I think I mentioned I chose the theme empathy because it’s something companies are stressing their employees use more of when dealing with customers.  In my job, we get correctives for not using enough empathy.  Personally I think that’s ridiculous but we all have a hierarchy we have to adhere to.  We don’t have to agree but we do have rules we have to follow.  I figure in this journey of A-Z…
