i suppose i should do a little check in... i managed to finish ch3 of blood choke for nanowrimo (yay) but i'm still not where i want to be with tnp (boo)

it's been slow going... in general after the blood choke update my motivation kinda dropped more than i was expecting, which was foolish given the time of year. holidays are always a pain since i work retail....

anyways all that to say that i'm currently working on tnp. blood choke has shifted to the backburner - i'm still working on that, too, but my main focus now is to finish the ch2 blackwater route for tnp. i've also relegated my other projects to backburner as well. i really want to finish this damn tnp chapter before anything else at this point lmfao

i'm also going to be hosting a jam (which i'll announce tomorrow) along with some of my pals that will be through jan-feb, and i have a short game planned for that which i don't think will take up too much of my time.

What's the point of this sideblog?

Well, really I just wanted to post abt helluva boss (idc abt hazbin btw) without it being connected to my main blog. I don't rlly care for vivzie & ppl are quick to judge so I’d rather keep a separate blog, especially given the adult nature of the show. I also want to hoard my aesthetic shit here and anything funny that won’t fit in my main’s queue.

Art info

I use procreate on ipad with an apple pencil (btw if ur thinking of getting a second gen pencil—do not LMAO this shit is annoying and i miss my first gen one).

Recently I’ve been using procreate’s ‘shale brush’ to line my works, but in my older drawings you’ll see me using a modified ‘HB pencil’. I have various brushes from packs and bundles I’ve saved that I sometimes use, such as Retro Supply, Joes set, clem’s brushes, feast’s pencils, and LP’s painting set, but I mainly stick to a few favorites and modify them.

Top ships?

Stolitz & Verbie are my top faves, followed by Fizzmodeous, M&M, and HoneyMoon. I like blitzfizz and stolitzarozzie (?) as well.

Fave characters?

My faves are Verosika, Stolas, Blitz, Barbie, Fizz, Millie, and Beelzebub! Anything including them will make me happy emote :)

Tumblr lives off reblogs! reblog anything and everything u like! all the time! that’s the point of a blog! u can use tags to essentially whisper ur thoughts, u can directly add on to a post by reblogging with ur opinions, and u can comment within the post itself! Do not be afraid to leave tags especially, bitches (me, along with many others) LOVE seeing peoples tags on stuff. It’s also pretty widely accepted that spam is super cool too btw, but if ur REALLY worried about that, there’s an option to queue ur reblogs or schedule it for a later time :) but again, don’t stress! <3

keep in mind these are requests, and not commissions. I do reqs for fun and because ideas are hard for me to come up with, I do not owe you any type of drawing because u are not paying me. effort given to each req varies purely on my own whims lol (as in, some will be sketches, others may end up full drawn)

What would you not draw?

as my pinned states, i’m not into stereotypical freak proship stuff. By that I mean what proship has come to be defined as of recently with extreme gross tropes, I do not mean silly little crackships that ultimately do no harm. this applies to all reqs and everything I draw.

I’ll do most (helluva) ship reqs but as a lesbian i’m obligated to heavily favour any sapphic pairs LMAO. for nsfw reqs ill only do that with stolitz and verbie and just use common sense for these types of reqs, yknow? kink is alright but please know im not personally active in the community, im more passively interacting n learning so I won’t be accurate in my depictions. I’m also not gonna get into my whole hard/soft limits list—if i don’t like what u req i’m just gonna delete the ask lol.

Would you draw multi panel comics?

yes! but please keep in mind I am not a comic artist, therefore it will be choppy and possibly rushed. I’m less likely to do these types of reqs simply because of the effort it takes to complete these (no matter how much i want to) :(

We got Loutent from the match, even tho it started with some VERY DUBIOUS footage of a "Louis" who was wearing atrocious clothes and had suddenly bulked up overnight... FAKE NEWS!!! author's note: two pieces of writing in one day? who am i??? 😵 jk jk, this has just been sitting in my drafts for so long (since halloween-) and i just got tired of not posting it, so i just wrote an ending and here we are. welp. not super happy with this one, esp not the end, and im not sure how accurately i described the panic/anxiety (like. i just experience, i don't remember it after it happens. 😐), but i hope u enjoy!!

the anger is still bubbling inside of you, yet your actions tell a different story. you've got one of his hands in yours, pressing an ice pack against the back of it gently to hopefully stop some of the swelling and bleeding.

"hey, baby-"

"no, don't you 'baby' me right now. bloody hell, what were you thinking?!"

to say that clement's halloween party had been a failure would be an understatement. you aren't exactly an avid party-goer, most often preferring to stay at home with a good book or a favorite show playing on the tv. in fact, you couldn't even recall when you last attended a party before this one. but, knowing that you're a big fan of halloween, clement invited you to his theme party. your boyfriend had promised to stay by your side and make sure you were comfortable, knowing how you sometimes get intimidated by large crowds, and it all went smoothly for most of the night. until it didn't anymore.

it all happened so quickly. one moment, there was a hand on your waist – one you assumed belonged to your boyfriend – and you leaned into his touch. the next, the hand was ripped off you and you spun around to see what was going on. and then, all you could see was clement's fist flying towards the stranger's face.

silence washed over the apartment momentarily, only to soon be shattered as screams and the thuds of fists against skin consumed the room.

but to you, it all went quiet. it felt like the world slowed down, and you were stuck watching as your boyfriend punched some dude you'd never seen before. you couldn't move, frozen in place as more people started getting involved, pulling the two apart or throwing punches of their own.

you felt yet another hand land on your shoulder, but this time it belonged to marcus. he pulled you back, away from the commotion, tucking your face into his chest to hide you from the ongoing fight. your lungs felt tight, your vision growing blurry.

the crowd scattered moments later, everyone but clement's closest friends leaving hurriedly. marcus guided you to the bedroom, ensuring that you weren't panicking completely before going out again to help out.

your relationship with clement is still relatively new, and you're both experimenting to find your dynamics and get to know each other. you know that you have a lot to learn about him – you just never thought that this was what was hiding behind his cheerful exterior.

clement's apartment is completely empty by now, with scattered plastic cups filling the floor and the pop music turned off. you make it out of his room once you know the coast is clear, tiptoeing into the living room to find him sitting on the couch with his head in his hands. his knuckles are still bleeding, just like a few bruises on his face.

"i wasn't thinking, i guess," he mumbles, eyes strictly focused down on his lap. he leans back slightly against the couch cushions. "i know you're too innocent for these kinds of things... i shouldn't have told you to come here in the first place."

you shake your head lightly, removing the ice pack and instead reaching for the box of wound cleansing wipes you'd gotten from his bathroom. "it's my own fault for asking if i could come."

clement smiles as he looks at you. he's come to learn how soft-spoken, shy, and timid you are; how you have a way of calming those around you. it's one of the many things making him fall for you. he's never been with anyone like you before, and it's different in such a refreshing way. "don't be sorry," he hums. "you had no idea what was going to happen."

"does this happen often?" you ask, beginning to rub a wipe against the bruises on his knuckles. "do you get into a lot of fights at parties?"

he pauses for a moment. "well... stuff like this does happen at times." he sighs. "i know it's bad, but... sometimes, you can't control it. i'm just sorry you got caught in the middle of it." your wipe is quickly filled up with dried blood and other dirt, and when you bend over to the couch table to put it away, clement's free hand reaches your hip. his gaze is on you when you lean back, his hand giving you a quick squeeze as a slight grin makes its way onto his lips. "do you find it attractive?" he raises his eyebrows teasingly. "having a guy who knows how to throw a punch?"

"honestly?" your eyes meet his for a quick moment before you stare at his wounded hand again. your voice is lower than before when you start speaking again. "you're... it's a bit... scary..."

clement is shocked. he hasn't realized the effect this has on you – surely, he understands that you could be afraid of a fight, but being scared of him? it breaks his heart. the novelty of your relationship makes him a bit unsure of how to act around you, but he's worked so hard to build up your trust and to make you feel comfortable around him. to have it all be broken down in just one night makes his heart drop.

"oh, love..." he says. "you have nothing to fear. you mean too much to me," his hand moves from your hip to your cheek. "and i would never ever lay a finger on you."

you can't find it in yourself to look at him or say anything, but you manage to nod your head and take a breath before you start cleaning his hand again. he leans forward to press a sweet kiss to your cheek, your skin heating up where his lips had touched you. he smiles at you – until he looks down at your hands again.

"hey, you're shaking." a frown reaches his face, eyes flickering up and down between your hands and your face.

"oh, i am?" you ask, trying to focus on continuing to wipe his knuckles so you don't have to think too much about your feelings and the reality of the situation. "i didn't realize..."

"darling, you need to relax. it's been a long night." his hands wrap around yours, thumbs grazing over the skin of the back of your hands. "you don't need to clean my hands, i'll be fine."

"but-"

"no buts. i'm sorry for..." he stops for a moment, eyes studying you closely. "hey hey hey, you need to breathe properly. take a deep breath."

you hear his words, but you can't do what he tells you to do. your throat feels like it's closing up and your breaths get shorter as your head grows dizzy. it's all a downward spiral; your anxiety increases when you can't breathe, and breathing gets even more challenging as you get more stressed.

clement almost panics himself when he sees your state, but he must stay calm for you at this moment. he places a hand right below your collarbone while you shut your eyes. "big breaths, lift my hand," he says, voice low and tone soothing. his other hand reaches for the back of your neck, tilting your head back slightly to free your airways.

you concentrate on his touch, your short breaths through your nose only making your chest rise slightly. his thumb strokes the side of your neck as he breathes with you, demonstrating and guiding you in the hope you'll copy him.

"good girl," he whispers. his hand lifts and lowers with your breaths, quickly at first but the speed decreases as you calm down bit for bit. "you're doing so good. just a little more now..."

your thoughts are still clouded with anxiety but as more oxygen enters your system, your body relaxes a little. you focus on your breathing as clement's hand leaves your chest and moves down to your side again, moving up and down your ribs. the tears have been rolling down your cheeks for a while, though you haven't noticed until now, and the coldness of the tears brings you back to reality somehow, and you realize;

you're crying in front of clement for the first time ever.

you feel so exposed, naked, vulnerable. sobs begin to escape past your lips once you lean forward to hide your face in the crook of his neck, and he wraps his arms around you. "hey, it's okay," he starts. "everything is going to be okay. i'm here."

he presses a soft peck to your temple as a hand strokes the back of your head. your hair is still bundled up in your fancy hairdo but the halo headband you'd worn for the party is removed, the rest of your cute little white outfit covered up by the oversized hoodie you'd picked up from clement's bedroom floor. his devil's horns, ironic, are a bit crooked but still clipped to his locks.

"sweets, what happened here?" he asks, shuffling around to pull you onto his lap so that it's easier for you to hug him.

your head is still buried in his skin, his mild scent soothing as you sniffle. "i- i-" you groan at the way you aren't able to get any proper words out, the frustration blending with the panic and mixing into one big soup of despair. "i don't know-"

he rubs up and down your back, sighing. "okay, we don't need to talk about this right now. but," clement leans back slightly, taking your face into his hands and tilting your head up towards his. "if my fighting affects you like this, i'll stop it." his eyes are staring straight into your soul, and it feels like he's trying to prove that he really means his words. "you're the most important thing for me right now, i'm not going to lose you over something like this."

clement is shocked by not only his own words, but also his feelings. the two of you haven't been a couple for a long time, and yet, his heart aches at the mere thought of you ever feeling this bad again. he knows he can't let this happen again.

"i promise you that. okay?"

you nod, unable to get any words out, but it's more than enough for clement. he gives your forehead a kiss, and one on your nose, and one on both of your cheeks. then, he makes sure to press a quick one to your mouth so it doesn't feel jealous.

"how about this," he starts and you raise your eyebrows. "i go make us some tea, we drink it, and then we go get some sleep. how does that sound?"

"perfect."

he picks you up and puts you down on the sofa, tucking you in with a blanket before giving you one last peck and disappearing into the kitchen. you can hear his soft humming of a song you'd danced to earlier today, and you relax into the soft cushions.

clement's awareness of his actions, along with his promise to get better, makes a sense of calm wash over you; you allow yourself to believe that maybe, just maybe, everything will turn out alright after all.

good evening everyone!! i’m so glad to finally be here with everyone! my name is clem (they/them) and i am the mun behind the lovely xu jia, the kind nurse who seems a little too perfect for comfortability. it’s been a while since i’ve rped (a few months), but i’m still very excited to plot with you all and have fun connections with you all!

born in chengdu, jia is the second youngest child in a family of four kids, a mother, and a father

jia grew up always having to be a version of herself that she didn’t want to be because her mother was narcissistic and manipulative to all of her children. it took jia a while to realize it (aka up until her second year of high school) 

her father was basically just listening to what his wife told him to do and didn’t really have a voice of his own because he believed that she knew what was best for the family 

only her and her little brother know how much of a maniac her mother is

after a successful business deal, her father told the family that they would be moving to south korea. with a new start in a new country, jia took the opportunity to also become a new version of herself by officially deciding to act on her own terms from now on. 

fast forward to university: jia is introduced to her first love during one of the shared classes that they have together. it doesn’t take long for her to realize she has a crush and all of a sudden, the two begin to date. 

with the both of them having rocky relationships with their family, seojun (mentioned bf) proposes to her and she accepts, knowing that if she were to run away from her past life, she’d do it with him 

thus, they elope to the town of ilsang!

jia’s excited to live in ilsang for the first few weeks since moving there but all of a sudden... things get a little fishy (aka the alien gets into her brain) 

jia’s alien is in the process of trying to adjust to jia’s life and brain, thus it hasn’t completely taken over jia’s body. because of that, jia’s brain is literally like an ongoing tug-of-war competition between her own self and her alien where they see who gains complete control of her body versus who clocks out 

jia’s alien’s goal is to make sure that jia is living the perfect life because it wants to live the ideal life that the sitcoms portray. however, this is unfortunate to jia bc she just accepted that she is imperfect and she ran away from being forced to perfection because that’s also what her mother wanted from her 

so basically she’s just back in the situation she ran away from except she’s fully cautious AND there’s nothing she can do about it 

she just lives a rough life and no one is aware of it bc no one sees the little thing in her brain! 

now some little plots!

fellow nurse coworkers with jia! it’d be even funnier if you’re the case file nurse who started getting clumsy bc u both have aliens in ur brain 

anyone who frequents the clinic and witnesses jia’s perfect work ethic and always congratulate her on it not even knowing that half of it was just the alien taking her credit

u see jia wandering around in a grocery store and she doesn’t seem to be there for a goal. in fact, she does something a bit out of character: wander around the grocery store. because the real xu jia knows what she’s looking for. 

you think that jia is acting a little too wonderful and you begin to suspect something. and while the real xu jia is ecstatic that you noticed something, it’s the alien who is assuring you that everything is fine and making sure that you don’t think otherwise. 

the real xu jia hates medical dramas because of how inaccurate they are. but all of a sudden, you see jia at the local diner looking absolutely hooked on reruns of hospital playlist (side note: mun has not watched hospital playlist) 

you’re busy wanting to know more about jia’s life because she’s just moved in a few months ago with her fiance! you wanna know everything about her life but fail to recognize that she herself doesn’t seem to know what’s going on in her own life either besides the fact that she works at a clinic and lives with some weirdo who is constantly on his computer and tries to kiss her all the time. 

you run into a gloomier jia and it surprises you seeing her look so down when she’s usually sporting a smile on her face at her workplace and out in public.... what you don’t realize is that you’ve been tricked by the other her and this is the rare time where you see the real her. and she’s distressed because of this situation, but it’s not like she can tell you about it because she doesn’t understand what’s going on with her herself! 

you see jia looking as happy as if nothing is wrong with her life... which is odd... because just the other day, you saw her look completely miserable. how is she able to move on from... whatever was worrying her so easily? 

you’re wanting to ask jia about how she feels with her job as a nurse, but are a little startled with how jia’s only mentioning facts that everyone knows about the medical field but not the gritty topics.

ANYWAYS, where was I... Match report!

France-Portugal & Germany-Hungary both ended with no clear winner, once again... It's really hard to watch all these men running around one another with their little shorts, touching each other, yelling at each other, grabbing ball(s) and playing footsie and no one gets to finish properly...HOW are they 💦RELEASING💦 the 🥵TENSION🥵 after all this...they should really take things into their own hands👋 and come to the realization that they need to dominate the field.

Germany will be playing against England next week, so we've avoided (so far) the dreaded EN-FR that would have been perilous for L&O. My prediction is that England will lose against the MannSCHAFT. Louis will be heartbroken and will need comfort...but so will all the hot English players and Gareth...maybe L could reach out to them (wouldn't be his first time DM'ing footballers after all!)... and offer to give them... a hand....in...overcoming...this tragic situation 😌He's got confidence and momentum after all!

Next report will be on Monday for France's match, since we know Mr. O will be watching! This should give everyone the time to erase from their brain all the terrible things they've just read (i'm not sorry!!!)
