I made an output agnostic logging framework for embedded devices that would work on anything as it's written only with standard C++ libs. In theory I could use it for linux or pis, lol. I made it because I kept having to write new handlers for serial, mqtt, uart, then having to like wire them all together without creating dependency loops or other issues - especially because I often work on meshes or online embedded devices that require multiple outputs. Now you just write your handler, tell it what tags to watch, and it'll log according to tag and log level. So you could write a serial debugging log handler when you're first making it. Then when you're done, disable it, and it'll stop outputting - but then later assign the serial debugging log tag to your MQTT handler and get all your debugging serial lines output to MQTT - then just disable it again when you're done. There's still some polish I need to put into it, it has some jank, some bugs, but it's working and neat. it's kind of neat.

) working - this mode is neat because its 'text only' - you get 3-bit color text, it does that by creating a 'resolution' of 91 x 30 characters, you can only set the color and glyph. However, the monitor output is a non-buffered 1280x720, with each scanline generated 'on the fly', so you don't need any SRAM. This could be great for something like a Z-machine emulator (

) or other text-mode-only computation.

the image will be clear in my head for less than a second, but for the rest of the time, the second image is how it looks in my head.

it's the same for voices. if i hear clips of the VA/reg actor speaking then i'll be able to hear them very vaguely at the back of my head when reading. this is only really frustrating when a fic keeps pointing out characters having different accents and i cant keep it up. Either everyone sound like their from New Jersey or they sound like they're from the UK (ik im generalizing but *shrug* i dunno specific accents), or in my original accent (which is distinctly No Sabo Kid Spanglish.)

With our latest work on getting HUB75 RGB matrices working on the Raspberry Pi 5

we can now create stunning LED displays. But what if we want more pixels? At some point, we max out the bandwidth of the RP1 chip, but we can still squeeze out additional performance by updating the PIO commands to output two or three matrix strings instead of just one.

Thus, the Triple Output RGB Matrix Bonnet you see here! We're using the classic Active-3 pinout

with a switch to select whether the 4th or 8th pin is connected to address E.

Since we expect large matrix grids drawing 10A+ of current, there's no onboard power management—the 5V supply should be connected separately through thick power wires. This board is for data only. If you aren't using port 3, the I2C remains available, so we've added a Stemma QT port for extra flexibility.

Don’t tell me Terry wouldn’t be right there trying to march these themes forward a few centuries. There would be a standalone novel with Our Flag Means Death-type energy. As Vimes gets older we would take over following his son, who comes out as queer to his dad and you just know Vimes is ready to do anything for his kid (and it’s embarrassing). Angua and Carrot’s relationship is set up to be on the brink of queerness, c’mon just make everyone gay.

Ok but Monster Jon going into heat, because this is one more part of himself out of his control. That’s fine though because Jonah is here for him, and Jon tries to be good and pliant, but it’s all so much and he needs more. Jon pinning down Jonah and rubbing against him, just trying to make it stop, he needs it so bad, he feels like he’s burning up. Why isn’t Jonah making it stop right now?

Jonah for just a moment feeling a spike of fear, instinctual because sure, he knew Jon was dangerous, but not to him, surely. Jon is a tamed monster, a pet on the end of the leash that would never think of fighting back. Jon who is so out of it, so needy that he forgets his claws are there, and while they haven’t touched Jonah, they’ve shredded the space around them. He can feel teeth at his throat and he Knows how easily he could be prey. Jon’s thoughts so lost to nothing but instinct, that fear tasting so good, that some part of him wants more.

Jonah taking that badly, pinning Jon down instead, because Jon doesn’t fight he’s getting what he wants. If Jon wanted to he could easily get free, but why would he? Jonah pulling the leash tight reminding Jon that he is in charge here as he fucks him. Reminding Jon that he, not Jonah is still prey here, between the two of them. If Jon had the capacity for thoughts other than, yes and more, he might feel a bit of fear. At how the collar bites into his neck, as Jonah reminds him of his place below him, but none of that matters to the creature, he’s here to be used and filled, and be so so good for Jonah.
