Ian’s heart kicks in his chest, a jolt of fear spiking through him, and his head swims. It’s like he’s back inside the dark theatre he’d been in all week. Mickey’s words are nothing but unfamiliar sounds.

If he’s gonna go to the movies, he might as well get a snack.

He grabs a pizza roll from the plate in front of him and pops it in his mouth. But when he bites down, the inevitable happens.

“Fuck,” he garbles, the sauce piping hot and burning his mouth.

Ian doubles over, in pain and embarrassed. He really should’ve known better.

“Jesus Christ,” Mickey huffs, standing up and leaving the room.

Ian opens his inferno of a mouth, hoping the air of the room will cool down the masticated snack. Thankfully, by the time he hears the familiar sound of a beer cap being popped off, he’s able to swallow.

Mickey returns, bottle in hand. He offers it to Ian. “S’all we got.”

Ian takes it, grateful as the icy liquid chills his charred throat. “All you got, huh? Even juvie’s got jello.”

“What d’you know about juvie, Gallagher?”

Mickey’s squint makes Ian’s chest constrict.

“What d’you know about me, Milkovich?”

hi here’s a new oc. someone asked me which of the sticks i would date (go read this post i wrote multiple paragraphs on it) and suddenly the amount of gay yearning i had in my heart could power a particularly high-end pc. or, you know, a lot of half-finished drawings. anyway new oc just dropped.

royal blue is designed to be extremely full of mental illness and pathetic. he is the most sopping wet cat in existence. this man is deeply cringefail. he has exactly one coolness point for riding a motorcycle and literally nothing else going for him. blueberry has NO friends and NO connections and he LOATHES his job and his apartment sucks ass and he is MISERABLE 90% of the time. if there is an external cause for this i sure as hell haven’t written it in yet so for all we know blueberry is just Like That. there are many issues deeply imbedded in him and somehow this has culminated in him having the most tumultuous and unstable on-off relationship ever with mango. whether they make each other better or worse is extremely unclear.

they’ve done the thing where you light someone else’s cigarette with your own and mango has ridden pillion on royal’s motorcycle tho. if that counts for anything

i’m usually so tired when i get home from work that i’m like, you know what you did the hard work of being a human outside in the world from something like 9-12 hours, you don’t have to do ANYTHING now (which, to clarify, is bad and dangerous, for me anyway). And today I was super tired as usual, but I did two loads of laundry (and again, it was past being a necessity but s t i l l) and filed my parents taxes for them and took a bunch of garbage downstairs to the basement and worked out enough to close my rings and like, none of it is groundbreaking (except the taxes bc I fucking hate taxes and also, if you don’t know me, I majored in ENGLISH it’s literally been my life’s work to be like no thank you numbers but whatever) but like, I’m giving myself a pat on the back at the moment.

Talk about an ordeal.

So, funny story- I suffer, don't worry- The stream completely froze for me the first time- not for anyone else though, just for me. And then my computer crashed, twice. Overheated? Oh yeah, and then I got kicked for being IDLE for twenty minutes during a FORTY minute premiere. I DID finally manage to finish it, but holy shit. deep breaths, deep breaths.

Okay.

Overall, I liked it, I'm excited to see more- definitely quenched my thirst for content, I can wait five days. Just know I WILL be watching it like a man starved the MILLISECOND it hits Netflix or my heart cant take it.
