In any X-men omegaverse au Charles obviously is going to have a mating bite courtesy of Magneto.

Except I lean towards the worldbuilding where mating bites and bonds will wear off in time if they're not actively maintained.

But Charles still spends more time with a mating bite/bond than not because every time it's nearly been long enough or has just been long enough for it to wear off he and Magneto end up working together for one reason or another and by the end of it Charles has a fresh bite and renewed bond.

The timing is actually coincidental (and more a testiment to how often they end up working together) but is still very much the elephant in the room when Magneto inevitably leaves again and they return to being advesaries.

It's so refreshing to see a big news network, covering the story of a famous musician opening up about his experience with psychosis in a respectful way. They let Matt tell his story without judgment, even the comment section is respectful. I hope more people see this, and see that psychosis is a topic that can be covered without stigma, without sensationalism, and without shaming or speaking over the person who experienced it.

My English final was peak

So, I decided to do my own roleswap critters...because I had the thought of an Orange Cat Catnap and it kinda got away from me a bit.

So, here's Chatty Cat, the sweet no thoughts, head empty leader fo the critters. He does not get the brain cell often, but he doesn't let it stop him for being there for his friends.

Next is Dogtired, who is one of the only ones of the friend group that can get Chatty to calm down and is the one to make sure all of his friends gets proper rest.

Then there's Barley Hopstodon, who makes sure his friends are always eating well. His favorite food is anything peanut-flavored, but especially cookies and smoothies.

And last, but certainly not least, is Savvy Sow! She's the unofficial second leader of the group, since she holds the brain cell that Chatty can never access.

I'll get around to the other four soon, but I had these guys in mind already that I just had to draw them.

I have a huge soft spot for these games because there were some of the first games I completed! And it was one of the first times I realized that video games could not only be fun, but also be subversive and actually have something to say about the way we play games.

flash is dead now but you can still play these games!! all of the This Is The Only Level and Achievement Unlocked games (along with other fun elephant games) are in the Elephant Collection on Steam, itch.io, and GOG! I encourage you to check them out if you haven't ever played them!

anyway, for pride month I made some little drawings of the elephant from those games with pride flags :) if you'd like to see a specific flag also you can let me know!

Well. El WooWoo Wednesday is upon us. Thank you @artsyunderstudy, @whatevertheweather, @that-disabled-princess, @wellbelesbian/@nausikaaa, @shrekgogurt and @you-remind-me-of-the-babe for tagging me the past 1.5 weeks. I'll catch up with your stuff soon.

Let's talk about the elephant in the room: the Stardew Valley 1.6 update on consoles. Nothing else has happened in the world apart from that. It's just Stardew Valley. I have been playing it a lot instead of writing, but a while ago, I was thinking about writing again.

Honestly, Ljubili se is *gestures around*, so I was thinking about maybe already starting the 2024 Challenge fic. My idea for that fic is that Blaine is the brother of the Hero of the Story, the Chosen One, the Saviour and whatever. Blaine's fine with being in Cooper's shadow, since he never wanted to be the hero anyway. But then Kurt Hummel arrives, who claims all of this is a story, because it is. The Cooper Chronicles is a bestselling series in Kurt's world and he's fallen into it. It's up to Kurt and Blaine to find a way for Kurt to go home.

Let's see where it goes, eh?

[name] barges through the door, making Blaine drop his glass in shock. "Where is your brother?" she yells. "I don't know," Blaine answers, "He started another quest this morning. Something about a mystical cave up north?" Blaine's not entirely sure. He tries to keep track of his brother's heroics, but there are just too many of them. He crouches down to pick up the shards of glass. "Then, we need you." Blaine drops the shard he had just picked up. "Me?" Blaine asks. He's the only one in this tower room, but he still asks to be sure. "Someone's been brought in. He's hurt. You can heal, right?" Blaine doesn't have Cooper's healing powers, but he is interested in alchemy. He can try. "Okay," Blaine says, and he follows [name] out of the door, leaving the shards behind.

The person who's been brought in is Kurt, by the way. Also, the premise of this fic is inspired by J.M. Frey's The Accidental Turn series, but I haven't read those books in almost a decade and apart from the premise, it has nothing to do with the series.

(Also I might be writing a Class fic. But also, writing.)

Oh my gods now that I know that there's a very real possibility that Agatha and Rio are maybe inspired from God Shiva- Devi Parvati it's all making sense to me in much deeper level now. I don't even know how to explain but YES their story is a direct parallel when you think about it..I need someone to come and scream with me. My mind is reeling!

In order to understand Amprule one must also understand the role their lack of self awareness plays. The second they acknowledge the reality of their actions and how much they are hurting each other their flimsyly built house of cards will crumble.

Do not get me wrong they are Aware in some ways. They are aware of the Yeondads abuse. They are also aware that they're powerless. So Dongha uses Chungsung to feel like he has some semblance of control over 'something'. And it's fine, because she likes it, right? Dongha is aware that she does. It's alright because Chungsung is barely a person and she exists for others' will.

But acknowledgement brings with it the why. Why is Chungsung so dismissive of herself? Why does she find comfort in violence? Why does Dongha need to feel like he is capable? Why does he think punishment is a given? Why do they both expect punishment for even the slightest mistake?

And why does Dongha call it 'disciplining her so she may become a butler worthy of serving me'? Why does Dongha want Chungsung to be worthy? What does worthy mean, exactly? Is she not your butler already? Did you not pick her to help you fight for your freedom (fight for liberty, if you will)? What does she need to prove? Or perhaps are you projecting your relationship with your father onto your butler, little man? Surely the child who projected his inferiority complex onto a bell wouldn't do that now would he?
