My Halloween Leg Day!! Was at ZenoLink Human Performance Center testing and training athletes until 8pm this evening, so figured I might as well stay a bit longer and do my own workout!! Although I train for a myriad of activities, I am definitely focusing on sprint/track cycling and general road cycling next year... so lower body power/speed on the bike! Right now I am mostly in a strength building phase, but adding in some power as part of a block periodization program.
