What do you do with the plaque that comes off your teeth onto the floss?????
PLEASE comment any suggestions bc I’d rather boil alive than wrap wet plaque-covered floss around my fingers, but how I do things now makes it take 5ever so I don’t do it as often as I should and it makes me so anxious because I already have so many tooth problems

Truly astonishing how pea brained mental illness makes you to the point that its taken 20yrs for me to realize I can just brush my teeth in the shower instead of it being a completely separate step I forget or put off 80% of the time

two days after disability payments and I have one bill this month I can't cover on my own, my monthly debt repayment plan. It's $220 and if I don't repay within 10 business days the consolidation agreement gets cancelled. Other than that, just the usual debt chipping. Food would be a huge help too, I've really only been eating tim horton's chili for the past two weeks. I've put cans of those top of list, plus vitamins for balance.
I also placed a winter jacket, and boots at the top of the list. Due to my size and fatphobia, 2x-4x clothing is very expensive but if there is some generous deep pocketed people out there who are looking for a good deed this holiday season, there's one for you.
I wanted to get dental insurance starting this month but it wasn't in the cards financially. It's $117/month with 2 months paid upfront. I plan to pay next cheque day a full month from now, but any donations sent to paypal will be rounded to the nearest whole dollar and anything over will be saved for dental and winter clothes. If someone purchases winter clothes for me it'll all go to dental insurance.
I make these posts just to direct people to my pinned post without making it super long, as well as to pop up in the tags after it gets buried. You can reblog or queue this, but I always prefer interactions with my pinned post. For more information please read my full gfm post

re: homeschooling that's fascinating! and also really depressing with your experience with formal school, glad that didn't last too long. I hate how it's such on shaky bureaucratic ground though. do you have any kind of diploma for proving you've completed the equivalent of high school? or does this kind of study just basically lock you out of the job market? I guess if you're doing specialised work (like being a dance instructor), you might not need that anyway
yeah im lucky that i wound up in a field with non-school qualifications because i have absolutely no documentation of any education past age 9. the government here really just pretends homeschoolers dont exist - unless things have changed in the last 15 years (which hopefully they have but i doubt it) theres no way to access any kind of legal proof of education as a homeschooler without enrolling in some kind of formal schooling. the system is in dramatic need of overhaul and because it affects such a small number of people, nobody can be bothered actually doing that. i qualify for ue now because im over the age for adult admission (here once you're over i think 23 you can apply without the high school qualifications and you just have to sit an english comprehension test to make sure youll understand the coursework) but i dont actually want to go to university anymore so im still out here without any evidence of schooling to my name. it basically set me up to be unemployable without pursuing alternative qualifications.

my dad enabling my female separatist lifestyle by scheduling a dental appointment for me and, unprompted, specifically telling the receptionist “[my daughter] prefers to see a lady dentist”
sometimes i feel like he doesn’t know me that well as a person, but then other times i realise he does pay attention
