If she is having difficulty falling asleep still, I will sing her a lullaby until she closes her eyes completely for about a minute.Once she starts to look sleepy, I place her in her crib and tap her chest lightly with my hand until she falls asleep.I take her up to her room where she naps in her crib, and bounce her in my arms and tap her but until her eyes begin to get sleepy.I start her sound machine and give her a pacifier.About 10 minutes before it is time for her to take a nap or if she starts to show signs of being tired, I swaddle her up.I do the following to get my baby down for a nap: That will help your baby know that it is time to take a nap and keep them sleeping for a longer stretch of time. It is important to have a nap time routine that you follow consistently. Nap Time Routine- How I Get My Baby to Fall Asleep She falls asleep at random times during the day (in the high chair when eating, for instance, or as soon as she hits the stroller, even if it’s not naptime).More prone to meltdowns (in an older baby).Only takes short naps, instead of full-blown naps.Has a hard time settling down or falling asleep.Signs your baby is overtired or overstimulated: If you see that your baby is showing signs of being overtired or overstimulated, it is important that you calm them down and begin your nap time routine. When a baby is overtired, it makes it harder to get them to fall asleep and they are more fussy/cranky. sucking on fingers (could also mean your baby is hungry).making jerky arm and leg movements, or arching backward.fluttering eyelids or difficulty focusing – your baby might even go cross-eyed or seem to be staring into space. The key to get your baby to fall into a schedule is to be consistent with your nap time routine. As soon as you start to see these signs, you will want to being to put them down for a nap. There are signs to look for that will tell you if your baby is getting sleepy.

Babies this young do not know how to put themselves down for a nap, therefore, you need to help them get to sleep. That means your baby is going to need lots of naps during the day. We just adjust our schedule accordingly.Īccording to, 2-3 month-olds should be getting at least 14-17 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period. Sometimes, she decided she only wants to nap for 30 minutes at a time, and sometimes she wants to eat every two hours. Now I am not saying that every day looks exactly like this, but this is what I try to aim for. When she does not get enough naps in, especially in the morning, our whole day is thrown off.ĭoctors recommend that a baby eats every 3 hours no matter what, so we have based our schedule on that recommendation. Getting her to nap has been a challenge for us, but now that we have her in a routine, it makes things much easier on us and her. The importance of napping, our daily routine, and tips and tricks.Įverly is now 2 months old and we are finally getting the hang of things and figuring out a daily schedule that works for us.

This extra feed increases the breast milk supply. Some babies start waking again at night when their appetite increases.Lift her without fully waking her and feed. You could try a ‘late feed’ or ‘sleepy feed’ at about 10pm, before you go to bed, and this may help your baby to sleep longer. It is still normal for babies to have feeds during the night. Your baby will learn about going to sleep more quickly if you try to use the same settling ideas each time, day or night. If your baby has reached the rolling over milestone, wrapping is not recommended as it may lead to suffocation. The wrap should not be too tight and must allow chest wall, hip and leg movement. Some babies settle better if wrapped fairly firmly in a thin cotton sheet with the arms wrapped in too, while others do not like this, and settle better if they can use their hands to soothe themselves.Day sleep could be in a brighter, noisier place – but if this does not work try the darker, quieter place. You could darken the room for night sleeps.Other regular noises such as the washing machine or dryer can help. Sing to your baby, or put on the radio. You may need to pat or rock quickly at first, then slow down as your baby calms down. Pat your baby, or jiggle the cot in a regular rhythm.Place your baby on her back in the bassinet or cot.At night time, do not have play times – keep feed times ‘boring’ and settle him straight back to sleep. You may want to wake him gently when you see him stirring. It is a good idea not to let him sleep for too long (perhaps no more than 2 hours) especially late in the day, as he may not sleep as long during the night. During the day, your baby will usually have 2 or 3 sleeps. These play times will help your baby to learn that daytime is the time to be awake. There are lots of things that you can do during play time at this age, such as cuddles, a walk, time on the floor or in a baby seat with toys, going shopping, or visiting.Watch your baby for signs that he is tired, or for signs that he wants to play, so that the pattern best meets his needs.Babies who go to sleep straight after a feed may get into the pattern of needing a feed at night to go back to sleep. After he has had a feed, play with him for a while, so that he does not go to sleep straight after a feed. You can help your baby get into a daytime pattern.Daytime and night time patternsīy this age your baby will be starting to learn about the difference between day and night. This topic may use 'he' and 'she' in turn – please change to suit your child's sex. Sleeping baby in a safe cot next to the parents' bed for the first 6 to 12 months reduces the risk of sudden unexpected death in infancy, including SIDS, as long as the room is smoke free. Responding to your baby’s cues of when she needs to sleep, play, feed, or be cuddled, is important in helping develop secure attachment. If you are happy with your baby’s sleep pattern, there is no need to change it. Most have learned to sleep more at night than they do during the day. A few sleep 12 hours at night without interruption, some manage 8 hours while many others wake fairly regularly for feeds. Between the age of 3 and 6 months, some babies have 2 or 3 longish sleeps during the day, while others just have short naps. Not Just Friends - 10 -
Tumblr media
M.List : Prologue : Part 1 : Part 2 : Part 3 : Part 4 : Part 5 : Part 6 : Part 7 : Part 8 : Part 9 : Words 3.1k
Childhood best friends turned into something more, at least with the label. Katsuki Bakugo, a fast-rising hero and fast-learning guy who is ever so slow in getting attached to and loving someone. Even three long years into a relationship, and your friends even forget you're even dating. Nothing happening, spare a few kisses.. like 3 kisses, during high school. Graduated and living together, and you guys have done absolutely nothing to further the relationship. Are you sure you're not just friends? Also not edited!! CW: Smut, brief domestic violence discussion, virginity loss, aggressive flirting from creeps, gore with pro hero stuff (lmk if i missed any) Applies to all chapters regardless of it is in said chapter.
It was a turn back to normal after the long conversation between the two of you. Tears sliding down your faces, majority yours but you saw a couple fall from his. It was a necessary conversation. He opened up about his quirk and apologized for ditching you. You apologize for the same.
Easily enough, the two of you moved on from it quickly. Talking about the past two months when all the overwhelming emotions passed. You blabbed about how many new offers you were getting and he talked about how he was hiring more and more people to his agency.
Despite not being able to ignore the last two months, it was easy to move past.
Growing past it within the night, having everything off your chest. It still didn't make things go back to normal.
You continued to share a bed, but changed your schedules around again to see more of each other. Flipping back into your old routine as much as possible. Not without a few changes though. Lunches would only be once a week rather than daily, and you'd be working for another hour or two after he got home. Since you wanted to sleep in still.
But it still improved your relationship again. Building it back up slowly. You were able to eat a late dinner together each night and share an off day. Sharing your off day made it easier for you anyway. After the break-in it was hard to be home without him, so the last two months were rough. Your therapist said you were doing great though, so that helped.
The first days of going back to normal was rough, having to adjust to seeing each other daily again. Conversations between the two of you felt awkward, mainly on your side. You grew so much in those two months, no longer relying on him. It shifted the dynamic.
"Y'good?" Katsuki's gruff voice broke your train of thought. Your eyes flickered up to him.
"Huh?"
"Been fuckin' playin' with your food," he points his fork at your plate, "Don't like it or some shit?"
"No, I like it," you looked back down. It was definitely not your favorite meal he made, but it was good.
His silverware claddered roughly against his plate, his arms crossing, "The fuck has been wrong with you?"
"Do you have to swear with every sentence?" you avoided, taking a bite of your food instead.
You could feel him roll his eyes along with his heavy sigh, "You've been off since."
"A relationship doesn't heal just like that," you pointed out.
"Will you look at me?" he asked annoyed. A glance up at his expression made you cut your attitude. He was trying, that much was obvious. And after all your talk of communication, you were doing nothing.
"Sorry," you set your fork down, engaging in the conversation, "I'm just lost? I guess. Hard to place it. I've changed a lot in the past two months-"
"How?"
You glared at him for interrupting you. "I've stopped prioritizing you. I'm more focused on myself now. It's hard to go back to normal when the 'normal,' was me running circles around you."
He shuffled in his seat, "That's fine. I'm glad you've moved on in that sense, done you good."
"You're not worried how it'll change us?" you asked softly, it's been all you were thinking of for the past few weeks.
"I'm always fuckin' worried," he admitted, eyes drifting to look at the wall instead of you, "But we'll work it out."
You were glad he still viewed the two of you as a 'we,' heart melting slightly as you reached your hand across the table. "I'm not going to tip-toe around you anymore, Kats."
"Good," he gruffed out, uncrossing his arms and grabbing onto your hand. Changing his focus onto that, "I don't want you to."
"Good," you agreed, smiling at how he let his thumb trace over your knuckles.
"You, um," he fumbled for a minute, eyebrows furrowing, "You're still okay with us not doing shit right?"
"I'd never push that," you confirmed, shocked he even thought you would complain about that.
"Don't get me wrong, I would, just-" he pulled his hands back wiping them on his pants before running them down his face, "my dumb fuckin' quirk."
"You love your quirk," you pointed out.
"Yeah and I'd fuckin' love to touch my girlfriend but no, I gotta be a horny virgin 'cause of it," he groaned, crossing his arms again.
Stifling a laugh was difficult, but you managed, "Maybe we can just work up to it? Get you used to the baseline first before, that."
His quirk went off suddenly, "Can't even fuckin' think of it," he groaned, standing up to go wash his hands off.
"It's cute." You followed behind him to place dishes in the skin, having cleared your plates a while ago.
"Fuck you."
"Hey," you laughed, "At least you can tell Denki and Sero that you beat them at No Nut November. And have for the past 19 years."
He shot you a glare from the sink, "The one challenge I wouldn't want to beat, great."
"It's what makes you number one to me, baby," you teased, kissing his shoulder as you moved past him, wanting to pester him while the mood was light and he was already flustered. It was nice how easy it was to move past something with him. But you wanted to test how much he'd react to you not tiptoeing around him anymore.
With success, his quirk popped off again.
"Fuck off."
You let out a crackle of laughter, "You're too easy."
"Die."
He finally stopped washing his hands, turning to dry them off. You watched from the counter, plotting. "Your back looks nice," you commented, his muscles have been more defined lately and you only got to appreciate it now. His tank top showcases his shoulders nicely.
He froze for a moment, side-eyeing you. "Do you want to get blown up or something?"
"No, do you want to get blown?" you asked back, letting Denki's crude humor influence you.
Like a charm, his quirk sparked off. "Quit it."
"Nah, it's too much fun," you smiled at him, kicking off the counter you were leaning on and moving to leave the kitchen. Hand squeezing his bicep when you walked by.
He didn't let you get even a step away before he grabbed your hand and pulled you into him. His hands grabbing at your hips and moving to push you into the counter. "Where do y'think you're goin'?" he smirked down at you.
Your face bloomed a deep shade, blushing harshly at how close he was. He hasn't been that close since you argued two months ago.
"Nothin' to say?"
You blinked up at him, trying to steady the rapid beating of your heart with the way he was tracing circles onto your hips.
"Might like you but that doesn't mean I'll let you say shit and get away with it," he crowded you closer to the counter.
"What happened to your quirk?" you whispered, losing your voice at the proximity.
"You offered to work up to it, right?" he brushed his hands clean on his shirt briefly before going back to your hips.
"Yeah," you looked down at his hands, trying to make sure the watch was off.
"It's off," he confirmed, twisting his wrist so you could see. When you looked back up at him, he held his gaze deeply, "What happened to that smart mouth?"
"Want me to show you?" you placed your hands on his chest, running over the span of his shoulders. Your body was on fire, the two of you flirted, sure, but this was different. His quirk was fully there. He was fully there.
His eyes lidded slightly, zeroing in his focus on your lips, "Fuck yeah I do."
Your lips closed the gap between the two of you. It wasn't as soft and nervous as all the past kisses, it was something you just threw yourself in. Stomach crazy with butterflies as your mind started buzzing. His hands tightened their grip on your hips as he stepped even closer to you.
Bodies curled into each other to get closer. Your hands digging into the hair at the base of his neck as you deepened the kiss. Full of passion and sexual tension. There was hardly any innocence to the kiss, and if there was, it faded within seconds.
A sigh of relief falling from your lips when his hands slipped under your shirt, brushing over your skin roughly. Fingers being callused and dry from work.
As soon as his hands met your skin he pulled away frantically. Pulling his body from yours completely before his quirk started popping off.
"Fuck me," he groaned in frustration, grabbing a dish towel and wiping his hands off.
"I wish I could," you teased.
He shot you a glare, blush flaring all over his face and coating his neck with a red. "Stop," he grumbled.
"Stop what?"
"Stop looking at me like that," he shied away, washing his hands in water for a moment.
You paused for a moment, considering how you looked. With how flushed his face was you could tell you were no better. Lips plumped and freshly kissed red as your shirt was ruffled up from his hands as you leaned back into the counter. "Why would I? You clearly like what you see?"
The confidence within you came from nowhere. There has been sexual tension between the two of you before, many times before. Even before he had the watch. But normally you had to be drunk as hell to make such obvious jokes towards him, especially ones about sex. Maybe it was the fact that it was on the table, when before it wasn't. You knew he wanted it as much as you did.
"Fuck off," he grumbled.
"Come on, Kats," you pushed your luck.
"I love you, but please stop whatever the fuck you're doing before we need a new apartment," he spoke without thought, freezing the second he realized what he said.
You barked out a laugh, he spoke so plainly. You didn't want him to get wrapped up in his head, so you ignored the rushing butterflies over his admissions. "Fine, fine," you gave in, smiling happily at him, "Hug?"
He looked at you, untrusting of you before he opened his arms, gesturing you near.
Taking the moment, you threw yourself in his arms. Wrapping your arms around his waist he pulled you in fully. Letting you rest your head on his chest as he rested his on yours.
Everything felt secure in your relationship, you'd move one step at a time together. With a lot of teasing between, but that was common between you and him, despite the lack of it lately.
"I love you too, by the way," you mumbled into his chest, having a happy feeling travel through your body at the small number of times he's actually said it.
"I know."
You moved slightly to look up at him, his eyes fell on yours before you spoke, "Are you hard?"
He glared sharply, embarrassment covering his features as you felt him grow hot. You were going to ignore the feeling of him pressing into your lower stomach, but decided you wanted the chance to rub it in his face that you have the upper hand here. He tried to pull away, only for you to keep your grip.
"Stop," he warned, his hands raised away from you.
"It's only a little spark, Kats," you tried to comfort.
With a roll of his eyes he smiled evilly down at you, "You asked for it," before you could protest, he wiped his sweaty hands on your face before rubbing the rest of it off on your sweater, down your chest.
"Katsuki! That's gross," you pulled away from him, using your sleeve to wipe away the damp residue of his sweat off your cheek before you pulled the bottom of your shirt out, seeing if he got sweat marks on it. "You just used that as an excuse to touch my tits," you glared at him, seeing the faint marks of his handprint on your shirt, right over your tits. It surprised you that he sweat enough to leave a mark.
He laughed sharply, walking out of the kitchen, "Got no proof, Brains."
"I literally have the proof of your hands on my tits," you called out to him.
He looked over you, "How do I know those are mine?"
"Really? Cause I'd let a random guy grope me and he'd be sweaty enough to leave a mark like you do," you snarked.
"No way to know," he shrugged.
"You're such an ass," you groaned.
His phone buzzing loudly cut off his laughter.
"This late?" you asked as you eyed his work phone.
"It's PR," he said as he furrowed his brows, answering the phone, "Dynamight."
You heard mumbling for a moment before he huffed and put his phone on speaker. "Can she hear me now?" the lady's voice rang through, the same manager you've spoken with before.
"Hello," you answered for him, "What can I do?"
"You've done quite enough," she spoke abruptly. It took a lot to get her mad, so to have pissed her off five words was a record. "People are spreading pictures of you crying in the middle of the street."
Katsuki's eyes shot to you, concerned.
"They also claim to of heard you talking to Deku, saying you said his name several times."
His concerned look turned to a glare quickly.
"I can explain that," you said quickly before Katsuki added his two cents, "I was having a rough time and decided to call a friend, simple."
She laughed, "It's not the simple. It was the night of your party. And with the lack of social outings between Dynamight and you, people are saying the two of you broken up."
"Why does this matter?" you asked annoyed. It was still a sore subject.
"It matters because bad things are being said about the two of you. It's not just Dynamight's image anymore, but yours too. They're saying he's abusive while also saying that you're sleeping your way to the top."
You've heard that said too many times to count. Both things. So filled with anger, you grabbed the phone from Katsuki's hand and hung up.
"The fuck?"
"I don't know! I'm annoyed," you huffed, tossing his phone onto the couch before pacing, "I'm sick of people talking."
"I get it's annoying but you're gonna hear it-"
"Not helping," you glared at him.
"PR helps get them to knock it off," he pushed.
"She hardly says anything but the obvious," you rolled your eyes, "We can just post a picture of us or something."
"How does that prove I don't hit you?"
You paused your pacing, "Under a truth quirk I said the worst thing about you was your socks. I think if you abused me I would have said that."
He gave up his fight with a shrug, moving to sit on the couch instead.
"Don't get me wrong, it pisses me off that they say that. There is just no way to prove otherwise. Nothing is ever enough for them," you corrected, not wanting him to get the idea that you were only concerned for yourself.
"If you think that, why are you so pissed right now?" he crossed his arms.
You shook your eyes off the flex of his arms, throwing your hands up in frustration, "Because everyone says that, I hate hearing it."
"What do you mean?"
"Everyone thinks you hit me or some bullshit," you huff.
"Everyone?"
"Like people that don't know you," you changed, "you're a softy and they ignore it.
"Who you callin soft?" he sat up straight.
You smiled at him, "Kats, you can't even look mad at me."
He glared at you, eyebrows being the only thing supporting it. His eyes were soft. "Die."
"Let's just forget about it," you sighed, not wanting to talk about the press or your relationship. Nothing stressful.
"Why were you even cryin' to Deku?"
"You," you admitted shamefully, looking away. Talking about this would be stressful.
When he said nothing, you turned back to him. He was staring out the window. The view was filled with city lights.
"I only called him 'cause I couldn't call you," you comforted, stepping closer to him.
"Could always call me," he spoke softly.
"Kats," at this point you were standing right in front of him
"Yeah?"
You swallowed quickly, "We don't need to do everything together."
He took a deep breath, "I know, just want you to know you can call me, no matter what."
"I already know that," you smiled fondly at him. It was one of the best things about him. No matter how mad he was at a friend or family, he would never ignore them if they needed anything, even a random call. He might ignore a stupid text, but he never missed a call from someone close to him.
"Good."
"Maybe," he looked up at you, "We don't do anything publically? If they think I'm dating you then good, if they think I'm not, I don't care."
"If you want," he shrugged.
"You don't mind?" you step closer to him, him making space for you by manspreading further.
"Not really, just don't go making 'em think you're dating that damn nerd."
"Okay."
"Want somethin'?" he looked at you with a brow up. His eyes flickering from your chest to your face.
"Seems like you do," you smiled, inviting yourself more into his personal space by straddling him, both knees by his side.
"What are you doing?" his hands were pushed outwards, far from you.
"It's fine," you hushed him, sitting your weight on his lap.
"We didn't even do this stuff with the watch," he hissed at you, face flushed.
"Yes we did," you looked at him confused, "I made you cum y-"
"Shut it," he huffed, hands popping with the sound of his quirk, "Get off."
"Look, if you really want to, I will, but I don't think you want me to," you didn't want to force him into anything.
"What even put you in this mood?" he glared at you.
"You looked at my tits," you shrugged.
"Cause you still have my handprint on em," he smirked proudly.
You looked down at them quickly, "Bakugo."
"What? It's how it should be."
"Will it stain?"
"Shouldn't."
"I hate you," you glared at him.
"Sure, cause one glance at your tits makes you wanna jump me, cause you hate me," he was too cocky.
"Shut up you can hardly kiss me without losing your mind," you fought back.
"Kissed ya earlier didn't I?"
"Barely, come on, kiss me like a man-"
Forgetting his prior reluctance, he pulled you into him. Connecting your lips in a messy kiss as his hand held you to him by the back of your neck. Slowly losing its grip before sliding down to your waist. Losing himself into the kiss just as you were.
You were shocked he was even kissing you, cherishing the win regardless. Moving more onto him. Wrapping your arms around him, scratching at his scalp as you pulled on his hair.
The groan that left his lips encouraged you to push down more in his lap, wanting something more. You could never get enough of him. Anything he'd give, you'd take.
A rough push of yourself onto him caused his quirk to go off, not just a small spark either.
It singed your top, burning your skin.
You jumped off his lap once he let go, holding your sides.
His hand was placed right over your old scar.

Hi Tracy, i wanted to ask a somewhat personal question. How do you deal with losing beloved pet? I recently lost my 9-year-old tortie a month ago to kidney failure and GDV and even though i still got three other babies to dote for (and they're all lovely), it's really hard to feel as much love as i did with my tortie. She was my first cat and was incredibly loving and patient with, helped me immensely while grieving for my father's passing a few years ago.
With her gone, it really does feel like a lot of me also went with her. It makes living very hard. I made tiny sculpture and wood soldering in her memory but i don't really know how to deal with the actual emptiness inside me. Sorry for the word vomit but i figured since you also lost a precious cat before, you might have insight for this situation
I'm so sorry for the loss of your beloved tortie.
I don't have any special skills for dealing with death, really, but I suppose I can speak a bit about personal experience.
I think it's natural to feel a yawning emptiness when something so intimately intertwined in your life - a constant companion, a source of joy, something around which your daily schedule is structured - is suddenly gone. It can be a very lonely sort of grief too, as the loss of a pet doesn't generally come with the same community and ritual that human death does. To others, your dear companion was perhaps just an animal. Not to equate it with human death in the broader scheme, exactly, but it can mean personal devastation, compounded by being alone in coping with it. Societally, we probably do ourselves some significant harm believing we must rapidly "get over" losses like this.
There's no getting-over-it that I know of, anyway, but there is the knowledge that the nature of grief changes over time (it sounds like you're no stranger to that). The stormy waves that knock you about with the immensity of the loss gradually give way to more placid waters. The sadness remains, but grows gentler and maybe sweeter even, because it creates a quiet space to reflect on the pet that enriched and graced a chapter of your life with their presence.
In the meantime, while awaiting some peace, I personally find there's an analgesic effect to making the feelings of grief actionable. The meditative nature of art and the act of memorializing a companion animal won't fill in that void, but it can help you start to process and accept it, to find a way to transmogrify it into a repository for your feelings and memories of love. I'd say keep making sculptures, make a scrapbook, draw a picture of her - anything, if it puts you in a different state of mind as you're doing it.
Looking after animals that are in need of care and attention in the moment, even if you feel emotionally distant, might help you regain some footing too. Setting up shelters for feral cats and fostering rescues are some things I like to do. There's a sort of grounding, self-rescue interwoven in focusing some energy on the living.
Most of all, grant yourself time. Do yourself the kindness of not feeling bad about feeling bad. Mourn without believing you must rush to find a cure for the sadness.
If, however, you are suffering or finding it impossible to function day to day, please do reach out to seek qualified counseling.

Hi everyone,
I’ve been reached out to by @zean--yahya to share their story, and so I am pasting the message here:
“Hello my friends
I am Zain, 7 years old, and my brother Yahya, 4 years old, from Gaza
My family consists of 6 people, me, my brother, my father, my mother, my grandfather, and my grandmother. We have created a fundraising campaign to help us evacuate from Gaza due to the nightmare of war. We are grateful for the help we have received so far, but we still need more support to reach the campaign goal quickly. Our campaign is progressing slowly and has only achieved 20% of its goal in 4 months, which is very sad for us, because the Rafah crossing is close to being back in operation, and it is my family's only exit from Gaza. My family does not have enough money to evacuate.
This link shows my brother and I’s suffering during the war:
Please watch the video until the end.My brother and I trust you, my friend, and that is why we communicate with you and beg you. SEND ME A SHIP AND A NUMBER AND I’LL WRITE A SHORT FIC
ghost/living person au
This ask is from May 9, 2023, which is eleven months ago. I don't remember what I was planning for it, but here's what I did get done, which I've crossposted to AO3.
--------
Ahsoka has been doing ghost services for about five years.
It's is the term she usually goes for, at least. "Ghost hunting" sounds amateurish, and "spiritual worker" or "exorcist" tends to draw in the religious types.
"Ghost services" still isn't great, but she's had more luck with it than others.
It's not bad work. She runs into some interesting people. She gets to call up her brothers pretty often, since the professional community isn't exactly huge. She can make her own schedule, mostly, and she gives her accountant migraines when tax season rolls around. Her job isn't the easiest to classify, as far as types of self-employment go. She thinks they're sticking with something like 'spiritual advisor' or whatever right now.
Ahsoka's not too concerned about it herself.
Coruscant is a big city, and an old one. That means there's a lot going on, as far as ghostly activities go, even if most have either settled into a pattern or long since moved on to greyer pastures.
Not all of them, of course.
--
The military cemetery is very... perfunctory. The grass is not dry, nor is it cropped short by daily mowing. It isn't quite overgrown, but it's as often crabgrass as not; nobody minds, so long as it's not long enough to hide ticks.
The air is brisk and smells of sea salt, and the sky a patchy, pale grey. The stones are almost uniformly of white sandstone or granite, with only a rare few exceptions, and neatly laid out in as close to a grid as the low, rolling hills allow. Some of the graves are from centuries ago. Some are only a few months old.
Ahsoka isn't the only one that visits regularly, with a thermos of hot soup and a brown bag of whatever her eldest brother had dropped off as 'leftovers' in a misguided worry that she can't feed herself now that she's on her own.
(She's twenty-six. She is more than capable of cooking when she wants to. She is also not ashamed to take advantage of Obi-Wan's kindness.)
She makes her way to the bench, and settles herself and her bag. She spreads her lunch across her lap, uncaring of the chances that crumbs will land in the the dip of her skirts between her knees. They wash easy.
Only a few sips into her hot broth, and three bites into Obi-Wan's sandwich, a presence arrives.
Chilly in a way that reaches the bones better than it touches the skin, Rex places a hand onto her shoulder and leans over. "Thought you said you were going to be on a job?"
"Hello to you too, dear."
He laughs and steps through the bench to settle in beside her. He's mostly mastered the art of acting around objects as if they are real to him, and most people wouldn't even notice the bits of his pants fabric that are dipping into the bench instead of resting against it.
They'd notice that he's translucent and blue-ish and faintly glowing, but a girl can't win them all.

Historian's Perspective on Vulcan Time Zones
This was supposed to be a quick response to something on a Discord. As you can see it turned into 750 words on the history of Earth time measurement, time zones, and my opinion of how and why Vulcans would use time zones. If you're into Vulcan vs Human cultural minutia, enjoy diving down this rabbit hole with me!
Tumblr media
Vulcans, with their canon innate sense of time, would in fact still have time zones - but they wouldn’t use them the way we do today.
Here on Earth, time zones were a secondary effect of trains. Before trains, people had a lot of different means of telling time, but they mostly revolved around dawn and dusk. You can still see that today in Jewish and Muslim timekeeping. We’re in the month of Ramadan right now. Fasting is from LOCAL dawn to local dusk, not the time of those events in Mecca. Shabbat starts at local dusk on Friday night. The whole idea of tying human time to precise minutes would be nonsensical for pretty much everyone living before the industrial revolution.
Hours also used to be variable in length, based around good old dawn and dusk. So for the Romans the “first hour” was literally the first hour after dawn. They divided the daylight into 12 hours (because Sumerian math is persistent AF). During summer, one “hour” was about 75 modern minutes long, while during winter, one hour was 45 minutes long. An hour was a division of daylight, not a collection of minutes.
Up until the industrial revolution this was fine. If you needed precise timing for a chemical reaction there were surprisingly accurate measuring devices, but those weren’t applied to everyday life.
Christian church bells and Muslim Adhan calls to prayer followed the dawn to dusk modified hour system to let people know what time it was. In Christian literature, you find a ton of references to different churches hourly bells tolling for a solid 3-5 minutes back to back.
It was part of the rhythm of the day. Many church clocks didn’t even have minute hands, because yo didn’t need them. In daily life, you honestly didn’t need to know anything more precise than “half” or maybe “quarter” past a specific hour.
Time zones as we know them were literally invented by train companies. It was the only way to ensure the trains ran on time. You can find tons of contemporary writing about how “two of the clock” could mean damn near anything. If you’re trying to get meat butchered this morning in Chicago to New York city on quickly melting slabs of ice so it’ll arrive in time to be taken to shops and sold before it spoils, you really need your trains to run on a dependable schedule.
So I say:
1) Vulcans would have time zones because they are the most logical means of scheduling long distance transportation and distribution.
2) Local time has little to do with time zones. Vulcans in canon have an innate sense of time in a way we humans do not, so really, the point of time zones is just ensuring transportation and distribution networks are efficient.
3) Nimoy infused a lot of Judaism into the lore of Vulcans. As such I think their innate time sense would also be tied to a dawn-to-dusk schedule. (The modern idea of starting a new “day” in the middle of a late night sleep cycle is very weird and totally ahistorical.)  Therefore Local time is still linked to dawn and dusk. It’s also useful to know what time dawn and dusk are for people halfway around the world. That way you can efficiently schedule meetings with them at mutually convenient times. Once more, we come back to time zones.
If you want a real world example of how No Time Zones fucks you up, look at China. There is officially One Time Zone in all of China, even though geographically it would be cut into 9 if you followed the same lines everyone else uses. That means a normal meeting at 10 am for someone in Bejing is at what we would consider 1 am at the furthest point west. But 1 am is legally “10 am” for them. If you don’t have to deal with Bejing on the regular, then the clock numbers have zero correlation with the way people in those places actually live their lives.
I suspect what a lot of people really object to is daylight savings time.
Vulcans who use local dawn and dusk to define their days would find this equally nonsensical.
Now if you want to get weird with it, you could make all VSA starships use ShiKhar Central Time, regardless of where the crew is from.

Poise & Progress: The Game Plan
So in my last blog post (which was also my first might I add) I mentioned that I adore anything relating to leveling up and becoming a femme fatale. And so today I’m choosing to become a part of what I adore.
Here, I’m laying out my goals and plans on how I will achieve these goals. I’ve decided to categorize them based on the areas of my life that I would like to elevate. I will add that this is neither an original idea or layout. I was inspired by a blog here on tumblr that I’ve been following for a while. (@boujeeceo - they haven’t been active for a while though but you can look through their page of course! I don’t gatekeep.)
Okay, let’s get started with my goals shall we?
One Time Goals:
Save 5k
Finish my modeling website
Buy a vlogging camera
Create 3 Sources of income
Start my social media management/marketing business
Open my clothing boutique
Have my own skin care line here in The Bahamas
To Purchase:
Smile direct club
New bedroom furniture and closet storage (my bedroom needs a SERIOUS makeover)
New Wardrobe essentials (a little difficult considering my personality changes every three months but I think now that I’m laying it all out and building my dream persona it may get easier to manage)
Health & Fitness
Start a workout routine
At home pilates (gyms make me uncomfortable for many reasons)
Daily 30 minute jogs
Healthier diet (wholesome, plant based?)
Intermittent fasting?
Cut out meat again?
Add more fruits and vegetables to my diet
Create a meal plan and meal prep on Sundays?
Solid Sleep schedule
Get at least 7 hours of sleep daily (I’m struggling with the idea of this because I feel as though in order to be successful sooner I have to sacrifice some hours of sleep)
Take vitamins daily
Beauty:
Build a solid skincare routine & be consistent with it!
Practice my makeup skills
Learn how to install and style my own wigs
Finances
Fix my relationship with money!!
SAVE & BUDGET
Increase Income
Work/Career
Start a side hustle that I can scale into a remote/work from home business that brings in more than my current 9-5 does.
Relationships:
Making more friends with the same interests as me and ones that have successfully achieved for themselves the lifestyle that I see for myself so that I can learn from them. This also means evaluating my current friendships and putting some distance between me and those that aren’t working on growth.
Spirituality
Strengthen relationship with God
Read 1 chapter of the Bible Daily
Continue to explore my spirituality
Meditate daily
Socials:
The girlies on every social media platform say that the best way to remain consistent and to be successful when it comes to social media is by niching down. I’ve been working on what my niche could be, based on the type of content that I like to consume and also the type of content that I will be able to post the most given my current location, income, and budget.
I’m leaning towards: LIFESTYLE | FASHION | BEAUTY
Youtube
Start posting again. It’s that simple, I know it is.
Hit 500 subscribers by New Years (Currently 292 - All of my past videos are private right now as I’m rebranding)
Meet monetization requirements (500 subscribers, 3 videos within 90 days and 3000 watch hours)
Instagram
Hit 5k followers by New Year’s Eve (Currently 4,026)
Create a solid social media strategy & content calendar
Skills
Complete my social media marketing course
Learn a new language (currently learning italian seeing that my boyfriend is an old Italian man loll)
Habits:
Drink a gallon of water daily
Read more books
Form daily routines
Hobbies:
Modeling
Build my portfolio
Book more runway stuff
Travel for modeling
Hobbies that I’d like to start:
Tennis/Golf: I would like to have a physical hobby that can also keep me in shape. And also somewhere that affluent individuals in my community enjoy hanging out.
Traveling: This one feels like a dead giveaway. Of course I want to start traveling more.
Horseback riding: I used to do it when I was younger and volunteering at a nearby stable. Learning to ride was a requirement but I didn’t stick around long enough to actually get good at it.
Cooking & Baking (It’s recently become a dream of mine to host a fancy thanksgiving dinner) My family has never really been the baking type and traditional Bahamian meals are great and all but I would like to explore the art of cooking.
I think for now this is a pretty extensive list of goals and aspirations even though in my head it feels like I’ve only scratched the surface. I’ll be going into more details on different aspects of these things here of course!

Personal & Project Updates!
Tumblr media
First of all:
This blog runs on queue most of the time, I am checking it daily but work eats me.
I can’t get into details but some of you know I changed classes in begin of April and am trying to adjust to the new schedule but shit hit the fan and I had to overtake my old class ON TOP of the new class without a proper assisstant for the latter two weeks ago. I am super exhausted, my social batteries are drained af and i can’t really engage in hobby interactions right now, even managing things that are basic are hard (I get cooking going though). I am working 4 hours less a month after the summer break if ... I am really working my regular hours, we will see.
That on top of me being super sensitive to the summer temperatures and seasonal depression just leaves a hefty mess.
I do stress art, I put it into the blog. That’s why there is content. I need to get the steam out somewhere and there is a point reached every day where sports isn’t doing the trick anymore as my body is just like “heck pls rest for ONCE” ... therefore... tinkering here and there.
I’m glad people like a lot of the things I did in the past weeks, find them inspiring or nice to look at. The queue is always a surprise bag for me, reminding me “hey you did this cool thing, you had progress” every day while digging through the mess my life currently is.
And now for the art/blog related stuff:
Just as a list for myself to remind me I have... things going on.
1. The Earl - Self sculpted head
Has top priority in doll regards, I am currently back at working on the head itself.
2. Rooms
For the rooms I am rearranging the last furniture (had a huge furniture building weekend last weekend), I am trying to find a spot for everything, figuring out who moves in which display and what things to display and all
+ making displays, room boxes etc. for now priority is the ‘living room’/’office’ to focus on one room to get less overwhelmed
3. Dolls
Fizz is the next to be sewn for, I got his fabrics, but nothing more as I focus on the Earl first.
Edward will get a face up.
Once all layaways are paid off and the rooms/my car are not eating my funds I will start getting bodies for the rolling heads.
Rolling heads at home that will get bodies (order of priority): Kanda, Lenalee, Sokrates, “A.”. Later on: Lavi, Bookman, depends on arrival then.
4. Cosplay
I want to make another cosplay for the next convention I aim to work on it during my summer break, that means more focus on something for myself, lesser on the dolls.
5. Drawing
I still stick to finish 5 drawings per week. Sometimes even more, I do stress art, therefore I am drawing a lot.
6. Writing
I do write daily right now but nothing I want to publish. I aim to get the next chapter of ‘Secrets’ done hopefully in June
7. Photobooks
Two more are due to get printed in end of June
8. Weekly photos
I am trying hard to keep that challenge up, drawing and writing is my main focus for stress art right now, though I wake up super early and use the sunrise for pics
I am trying to think of the doll birthdays I have coming up (both 10 years)
9. ...??
I am sure there is more lol but yeah. Shit will keep my mind busy.

Dental Hygiene
Tips to having healthy teeth.
1. Wash your teeth twice a day. The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends brushing your teeth for two minutes, twice a day, in the morning and at night. Any type of toothbrush will work. We advise using gentle bristles.
2. Apply toothpaste with Fluoride. For all ages, including infants, dentists advise using fluoride toothpaste that has earned the ADA Seal of Acceptance. Fluoride helps prevent cavities and fight tooth decay, which can occur in children as well. For children younger than three, a serving size of rice is plenty. After three years old, you can raise that to pea size.
3. Give it a close brush. You should brush thoroughly but gently to avoid damaging your teeth or gums. Make sure to clean the back, front, sides, and top of your teeth using a toothbrush angled at a 45-degree angle towards your gums.
4. Reducing acidic drinking. Even while acidic drinks taste good, it's preferable to avoid them or consume them in moderation to avoid pain or enamel erosion. This covers fruit juice, cordials, coffee, and soft drinks. It's acceptable if you would want to occasionally indulge in one. (You mean balance?) To neutralise the acids, the American Dental Association only advises using a straw and swishing water in your mouth afterwards.
5. Every Day Floss. It's essential to schedule a daily flossing session in order to prevent gum disease and cavities. Flossing not only removes plaque, which leads to cavities, but it also removes any food particles that may remain after the meal (which can cause bad breath and more).
6. Chew Food With Your Teeth Only. It may be tempting to use your teeth to open a package if you don't have scissors on hand. But teeth are primarily meant for chewing and breaking down food. Your risk of damage increases when you use them for other purposes.
7. Guard Your Teeth Against Damage. Athletes are particularly susceptible to injuries. To reduce the possibility of anything happening to your teeth, use a mouthguard whenever you play contact sports. Avoiding using things to brush your teeth is another technique to avoid getting hurt because they might cause more harm than good.
8.Eat less sugary food. Each of us enjoys a tasty dessert. However, since sweets release acids that erode tooth enamel and cause tooth decay, moderation is essential to avoiding dental damage. If you do decide to have a sweet treat or two, enjoy them with lunch or dinner. Full meals produce more saliva in your mouth, which can neutralise acids and remove leftovers.
9. Remember to Scrape Your Tongue. Your mouth, tongue, and teeth will all be cleaned using a toothbrush. But if you want a bit more cleaning power, think about using a tongue scraper. Starting from the rear of your tongue, slowly move the scraper towards the front.
10. Get Regular Checkups at the Dentist. We advise scheduling a dental visit every six months to maintain optimal oral health. A dentist will clean your teeth, examine you for cavities, give you advice on good oral hygiene habits (such how to brush and floss properly), among other things.

I am soooo interested in knowing what kind of a guy Bram Stoker was. What would be his reaction be to 100,000 people collectively losing their shit over their friend Jonathan Harker for 6 months? 125 years after publication, at that? Would he be happy? Confused? Would he want to be part of it, if he were in our place? Would he be a vampire named Matt e-mailing all of us himself?

Look, today's entry genuinely terrified me. Like for the first time I'm feeling actually nervous. I'm not really feeling particularly jokey and like, of course I'll see the memes and reblog them but like, right now I'm scared. For the first time this horror novel is horrifying me. Jonathan is alone and lonely, they are looking into each other's eyes and lying while both know the other's truth, the Szgany didn't send his letter, either because they're with Dracula, or they didn't understand, or because Drac realised what Jonathan was going to try and snatched it out of force. I can't pick the worse of the three options. Mina doesn't know what the hell's going on, he was unable to send her his letter, everyone else is having a grand old time back in England, he is well and truly alone. God, what is going to happen? Dracula is playing a deliberate game and that's much scarier than the kind of horror that comes from supernatural beings just being themselves

Every time I see someone refer to the Dracula Daily fandom as the Dracula Daily fandom I'm like honey, no. We are not a fandom. We are a bunch of old timers gathering everyday at the inn discussing the letters which that darling old kid Jonathan sends us every day, worrying for his life.

Today is the 1st, and I woke up at 9:30, later than usual, but that's fine. I don't really have a schedule. My boyfriend left to walk the dog and ran into our neighbor. Then he had to go to the ATM to pick up the money to pay back our neighbor, who is also our weed dealer. $480, that's a lot. I was hoping that when we moved 120 miles away from everyone we knew, we would have a clean slate and fewer connections to weed, but alas, it is everywhere. Now we just need the self-discipline not to spend so much on it every month. It's hard because we are home all the time, bored, and weed is something to do during the day. At least it feels like doing something, when really it's just kind of sitting there.
All my nose has done since I woke up is run. On a side note, I used Palmer's firming lotion on my tummy today, and it smells amazing. I'm going to use it daily now because I'm actively trying to lose weight and I want to keep my tummy as firm as possible to prevent any loose skin.
I ordered the food for the pets, another $331 gone from the bank, and we only have about a month's supply to show for it. (We have a lot of pets; they're all rescues.) I also paid off 25% of one credit card and 20% of another, 50% on the third, and 10% on the fourth card. This should get me a lot closer to that "under 30% utilization" that credit reports like to see.
Also, the new management gave us a new gate code, so we'll need to update that. I need to register my sister's car to our apartment. She's the only one who ever visits, and since we don't have a car, it makes sense to give her our permanent parking pass for our lease. Another thing I have to do this month is take the dog to the vet. I don't think his meds at home are working well for him because he is incessantly licking his genitals, knees, and ankles. I think he's in pain, so it's time to take a trip to the vet. I have to find a new vet in this area because the chain store vet I was planning to use closed down. The vet we take the cats to might be an option, but I liked the chain store vets for the dog because they offered those monthly plans.
A huge reason I'm working on my credit right now is to make sure that when the dog really needs it, I can get that CareCredit they have for pet emergencies. Hopefully, it all works out. I also put another $100 in savings. If it works out and we never use the credit cards again after today, then I will have $500 across the 4 cards and the savings account set aside for the dog's vet needs and probably his final expenses soon. He is an old man and has a lot of lumps on him. He might not see his 11th birthday, but I'm hopeful. Some days he is still really spry, and some days you can tell his big 160lb body is getting tired of its own weight.
Sorry to be depressing; I'm just thinking about things since it's the beginning of the month, and I'm thinking about all the stuff I have to do.
It's 11:30 now, and all I've done so far is sit in bed and watch my money leave my bank. It's bonkers. I need to drag myself up and into the bathroom to brush my hair and teeth. There's no need to leave my PJs today; I'm just sitting at home until it's time to Uber to the grocery store tomorrow. It'll save on laundry at least. I'll probably do a half-assed cleaning of the apartment while playing Surviving Mars on the PS5 and making the grocery list for tomorrow.
I think I'm going to try Walmart instead of Kroger this time because I need a new vacuum and some more wild bird food. I always feel bad when I run out. I know the birds can eat elsewhere, but in this packed cityscape, I love knowing that they can find one little safe spot to eat and relax (while my cats watch them through the clear glass back door, haha). Okay, I must quit this bed now.
Take care, reader. Thanks for reading my very long post about my very mundane life. It's nice to know that someone knows I at least exist.

December 16, 2023: I entered the testing area of the diagnostic center and was instructed to empty my bladder before the TransV Ultrasound started. Same as the last diagnostic center we went to, taking photos and videos is also not allowed here. Additionally, only patients are permitted inside the Ultrasound Room, leaving my husband and son waiting outside the door which was unsettling. The OB-Sonologist finally inserted the thingymajiggy inside me after the previous condoms burst twice, stating that I’m resisting it. (Tho, I’m not. I’m just tight like that. Chos. Hahaha.)
___
Following the events from my last post, my OB-GYN recommended continuing with my current medication and emphasized the importance of religiously taking Duphaston as it would help with my Subchorionic Hemorrhage. She highlighted the need for me to rest, suggested reducing my intake of sugary foods and liquids, and mentioned scheduling a blood sugar test after a month of fasting. Internally, I sense that my OB-GYN might be downplaying my actual condition, perhaps to shield me from unnecessary stress.
I continued with my daily routine, the difference from my previous pregnancy and this pregnancy is that getting enough sleep is a challenge. My shift begins at 10:00 PM, typically, I wrap up all my tasks by 4:00 AM just to be prepared in case I start feeling sleepy. I inform my agents, take a break, and return by 5:30 to 6:00 AM. I consolidate my lunch and breaks into one, perks of working from home then I end my shift at 7:00 AM with all tasks completed. I'm really proud of myself and my multi-tasking skills.
___
While she’s doing her thing with the thingymajiggy, I shared with her the previous result, which she confirmed—indicating that I indeed have Subchorionic Hemorrhage. However, her next words sent a shiver through my spine, making me want to scream and crumble. “May nadinig ka bang heartbeat sa first ultrasound mo? Kasi wala akong madinig ngayon e. Sana mali ako…” I'm at a loss for words. I can't seem to recall if I heard any heartbeat myself, but suddenly, I remembered the previous results etched into my memory. Meron, 118bpm yata yun e. The doctor adjusted the monitor to face me, displaying my uterus, the supposed location of the hemorrhage, and my baby's placement. “Kung may heartbeat na narerecognize ang machine dapat mag-iiba yung color ng lining sa screen. Pero look oh, tahimik. Wala talaga mommy e.” The only way for me to navigate the situation is to quickly go on defense mode. From an emotionally charged Cancer Woman to being the Dark-Humored Girly that I am. “Doc, check mo ulit, baka bobo lang ‘yan, nakalimutan tumibok.” She looked at me with visible pity and concluded the session with, "Indicate ko nalang lahat dito, then just show it to your OB-GYN, mommy, okay? Okay na po. Balikan mo nalang result maybe after 1-2 hours, mommy.“ I quietly walked out the door and found my husband waiting outside with our only child, my only baby. Searching my eyes, he immediately sensed something was wrong and asked what's going on. I quickly and quietly replied, “Wag dito, dun na sa labas.”
Tumblr media
Entering the car, I broke down. I cried and cried and cried some more. My intense and loud crying likely scared my 9-year-old son. He cupped my cheeks, making the sincerest effort to comfort and console me, helping me regain my composure as I held onto his hands. Meanwhile, my other hand received small kisses from my husband. I tried so hard to reiterate what had transpired inside the ultrasound room as clearly and completely as I could. And then we cried some more.
With my side of the family currently out of the country, my husband chose to drive to his parents' place for some much-needed comfort. His sisters and I decided to go out and eat, not fully accepting the reality of the situation. We’re laughing about various unrelated topics, all the while pretending that everything is still okay.
Tumblr media
Driving home, tears flowed once again. The weight of my OB-GYN's response to the message I left regarding the result hung heavily in my mind: “Intayin mo na lang duguin ka, bago kita raspahin.” It was a statement I was never prepared to hear or read.
___
More to come.

THE IMPORTANCE OF PEDIATRIC DENTAL CARE
As parents, we cherish our children's smiles, and their oral health plays a crucial role in their overall well-being. The journey to a lifetime of healthy teeth begins in infancy and continues through childhood. In this blog, we'll explore the significance of pediatric dental care and offer valuable insights to ensure your little one's smile radiates with happiness.
Proper Baby Oral Care
Tumblr media
Caring for your baby's oral health is an essential aspect of their overall well-being, and it starts with proper pediatric dental care.
While baby teeth are temporary, they play a crucial role in your child's development and set the foundation for healthy adult teeth.
Here's a comprehensive guide on how to ensure proper pediatric dental care for your little one:
1. Start Early: Begin pediatric dental care even before your baby's first tooth appears. After feeding, gently wipe their gums with a clean, damp cloth or a soft infant toothbrush to remove bacteria and sugars.
2. Teething: As the first teeth emerge, usually around 6 months, you may notice your baby's discomfort. Provide teething rings or toys to soothe their gums, but avoid using topical numbing gels unless advised by a pediatrician.
3. First Dental Visit: Schedule your baby's first pediatric dental care appointment around their first birthday or when the first tooth erupts. This early visit helps establish a dental home and provides guidance on oral care.
4. Brushing: Once teeth appear, brush them gently with an infant toothbrush and a smear of fluoride toothpaste (about the size of a grain of rice). Brushing should be done twice daily, morning and night, as part of your pediatric dental care routine.
5. Diet Matters: Limit sugary foods and drinks in your baby's diet. Encourage a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and dairy products that support healthy teeth and gums, as recommended by pediatric dental care experts.
6. Avoid Bottle Decay: Never put your baby to bed with a bottle containing milk, juice, or formula. The sugars in these liquids can lead to tooth decay, often referred to as "bottle rot." This is an important aspect of pediatric dental care to remember.
7. Pacifier and Thumb Sucking: While common, prolonged pacifier use or thumb sucking can affect tooth alignment. Discuss strategies for stopping these habits with your dentist specializing in pediatric dental care if they persist.
8. Supervised Brushing: Until your child can brush effectively on their own, you should brush their teeth for them. This usually continues until they are around 6 years old, according to pediatric dental care guidelines.
9. Dental Emergencies: Be prepared for dental emergencies like chipped or knocked-out teeth. Know how to respond and contact your pediatric dental care specialist immediately.
10. Lead by Example: Children learn by observing. Make dental care a family routine, and let your child see you brushing and flossing regularly, emphasizing the importance of pediatric dental care.
Proper oral care during infancy sets the stage for a lifetime of healthy smiles, and pediatric dental care is an integral part of that journey. By following these guidelines and partnering with a pediatric dentist specializing in pediatric dental care, you can ensure your baby's dental health is off to a great start.
