at his face and it just sticks there

- Belphie going up to IK and fake beating her up like you do with a cat, exaggerated punching sounds and all

- Belphie tossing a pillow over IK and laying on top of her (not with his full weight ofc, but enough to trap her)

I can see him being generally very bothersome. love that guy (kinda)

ive seen so many comments in arsenic blues from ppl who believe that ALL the gods are being WILLINGLY neglectful towards their kids, and that is NOT true.

the ancient laws are a canon thing in pjo. it's been mentioned many many times, but through scattered discussion. here's a list of dialogues that talk/mention it (the quotes were taken from this helpful reddit post btw)

example 1:

don't get me wrong, there are gods who couldn't care less about their kids and willingly neglect them, but it's veeeery wrong to believe that ALL the gods are like this. it's canon that gods cannot interfere in their children's lives, even if they want to. they don't neglect their kids because they don't care about them, they do it because they don't have a choice.

hermes and luke's relationship shows this perfectly. hermes IS a good dad (he's actually one of the best imo). he knew what luke's fate would be and TRIED to change it even though everyone knew it would be impossible, but he was desperate anyway because he loved his son and wanted to try and save him.

unfortunately, every attempt to change his fate always failed (because duh, can't change fate): he sent luke on a quest to "build him up as a hero" only for luke to fail and get a scar, asked percy and annabeth to save him, but they failed too (he even snapped at annabeth for failing to go with his son).

sooo yeah! like i said, there are some godly parents that willingly neglect their kids because they don't care about them, but that's not the case for every single god. there ARE gods who care about their kids, they're just forbidden to interact with them, and that means they can't raise them either.

i think she is a little self conscious at times, easily affected by things going on in her life, definitely tries to bite off more than she can chew, and she’s an anxious avoidant until she can’t take it anymore and becomes overtly confrontational instead alskdjdh i think this can be seen in the way she confesses to gojo, in her interactions w kai, and then also her turning down the newsletter job before she realized it was actually a good opportunity, etc etc. when i write for her, i kinda wanna give the vibe of tired college student that has a lot going on in her head n in her heart, but she’s slowly starting to learn to live again and is looking forward to life after college (aka me all of my senior year loool) i think she has a pretty neutral personality overall :0

omg i haven’t written much for ihm reader yet but i already ADORE her so so so much based on what i’ve got planned for the series, and i think i understand her the most of the oc’s i’ve made. she is someone that gets crazy tunnel vision, can only really focus on one thing at a time, often neglects her other responsibilities if it means getting The Main One done, she is hella jaded because of all the financial stress, work stress and caretaking stress which means she doesn’t have much of a filter anymore, she’s very cynical and pessimistic and easily irritated and prideful BUT…..deep down she’s a huge softie and is actually very self aware of her flaws n just really wants to get better but she just can’t find a moment to breathe…im gonna enjoy writing for her bc i think she’ll come off irrational and a bit over the top at times, but in those soft moments, she’ll be very down to earth :)

aww i haven’t had too much written for ial reader yet, but in my head i picture her as a veeeery soft spoken, sweet natured woman in her older age (she’s engaged to nanami, who i imagine has mellowed her out in comparison to when she dated bad boy choso lol), idk i think she’s kind of basic 😭 not that that’s a bad thing at all, i kinda wanted that dynamic of crazy rock star lifestyle choso mixed w simple lifestyle reader (for when they meet again later in life). when she was younger, she was highly impressionable, often thought she was more mature than she actually was, n loves veeeerryy deeply, so much so to where old scars hurt even after years and years. i think she always tries to do the right thing, but bc of her conflicting emotions, she has the capacity to cause a lot of hurt

he does, eventually ! Carmelo slowly starts to spend more time with Tobias, so this makes Dino and Francis suspicious. They confront him, and he ends up telling them that he miiiiight have a thing for Tobias. (This happens before Tobi and Carm are a couple, when they start to get closer as friends.) Dino and Francis take it pretty well, they just tease him a lot. Not because he is gay, but because he likes TOBIAS, of all people…

he comes out to his parents a whiiiile after all of this! When Tobias moves in with Carmelo, they are still just friends at this point. Carmelo’s mom LOOOOVES Tobias. She thinks he is the sweetest kid ever. She spoils them both, taking them places and coming home with little treats for them. It makes Tobias feel very safe. Carmelo’s dad doesn’t mind him, he isn’t really around much anyway. Once they start dating, they wait a while to tell his mom. When they do, his mom is veeeery shocked. But. She sees how good Tobias is for Carmelo, and accepts them. She doesn’t treat them any different. Carmelo refused to tell his dad, so his mom did for him. He doesn’t act any different either. He knows, but is quiet about it, he doesn’t make it a big deal. (extra little lore drop ^_^ !!! Tobias does eventually come out to Luther as well. ;] )

Hi!!! I'm getting back into SF after six years of not being active in the fandom. A.K.I is one of my favorite newcomers and she's slowly becoming one of my all time favorites in the franchise.

I have a question, do we have an estimate for her age? I worry that she might be being sexualized whilst not being of age herself since I keep seeing different answers. This has happened before to characters like Sakura, Ibuki, Elena and the other schoolgirls and it's a trend I hate to see in fandom. If A.K.I turns out to be a minor I'm going to have throw down with some people.

Hi there and welcome back to the SF fandom! I notice a lot of people are getting into or going back to SF because of how cool A.K.I. is 💜💜. She has an unknown age, but according to Japanese devs notes, A.K.I. is relatively one of the youngest characters in the roster.

Takayuki Nakayama himself said that AKI is at least older than Lily, who also has an unknown age.

Lily looks veeeery young, but she’s actually older than she looks. Some people from the modding community said she’s 19, but there’s no solid source for that. If anything, I trust ryo_redcyclone the most because they are very passionate and serious about Street Fighter lore. I’ll just stick to the concept of Lily and AKI being the youngest, but AKI is older and Lily is older than she looks. No solid ages, but just ideas of their ages.

Also the three-part TOXICITY story that was published on the official SFV website back in 2018 where F.A.N.G meets a young kid A.K.I. (was called Phantom back then) was supposed to take place after the events of SFV. Estimated by some strong SF lore enthusiast fans, Street Fighter 6 might have taken place 8 to 10 years after SFV. English version of TOXICITY called Phantom a “young woman”, but that could be a censorship reason because that story is WEEIIIRD and I could imagine the outrage for the actual translation. Japanese version called her a “girl” and mentioned that she’s a “minor” at that time. SF6 Illustrations of AKI’s memories depicted her as a little girl when she met FANG and while training under him.

In my estimation based on all these facts and strong lore enthusiasts’ conjectures, I think AKI could be between 18 to 22 years old, depending on what age she met FANG, and the time between TOXICITY and SF6 (TOXICITY takes place after SFV). AKI gotta be at least 10 years old when she met FANG because she’s at that age where she’s old enough to form crushes. Her memory suggests love at first sight when she first met him.

Sorry that I could only provide an estimation rather than a solid age answer, but I hope these dev notes, in-game dialogues and images, and lore enthusiast conclusions could give you a strong idea of how old AKI is.

Despite being a great movie YOU GET IT, YOU KNOW WHAT'S UP WITH THAT MOVIE, THANKS FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY, I love writing stuff so I just hope it'll be to your liking too XD

Under the cut for more than obvious reasons- very VEEEERY LONG post ahead. Don't say I didn't warn you. Let's GO.

There's not many things I'd change by the beginning of the movie to be honest. Even the short talk Ryder had with Chase to convince him to go with them to Adventure City was okay enough for me. Plus it shows just how much Chase puts his trust in Ryder, above his fears and trauma, which is a VERY IMPORTANT POINT later down the road. Also, we did get to see Chase was uncomfortable upon arrival, which is important as well. Slowly, it gave way to curiosity and wonder, thanks to seeing their new headquarters. I would ignore my fears too if it meant I'd get to go into such a cool place and be allowed to call it my home far from home.

The things I would possibly change... Maybe Mayor Humdinger. There was something REALLY OFF about him in this movie. I mean, it's not THAT MUCH DIFFERENT from the show, but I feel he went a bit crazier than usual on his ideas. I can't put my finger on it... He seemed more like a bad guy for the sake of being evil, and not like someone who came from a sad town and just wishes for recognition and praise.

Now there are four main points about the pups I'd probably have worked a bit differently: Chase, Marshall, Zuma and Skye.

First, let's go about Chase.

I agree his panic attacks were greatly addressed and handled. There was no exaggeration, there was no "let's make it seem way bigger/impressive than it is" kind of thing. Some shows or movies, when going about a character panicking, like to make it look SO DEEP, with so many thoughts crossing their mind, and so many scenarios, and things looking more threatening or bigger and-- most times it's nowhere near like that at all. That would be more like an anxiety attack, actually. For panic attacks, there's nearly no thoughts at all, we don't process what's happening. It can be a little different for everyone, given we're all not the same people, but I can say by personal experience, when I had panic attacks, I literally BLANKED. All I can remember is my body tensing so hard I was unable to move, so I just cowered in my chair, my eyes were darting everywhere totally unable to focus and both my head and my chest felt like they could explode any second. I stayed like that until I could hear my father talking to me and taking me away from the place where I was, taking me back home to my bed. That was almost exactly how they made it in the movie: Chase tensed, froze, was unable to act, and then he cowered away, closing his eyes and hyperventilating until he heard Skye talking to him and then she took him away from that place.

As for his trauma, though... At the beginning, yes. It was nicely addressed too. From all we've seen in the show, Chase tends to literally blindly follow through with Ryder's orders, no matter what. That pup has in Ryder not only a leader, but also a best friend he would go through hell and beyond for. He would do ANYTHING for Ryder. And so, he puts his trust in Ryder once more and accepts the fate of being taken with them to Adventure City, despite his own wish of not setting a paw in that place ever again in his life. Because he trusts Ryder more than himself. And when he felt his trust was broken, Chase was devastated. We know that was not the case - while Chase felt like Ryder was benching him because he was unable to act (for being scared/a failure), Ryder was actually benching him because he was worried about Chase's mental health. He KNEW Chase was panicking badly, what Chase had to go through in that very city was traumatic, and Ryder KNEW all that. But Chase thought Ryder didn't trust him, so he ran away.

Everything handled pretty okay up to this point. And then, there's the one thing I'd change about Chase in this movie:

Later down the road, they (probably unintentionally/mostly due to the movie timing) made it look like Chase was able to just overcome his trauma with that city with just some small talks- I'm not saying those talks were NOT important, ON THE CONTRARY, they were VERY WELL DONE AS WELL. The issue is just the simple fact that these kinda things don't go away SO FAST. Of course, we needed him to be able to literally jump into action because the movie needed to end XD But still... He didn't need to do that ALONE either.

What I would change is literally THAT. Chase didn't need to go rescue Ryder ALONE, especially when he KNEW he could end up freezing in panic. He's still in Adventure City, he's still pretty much EVEN MORE TRAUMATIZED. He wanted to prove a point, fine. He wanted to prove that he is able, to prove that he is a hero like everyone believes him to be. He wanted to prove he CAN BE TRUSTED. But he didn't need to do the rescue ALONE to prove that.

Personally, I think the scene when Chase rescues Ryder could/would have gone differently if the other pups would have joined him - for example, we probably wouldn't have that dramatic leap of faith, sure. That works when the character is alone or carrying someone else. Not in a group. But can you imagine if Chase's first thing was to contact the other pups to let them know the tower collapsed with Ryder still inside it? They all would go there and they would work TOGETHER as the team they are, to reach for Ryder, rescue him and successfully bring him back down to ground level, safe and sound. And they would all support Chase as they do so. Chase doesn't need to deal with his trauma alone, he doesn't need to fight his fears alone. He's got his team, his friends, his family with him. In my opinion, they should have worked together to rescue Ryder and the impact of the "you don't need to deal with your fears alone" message would be more special than "overcome your fears on your own".

Now, about Marshall.

I actually liked the fact Marshall was the one taking over whenever Chase was unable to act for one reason or another. It literally makes sense, not because they're close friends/best friends or whatever, it's literally because of their jobs. Cops, firefighters and paramedics (I know he's an EMT, shush, let me generalize the thing here) are the jobs among all the pups' jobs that ARE to deal with crowds, to deal with people more directly during rescues. They're the ones to talk to people, they're the ones to give instructions, ANYWHERE, anytime. They are the authorities there. So, whenever Chase is unavailable, Marshall is the logic choice to take over and I'm glad they did so.

What I would change, would be two small things: I'd give him some time WITH CHASE, and our old fandom beloved main complaint, I'd let his clumsiness show more.

Marshall should have had a talk with Chase at some point- any point at all. The show portrayed these two as best friends in the beginning, they always did things together, be it for work or for play time. Marshall should have been there for Chase too, and I'd do that after that first incident when Marshall had to go put out the fires and make sure Chase wouldn't get burned while he was lowered back to ground level. Y'know when Chase was unable to sleep and went to the main room to look out to the city in the middle of the night? That could have been a good moment for that, maybe right after the song played.

As for Marshall's clumsiness, I don't have much to say. It was badly portrayed, as in he was clumsy in a way that it wasn't HIS clumsy way- any of the other pups could have been put in his place and be just as clumsy. I'd give him at least two scenes where he would "be himself" in a way we'd be like "YEP, that's our Marshall!" I don't have specific ideas right now but I could think of some, given some time.

Surprisingly, I wouldn't change much about Zuma.

When I saw complaints about his lack of screentime in the movie, I honestly thought it would be worse. Like my father commented on my post with his reactions to the movie, to take Zuma - a pup specialized in WATER RESCUES - to a big city, it's SO NOT his "natural habitat". Zuma is literally a fish out of water there. I wasn't expecting him to have any water-related rescue AT ALL, maybe he'd just do a regular ground rescue. To have him go in the sewer/river canal to rescue that car was legit a pleasing surprise for me.

But then, why is he in this post, Lary?

Simple: All of Zuma's moments of "important" screentime in this movie only happened because Liberty was there with him. I feel like he was the one riding on her for screentime, rather than the other way around, which is kinda disturbing as he IS one of the main six and she's a literal newbie there.

Later when they were being deployed, Liberty was there watching as they all launched and was the most excited to see Zuma's hovercraft being deployed (ngl I'd be as excited as her, seeing a hovercraft up close like that IS AN EXPERIENCE);

And then, they worked together to rescue the family from the car which fell in the water. This last one is important: Zuma wouldn't have been as successful with this rescue if he didn't have someone else to sail his raft down the stream following his sub. And who was it? Liberty. Even with the convenience, they paired those two so both could have screentime at all.

So I'd find another way to give Zuma screentime without relying it on pairing him with Liberty at least once. I'd probably make it happen for the group rescue on Ryder. He could have some moment there, as well as all the others.

And last but not least, there's something about Skye that bothered me a bit.

It's not about her character or anything like that- she was alright for the entire movie, really. The one thing that bothered me wasn't her, but something that happened WITH/BECAUSE OF her. Namely, the clouds dispersing instantly after she dive-bombed the shit out of that cloud-sucker machine.

I'm sorry but they spent the whole movie building up the tension of that machine getting too stuffed with clouds, the density going nuts, and then the machine releases the clouds creating a huge storm... Only for all of them to magically DISAPPEAR once the machine is no more? They were already OUTSIDE of the machine. Maybe the storm itself would stop, nice, but that thing was literally a high pressure pan ready to explode and Skye did just that. She exploded the high pressure pan. It should've released ALL THE CLOUDS, maybe the air displacement would PUSH THEM all over and beyond the city, and only then the winds would take them away, but that wouldn't happen instantly. For fucks sake Skye literally exploded a ticking high pressure bomb LMAO let it have SOME effects! Give us some sky spectacle of clouds going all over, being pushed away and only then slowly opening up the sky once more.

So, yeah, these are the things I'd change in the first Paw Patrol movie. Nothing too drastic really, just small but important details, the only BIG change would be how Chase got to deal with his trauma in the end.

Whether he and/or Ryder like it or not, that city will ALWAYS bring Chase the memories of the worst times of his life - being abandoned as a baby, all alone, later also the memories of his panic attacks and the memories of the panic he must've felt once he saw the tower collapsing knowing Ryder was still in there - even if it ALSO brings now the memories of the best thing that ever happened to him: Being found and rescued by Ryder. We could've added now the good memory of Chase finding out he's not alone with his fears, finding out he doesn't have to suffer alone, finding out his family will always back him up no matter what, just like Ryder said, that's why they're a team, to support and back each others up in their times of need.

I swear it took me A WHOLE DAY typing this (in between teaching classes). You guys love to make me work my brain out, huh? I hope all is well with you, Soup. Not sure if you've gotten more info about your health, but I've been thinking about you. If you feel like answering, can you talk about nicknames/terms of endearment your characters have for each other? Not just for the couples, but obviously those too. But like, does Vince have something he usually calls Jonah, and vice versa? Or only when they're annoyed with the other, or at some other particular time? Only if you have the time/desire to answer, of course. I know I've been kind of needy, lol.

I thought I didn't have any nicknames between my characters, but then I sat down to answer and realized I actually do!

"Honey" is how Vince and Wendy call each other and they save that exclusively to one another.

"Babe/baby" is my universal nickname and all my couples use it with each other, as well as they use that with their friends. Wendy tends to call Bella "babe" and Bella has called Leo "baby" in more than one fic.

Bella calls both Vince and Luke "big guy", but mostly Vince.

Vince only calls Bella "beautiful"

Everyone and their mother call Leo "kid/kiddo". Vince, Wendy and Jonah call Leo "blondie" when they're being sarcastic. Sometimes Vince calls him "goldilocks"

Very rarely people will call Bella "ginger/red", but when it slips up its normally Vince or Jonah.

Vin calls his younger sister "bambi", which is both meaning the little deer and a simplification of the italian "bambina" which means girl.

Jonah calls all the girls "darling", but only when he's worried.

Only Bella calls Luke "Lu", which is a derivative of latin languages that tend to shorten the name to the max.

If Bella is feeling particularly corny she'll call Lucas "mi luz" (my light), and it started as a mockery but has stuck around.

Leo calls Jonah "angel" and Jonah is starting to call him that too.

Everyone calls Leo "Casper" given how white he is.

Bella sometimes calls Luke "gringo"

Bella is the one that calls Wendy "Tink" the most, but Luke has called her that before. Mostly other people call Wendy the full "tinkerbell", but Bella shortened this like she shortens everything.

If Luke is feeling veeeery cheeky he'll call Bella "Isa" because he knows it makes her flustered. It's not a name he uses in bed! It's a family nickname and that makes her feel like a teenager.

Jonah is the only one who calls Wendy "Dee" and he only does that when feeling horrible/super thankful and in a rush.

Jonah gets very VERY snappy if any man calls Leo "baby" in front of him (he bites Vince's head off in a fic because of this).

Jonah and Luke both call each other by the surname if they're particularly prickly that day. Atwood/Banks.

Bella calls Luke "handsome" when she's feeling frisky

Vince has ALL the old fashioned nicknames for Wendy, including "doll" and he hasn't tried "baby girl" because of its bad reputation, but give him a few years

Lucas full names his friends/SO when he's pissed. "Isabella Atwood-Martinez!!" / "Vincenzo Monacelli!!!". Vince does this too, but only with the guys.

"dude/man" is a mandatory nickname in the group.

Lucas calls Wendy "ma'am" because he likes how it makes her blush.

Leo has Wen saved in his contacts as "Wicked Witch of the West"

Hi there :)

Two years ago i switched from a very active and on the go job and a bad attitude towards food to an office job and learning to love cooking and nutrition and i noticed that I've been gaining weight (not a lot but it is noticeable if you knew me from before). Then this year i started working out more frequently and i noticed a little bit of the weight coming off but its going very slowly. I don't want to be as skinny as i was before though so im trying to find a good balance.

Whats mostly bothering me though is that i can no longer fit into some of my favorite clothes. I spent so much time and money, finding pieces i love and it really makes me sad that i dont fit into them anymore. Im not sure how i should go about it and if i should keep the clothes for later on to see if i can fit into them again or if i should just replace everything in a size that fits me better. I also dont really want to spend so much money on clothes that may be too big in a year or so however i constantly feel like i have nothing to wear and im stuck. I see everyone in great outfits and its really weighing on my confidence. Do you have any advice for me?

I think the answer is in your diet more than your activity levels. it's a veeeery common misconception to assume that exercise or a more active lifestyle is what makes us lose weight, because we'd burn more calories, but that's actually a myth! we burn the same amount of calories whether active or sedentary! so physical activity is not the way to go if weight loss is the goal. physical activity is essential to a myriad of health aspects, including weight maintenance, but it's not an effective weight loss method if the diet is not adjusted accordingly.

I recommend looking at your dietary habits, not just what you eat, but things like how much and when you eat too. do you have an appropriate eating schedule? are you perhaps eating bigger portions because you're now in a phase where food makes you excited? are you snacking between meals? are you giving your body enough time to digest? are you eating too many carbs and not enough protein and fats? etc.

and I say to keep your clothes! if you intend to go back to the weight you were before, keep them, it'll feel great when you achieve your goal and realize they fit again. don't let this temporary issue become a money issue too! good luck honey ❤️
