realistically I don't think the new rome university experience would be fun for percy or annabeth but its really not going to be fun for annabeth cause like imagine a small, competitive, close-knit college of "rome is best" students who come from a society that their gods so rarely interact with that it frequently doesn't happen within their own lifetimes vs 1 (one) daughter of Athena that grew up taking field trips to visit the olympians and has already been actively redesigning mt. olympus for the past couple of years. like they're literally going to hate her so much im so sorry.

well, I'm telling a story and I think it's fun if they have a weird kind of antagonistic relationship that they both secretly enjoy. you get older, you reinvent yourself, but here's a guy who knew you before that. comforting! the older you get, the less people like this there are. here's someone you can bite and someone who can bite back. etc.

& historically Lucullus was his own guy who did his own thing, his life wasn't dictated by Sulla from start to finish, it's actually Lucullus' relationship with his brother that opens and closes his biography. like, Lucullus was pretty close with Cato, and Cato famously wanted to stab Sulla as a kid. Crassus doesn't really show up as a political rival in Lucullus' life, and there was no particular hostility between the two.

Tante artiste e tanti artisti, porteranno le loro parole e la loro musica a sostegno di una giornata di memoria e lotta.

L’ingresso è gratuito, c’è un parco a vostra disposizione, cibo cucinato e distribuito dalle attività del quartiere e un palco per i più piccoli con letture e teatro di cui vi daremo dettagli più avanti.

went to an eprix and it was really cool (as a feeling because physically it was boiling!), got my spare deodorant confiscated, watched quali with a native roman rat, ate an icecream, melted some more, got waved by hot drivers on the starting grid, exchanged commisarated looks with fellow f1 fans, survived the portable toilets, saw a flying car, a nice race and a cute podium which I don't have pics of because I would have got a 500 degrees burn touching my phone, but was worth it! 🤌✨️🏎✌🏻 and got a free straw hat
