PONYBOY would actually be pretty darn good at makeup. You would question where he got this cosmetic knowledge from but he says he's just got a steady hand and some artistic abilities. He actually eats down every time he does your eyeliner, you almost want to ask him to always do it for you. He's also down to let you try out products on him, as long as you guys aren't going anywhere. He likes feeling close to you and you doing his makeup gives him tingles.

JOHNNY would be OK at normal makeup things, but lip liner, eyeliner and mascara would be actual he'll with him because his hands are always shaking slightly. It's not like he's afraid it's just that he has really unsteady hands and isn't super artistic. He gets mascara and eyeliner everywhere so you end up layering and layering concealer under your eyes. He really likes doing it though, he sees why you do it so often because it's kind of fun seeing everything come together. He gets really happy if you actually wear the makeup he did out instead of wiping it off.

SODAPOP would usually watch his mom get dolled up when he was young, he's got some really sweet core memories about it. He'd prefer to just watch you do your makeup but he'd love to blend your foundation and stuff like that because he thinks beauty blenders are an absolute marvel. Him doing your makeup always ends in a bunch of giggles and a crazy new eyeliner and eyeshadow look. He's actually pretty artistic and can be really good, but he tries to make everything crazy.

STEVE is terrible at makeup, he knows what to do but he just can't figure out how to use each product. He tried to apply your foundation with your powder puff and you had to shriek to get him to not. You have to slowly walk him through everything, showing him what each thing does like a salesperson. He asks you to help him get better so he could do your makeup more often so you give him a couple of old products to practice with. Sodapop walks into work the next day with a full face done by Steve.

TWO BIT knows what he's doing somewhat. His sister has that kids makeup kit and he sees her apply her glittery eyeshadow everyday. He tries to help you but everything is a lot different than a kit, he smears your lip product all over his hands by accident because he thought it was one of those pot ones where you pick up the product with your fingers. He's also super clumsy, especially with the dark coloured things, like for example, he missed the tube of the mascara and ends up getting products along the side of it and on his fingers. The next day he brings his sisters makeup kit and does your glittery eyeshadow which he is much better at.

DARRY knows what to do, but he fumbles because he gets nervous. He dropped your blush onto his carpet and stained it. He felt super bad for wasting product and staining his rug but you promised it was fine and that after he did your makeup you could clean it together. He's actually very good at giving you a nice and put together look. The eyeshadow and lip colour he chose complimented your hair and eyes perfectly. Secretly, while he wasn't paying attention, you got some blush and patted it on his cheeks. He was immediately nostalgic because his mom used to do that and you brought back a core memory for him.

DALLAS is terrible at makeup. You'd think with the amount of girls he wooed he would know a thing or two but he's completely oblivious. He tried to put contour as your foundation before realizing it didn't match your face colour and then tried to use highlighter. After the first few times he actually became some what of a pro and started swiping high-end luxury cosmetics. Sometimes he also steals your contour to make himself look cooler and define his muscles and jawline.

Everyday Makeup Routine 💄🪞💋✨

hey, how'd you learn how to do your makeup? i'm kind of a novice over here

Hey!! So I learned via a lot of methods - tips from friends, videos, googling. It's hard for me to remember a lot of my sources over the years. That being said, I'm going to try to link the ones I know help the most.

The Pretty Fix - this channel hasn't updated in a while but has a lot of tutorials designed to be trans-inclusive and beginner friendly. It's a great resource for just starting out and for understanding a lot of basic techniques and things to keep in mind without it being overwhelming or throwing too many product types at you.

How to Apply Eyeshadow PERFECTLY (beginner friendly hacks) by AlexandrasGirlyTalk - This video is short and simple and yet probably the most effective one I've seen when it comes to breaking down eyeshadow. I still haven't fully 100% mastered doing eyeshadow, but I feel a lot more confident with it after watching this a few times.

Dude, eyeliner changes your whole face by Alexandra Anele - Another good technique and theory video that helps a lot when trying to figure out eyeliner, which IMO is the hardest part of trying to do eye make up and something I'm only starting to feel good with as of this year

NEW Updated 2021 E-Girl Makeup Tutorial! by hannah owo - This one might seem silly at first glance because, y'know, E-girl, but honestly this is one of the most helpful makeup tutorials I've found and has drastically affected how I've done my makeup. What makes this one so good and helpful IMO is that unlike a lot of other makeup tutorials you can find, this one uses a lot of drugstore and bargain brands (at one point it recommends using a Crayola marker to create freckles) and shows the ways one can make a super elaborate look using a surprisingly small amount of products.

FACE BASICS: Hide Facial Hair (using Makeup!) Part 2: Makeup by David K Davey - I don't really do a lot of this anymore (I used to go way overboard on covering that area early in transition lol) but for those worried about beard shadow or discoloration in that area, this helps teach how to be cover that up and the colour theory behind it. Mastering this can be a godsend.

Those are the main links I can think of right now! For someone still getting in, my best advice is to get the basic tools you'll need - primer, concealer, foundation, eyeliner, mascara, blush - as well as a sponge or brush kit and play around with them, using tutorials and googling every time you think you come into an issue. Then you can start looking at more advanced things like contours and eye shadows, and the good thing about eye shadows is that most palettes have a bunch of videos online of people doing various looks and tutorials with them, meaning if you find yourself stuck, you're almost always guaranteed to find something you can use as a reference.

Makeup is hard and I still don't feel like I have a perfect understanding of it, but it can be quite fun once you find a set up you like and start getting comfortable enough to experiment with new looks and products! I hope this could help at all and I wish you the best of luck going forward!

When Furina asked Neuvillette of this, it was simply out of desperation. Her determination to ensure that their theater club's major project would be a success prompted her to try all methods possible— even if that included being shameless enough to ask Neuvillette to play the lead role of a male judge.

But really, Furina was not expecting a yes for an answer. After all, Neuvillette has already done her a huge favor simply by agreeing to be part of this club, during the start of the school year. All clubs need to reach a minimum number of members for them to be recognized by the school, and back then, the theater club was on the brink of being dissolved— until Neuvillette, Furina's ever-gracious best friend, came to the rescue.

"I know you don't like being in the spotlight," Furina noted, after expressing her gratitude, "so I assure you you don't have to be in one to contribute meaningfully to the club! The ones working behind the scenes are just as important as those onstage. So there's no need to worry; as your club president, I'll make sure that you'll only ever do things you're comfortable with!"

Well. That was still true, alright. Furina was perfectly capable of respecting Neuvillette's decision had she said no. All she planned to do was try; it would have been a waste not to, when Neuvillette is the most qualified member of the club for the role. Neuvillette was dedicated, diligent, and she had a temperament similar to the character— she would master the role in no time.

And another important aspect was Neuvillette's physique. She was tall, slender, had broad shoulders; she had always been the sort of lady to look better in button-ups than dresses. Apart from that, there was also this certain aura in the way she carries herself... and ever since Furina became hyper-aware of these, she could no longer shrug off the vision of Neuvillette playing the strong and mighty judge in their play.

And so, after a lot of hesitations, of stuttering from Furina's part when she asked Neuvillette the question— they now found themselves here.

One aspect to pay attention to in ensuring Neuvillette's effective portrayal of the role was her makeup and wardrobe. So this weekend, Furina decided to pay Neuvillette a visit in her home, and help her pick suitable clothes from the ones she already owned. Furina also brought her makeup kit, intending to teach Neuvillette the most fitting look for the role she will play.

The wardrobe part was easy enough. Neuvillette's clothes mostly consisted of suits and button-ups, which were definitely in-character of a judge. What was a little challenging, however, was the makeup part, for the art of painting faces was not something that Neuvillette frequently dabbled on. Furina had to teach her the basics, before they could proceed with the specifics.

And at some point, Furina's more experienced hands had to be the ones to put the makeup on Neuvillette's face.

"Like this, Neuvi..." Furina said as she applied the contour on Neuvillette's face. "This will make the bone structure of your face more prominent... more— hm... more traditionally masculine...?"

"Hm," Neuvillette said, attention full on Furina. One of her hands was on Furina's waist to help her balance. "Just like the thick eyebrows?"

"Yeah, I mean... there are definitely men with thinner eyebrows and softer facial features, but... well... there are some... standards to adhere to..." Furina trailed off, her focus wandering. "But you know what I think, honestly? Even without this makeup you can pass off as a man..."

Absentminded, Furina took a few moments to realize what she had just said, the possible offensiveness of it. So, nervously, she looked at Neuvillette, tried to gauge her reaction.

But Neuvillette only looked back at her, only continued drawing circles on Furina's waist.

Furina swallowed.

"Done." She stepped away, prompted Neuvillette to face the vanity mirror. "What do you think?"

Neuvillette stared at her reflection for a while.

Then, her face went through a myriad of emotions that Furina had never seen before.

Furina did not quite have the words to describe them. There was softness, and then there was disbelief, then wonder, fascination... Could the most meticulously-planned and scripted plays ever produced by the school's theater club pull on her heart, the way Neuvillette's rawest and realest expressions did so in this moment? Furina doubted it.

In fact, Furina doubted she could find a greater beauty anywhere else, than the one this woman now possessed.

Okay so Psych Makeup Collection

Under a Read More because this got long and rambling

On one hand I think having a singular Shawn and Gus palette would be very fitting, but on the other a Gus-focused standalone palette based around his best shirts called The Lavender Gooms palette is just *chef's kiss* so we'll go with that idea. I feel like some sort of face gloss works too, like the head oil- maybe it should just be an actual lavender-scented hair oil, a little outside of the "makeup" definition but not an ungeard of inclusion (see: Glamlite having a shimmer body oil in their first Barbie collection).

I feel like some colorful eyeliners fit well with Shawn tbh, as his part of the college. We've seen him canonically wear eyeliner more than once in his edgier phase, so colorful ones feel fitting for his brighter personality when he's older while still holding onto that same essence. Psychic Green, Pineapple Yellow, Santa Barbara Skies Blue, Hair Thicker In HD Brown. No, wait, that last one should be a brow gel, maybe a mascara.

Blushes based on Jules, yes obvious, a blush palette inspired by her extremely bright early seasons shirts. But also I want something for her iconic gray pantsuits, so perhaps an Eyeshadow stick/crayon- a little more one-and-done, practical, can be easily traveled with. I think that fits. Or maybe one of those blushes that looks dark gray in the pan but turns pink when you put it on?

Struggling with Lassie a bit because my brain is screaming Eyeshadow Palette but I want everyone to have a Unique Thing in this collection and Gus already has the Eyeshadow Palette... I can't imagine what else fits for a Lassie piece though. Gus’s would be largely purples and pinks, and while Lassie would also be largely cool-toned it'd be more blues and grays inspired by not only his sweet salt-and-pepper hair and cannonball blue eyes, but the blue shirts and such he'd wear in earlier seasons and the grays of his beloved gun.

I want to give Chief Vick something too, I feel like a line of contours fits her character but that feels not quite Enough for how important she is. We don't have lipsticks yet, but I don't know if I see her for lipsticks- if anything it'd be a line of glosses themed around Jules, or maybe glosses themed around some of the various Love Interests of both Shawn and Gus through the show like Mira and Abigail and that hippie girl and so on.

Bronzers themed less around A Character, more just a reference to the Abduction/Speed Dating episodes with the fake tanning ties.

Henry doesn't get a product. ... Alright, maybe an ocean spray scented makeup remover of some kind. But that's it!

Wanna give Buzz something, because I just like him. Maybe he can have the highlighter. Call it the McNabbin' That Glow or something, because he's a little ray of sunshine and while his wit is dim his smile sure ain't.

And a makeup bag shaped like a Pineapple, of course.

OH maybe The Chief gets a brush set? But I also see that working for Lassie... I can see a Henry set to tbh but I don't like him so I want either Lassie or The Chief to have the brush set.

Oh and Buzz still gets a highlighter but there's also another highlighter just called Mary Lightly.

I wanna give Yang something, she deserves it- maybe she gets the lipstick (not gloss, those go to the Various Love Interests). Oh but also an eyeliner pencil/liquid liner duo kit with the pencil in black and liquid liner in white... oooh...

Guh I have too many ideas. I'd need to do like 10 different collections like fucking Makeup Revolution and their billion never-ending Simpson releases

Weddings always bring people together. But the bachelor party is what makes people friends for life. It was a 3 day weekend traveling to the mountains of Washington.

It was a guy's trip but Will thought it wouldn't be a true guys' weekend if you weren't there, you were buzzing with excitement quite literally when the first activity on the list was getting tattooed with personal call names, everyone getting it in normal places, wrists, arms, backs, but you opted for a more teasing spot.

Frankie gives you a confused smile when the artist takes you to a private room away from the open floor plan. You waved at him cheekily before disappearing into the studio. The scratch of the needle pistoning into the flesh of your ass made you smile and start laughing. Life was fun again. You had everyone where you wanted them, not running when things got good.

Frankie accompanied a knock on the door frame with his eyes squeezed tight. You looked at the artist and nodded an okay. Frankie steps in and shuts the curtain, he opens to you on your stomach with just a g-string on and your shirt pushed up right under the curve of your breasts.

"How did I know that you would do this?" Frankie chuckles taking a seat across from you.

"You say I'm just so predictable." You smile sweetly, Frankie was trying to calm himself seeing you half-naked. It wasn't supposed to be sexual, he's seen everything without the sexual context but you laid out on the chair getting 'Princess' inked into your skin forever aroused him.

"That you are," Frankie spreads his legs further apart, and you bite back a giggle when you see the hard-on he had. When the artist finished cleaning up your skin and adding some Aquaphor to the ink before leaving you to get some aftercare supplies, you walked up to the full-length mirror, your Vans showing your ankles off deliciously, the studio lighting contours your curves, you popped out your hip holding your phone at an angle to snap a photo your plump ass branded with the fucking call name. Frankie was just in awe looking at how gorgeous you were and that you were his.

You took a couple of pictures, a smile on your face walking over to Frankie. You straddle his lap, grabbing his hands and placing them on the top of your ass. "Smile for the camera Frankie" You cooed, arching your back to mold into him and turning your toros to face the mirror, snapping a picture displaying your tattoo with Frankie's hands feeling you up.

Frankie helps you get dressed before the artist comes back with your aftercare kit. You showed off the tattoo to the guys with a zoomed-in picture, you had a smile on your face that Frankie hadn't seen in a long time. Genuine happiness to be with your friends, the loving princess coming back after months of hatred.

"You're a genius, Princess. Alright, I want mine on my ass," Benny started to unbuckle his belt, stripped down to his underwear. You squeal out a laugh and slap your hand over your eyes. Will and Pope tell Benny to put his clothes back on. Will threw the jeans at Ben who was trying to argue that if you can do it then so can him. "C'mon guys I need someone to match with me," You tried to help Ben's case.

Then everyone looked to Frankie, "Fuck no. I'm not doing it," Frankie shakes his head and backs away. The guys looked at you and waited for you to break down Frankie. "Please...for me?" You stick out your bottom lip and walk over to Frankie swaying your hips.

You stand in front of him and start taking off his belt. Frankie stands at attention and is fighting with himself on the inside. "I'll let you lick my tattoo and I'll lick yours," You stood on your tiptoes and whispered in his ear. Frankie felt his face flush and his pants tightened around his thighs.

"I'll do it...You're one hell of a negotiator, could've used you in the service." Frankie breaks and you laugh at how simple men are, Frankie can be broken down by sex. You spin around on your heels and smile at the guys.

"Boys, he's gonna do it," You announced, Ben was getting his arm tatted and holding onto Pope's hand quickly dropping it when you looked at them. Will was sitting and waiting for all of this to be over.

Frankie sighs when he is escorted to the privacy studio. You follow right behind and take a seat in front of Frankie.

"The shit I do for you," Frankie grunts when the needle starts buzzing into his plump...yes...plump ass. You whistled when you saw his skin jiggle from the vibrations. When his tattoo was finished you called everyone in for a show.

"Catfish has a fat ass," Benny is marveled by Frankie.

"Okay. That's it shows over." Frankie carefully pulls up his underwear and jeans. "I'll be looking forward to your end of the bargain, Princess."

The weekend started with a simple dinner then stopping at a bar for drinks. Will didn't want anything crazy for a bachelor party, just everyone chilling out in the mountains. It was romantic almost, you and Frankie got a separate cabin from the rest of them. You would end the night with a bottle of wine and Frankie running your bath. He went all out for the last night in Washington.

You walk into the bathroom, illuminated by the soft amber glow of the candles, milky water, and roses in the bath. An expensive bottle of champagne waiting for you.

"You're getting too soft on me, Catfish," You giggle when he starts to unzip your black tube dress that you wore for the big party night. You and Frankie dipped on the rest of them after a couple of drinks, all Frankie wanted to was go back and unwind with you. He would've waited until the party was over but you started to get too drunk, trading drinks with random people at the bar and then proceeding climbing on top of Frankie after making Pope take a picture of just you.

"You know we call you 'Princess' for a reason?" Frankie chuckles when you slurred- whatever man- you grab the bottle of champagne and sip from the bottle. You were trying to let Frankie be a boyfriend and spoil you. It was an internal battle with your heart and your brain, you want the romance but the logical side says it's too much.

Frankie helps you step and submerge into the bath, you rest your arms on the side of the tub holding the bottle in your right hand. He slips the hair tie from your wrist, brushing your hair with his fingers and getting your hair out of your face. Small tendrils of hair escape from the ponytail, framing your face. Frankie loved how he could see every detail of your face and the curve of your neck going down to your shoulders. You always look so delicate when you show your natural features when he helps you take off your makeup.

"What?" You murmured closing your eyes, loving the feeling of the hot water at your favorite temperature. Frankie kisses the top of your head. "I think you look so delicate with your hair out of your face." Frankie's eyes dance around your face.

"Hmm...delicate, that's a Taylor Swift song...I used to..." You spew nonsense, your mind growing tired from the night you had and the champagne making you feel fuzzy.

"Used to what?"

"Cry to it after we slept together..." You had enough liquid courage to open your heart to Frankie. You remember hearing it when you were shopping for lingerie after the first sleeping with Frankie. When you and him were breaking the rules, you fell in with the lyrics and then started connecting to your life.

Frankie didn't know if he should be upset about the fact he was a reason for your crying or be flattered that you let your heart swim out to him.

"Why?"

"Just thought it fitted us...the girl going for the guy." You opened one eye and smiled at Frankie who had a shy smile on his face. You were right again. You were the one to take a step forward, even if it was asking for sex but here he was sitting on the floor of the bathroom keeping you company while you were in the bath after a night out with the friends. Taking care of you, cherishing your drunken truthful mind sharing your thoughts, and taking in your beauty in the candle glow.

"You got me, baby," Frankie could see the tears stream from your eyes. You were swimming deep in emotions. You are safe, you have Frankie. Nothing else matters in the world. Could you swim out too far and Frankie gets tired of swimming? You blink away the tears and stare at the ceiling. Why does being in love have to hurt?

"How can you love me after everything?" You say not looking at Frankie. He holds his breath, loving you was easy. It was like breathing. Frankie just loved you, he had to love you or he wouldn't survive.

"Despite everything you did to me...you are the love of my life and I can't help but love you. You know how love is...it makes you wear rose-colored glasses, and I'll wear them for the rest of my life if that means you are mine." Frankie didn't care that he was insane for getting back together with you. It was easy. You were easy. You are different from every person he knows—a woman with intimacy issues and a bleeding heart for the one person she wants.

You rolled your head to the side and looked at Frankie, he was insane. The restlessness was clawing from deep inside you but diminished when Frankie stopped being just a friend. He is your life now. Your partner who loves you for everything good and bad that comes with you.

"I am so sorry, Frankie...for everything. You didn't deserve any of that. I want you to know how fucking sorry I am. I love you." Your voice coated with a sob stuck in your throat. Do your words matter at this point? You tell him that you love him but is it enough?

I just want to say I love your sims and how you style them. How long does it take you to complete a sim and do you have any tips for how you make their faces (especially your townie makeovers) without falling into same face syndrome traps or losing the original base features of EA playables??

Thank you so much! It really depends on the Sim--some come together pretty quick while others take a lot of tweaking and tinkering until I'm happy with them. Some will sit unfinished in my gallery for weeks before something finally clicks and I finish them.

For new Sims, I'll start with a blank base Sim (so I don't have to waste time clearing off clothes/accessories/etc.) and hit the "randomize" button until I get a good base going, then I'll fine tune it from there.

I use Zerbu's More CAS Presets mod + various custom presets, so randomizing will usually give me something different every time.

For townie makeovers, my general rule is not to change any presets and just do small tweaks to their already existing facial structure. I find custom sliders super helpful for this. My goal is mostly just to de-cartoon-ify them, so I try to adjust facial proportions to be more realistic (smaller eyes, bigger noses/mouths, more pronounced jaws and chins) without actually making any dramatic changes.

Once I'm happy with the underlying structure, it's just a matter of applying skinblends and skin details.
