Wow! Okay, that is… a lot. Um. I also got excited for a second there, but I think anon meant canonical to this AU, because I don't remember that ever being Canon to Sanders Sides. Except maybe for the whole "Roman of Reston being a different person to TS Sides Roman" thing. I would like a list of alternative Virgils (and Remy's) we could pull from, though, I would like to have this asshole get yelled at by himself! Amazing idea, anon, with bringing in the alternate Virgil!

(Except for the still murdering this Virgil part, that part is a definitive no from me, like. We are not. Killing and then replacing somebody with another version of themselves like, just. No. That sounds awful. That is a horror movie plot! They wouldn't even be the same person, it would still be murder, it'd just be murder with extra steps! And even more disturbing! It'd be cosmic horror, sci-fi, surreal horror movie villain levels of murder!)

As requested here are a few Virgils and Remys from my many AUs. It's become a weird trend where Virgil is usually the teen/kid aged one in my AUs, but no matter what he is still ready to yell at a bitch if needed to. So is the Remys & they're adults

- New Eden au. Basically the sides are in a psych ward (it's not a horror au i promise). could be interesting bc Virgil is pretty toxic in this one but for actual understandable reasons and certainly Not abusive. Viv and Remy btw Loathes each other in this au but he will still protect them and vice verse. And Remy is in a healthy relationship. Both of them have trauma from abuse sooo - Succubus au. Just mentioning bc Remy is an actual legit demon in this one. from hell. - James Bond au. Virgil is the son of an actual super villain but is now in therapy and tyring to move past the fucked up shit he's done and he's like 17 so he's def ready to yell at someone. Remy has a license to kill. And a gun. And a husband (: Sad dad au - Virgil is like 5 in this one. can you imagine being judged by your own 5 year old self. jesus fucking christ. Remy in this au had a similar childhood to the Remy in this au so they would uh definitely have some thoughts about virgil -Remus gets pregnante au (but like trans). Virgil is a dog in this one. An actual dog. Good old therapy dog. Goodest bestest boy C: - A/b/o au (i promise this one started as a joke bc my friend and i was making fun of a/b/o but then it became an actual au). Virgil is like 13 again but now she has claws and fangs, filled with just as much rage tho C: Remy is ready for murder. They hate each other but yet again yes protect each other

atlas’s goal is to elevate the division and to prove that you can do that without tearing other people down...his words are something like “i want to show that there’s another way” which obviously facing ariya is VERY intriguing! i’m still getting a hang of what ariya’s doing now, on his own, but his usual tactic is more to elevate other people so that he can be safe standing with them and tearing people down is more...a last resort? i don’t think that’s the right wording but ariya tries to make allies, and he works to support them and hype them up, and when he’s turned on tony or on (the man previously known as) hideo its more because Things Have Gone Wrong. if someone’s his enemy he has much fewer qualms abt it obviously and i love this awful bastard for it but he’s worked hard to elevate other people, if not the division. (in kayfabe ofc, irl no one works harder than ariya for 205, we know this)

its...hm! this is all stuff ive covered re:ariya anyway, but i think its very interesting what it says about atlas. besides the usual “oh so daivari is a bastard” introduction to ariya (which...is it even worth commenting on, we’re just getting Here Is A Heel without interrogating the character more because 205 doesnt care), atlas specifically feels like he’s trying to work in the vein of Babyfaces Past. which is neat, i dont think we’ve have a straightforward babyface in awhile, but he’s also very much focused on the idea that all of 205 should be working together and looking out for each other so we can all do better :) which is VERY sweet. however he’s also been kind of on his own so far and its a broad ambition to have on his own and the way he Does Not Understand At ALL Why Ariya Would Do This is 1) very funny and 2) i think a bit of a weakness! a complete inability to comprehend ariya’s actions. i think thats INCREDIBLY interesting, given that we’ve had both cedric and mustafa as the archetypal babyfaces previously...cedric reached out to heels in understanding a few times (post-turnening with drew comes to mind) and mustafa and ariya were like. two sides of the same coin yeah? having atlas just go well this is bullshit and i don’t care for it is a change of pace on that front and i kind of adore that

It's so funny to see Poi and Sullivan teaming up against Lime. They all are still rivals but the Poi and Sullivan will absolutely team up to roast Lime because their dislike of Lime is greater than their dislike of eachother.

FHJKSF YES THIS IS A GREAT POINT!!!!!!!!! HERES THE THING ABOUT ALL THREE OF THEM…

Sulluvan: he is the most secure person in the whole story. he is totally confident in his looks, his title, his manner, everything. mochi and the other witches are pretty much the only people he respects. he continuously refers to lime as mochis ‘lapdog’ or something like that and rarely even acknowledges him beyond mild insults (which lime takes WAY too seriously). but he doesnt take either lime or poi seriously at all. hes like 1400 years old (like 23-25 in looks) and sees these two boys as like. babies. not worth his time. not threatened at all (besides the fact that he knows mochis heart belongs to lime, but hes at least half convinced he can change her mind about that)

Poi: he kinda knows mochi??? and he can see that she has no real interest in sulluvan, and is convinced that whoever gets together with mochi is gonna be someone thats known her for a long time and gets along with her great and thus, he isnt really threatened by sulluvan, hes like begone thot. but LIME ON THE OTHER HAND, HE has a history with mochi (and hes mega hot. he sees the way mochi acts around lime) and so MOST of poi’s energy goes towards defiling lime. lime is a threat. he doesnt think sulluvan has a chance

and Lime: oh man he is. a stupid. and has some insecurities when it comes to his and mochis relationship especially after he finds out shes a witch, and suddenly he went from being the most interesting person in her life (from his pov at least) to just another boring ass arrogant human, whereas shes interacted with like fuckin mermaids and dragons and this whole world he didnt even know exsisted. he basically feels really small and kinda insignificant to her now (even though hes not). even towards poi, like poi is human too, but hes been in on mochis secret for WAY LONGER, and was friends with her even before lime was, and can fight really good, and her grandmother already loves him, so towards poi hes like shit fuck poi is a threat

and towards SULLUVAN HOOO BOY..,…. from time to time its good to remind everyone that SULLUVAN IS LIKE. LITERALLY THE LORD OF THE UNDERWORLD. he is this HIGH CLASS, PRESTIGOUS, WELL-KNOWN AND ACTUALLY QUITE FEARED MEMBER IN THE MAGIC COMMUNITIES. and just the fact that sulluvan is so damn casual and friendly with mochi and calls her ‘my love’ and ACTUALLY GETS DATES WITH HER IN EXCHANGE FOR FAVORS IS JUST./……….,,.,.,…….fucking infuriating for lime. 

BUT LIME IS ONE OF THE FEW IDIOTS WHOS OBLIVIOUS TO THE FACT THAT MOCHI IS SO IN LOVE AND ONLY HAS EYES FOR HIM AND HIM ONLY, SO POI AND SULLUVAN WOULD 1000% TEAM UP TO DISCOURAGE HIM FROM GOING AFTER HER BECAUSE GOD DAMMIT LIME AND MOCHIS IDIOCY IS DAMN NEAR THE ONLY THING IN THE WAY OF THEM HOOKING UP

There are no silly questions and I should have explained what I meant in my post - I forget people don’t have the same crazy knowledge about clothing as I do sometimes 🤣 and I’m always happy to explain stuff

Turnouts (also known as bunker wear/gear) need to be got into as fast as possible, so putting boots on first speeds up the process and wardrobe would use the same methods to get the actors in kit because it’s easier and quicker to dress them (anything to save time in the world of wardrobe is always a big plus!!).

Velcro isn’t usually involved because the bottom of the trousers needs to have a decent seal to help protect from the fire and Velcro can start to go fluffy and stop working as well after a few uses and the last thing you want is the bottom of your trousers flapping when you’re running into a burning building!

If you think back to Chimney begins we see chimney practicing and setting new records for getting into his gear while he’s man behind and a firefighter is responsible for ensuring their kit is ready to go in their locker. The quickest way into your gear is by having your trousers around your boots so you just need to pull them all on and your not fighting with trouser legs being caught up etc, it’s why the boots have the big loops at the tops (like you can see on Ryan’s in the bts photos). You can see below a row of lockers like the 911 lockers with all the kit ready to go with the turnout trousers and boots at the bottom

If you’re really interested in firefighter turnouts and have a spare 10 minutes, this video walks you through putting them on and gives a bit of reasoning behind the various items etc and talks about pass alarms!

I saw your Seonag doodle and. ;-; Now I'm thinking of Linda and her holding hands in Abandonment Issues solidarity. In her case, she's so afraid of any potential friends or loved ones leaving her, and even though a part of her feels like being alone is inevitable for her, she still ends up working too hard to try and get people to stay near her. So anyway imagine Linda trying to maintain her spooky-doll persona by NOT CRYING (she's failing), when somebody says they like being around her. (I'm sorry for the OC infodump fhdkj)

Oooo my favorite one of lichrally all time is Sound of Music, but I also like Dark Shadows, Alice in Wonderland [Tim Burton], 101 Dalmatians [Live Action], Devil Wears Prada, and The Witches [1990] !!!! The Parent Trap is also a bit of a comfort movie 4 me fhdkj bc i used to watch it sm as a kid.

8. Favorite Books

I will be fr :sob: I don't read that much books [excluding like ones u read online + fanfiction], so my selection isn't all that broad but I really did like Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka, The Wolves in the Walls by Neil Gaiman, and The Giver by Lois Lowry !! My mom's friend gifted me the books like a few yrs ago, while The Wolves in the Walls was a childhood book !! scared the shit out of me though, the art is unsettling :))
