Protégé of Grand Artificer Ruby Rose; Cyrus "Rose"

Born on Remnant, Cyrus was a thief who would actually steal from Ruby's various workshops in Vale until he was caught. How he got past all the security is Still a mystery but what he was doing with the parts is what intrigued her. He was building a prototype heavy lascannon to sell to the Remnant Knights. Of course it wouldn't work properly considering all the parts he took were exposed to the elements in his hiding place.

Ruby took pity on the boy, considering his parents left him and to his knowledge he had no family left. His knowledge of machinery and weapons also intrigued her and as such, she decided to take him on as her apprentice, to teach him properly. Over the years, Cyrus and Ruby developed a mother and son bond, as Ruby never did marry or have children due to committing herself to the Remnant Knights and there endeavors in the Great Crusade. This of course caused some strife when she refused to have him start the process of becoming a Marine but he wanted to truly help the Remnant Knights by being there on the Frontlines. So agaisnt Ruby's wishes, he started on the process of being marine. Now Cyrus leads the tech marines, ensuring all the War machines and equipment is working properly, even creating various new weapons exclusively for the Remnant Knights. Ruby, while still angry, is proud of Cyrus and what he's accomplished. She knows her legacy will live on through him. Cyrus wears Ruby's symbol exclusively on his chest near his heart to symbolize the love and devotion to his "Mother".

gossip girl au // the Rose's host a Hanukkah dinner and can't help but mention the enormous criminal case regarding Chuck Bass and several allegations re: famous family friend Serena Vanderwoodsen who follows the first, Jenny Humphrey. The bribed tabloids play it as a sister-in-law lying for family. But now that Blair had secretly agreed to be a third accuser after filing for divorce and choosing to spend Christmas in France with her fathers, the Rose's let their opinion be known. (Including some Yiddish curses in the spirit of the holiday).

Cyrus generally gets about 3hrs of sleep a week on average, when he actually does sleep, he could sleep thru the end of the world. It makes a road trip with all these other idiots bearable.

Colress mostly doing the "Are we there yet?" to piss Ghetsis off. He stops after they leave Ghetsis stranded.
