I've been experimenting in the kitchen recently, and I developed this fragrant handmade spice blend. I promise you, the outcome is true culinary magic! This combination perfectly captures the flavors of cooking, from the earthy coriander to the aromatic cumin.
It's easy to make: just roast a variety of whole spices to a perfect roast then grind them into a fragrant powder, and presto—you have this fantastic spice combination!
Ingredients for Bhaja Masala or spice blend:
