How do you think homelander would be with an s/o that casually likes to share food and drinks? Like they offer him a sip of their drink or are always trying to get him to try their food but on the other hand they also casually will take his drink (probably a glass of milk) and take a sip before handing it back

Also I feel like homie would be a huge crybaby with anything that’s too sour or spicy food/drink wise.

"Try a sip?" You offer, holding your strawberry lemonade out to Homelander.

He's taken aback. "Uh... sure." He moves to take the drink, but you beat him by simply bringing the straw closer to his lips. He feels a little silly—like a kid being spoon fed—but he obligingly takes a sip. He can't stop himself before he makes a face: it's much too sweet, and the sour doesn't help it any.

You laugh. He bristles initially, but you're not laughing at him, he realizes. You look sympathetic as you pull the drink away. "Not a fan?"

"No," he says flatly, wiping his lips.

"Maybe next time."

Sure enough, there are many, many next time's. Whenever you're eating or drinking something new, you've stopped asking before putting it in front of his mouth, and he's stopped questioning it. He's come to love the way you always feed it to him yourself.

He rarely ever likes what you have him sample, but it's not about the food, really. It's about the hundreds of tiny things you do each day to make him feel like a part of your life. It's about how eagerly you share your every little experience with him.

It's as if somehow you know just how much he's missed out on.

"Is this just milk?" You ask one day, pointing to his glass.

A small part of him braces. Will you think that's strange? "Yes." He watches you lift it without a thought and take a little sip of it. You wrinkle your nose, and he smiles, that flash of tension easing from his body. "Not a fan?"

"Not really," you admit, setting it back down.

"Maybe next time," he says fondly, taking a hefty swig of his own.

I spose I gotta since the new mycookie update is coming out. Well, it’s a pretty silly au mostly.

Butter roll was teasing matcha cookie, letting her help him with a batch for his own personal use and experimenting

But. Well. Yknow.

Milk jug cookie was the result of adding a flavor to the doughs instead of it just being plain, like how the successful batch used matcha cookie’s stuff in the actual game. She convinced him to try adding extra milk for a flavor, since it was the closest thing they had nearby to add extra to. Thus, resulting in a newbaked cookie that aligned with shadow milk’s flavoring. They’re mostly waiting for the kid to reach full maturity for the full body switch, but shadow milk, being the dork he is, just /loves/ fucking around with his new body.

hey dudes! just a post to tell you that the ask box is now CLOSED. with university (COLLEGE to most of you) fast approaching, the asks aren’t going to be sustainable, it wouldn’t be fair to either party but especially to YOU LOVELY PEOPLE to keep the ask box open when i’m gonna be so busy, and i want to make sure i’m at my best mentally.

I love Jonathan but I need more of Dustin being protective of bug and being a dick to Jonathan. I feel like the kids would divide into their own ships. Like a few kids ship jug the rest ship stug. It's funny to think about them debating the older kids love lives like it's some kind of a show and not real life.

Dustin would be a stug shipper just because he's holding a grudge against Jonathan. He doesn't want to think about his sister in a relationship but he'll be damned if Jon thinks he's got a shot.

Lucas remains undecided ( but leaning towards stug) while max is a fellow stug shipper ( because Steve is cooler than Jonathan)

Mike is a jancy shipper just for his sister and els a jancy shipper because Mike is.

Will is a jug shipper, he doesn't really have a connection with Nancy like he does bug. Nothing against Nancy it's just he grew up with bug and loves her like a sister. He wishes jug could've worked out but won't force it

i agree with everything except the mike part. we havent seen much of it yet, but mike is the biggest bug lover out of the entire group (its why they clash so much) and he will always 1000% be on team bug. mans honestly thinks both jon n steve arent good enough for her (no man is) and he will always go “you should dump him” whenever bug complains about steve

and will 1000000% wishes it had been jon n bug :( like u said, he loves nancy, but bug is his favorite person in the entire world and he wishes they wouldve worked out

Well, regular blood tests aren't a bad idea for other reasons too! Especially as they get older. Making sure they're getting the right vitamins is just one example. Diabetes testing is another, etcetera, and so on.

This isn't me saying you should go overboard and over screen for these things, but at some regular intervals it is a good idea to make sure everyone is getting what they need, and you can potentially also keep track of the healing factor.

O-of course this would be for you two to discuss, hehe! You gotta do what you think is best!

Doing the core four. I'm also going with fairly common flavors here, otherwise I would go crazy.

Archie is vanilla. We know this. He is the standard. The generic. The old reliable. He's widely, almost universally, enjoyed. This is not an insult. In a world filled with dubious hybrids and ultra-manufactured pints with cavity-inducing, sense-numbing flavors, he dares to be the lone safe choice.

Veronica prides herself on being different. Not in the same way Jughead does (insert hat quote here,) but in a sense that she wants us to think is both incredibly capable and nuanced. She also has shades of femme fatale sensuality as well as an exotic, glamorous past. For this reason, Veronica is an off-the-menu order. Jughead is different. Unpopular. Misunderstood. Esoteric. Youth is a curse to him. For that reason, he is pistachio, butter pecan, or rum raisin. Something that is only on the menu because of Jug and a few early bird special frequenters.

Betty is both utterly approachable and deceptively complex. She has depths that both attract and disgust people. In theory she is for everyone, but in practice she is an aquired taste. For this reason, she is a blended root beer float.
