Formula 1 Star Wars AU (Jedi version)

Oscar is Mace Windu's favorite Padawan. He's really good at Soresu, maybe being trained in Vaapad as well. Good at diplomacy, weirdly, because he just doesn't say that much (but maybe that's the trick). Nicknamed "Loth-Car" by no one (Lando). Blue lightsaber, single blade.

Lewis is probably in the Council, really close with the Living Force. Really good at Ataru. Was he in a relationship? Is he still clinging onto it even if it isn't really with the Jedi Code? That's something for you to ask and for him to not answer. Green lightsaber, single blade.

Lando is Mace Windu's LEAST favorite Padawan (the second least depending if Anakin exists or not), probably has something to do with Lando breaking Mace's bedroom wall. Long story. Lando is definitely a Djem So user. Blue lightsaber, one single.

Charles is the Council's favorite child. He's now a Knight. Sadly, he's really good at diplomacy. Probably uses Makashi. Probably had some unfortunate Master like Dooku or something. Good with the Cosmic Force. Green or purple lightsaber, one single blade.

Max is Yoda's favorite, and nobody knows why. Yoda just wants fun, man. He's also a Knight. Really good at driving. Do you have to drive inside of an asteroid belt? Call Max. Do you have to course through the entirety of the Outer Rim and come out unscathed? Call Max. Do you have to win a Pod Race in a random planet with shady laws? Call Max. He's a Djem So user. Every Padawan wants him as their Master (Max has no idea why and is panicking). Knows probably every planet in the Galaxy. Blue lightsaber, single blade.

Carlos is Depa Billaba's favorite. Knows the Halls of Healing really well (This isn't a compliment, Carlos). He's getting wiser with age. He already has a Padawan (who?). A Makashi or Ataru user, idk. Good with the Living Force and the Unifying Force. Green lightsaber, one single blade.

George is favoured by the whole Council. He's also very scared of going to the Lower levels ("but what if they just shoot us, Alex?" "we have LIGHTSABERS, George!"). He has partaken in a political revolt in an Outer Rim planet when he was a Padawan (he's a Knight now). He's SO, SO GOOD at Diplomacy (Obi-Wan took this as an opportunity). Soresu user. Green lightsaber, one single blade.

Alex is Plo Koon's favorite and he's even following his steps because WHAT DO YOU MEAN you just FOUND a force sensitive human child??? WHAT DO YOU MEAN "HIS NAME IS FRANCO"? WAS LOGAN NOT ENOUGH?. He's also really good with the Living Force and loves to spend time with the little younglings (George, please, stop staring). Yoda favors him a little bit bc of this. Green lightsaber, one single blade.

Fernando is a Council member for sure. Wouldn't be surprised if he was behind the order of 10 thousand clones (for no reason). He went rogue for like a couple years but he's here, don't worry. Also does anybody know why he keeps visiting this guy named Mark from Corellia?. Ataru user. Purple lightsaber, two single blades. (if he could he would have a pink one, but alright)

Esteban is probably like a Jedi Instructor and so, so sweet with the Younglings, the Initiates and the Padawans. (Ignore the fact that he almost killed Pierre when they were young, multiple times. In his defense, Pierre started it). Really good at Ataru. Blue lightsaber, one single blade.

Pierre is really good at combat, and has already a Padawan (Paul). He used to have a little feud with one of the other Jedi Initiates but shhh (everyone knows) Djem So user. Blue lightsaber, double staff. (uuu, so evil)

First one, and this is one of my favourites. Saki fell in love first, probably after she saw Ichika on stage solo, but was like "What is this feeling, I want to be with Ichhan forever, is this friendship?". Then, Ichika fell in love with Saki after she tried on some cute outfit, had a similar reaction because they're both dumb and in love. They went to Minori and Kohane, and An and Haruka respectively, who were like "Oh yeah wanting to be with someone for all of the rest of the time is friend stuff, I want to be with my partner and go on dates with them too!" At which point Ichika and Saki were both like "Ah, I'm in love, and so are they, the only difference is they're even dumber". They go to sekai, get help from Miku and Luka seperately, confess, write a love song, kiss, peace on planet earth

"I really am sorry," Jin Guangyao heard Mo Xuanyu saying from the next hallway, and inwardly braced himself to deal with whichever family member or guest his younger half-brother had pissed off this time as he got up from his seat.

When he turned the corner, however, he didn't recognize the person walking alongside A-Yu. Though wearing the sparks-amidst-snow of the family, the robes were too large in some places and too confining in others, and their hair was entirely loose -and wet- not-

Then they turned their head and he involuntarily sucked in a breath at the realization that it was Nie Huaisang.

In their-

Recovering his composure, he noticed that A-Yu was carrying a sodden bundle of green and grey that must have been the robes Huaisang was previously wearing. "What happened here?"

A-Yu visibly flinched, hunching his shoulders defensively. "It was my fault, I-"

"It was not," Huaisang cut in. "San-ge, it really wasn't his fault. One of your cousins apparently didn't realize he was hosting a visitor and thought it would be funny to trip him while he was carrying a food tray. Yu-er was kind enough to loan me some clothes while we took mine to drop off with the laundry staff."

"I- I didn't want Nie-xiong to have to walk back to his room covered in pear soup and honey," A-Yu mumbled, nervously further rumpling the clothes in his arms.

That explained the ill fit. Xuanyu had shot up taller than both of them over the summer, but had yet to fill out his new frame. Also-

Forcing himself to not let his gaze wander back to Huaisang, lest he wind up giving him a more critical once-over, he gave his younger brother a mildly approving smile. "That was quick thinking, A-Yu. Well done taking care of our guest."

Xuanyu brightened at the praise, but he didn't miss the weight in the glance his brother shot in Huaisang's direction.

Hm.

It would seem he wasn't the only one who had taken note of how well Nie Huaisang wore their family emblem, even in clothing that wasn't up to his standard level of dress.

This had the potential to get either very interesting, or very irritating, and soon.

So there wasn't enough snow that I could call out of work for, barely anything stuck, but since I'm currently at lunch, I just had a thought to share:

Marie and Isaac warming up to each other, and they go for a brunch at a coffee shop, with Marie telling stories about Dracul when they were kids, and Isaac appreciates how nice Marie is. How open she is to everything going on between it and Dracul, because it doesn't know if it could survive without him anymore. Maybe Marie accidentally calls Isaac her daughter to the waiter, which makes it freeze, and stumble its words a little. Marie apologizes when the waiter leaves, and Isaac accepts the apology, but maybe mumbles into its coffee that it didn't hate being referred to as her daughter.

Rage/Vice babble

Rage, in all his newness to the world, still hyper observing humans around him and how they act.

Vice, jaded and ancient, ignoring the little ways they react and act with each other and the world around them.

Rage reaching and moving a piece of hair out of Vice's face because he's seen a man do it for his wife before.

Vice freezing up at the faint feeling of Rage's knuckle brushing his face and feeling like something shattered in his mind.

It's been so long since anything but splattered blood and weapons have touched his face, much less with such tenderness just to remove a small irritant.

Rage hesitating at the way Vice stares at him. The fear that enters his eyes makes Vice hesitate in turn.

A muttered thanks and broken eye contact.

Rage flicking a bit of debris off Vice's shoulder after a fight and Vice feeling that shattered thing cracking even further. Even if Rage's tone is of annoyance at the battle that just occurred, the touch was gentle. Again, removing something small.

Vice seeing Rune and Yamato fight. Seeing Yamato embrace Rune the way he does. He balks at it. It's too much. A dramatic display.

Rage barely brushes his arm against Vice.

Rage straightens Vice's collar.

Vice has no idea why he's doing these things. He's ignored the mannerisms of humans for centuries. He doesn't know why it aches.

Not until Rage offers to help him with his hair one time. Until he feels those fingers carding through his hair and gently brushing out tangles. Until he remembers one time seeing the Bandit King Yamato doing the same for Lady Gekko when he'd been spying on them. He looks in the mirror and sees Rage's eyes creased in focus, a hair tie held between his teeth as he gathers the wild locks in his hands.

And he starts to notice again.

He sees Orgullo help Paresse tighten a bandage because he noticed it slipping.

He sees Fussa give Sumako a little pastry just because she remembered the lust master liked them.

He pays attention when he hears Kaizo talking about how his wife doesn't want anything big for her birthday so he's just taking her out for dinner, but he really really wanted to go all out.

...

He sees Rune and Yamato fight.

He remembers the way Lady Gekko laughed at some stupid joke the bandit king made.

And it feels like he's been stabbed in the chest.

Because in his head he sees Rage laughing instead.

It's a revelation that's been a long time coming, and it hits like an absolute train. Whatever in him that had been cracking, the edges of it have been sinking in more and more. And now he doesn't know how to dig them out.

Rage's hand brushes his.

And he snatches it before he can think.

Was looking at refs and since Viktor has two different leg braces I was wondering, do we think he wears them simultaneously?? The refs don't perfectly line up perspective-wise so it's hard to tell but parts of the one he wears during the Hexcore scenes look like they could maybe line up with the brace that he wears over his clothes, but also some parts really don't and look like they'd be super uncomfy. Also HOW does he take these on and off. Experts weigh in
