What You Can and Can't Do Through an Express Trust
An express trust refers to a legal arrangement where a trustee holds assets for the benefit of the beneficiaries.
An express trust can be beneficial in many ways; it provides a way of managing assets outside of probate, protects assets from creditors, and enables the settlor to control the use of their assets after death.
However, there are limits to what you can and can’t do, and it is essential…

would you rather eat someone, be eaten, or both you and your consenting partner are eating each other at the same time?
ideal scenario we exchange a pound of flesh and get cannibal married through mutual consumption

Having more "Leia and Obi-Wan throughout the series" thoughts ok. People talk about how the Kenobi show doesn't make sense bc Leia doesn't act like she knows him later. Like? She does though?
Her famous message is a professional diplomatic message, and it's actually really cool that now it echoes Bail's plea to Obi-Wan to come save Leia. Girl isn't going to say, "bestie help" here ok. But when Luke tells her he's there with Ben Kenobi and she gets So Excited???! Her beat up old wizard has come back to herrrrr.
But why doesn't Leia mention anything about Ben to Han and Luke? Well maybe it's because she was 10 when she saw him last, and probably the one thing Bail made sure she did remember was to keep Obi Wan's secret and she clearly doesn't trust Han not to sell them all out. And can you imagine all the jokes Han would crack about "I guess you always need rescuing, princess" if he knew that story? I wouldn't have brought it up either.
Why doesn't Leia mourn Obi-Wan? This woman just watched her entire home planet and everyone she knows and loves be wiped out and is holding it together. I think that rates higher than being sad about a man she hasn't seen in years. Maybe she comforts Luke bc she knows if she admits anything for herself now, the floodgates will burst and all that other loss will come pouring out and she'll lose it and she can't afford that. Maybe Bail taught her that stoicism. Or maybe she picked it up from a sad old jedi when he took time to comfort her when he knew he was likely going to his own death. So now I'm crying on the floor.
But did she ever talk about him with Luke (and others) later? Who's to say she didn't? Insert my new favorite headcanon that Luke off-handedly mentions the force ghosts of the jedi masters and Leia goes wide-eyed, "you can see Obi-Wan?" and so Luke teaches her how to use her force sensitivity and Obi-Wan is so happy to talk with her again. (Not to mention, talking with Anakin too.) And later on when she loses her son and her brother vanishes and her husband leaves, Leia Organa is not left alone.
Lastly. She named her son Ben.

I think the best take I've seen today is someone justifying being anti-JC with the argument that "it's been 13 years and he still didn't get over it! He's still angry! He yells at people! No one deserves to be yelled at!"
I mean, yes? That's how trauma works? You don't 'get over' stuff with no support. It's not pretty, but it's life my dude. Some people get hurt and then spend the rest of their life defensive and unfriendly. He was clearly put together and approachable enough to build a very wealthy, respected sect, and raise a child, so he didn't spend all that time wallowing in despair, did he?
I mean, against what people like to proclaim, Lan Wangji also didn't move on. He goes out and fights things, but his irrational anger towards JC is still alive and well, he didn't get over anything by understanding the situation everyone were in. He wasn't interested in asking how the hell things got so bad or why his own golden brother (who had 100% more clout than JC) didn't do anything to step in. He doesn't yell, but he's a dick nonetheless. Does JL deserve LWJ being a dick to him only because he doesn't like his uncle? Does he deserve Jingyi acting like a dick towards him because Huanguang-Jun also does, so it's safe?
No one moved on in this story - the war left them all shattered. They all commited atrocities. They all have regrets. Barely anyone gets any closure. Wei fucking Wuxian didn't move on - he just died and came back right after, and then ran from the hard questions because he didn't have the bandwidth to deal with them at the time. As you do when traumatised.
Dislike the man all you want, but the argument is just.... JC didn't stub his toe 13 years ago, he lost his entire extended family and was left to pick up the pieces. Thirteen years of being angry at the world is nothing.

Man Richas really is just a kid
He doesn't quite understand the weight of the situation that is q!Tubbo's death because eve he doesn't believe that Tubbo's really- dead.
He doesn't understand why others are upset with themselves and him because Creation has promised that it can bring Tubbo back with the right materials.
Richas wasn't taught that crying is good for someone. That's kinda evident in his conversation with Bad, Em, and Dapper (from bads stream last night). He was taught to smile and look at things in brighter ways, which in some cases is good, but I don't think he knows the difference in the situations.
"You do not get better at handling grief. You just learn what works for you" (Wise words from Dapper)
I think that if Creation had waited longer to show up, we would have seen a deeper emotional defiance from Richas. He's not sad of Tubbo's death because he trusts in the people around him to bring Tubbo back. He trusts in Creation's word. If there was no way to bring Tubbo back, I think that guilt would hold heavy over Richas. I don't think he would know how to deal with it.
He's a good egg, he really is. Just sympathy isn't something he's learned. He's still a kid, physically and mentally.
