Executions in Iran. A brief look on this violent punishment.

"Iran ranks second after China in execution tolls." It's severe guys. Innocent people are on the death row. Make some noise with us. Push your government to cut ties with human rights violators. They kill us on the streets, they kill us in our homes, they kill us traveling with airplane, they kill us in universities, and they kill us by gallows. Help us save our people.

Side note: I've seen regime supporters spreading rumors like Mohsen Shekari had killed a policeman. First of all policeman stands for enemy and ISIS in Iran so even if he did, we're at war with the enemy. We're not exchanging kisses with them. He didn't though. In his official conviction there's no charge on murder only "attacking and injuring a Basij officer". This regime lap dogs want to make these executions look justified and it's their job to lie and deceive public opinion. Don't believe them, do a research first, then report them on spreading misinformation, and educate your friends and families on what is going on in Iran. Thank you.

my queue's actually pretty full for once, so it'll be a while before this manifests short of me going off the rails and starting to post myself about it in between queue drops, but i think i've happened across my next obsession, nosedive off a cliff fall in love with the lore and probably the characters game by happy accident in the playstation spring sales or whatever today, so keep me in your thoughts. because it appears banishers: ghosts of new eden is. is going to check a lot of my boxes and it's already leaving holes in my heart only a couple hours in and i can't wait to see more of antea and red. and i think i will also feel a deep urge to dunk some of the other blorbos into the lore of the world about it.

I hate the term "Binge-watching" because IDK if you know but "binge" is a word that implies you're doing something to an unhealthy degree. That's possibly true of shows, I personally DON'T like watching episode after episode of something in like two days and I RESENT the fact that "Watching one episode a day" or "watching one episode a week" is considered awful metrics for the show. Seriously: I thought the benefit of streaming was "at my leisure".

Anyway my problem with this is that I feel like we're trying to put a positive spin on a word that we associate with unhealthy or problematic things.

Anyway.... I should probably find out when Shows I like are getting new episodes so I can immediately watch them, probably binge them despite wanting to do things at my own pace, in the hopes that Netflix doesn't cancel the show they never reminded me existed instead promoting shit they know I'd never watch, probably to spite people who wanted a raise.

But yes, life hack: figure out when a new season of a show you like drops, put it in your planner or google calendar and just SCHEDULE YOUR ENTIRE LIFE AROUND SOMETHING YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO WATCH "at your leisure"

ISRAELI ARMY USING PALESTINIANS AS HUMAN SHIELDS AT AL-SHIFA MEDICAL COMPLEX

A report by Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor released on 23 March has documented the Israeli army’s deliberate use of Palestinian civilians as human shields, to protect its forces and military operations inside Al-Shifa Medical Complex.

This comes several days after the Israeli army began its assault on the medical complex on 18 March, resulting in hundreds of deaths, injuries, and arrests.

Additionally, dozens of residential homes surrounding the complex were destroyed and set ablaze after being raided.

TESTIMONIES:

○ A Palestinian, K.F, said Israeli forces attached cameras to him and three other young men, giving them remote orders to inspect rooms inside Al-Shifa. He was made to do this for several hours before being forced to evacuate the complex with his family.

○ An elderly man in his sixties, M.N., said that his son was forced to enter sewage areas underneath the hospital, and witnessed others being made to stand in front of Israeli forces and vehicles at the entrances of the complex to fortify and prevent their targeting.

○ The wife of a nurse at the hospital witnessed her husband being used as a human shield to open doors to sections in Al-Shifa Medical Complex for several hours, before he was told to evacuate the hospital towards the city of Deir al-Balah. Her husband’s fate remains unknown.

○ Several families near the complex reported that Israeli forces used detained young men to enter homes and force Palestinians to evacuate to central and southern Gaza. A woman from the "Arafat" family reported that the Israeli military sent a detainee in his late thirties, stripped of his clothes except for his underwear, to inform them to evacuate their home within 30 minutes, threatening to bomb it over their heads. Following their evacuation, they witnessed several others in similar conditions.
