Reader often likes to glare for now reason at Caius or plainly starring at him wich makes him angry, or just suddenly poke his sides while the whole guard is scared for your Life not knowing they are mates
𝕮𝖆𝖎𝖚𝖘 𝖁𝖔𝖑𝖙𝖚𝖗𝖎
Im thinking of opening my requests again, but including more fandoms like the marauders. I'd still write volturi but might open it to include the cullens too.
Jane had never felt her heard drop so fast in her life when you spoke out about Caius' behaviour, to his face, and accused him of 'throwing a tantrum' because he wasn't getting his way
And sure, Jane agreed with you
But she knows her place as a guard. As a subordinate.
You are lower than him. Get that through your thick skull.
And she wants to tell you, she really really does
But at least she knows there is a time and a place, and infront of the kings in the middle of a court-
Did caius just smile?
Did he just smile?
Why is he holding back? This has never happened before
Is he ill?
Dying?
Has he lost his sanity?
"Tut tut darling, that's no way to speak to your mate" AS IF HE ISN'T THE KING???
Hold up
Hold up
Mate??
And suddenly it all clicks. Why you had been assigned to him personally. Him only. Why you spend all of your time in his domains.
"oh, so we're telling them now? Thought you were too ashamed" and it feels like a smack to the face that you can be so careless with your words - honest with your words - while she is the picture of perfection. She hardly has time to recognise the teasing lilt in your voice with the front flips her mind is doing
"oh come on, dear. I could never be ashamed of you. It was you who insisted you remain on the guard, I wanted to have you free"
"and I am free. To tell you to hurry up. You're just going to kill them anyway, may as well get it over and done with rather than dragging it out, your majesty" your smile is smug
And with a roll of his eyes he complied, still slightly sulky from before. From that, the trail finished rather quickly leaving the news to settle with the guards in the room. Not that they had much chance to question you before you were whisked away for your 'duties' in Caius' (and yours) private chambers

Enchanted ~ Caius Volturi One-Shot
~~~
Tumblr media Tumblr media
A/N ~ this is probably my favorite piece I’ve ever written and I hope y’all enjoy it 💜 posting off moblie so I apologize for any formatting issues. Also this is dedicated to @felixschokehold and @mell1806-blog who helped hype me up to finally write something lol.
Word count ~ 1122
Summary ~ Your first kiss with Caius 💜
~~~
Caius had caught you walking home alone earlier in the night.
Again.
It had become quite a common occurrence for your roommate to leave you alone while she left different clubs and restaurants with strangers each night.
It did used to hurt your feelings getting left at various places, especially by her. But now you didn’t mind as much as it meant more time with your red-eyed creature who couldn’t seem to stay away from you. Just about every night he would find you, and walk home with you. Caius would gently loop your arm with his and scold you for how dangerous it was for a young woman to be walking alone at night. He never missed a moment to be alone with you, and tonight was no exception.
Sorta.
Demetri and Felix, who he described as his coven mates and in a way business partners were never far from his side. While they had been very polite in the few times you had met and gave you and Caius plenty of space, they honestly scared you more than you wanted to admit. But they were nowhere to be found tonight.
Thankfully.
Although deep down you knew they were close.
But as far as you knew, it was just you and Caius alone as you stepped into your apartment. A first time occurrence for Caius. As you showed him the small space he was quiet throughout, there wasn’t much to show. Two small bedrooms and one bathroom and then the kitchen that was connected to the living room. Caius was more curious about the space you occupied more than anything.
He curiously looked around your room as you got clothes for a needed shower, your voice filled the room as you randomly babbled about your day to him. His eyes scanned your bookshelf, which were mostly fantasy novels mixed in with various college textbooks. He ran his fingers over your unmade bed, along your notebooks filled with various subjects, and finally came back to your side to trace the bottom of your spine to the top. His cold hand made you shiver.
Setting your clothes down you turned around to face his direction. You couldn’t help but smile up at him. Eyes twinkled as you moved your hands to rest on his chest. “I’m really glad you are here,” You whispered to him.
Moving your arms you pulled him into a closer embrace. As his arms followed suit he replied looking down at you. “As am I, Mí Cara, you can learn many things about someone by the way they live. And you, for some reason, I cannot know enough of.”
Being so close to Caius almost made you dizzy. There was no heartbeat as your head rested on his chest. No warmth. Just his natural intoxicating scent. You had never been this close for it to hit you as hard as it is right now. You could stay here forever.
Thoughts of a shower knocked you out of the trance he had you in. You very reluctantly pulled away. “Let me take a shower and you can get to know me as much as you want.”
~~~~~
“It is quite rude to leave your guest waiting for too long.” He sighed, pretending to be annoyed as you sat down beside him. Caius lightly pulled you closer to his side, brushing a stray piece of hair behind your ear, before wrapping his arms around you. His amused smile came back as he looked down at your grinning face.
You couldn’t help but laugh. Time meant nothing to this creature.
“You’ve waited a long time for me, I figured a couple more minutes wouldn’t hurt.” You teased him back; Giggling as you pulled a blanket over yourself, and reaching for your phone to stream music on your TV.
Caius didn’t seem to produce any body heat or even retain heat, a blanket was definitely needed.
“Taylor Swift?” He questioned you. “I am not familiar with her music”
“Really? Never?” You were surprised, especially when he’s mentioned in the past he is a very old creature, with all that age, how could he be oblivious to her music?
“Well we will start out with my favorite song then.” Picking up the phone again, you put on Enchanted.
There I was again tonight
Forcing laughter, faking smiles
Same old tired, lonely place
Walls of insincerity, shifting eyes and vacancy
Vanished when I saw your face
All I can say is, it was enchanting to meet you
A small sigh escaped you as you cuddled against Caius, letting yourself enjoy the moment. With one hand you grabbed him and intertwined your fingers. They were just as pale as the rest of his body, and just as cold. The longer you gazed at them the more you noticed what seemed to be… bite marks? Scattered all over. You couldn’t help the sudden worry that came over you. Who would hurt Caius like this?
“Those scars are very old and long since healed mía cara.” Caius assured you. His voice lifted your eyes to connect with his. They were a brighter red than when you last saw them. Similar to a flawless Ruby, if they could even compare to his beauty.
“These hands have seen many battles, and will possibly see many more conflicts to come. But I can assure you these hands will never bring harm to you.” He continued, while holding your gaze. His free hand came up to gently stroke your face.
“You have not been scared of my presence the entire time we’ve been in each other’s company, I would like to keep it that way. Which will be more difficult the more you see of me and know of me. Just know Mia Cara, you are one I could never bring harm to. You have my word.” Caius promised you. His red eyes were intense with emotion looking into yours. Those words genuinely came from his heart. It left you speechless.
Speaking of hearts, yours felt like it was going a million miles a minute. You could feel every beat, every rush of blood to different parts of your body. The mix of his words and the close proximity to you had such an effect on you. And he knew.
Caius kept his eyes on yours as he slowly moved in closer. His hand which had been stroking your face, had moved downwards and rested on your neck. Feeling your warm skin and the thud of your heart underneath. His breath was cool and intoxicating as it hit your face. You couldn’t wait any longer.
You closed the gap that separated your lips.
All I know is, I was enchanted to meet you.
(Y/N) had always been known for her infectious happiness. From the earliest days of her life, her parents could hardly recall a moment when she wasn't giggling or blabbering away to anyone who crossed her path, even if she couldn't understand a word they were saying in return. Her bright, ever-present smile seemed like a permanent fixture on her face as she grew up, and it was a source of joy for everyone who knew her.
One crisp autumn evening, as the sun dipped below the horizon, casting long shadows across the town square, (Y/N) decided to take a leisurely stroll. Her heart was light, and she hummed a tune she had heard earlier in the day. It was just another ordinary evening in her ordinary life, filled with extraordinary happiness.
But tonight, fate had something unexpected in store for her. As she rounded a corner, she collided with a tall figure, causing both of them to stumble back. (Y/N) quickly regained her balance, her ever-present smile still firmly in place. However, when she looked at the person she had bumped into, her smile faltered for the first time in as long as she could remember.
It was Marcus, a man who was a familiar face in the town but known for entirely different reasons. Marcus was a solitary figure, often seen on late-night strolls, and he always carried an air of sadness about him. His eyes, once bright, seemed dull, and the weight of the world appeared to rest upon his shoulders.
Without a word, (Y/N) made an impulsive decision. Instead of offering a quick apology and continuing on her way, she fell into step beside Marcus, matching his slow, deliberate pace. For a while, neither of them spoke. The silence between them was palpable, but (Y/N) didn't mind. She had always believed that sometimes, company didn't need words.
It wasn't until they reached the center of the town square, bathed in the soft glow of lamplight, that Marcus finally broke the silence. He turned to (Y/N) and asked, "Why are you following me?"
(Y/N) looked up at him, her smile returning. "I'm not following you. I'm just keeping you company."
He seemed taken aback by her response. "But I haven't said a word since you joined me. Why would you want to be with someone who's so...silent?"
She shrugged, her eyes reflecting the warmth of the lamplight. "Sometimes, silence is the best company of all. And everyone needs a little company sometimes, even if it's just silent company."
Marcus didn't respond immediately, but (Y/N) could see a glimmer of something in his eyes—a spark of recognition, perhaps. It was a simple encounter, an unexpected meeting between two very different people, but it was a moment that had the potential to change both of their lives in ways they couldn't yet imagine.
As they stood there in the quiet of the town square, (Y/N) and Marcus, the happy and the sad, the talkative and the silent, found themselves sharing a moment of understanding that transcended words.
As the days passed, it became a familiar sight to see Marcus and (Y/N) walking together through the town. What had started as an unexpected encounter had evolved into a quiet companionship. Marcus, once known for his silence, began to open up to (Y/N) little by little. They talked about the weather, the changing seasons, and the happenings in the town.
One chilly evening, as they strolled along a cobblestone path, (Y/N) turned to Marcus with a gentle smile and asked, "What's been weighing on your heart, Marcus? You've been carrying a sadness that's hard to miss. Is there something you'd like to share?"
Marcus hesitated for a moment, then let out a long sigh. "It's nearing the anniversary of when I lost my wife," he confessed, his voice barely above a whisper. "Every year, this time brings back the memories, and it's hard to bear."
(Y/N)'s face softened with empathy, and she frowned. Without hesitation, she stepped closer to Marcus and wrapped her arms around him in a warm, comforting hug. Marcus was taken aback by the sudden gesture of affection, his undead heart skipping a beat at her unexpected warmth.
"I'm sorry for your loss, Marcus," (Y/N) whispered, her voice filled with genuine sympathy. "It's always hard losing those we love most. But always remember that they're by your side and in your heart at all times. You're never truly alone. Sure, they aren't here physically, but mentally and spiritually, they'll never depart you."
As (Y/N) pulled away from the hug, she met Marcus's gaze with a reassuring smile. But something in that smile caused Marcus's eyes to widen, a spark of intensity flickering within them. It was a momentary shift, a subtle change that (Y/N) might have brushed off as a trick of the light if she had been anyone else.
But Marcus was not just anyone. Unbeknownst to (Y/N), the warmth she had shown him, the understanding, and the empathy had awakened something deep within him. A possessive desire, a yearning for her companionship that bordered on obsession. It was a dangerous path that Marcus had unknowingly started down, one that would lead him to protect (Y/N) at all costs, even if it meant losing himself in the process.
As they continued their walk, the night around them seemed to grow darker, and the bond between Marcus and (Y/N) deepened, setting the stage for a connection that would become increasingly intense and complex in the days to come.
The small town had its share of curious residents, and one of the most inquisitive was Aro. He had noticed the change in Marcus's routine—no longer was he the solitary figure wandering the town's streets in the late hours. Instead, Marcus had been frequently spotted with (Y/N), a happy and talkative presence by his side.
One evening, Aro decided to approach Marcus as he was leaving his home. "Marcus," he called out, his voice polite but laced with curiosity. "I couldn't help but notice you've been spending a lot of time with a human lately. Any particular reason for your late-night strolls together?"
Marcus turned to Aro, his expression suddenly cold and distant. "Why do you care?" he replied tersely, his tone devoid of its usual politeness.
Taken aback by Marcus's sharp response, Aro stammered, "I was just curious, Marcus. No need to be so defensive."
But Marcus didn't offer any further explanation. Instead, he turned away and walked off into the night, leaving Aro standing there, perplexed by his friend's unusual behavior.
Aro couldn't shake off the feeling that something had changed in Marcus, something that went beyond the surface. Determined to find out more, he made a quick decision. He signaled to Demetri, a loyal friend who had a knack for discreetly following people, and quietly instructed him to tail Marcus without being noticed.
As Demetri blended into the shadows and followed Marcus at a safe distance, Aro couldn't help but wonder what secrets his darling brother might be hiding and what had caused this sudden shift in his demeanor.
Demetri returned to Aro with his findings, delivering a report in hushed tones as they stood in the dimly lit streets of the town. His observations were clear and concise, painting a picture of Marcus's growing attachment to (Y/N).
"It's unmistakable, Aro," Demetri whispered, his eyes cautious. "Marcus is falling in love with (Y/N). Their connection goes beyond mere companionship. He watches her with an intensity I've never seen in him before."
Aro's features hardened at the revelation. Love, in the vampire world, was a dangerous and forbidden emotion. It made their kind vulnerable, and Aro was determined to protect his coven's secrets at all costs. He couldn't allow Marcus to jeopardize everything they had built.
One night, when Marcus was occupied with a task away from the town, Aro made a chilling decision. He would confront (Y/N) and eliminate the threat she posed to their kind. He believed it was the only way to save Marcus from himself.
As Aro approached (Y/N)'s home, his heartless resolve held firm. He knew what he had to do, and he was prepared to do it without hesitation. But when he knocked on her door and saw her welcoming smile as she opened it, something within him shifted.
(Y/N) had no knowledge of Aro's intentions. She greeted him warmly, inviting him inside, completely unaware of the danger she was in. Aro could feel his undead heart skip a beat as he looked into her eyes, filled with genuine kindness and trust.
In that moment, something inside Aro awakened—a twisted, possessive desire that went beyond his initial intent. He couldn't bring himself to harm her, not when she looked at him with such innocence and warmth.
Aro abruptly excused himself, leaving (Y/N) unharmed but bewildered. He retreated into the shadows, his mind a whirlwind of conflicting emotions. He knew he couldn't kill her, but he couldn't allow Marcus to continue his attachment either. Especially not when he found himself entangled in her web of sunshine, so he decided on a different course of action.
In secret, Aro began contacting (Y/N). Early in the mornings, he would leave bouquets of beautiful flowers on her doorstep, each with a note signed simply with the initials A.V. He couldn't resist the temptation of being close to her, of having her know that he existed in her world.
As these secret gestures continued, Aro's thoughts deepened, and soon they begin to take a turn for the worst. He found himself drawn further into the web of obsession and desire. (Y/N) remained unaware of the dark forces that now watched over her, and the consequences of this forbidden connection were yet to fully unfold.
Aro had made up his mind – (Y/N) could not remain a human who knew of both Marcus and him. The existence of vampires had to remain a secret, and he was willing to go to great lengths to ensure it. He needed a vampire who was willing to sire her, and he knew exactly where to turn – Caius.
Approaching Caius in the dimly lit chamber where the Volturi convened, Aro explained his plan. "Caius, I have a proposition for you," he began, his voice dripping with persuasive charm.
Caius regarded Aro with a skeptical expression. "What's in it for me, Aro?“
Aro smiled, knowing how to appeal to Caius's desires. "It's been centuries since one of us has sired a new vampire. Think of the power and influence that would come with having a fledgling under your control. It would be a demonstration of your strength."
Caius's interest was piqued, but he remained cautious. "And who is this human you have in mind?"
Aro provided Caius with (Y/N)'s address, allowing him to watch her from the shadows. At first, Caius couldn't see anything particularly special about her. She appeared to be an ordinary human, going about her daily life in the town.
However, as he continued to observe, he noticed something intriguing. People seemed to gravitate toward her, drawn to her presence as if by an invisible force. It was as if she possessed a unique magnetism that drew others in.
Caius saw the potential in her and believed that her gift, whatever it may be, would shine even brighter as a vampire. He agreed to Aro's plan, and they set the wheels in motion.
One fateful night, as (Y/N) walked home alone, Caius attacked her swiftly and silently. He gave her a small amount of his venom, enough to begin the transformation into a vampire, and left her there, gasping for breath.
Demetri, under Aro's orders, arrived just in time to rescue (Y/N) from the brink of death. He spirited her away to a secluded house far from the town, where she would complete her transformation in secret.
The transformation into a vampire was agonizing, filled with searing pain and screams that echoed through the empty house. Demetri watched over her, ensuring that no one would hear her suffering. It was a cruel and calculated plan, orchestrated by Aro.
As (Y/N)'s human life faded away, she was reborn as a vampire, her journey into the world of the undead marked by betrayal and secrecy, setting the stage for a dark and complex future.
As (Y/N) gradually regained consciousness, her surroundings were strange and disorienting. The last thing she remembered was walking home alone at night, and now she found herself in an unfamiliar place, surrounded by three strangers. Panic surged through her as she tried to make sense of the situation.
Aro, with his ever-calming demeanor, stepped forward and spoke gently, "Do not be afraid, my dear. We are only here to help."
(Y/N)'s eyes darted between the three men, her heart racing with fear and confusion. "Where am I? Who are you?"
Caius, the one who had turned her, took a step forward and offered a reassuring smile. "My name is Caius. We found you in a dire state, half-dead, and I made the decision to save your life."
(Y/N) was still disoriented, her memories muddled and elusive. She couldn't recall how she had ended up in this predicament or who these people were. But Caius's words had an immediate effect on her. Gratitude overwhelmed her fear, and she threw her arms around him, thanking him for saving her life.
Demetri, who had been silently observing the scene, felt a pang of discomfort as he watched (Y/N) embrace Caius. He knew that this display of affection was a ruse, a part of the plan to keep her in the dark about her true nature. Still, he couldn't help but feel a twinge of jealousy as he saw her gratitude directed toward Caius.
Aro, too, felt a subtle undercurrent of jealousy as he watched (Y/N) with Caius. Though he would never openly admit it, he couldn't deny the strange pull she had on him, the unexplainable desire to be close to her.
But for now, they had successfully deceived (Y/N) into believing that her transformation was an act of salvation, rather than a calculated move to protect the vampire world's secrets. As she clung to Caius with gratitude in her newly immortal life, the complex dynamics among Aro, Caius, and Demetri were set in motion, with (Y/N) at the center of it all, unaware of the truth hidden in her missing memories.
In the moonlit expanse of the Volturi castle, Marcus paced uneasily through the grand hallways. His mind was consumed by one thought, or rather, one person - (Y/N). It had been days since he had last seen her, and a growing sense of suspicion nestled in his heart.
He had noticed the way Aro and Caius had been acting strangely lately, whispering secrets that excluded him and sneaking off to places unknown. Marcus had always been perceptive, especially when it came to the actions of his fellow Volturi leaders. These changes did not escape his watchful gaze.
One chilly night, Marcus decided he could no longer ignore the burning curiosity within him. He followed Aro and Caius as they slipped away from the castle and into the dense, ancient forest surrounding Volterra. He knew better than to question them directly; he needed to uncover the truth himself.
Hidden behind a thick cluster of trees, Marcus watched from a distance as Aro and Caius entered a remote cabin. The moon painted their silhouettes against the dark night. He waited in silence, the chill seeping into his bones as minutes turned into hours.
Eventually, the door creaked open, and Aro and Caius exited the cabin. Marcus knew it was his chance. As the two vampires disappeared into the night, he slipped inside the cabin, his eyes adjusting to the dim interior.
There, in the corner of the room, lay a figure he recognized all too well - (Y/N). But the sight that met his eyes left him stunned and furious. She was no longer the human he had known. She had been turned into a vampire.
He approached her cautiously, anger bubbling beneath his calm exterior. "It's dangerous for you to stay here," he whispered, his voice tinged with disappointment.
Before he could say more, the door swung open, and Aro and Caius returned, their expressions unreadable. Marcus straightened, his anger now unhidden. "What's the meaning of this?" he demanded in a low, angry tone.
Aro stepped forward, attempting to placate the brewing tension. "Marcus, (Y/N) is an extraordinary vampire. When she was human, she had the gift of attraction. But now, as a vampire, her power has intensified. The more time you spend around her, the stronger the pull becomes. It's... almost obsessive."
Marcus was concerned and infuriated. Caius, his sire, spoke up defiantly, "She's mine now, Marcus. I won't give her up."
The fury that had been smoldering erupted within Marcus, and he seized Caius, pinning him against a nearby tree. "This is not right," he hissed.
Aro intervened, "Let's not fight, brothers. There must be a way to share her."
The tension hung thick in the air, as Marcus, Caius, and Aro stood in the moonlit forest, their futures entangled in the presence of the gifted (Y/N).
"What do you suggest, then?" Marcus demanded, his grip on Caius loosening slightly as he considered Aro's words.
Aro smiled in his usual charismatic manner, despite the tense situation. "As I mentioned earlier, we could share her. She would only be aware of our presence, and occasionally Demetri's, to maintain the illusion of her normal life."
Marcus frowned, recalling Aro's earlier warning about (Y/N)'s allure. "But you said the longer someone spends with her, the more they fall in love with her."
Caius, still pinned to the tree, chimed in, "That's why we can't let Demetri be with her all the time. As long as he's only a protector of sorts, the pull to be with her won't be as strong."
Marcus considered the proposition, his anger slowly giving way to a begrudging agreement. The prospect of sharing (Y/N) was far from ideal, but it seemed like the only way to keep her safe and maintain some semblance of control over their own desires.
Reluctantly, he released Caius, who straightened his clothing. "We shall share her," Marcus conceded, a mix of resentment and longing in his voice.
With that decision made, the three Volturi kings now had (Y/N) all to themselves, each harboring their own desires and secrets that could either lead to unity or turmoil within the ancient vampire coven.
Post breaking dawn Aro and Caius are given a choice between BD, painting red Madonnas and immaculate conception world. Would they choose the same and why would they choose it?
Painting Red Madonnas by me and The Less Than Immaculate Conception by me and @therealvinelle
Caius very reluctantly, hating himself, chooses The Less Than Immaculate Conception because he can't justify choosing the futures where Marcus is a) horrifically depressed and or b) doesn't get laid. Hates everything about it. Carlisle's around with his entire fucking brood, there's a weird hybrid that Marcus made, Aro's in the world's dumbest love affair, but he can't not choose it.
Aro, also hating himself, has to choose Immaculate for the same reasons even though Marcus is now fucking terrifying and acting on his own because the Volturi are also best off at the end. Bella isn't just tied to them but has a child with Marcus, she's not going anywhere, Marcus is firing on all cylinders again, they have most of the useful Cullens/the ones Aro would want anyway. He has to do it. He also hates it.
Note
If you have the time to get around to it, the ask would be which scenario do you think would irritate Caius more:
a) Aro pining over Carlisle and refusing to shut up about him ever
or
b) Aro spending lots of time with Carlisle who's around and therefore it's impossible to ignore Carlisle completely as he keeps being brought up by virtue of being right there and talking for himself
In Norway we have a beautiful turn of phrase: "plague or cholera?"
It's used when you must decide between two horrible options.
Option a is the plague, option b is cholera. Caius loathes both, only in different ways.
It is not easy, being Caius.
How they would react to dating a ADHD reader
Tumblr media
Edward Cullen:
• When he first met you, you were hard for him to read until he learned of you having ADHD
• Before the two of you started getting close, he would often find his gazing topaz eyes landing on you weather it may be in the school hallways or somewhere else
• It took a little courage for Edward to approach you to introduce himself properly, and when he does, he briefly apologizes for that as you have a few of the same classes together
• Edward is impressed to see that even though your mind works differently, knowing it can go a little faster than you can process sometimes, you have a strong determination of letting nothing stand in your way
• You enjoy learning new things everyday, one of the toughest challenges that come with having ADHD is how you can get distracted so easily
• Despite a racing mind, you do very well in school and your studies. When it came time for an important test, that’s where you get a little anxious because the whole class knows of your ADHD and found it amusing to mess with you during something like this
• You always managed to swing it and get a high grade, a higher one than most of, if not all the students that filled your classes
• You were one of the last few remaining to have yet complete a test. The boy sitting behind you swiped the stapler off the teacher’s desk and opened it like he was refilling it with a new package of staples
• You didn’t give it a second thought of it until you started getting hit with flying staples
• It was very upsetting to you, but lucky for you, this was also one of the few classes you shared with Edward and once he saw what was going on, he went to put a stop to it
• Right I’m the middle of that, the teacher had return from a short staff meeting and interfered before things got out of control
• The boy sitting behind you got in trouble and was sent to the principals office, he later comes out with a week’s worth of detention
• Because of that distraction, you didn’t get the chance to finish your test and it was the end of the school day. Thankfully, your teacher was kind enough to allow you to finish the test on the following day
• Edward took you home and because you were house sitting for your parents while they were out celebrating their anniversary with a big trip, you had the house to yourself and Edward spends the night
• He didn’t like leaving you alone
• For that time period, you put a movie on you wanted him to see. Though it was more than a movie, it was more like a documentary from Netflix based on a true story
• “What’s this called?” Edward asks, clearly missing the title of it
• “It’s that Last Breath documentary I keep telling you about.” You say excitedly
• “Can you tell me about it one more time?”
• “It’s about that commercial diver getting trapped on the bottom of the ocean without oxygen for over thirty minutes and survives.” You explain
• Edward doesn’t ask any more questions, instead, pulls you to his side as you both cuddle throughout the show. You were growing a little sleepy and kept dozing off, when you come to again, you briefly remember you fell back asleep at the part when the diver gets trapped and nearly left for dead
• You don’t remember falling asleep as you don’t wake up again until the following morning, still snuggled up to Edward’s side as he holds you close to him
• As strange as this may sound, Edward was the first to recognize this moment that you are his mate and he wouldn’t trade you for the world
• You don’t recognize it until he protects you from James
Tumblr media
Benjamin:
• It took you a while, but after entering the second month of the new relationship with Benjamin, you inform him of having ADHD and he was quite surprised to say the least
• “Surprised” as in a good way, he could never think anything negative towards you, you are his mate after all and he wouldn’t trade you for the world
• There are times when you have moments of feeling insecure about what you have, but as soon as a bad thought crosses your mind, Benjamin always has something to say about it, he didn’t like you having those thoughts
• “Here’s what I want you to do, every time a bad thought of yourself comes to your head, tell it to go to back to hell where it came from.” With your mate saying exactly that, never failed to make you smile
• Benjamin becomes a little overly protective when it comes to certain things through ADHD such as knowing how you can get distracted so easily
• For example, you were best friends with Bella, and her birthday was coming so you wanted to do something special, you wanted to make her a homemade birthday cake and because you haven’t taken your medicine quite yet, you were a little over the edge
• Unfortunately for you, something had happened that made you forgetful about watching the time to check on the cake and of course you may have overreacted, but at the same time, you couldn’t help the way you feel
• What got you distracted was overhearing Rosalie and Bella in the living room nearby, Rosalie was getting rude towards Bella and you couldn’t take it
• You’ve tried to not think about it, trying to distract yourself with this homemade present but what Rosalie says next, set you off like a bomb
• “Happy birthday… human.” Rosalie says with slight venom in her voice
• You dropped the fork in hand and stomped to where the two were, coming out unglued to Rosalie, you may have sounded harsh, but there was a good reason for it
• “If you’re not going to drop whatever crap you have in mind, than I want you to leave my house!” You seethed
• Rosalie threw you a dirty look as Bella places her hand on your shoulder, right than Benjamin makes his appearance after hearing you yell at Rosalie and wanted to see what was going on
• “(Y/n)? Are you alright?” He asks
• “Just fine.”
•No one says anything until the smell of something burning from the kitchen fills the air as Benjamin asks what that was
• “Do you have something on in the kitchen?” He asks, than you remembered
• “Shit!” You growl, heading for the kitchen as everyone else follows behind
• You pull the cake out and set it down, seeing that it was as black as it could get, you got really upset and started blaming Rosalie for this to happen
• Your mind was racing, and it suddenly made you feel upset at everyone, not just Rosalie, you could fathom that this was really happening, out of all days why today?
• “What’s going on?” Benjamin asks fondly
• It took you a minute to compose yourself before giving an answer
• “I don’t want to spoil the surprise, but I don’t have a choice at this point. I was trying to make a birthday cake for Bella.”
• Bella couldn’t help but feel flattered that her best friend would go through all this trouble to do something special and nice for her. While at the same time, it hurt her to see you so upset and instantly had an idea in mind
• “I know doing this meant something to you, and I truly appreciate your effort you put into this, but I hate seeing you so upset.” Bella goes on
• You bring your hands to cover your face in case of tears decide to well up
• “Listen, how about all of us go out to celebrate?”
• “You mean that?”
• “Of course, I mean when is the next time we’ll all be together like this?”
• You smile as Benjamin wraps his arm around you, pulling you close to his side, leaning to whisper in your ear
• “It would be better than staying behind to mope around about this incident, (Y/n). Don’t you think?”
• “That sounds like a good idea.”
• “It’ll be my treat.” Rosalie says
• Benjamin’s purpose in all of this was to keep you from looking back on the incident as few hours earlier and he was more than successful of accomplishing that goal
• Now he represents it, all of you had gone out as suggested to Cheesecake Factory for Bella’s cake
• Throughout the evening, Benjamin held your hand hardly letting it go
• Being with Benjamin made you forget all the worries
• As his mate, Benjamin knew how to make you fall in love with him all over again. With your ADHD, he never considered judging you for it, and if anyone messes with your ability to focus on purpose, they had better watch it
• Messing with you meant messing with him as slight trouble begins to brew
• Benjamin couldn’t wait to love you for all eternity, you know, once he changes you into a vampire like you wanted
• You couldn’t wait to love him for all eternity, you look forward to what the future has in store for you both
• Nothing but happiness
Hi! Omg I love your writing I’m so happy I found your blog!! Hope you like this request.
Okay request idea- Bella has an older sister who went on a school trip/study abroad to Italy and went missing never found.
But when Bella and Alice show up to save Edward and they enter the throne room Bella sees her sister- who is now a vampire and is Caius’ mate and queen!
Thank you 🖤🖤🖤
No Bella bashing. This fic actually made me sad for her. And Charlie. But I don't say much about him.
"You're alive??" Bella practically sobs as she launches herself toward you, babbling incoherent strings of sentences together.
Pulling yourself from beside your lovers throne, you barrel into her half way. Though your red eyes and marble skin cannot match her teary eyes and blushed cheeks, the sentiment is still there.
"I missed you" you whisper, breathing in her smell for the first time in months.
"how did you- what did- when- you're alive?!" she breaks down into you and it breaks your heart. At this point, it's obvious to you that Edward, her lover, will be fine and so you give a glance to Caius as if asking for permission.
He nods, though surprise you were even seeking it,and watches as you pull dear Isabella away, Edward and Alice soon to join.
It was a sweet reunion, really. But it didn't last long. It's better than nothing, I suppose, as it was never meant to happen in the first place.
"won't you visit? Come home for a while?" she all but begs, stuck like a vice to Edwards side. The moment was all to much for her poor human heart. Yours too, but being a few years older than her still made you wiser. "please? I need you, your my big sister."
"I can't, bella" oh how it killed you. Caius stood behind you, hand comfortingly over your shoulder. "Dad can't know I'm alive, you shouldn't know I'm alive. And I have responsibilities here. This is my home now"
All there was left for Bella to do is be pulled away by Edward. Grateful for him being alive, heartbroken again by now.
Now it was decided by her. Even if he was against it, she would be turned. She was for it. The volturi was for it. She's have eternal life with Edward. But most of all, her big sister whom she has always admired, wouldn't have to hide away from her anymore.
The next few days after she left, Caius abandoned all responsibilities and tended to you. Though he had a personal distaste for her, to you she was family. And so he put all his needs aside to be there for you. She's family.
Nobody deserves to lose their family.
Poor Charlie.
