Now for more thoughts on the Deepspace main story on some matters I haven't seen others talk about yet.
Tumblr media
Tumblr media
Okay hi, hello I like your shadow. First thing that came to mind was a rival character. Not a rival for the the love interests but a rival as experiments almost similar to Viper's relarionship to Caleb. Who are YOU? What's your evol? Were you friends with MC too but feel betrayed because she forgot about you? A potential nonMC fic protagonist? I want to know more about this person and I hate that we probably wont. I've got a million scenarios firing off all at once about her GIVE HER TO ME INFOLD I SEE SO MUCH POTENTIAL. But yea, more experimented kids that were alongside Caleb and MC I imagine.
---
Tumblr media
You look like a future boss fight. Okay this kid has got me intrigued as well. He's definitely one of those kid characters that are actually ancient by the way he switches between acting like a child to an authorative figure when speaking with Zayne alone. At the end of Zayne's chapter I have a feeling Zayne chose to become Administrator of the Fractal Library and this kid is like his guard dog of sorts. I can see MC coming to find Zayne and try to convince him to come back but this kid starts floating up and launching god beams at her like "sorry no this is his job now." Gotta love how media has conditioned me to see a threat when I see a white haired kid character 😂
---
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I. LOVED. THIS. It was so funny that litteral Purge Night is going on here and MC is just walking through like it's Tuesday. This is just wild and I would have loved to see this scene animated this is near Dorohedoro levels of absurdity and violence. After which we come to find gamer Sylus. I squealed because I posted before how much I would love to see Sylus into video games and take him to other game universes. I'M GONNA PUT HIM ON RHYTHM AND FIGHTING GAMES!
---
Tumblr media
DAT SYMBOLISM. The more in sync they become, the more I love it. They should do a fusion dance.
---
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Guys if this is going where I think it's going then whoever is writing this is now my best friend. You know amazing it would be if MC ends up becoming the "villain"? I wrote long ago about how cool it would be for the LIs to band together to fight MC who has lost control of herself and her power and the way this is going SOMETHING like that might happen. I need it. I want to see our girl become a unholy creature in her own right that needs to be saved. Her connection with the cosmos itself is freaking cool and giving me Sailor Moon and Madoka vibes. And how this whole universe is a loop of different possibilities played over and over? Did anyone play or watch Nier Reincarnation?
I wonder if they do actually read my surveys because in my rambling among my concerns about the game I've also mentioned these titles and keep seeing elements of them more and more in the story.
There's more I want to yap about but it's more just little tee hee things here and there like MC ripping an eye out and Sylus telling her to conquer him.

Do you know what an optimist is, Archivist?
It’s a small, sprit-rigged sailing dinghy. Fits one person and is designed for children and young teens, but, in a pinch, a short and skinny adult could also make use of one. And my friend was certainly in a pinch when they left Chioggia with the Fog rolling in. (They do not seem to have access to the many doors and walkways of It Is Lies, which is interesting.)
Anyway, an optimist is really not suited for high seas (it can barely handle the open Mediterranean) and it’s not very fast, either; but it is agile, small, and easily hidden. If it can outrun a motorised vessel, that is.
As the mist smothered Chioggia, I commandeered a dinghy of my own and gave chase.
The winds were high, for the weather was shifting, and my friend is an adept sailor. The engine roared in tune with the blood in my ears and the salt wind whistled past as we raced across the Adriatic. Fractals and Fog trailed behind our respective vessels.
They maneuvered in zig zags and corners and angles and turns sharper than physics would usually allow. I was less agile, and bound to the resistance of water and air, but my boat was faster, and so the dance was drawn out. And every so often, we would narrowly pass each other, and I could see the fear in their eyes.
Archivist, I do not mind feeding other Entities from time to time. And the Hunt is, next to the Beholding, certainly one of my favourites. It thrills and excites me to know I can make others fear for their lives, fear the Chase, and even more so the consequences should it end and I catch up with them.
I ultimately belong to the Isolation, but…you know. I have other ties as well.
I chased my old friend in this manner until the sun had risen twice, never growing hungry, thirsty, or tired. The wind whipped my hair and clothes about me, and I merged with the rythm of waves against the hull and saltwater spray across the boat. But even with the Pursuit fuelling it, my engine eventually spluttered and faltered, and the sprit sail disappeared into the night.
I took a moment then, drifting on the wine-dark sea, to properly indulge in the Forsaken. There was no-one around, no ships, nor lights even in the far distance, and neither planes nor satellites to obscure the cold emptiness of the Milky Way. I was perfectly Alone for the first time in years; it was terrifying and comforting.
I shan’t bore you with the details of how I reached the shore. Suffice to say, I arrived in Dubrovnik looking -and smelling- like an exhausted sea creature.
And I’ve completely lost the trail. I’ll have to start from scratch, which is very annoying. Do you know what an optimist is? It’s a boat so small and inconsequential that it doesn’t make the news if it’s stolen and shows up somewhere else.
Maybe you could help me out here? Either way, until next time!
-William
An Optimist for a naval chase is an absolutely deranged choice of vessel, which fits one of the Madness, I suppose. Optimist indeed. They’re very lucky the laws of reality don’t apply to them. But at least you got a moment truly to yourself out of it.
I’m afraid the Spiral makes keeping my eyes on someone very finicky at the best of times, and in this case, where I have never caught Sight of them in the first place, rather impossible. Perhaps if you told me details about them I could give it another try, but I can make no promises.

Febuwhump 2025 - A Siren's Song
Read on ao3
Chapter 1: Vocal Chords
The swirling magic of the most recent portal spat Legend out into open air.
With a yelp and a graceless splash, he fell headfirst into a massive body of water, coughing and choking as the mercifully sweet liquid invaded his mouth and nose.
Not the Sailor's Hyrule, then.
Legend groaned and shuddered as the curse of his mermaid suit took hold. Skin itched as scales sprouted along his cheeks, chest, and arms. His fingers and mouth ached as nails and teeth sharpened and elongated. A scream caught in his throat at the slash of gills forming along his neck, and he blacked out as his hips, legs, and feet cracked, popped, and burned as they fused themselves together.
The tickle of underwater plant life against his cheek roused him. He groaned and carefully rubbed clawed hands against his face to help reorient himself.
Looking around, he spotted several beings cavorting nearby. Flicking his tail, he cautiously swam closer.
Bluish skin, white bellies, head fins…they looked like the sea Zora from Labrynna, or at least a distant relation to them. Confident that they wouldn’t eat or attack him, Legend approached the nearest Zora.
“Hello,” he said, coughing as his vocal chords adjusted to talking underwater.
The Zora woman stopped swimming and stared at him in open curiosity. “Hello, wanderer. I’ve not seen anyone like you around before.”
Legend winced and fanned his tail out in front of him. The pink and red scales caught the fractaled sunlight and scattered little golden beams into the surrounding water. “Yeah, I kinda just dropped in,” he replied. “Where are we?”
“Lake Hylia,” she responded promptly, “at the base of Zora's Domain.”
Well that doesn’t narrow it down. It seemed everyone had a Lake Hylia. “Okay,” he said aloud. “Have you seen any Hylians around, or heard of any monsters that are stronger than usual?”
She put a hand to her chin as she thought, slowly treading water to stay in place. “No,” she finally admitted, “I can’t say that I’ve heard of any stronger monsters. Not since Link thawed the Domain and helped the Yetis.
"I heard tell that two Hylian men were spotted near the Spirit's Spring, though.” Helpfully, she pointed the way. “They said one of them might have been Link.”
“Thank you, miss…?”
“Realta. My name is Realta.”
“Thank you, Realta. I’m actually looking for Link, so you’ve been a big help. May the waters guide you true.”
“And the same to you, dear wanderer.” With a smile and a flick of her webbed feet she darted off.
Legend swam in the direction Realta had indicated, marveling at the clarity of the water and the plentiful aquatic life surrounding him. He surfaced occasionally, making sure he was still on track for the cliff face Realta had indicated.
Finally, he caught sight of a series of steps, with two Hylian-shaped people standing at the head. A few strokes closer, and they resolved themselves into Time and Twilight. He stopped swimming within hailing distance, waving an arm to get their attention.
“Old Man! Rancher!” His voice rang out across the lapping waves like a rippling symphony; Time and Twilight turned as one and began to walk toward the lake, eyes glassy and unfocused.
Legend clapped webbed, clawed fingers to his lips in horror. He’d forgotten about the other piece of the curse. He’d always been alone when using the tail, so it hadn’t mattered!
It didn’t just make him look like a mermaid. No, it was actually the skin of the mythical beast, and it actually turned him into one – voice included.
The Siren's Song drew men to the water to drown.
“No, no no no!” Legend muttered, swimming closer. “Stop, please, you have to stop!”
Already, their boots were soaked as they walked inexorably on.
“Snap out of it!” he begged as the water approached their waists. “For pity’s sake at least put your masks on!” He knew they both had ways to survive underwater, if he could just get through to them!
Time and Twilight forged ever on, lured by his voice. The water lapped at their shoulders.
If Legend didn’t do something soon, they’d drown.

"Llevo mi sombra alerta sobre la escama del agua abierta, Y en el reposo vertiginoso del espinel,"
2002. A Luna-Soyuz spacecraft, launched by the Space Shuttle Atlantis, approaches the International Lunar Base, the 43th Interkosmos mission.
Darío asks to excuse himself to the living module to take a breath, at least as anyone can take a breath inside a pressurized spacecraft. Baikonur and Houston bounce the suggestion between themselves and they finally agree, he's just there to mind the payload after all, so might as well take it easy. He leaves his fellow astronaut and cosmonaut behind, and they resume bantering about the engineering of the Shuttle and the Buran, as they have done through all the trip.
"Sueño que alzo la proa y subo a la luna en la canoa, Y allí descanso, hecha un remanso mi propia piel."
On his mind, Darío knows the rotation of the craft. He knows where the spherical module of the Soyuz is heading. Looking through the viewport, like a sailor looking at a stormy sea, something he never experienced, he sees Earth rising over the horizon of the Moon.
"Calma de mis dolores, ay, Cristo de los pescadores, Dile a mi amada que está apenada esperándome,"
The craters of the Moon fly below him, endlessly repeating in a fractal landscape untouched by erosion. Darío remembers the countless lagoons of Corrientes like little dots, the first time he saw them when flying a Pucará over the green marshes.
His attention turns to the Earth. He can't see those lagoons from here. He can't even tell where Corrientes is. The picture is big, bigger than he ever imagined. The Atlantic glistens as its hit with the noon Sun, and the American continent spreads from pole to pole in its glory. He has to look up, as there is no South or North in space, to see the emerald Amazon, the spine of the Andes, and the endless Pampas. He can't tell where each land starts and ends, as clouds swirl over them.
The barren Moon is right below him, calling with her presence. It's real, close to him. That fishing village he thinks about, the living Earth above him, might as well be a fantasy.
"...Que ando pensando en ella mientras voy vadeando las estrellas, Que el río está bravo y estoy cansado para volver."
Darío narrows his eyes, trying to find the glint of a golden river.

Downton Abbey Fashion 58 - indoors fashion in 1924
Lukewarm take of the century: I don’t think Mary’s haircut was very flattering on her. For one, she should have had at least some of the back of her neck shaved so the backside of it doesn’t look so uneven. But as with riding aside, Mary half-asses her rebel spirit. Anyway. It’s better-looking in some stylings than in others, but overall, I miss the waves and the volume of her previous hairdo. Framed her face better imo. Onward to clothes.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Burgundy silk satin and pretty drapes – Mary is out of mourning for good and back in the game. This ensemble is lovely and stays into season 6, and I feel the pin tucks down her shoulders are something like an extended version of the gathering seams in the shoulders that we’ve seen a lot during the previous years. I think the dress may be a bit longer in the back than it is in the front, with the way it drapes to frame her legs, and it looks quite charming.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I’m not entirely sure if this is another ensemble or a dress of which I don’t quite grasp the top design, but either way, this looks nice. The one thing I appreciate about Mary is her propensity for jewel colors. The blue is lovely, the skirt a pretty smooth and plain deal, and then the top part comes around and things get intriguing. Diagonal pin tucks are named easily enough, but then there’s this kind of scarf, except it’s not tied; it’s just kind of draped over the back of her neck and flares out in the front. I don’t know how it works, but I can’t deny that the look is great. That’s why it’s allowed to stay into season 6.
Tumblr media
I wish this wouldn’t fall so weirdly over her hip bones. It’s probably just the light because it’s not like this cardigan has any structuring; this is just a comfy, simple piece to wear in the house. And it doesn’t need any tricky cuts because the fabric is woven with a kind of fractal pattern, nice enough in and of itself. Could use a less frumpy blouse underneath it.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
A rather pink puce (look, I don’t know; my English vocabulary is limited), this pretty dress premiers when Mary has her little get-away with one of the dudes she’s leading on at the time. I do love the layering on this, giving it the little extra touch when the rest of the cut keeps it simple and streamlined, although admittedly with a flattering neckline.
Tumblr media
Granted, this doesn’t look as dowdy as Cora’s weird little standing collars do to me as it brings in asymmetry and with it a touch of modernity. It’s still rather stuffy, buttoned all the way up (although I do like the little black button pairs) and emphasizing the straight-lined cut with the pin tucks lengthwise. Widow Mary leans more into the conservative aspects of her sense of fashion than into the daring when it comes to day wear. Her evening dresses are admittedly more glamorous.
Tumblr media
Every time I see Mary in black and it’s not for mourning, I’m tempted to set up some statistics to counter her weird “I hate wearing black” statement from the first episode. Regardless of that and my meh opinion of her hairdo, this is the level of chic we’re used to seeing on her, very simple shirt, but it’s shiny silk satin. The sailor collar has a little extra application in white and two buttons in the front that are either shell or enameled. In any case, they pop nicely.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
More black, or is that dark blue? Weirdly, my first thought at this was that it’s Cora’s dress, but no, Cora hasn’t worn this one. It’s Mary’s, and it’ll be back for season 6. She could do something different than these round necklines sometime again, but since she doesn’t here, the dress makes up for it with a mass of flowers in various shades and chiffon sleeves to loosen up the severe look.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
This collar is better. The shirt is a bit grey for my taste, but it works with panels of flower print on the lower hem and the cuffs, so it doesn’t get too boring. Mary is starting to settle into a massively beige phase in the second half of the season – seriously, she has like four evening dresses that all have basically the same color – and I don’t super approve. Where are the jewel colors? At least this shirt comes back with a deep red skirt in season 6.
Tumblr media
An otherwise nice shirt that, again, could have done with a little collar to pep it up. The weave is admittedly peak; I don’t even know how this is done, but the effect intrigues me. Nothing against that black stripe down the center front, but did it really have to end in the tidiest little bow? At least lean into your bowtie styles.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Have you gotten comfortable with off-white Mary yet? She ain’t going anywhere. A simple but chic dress in which Mary goes out for dinner with the rest of her Crawley generation, and although this comes across as quite rectangular with the very smooth and plain style, I admit that I think the brown ribbon trim is used quite cleverly. See how that little sash down the length crosses her drop waist and then drapes over the front of her skirt? Nice design. It comes back next season.
Tumblr media
The outfit in which Mary starts her next romance arc. A grey skirt – fine; at least it has some kick pleats to it. And then the shirt which manages to escape most of its bagginess effect by draping under her arms, giving the sides some shape. I really like the sleeves with that little gathering-into-a-point design; it’s about the most interesting Mary has done with her sleeves the entire season. And then we get a little black trim and some delicate flower medallion embroidery in the lower half. Altogether, bit colorless, but pretty.
--------------
Tumblr media
Closing out on Mabel, I really wish they would have kept it with the lively designs and colors of her first outfit. The pastels are a little meh for someone who has enough fire to shut up Mary Crawley, but they possibly signify her much gentler behavior around her love interest Tony. This is still a nice dress; the chiffon does its drapey thing and I love that design of the little rows of buttons and buttonholes on her lower sleeves and the sides of her top. It’s just a little much on the tame side. This ain’t Lavinia the Saint!

Last Line Tag!
The person I was tagged by seems to have deleted their blog, or otherwise has fallen off the face of this website. I can’t find them anywhere.
Anyway, the only thing I have in my main WIP so far is the opening, so, enjoy all the lines (so far) of The Wanderer’s Guide :]
The gentle ringing of bells dances on sea breezes that ruffle Frangi’s hair. Quick tip-tapping on the limestones of the street catches the attention of no-one as they hop on two wooden peg legs through the market streets, and towards the wandering lantern caravan parked against the city’s eastern wall. Their eyes cannot remain on one thing for more than a moment as they walk.
Harpies haul cargo from their ships as a lithe venkiri clad in blue silk and sea glass etches another tally on the papyrus. Her tail swishes rhythmically, keeping track of the seconds. Not a crate goes unaccounted for. A small windsnake bobs and weaves under and over the stretched silks making up the street canopy, riding on the breeze. Light reflects off of glass marbles, the local currency, as they change clawed hands over freshly caught fish, small cylinders of pink salt, and incense sticks. A crew of sandsailors pull their cart through the street, full to bursting with the previous night's catch. They watch the rattling cages of misshapen, black crustacean-like creatures screech and shake.
At least, that's what Frangi would’ve been seeing. What their pupiless eyes actually see is quite different.
They see the living red mist spiraling out of bunches of pearls and shells tied in knots, sea charms, and swirling around the harpy sailors. Blessings of protection from their goddess. They see the golden patterns interwoven in the canopy, the sun's light bearing down on it for so long it has become entwined with the silk threads. They see two-dimensional dusky shadows with holes for eyes slink around shop corners, bickering over fallen blackened incense. And within the sandsailor’s cages, instead of strange crustaceans - they see fractal twisting clusters of abyss. The largest one slams against its cage, kept inside only by a gray barrier of dusklight. Overall, a kaleidoscope.
No pressure tagging @rosei-tinted-glasses, @sunnynwanda and @revenantlore

Slay The Stowaway — Part 5
“Oh yeah? I’m leaving again, pissboy.” (Turn around (again) and leave (again).)
First of all, that was very immature.
Second, let me tell you now that there is always a choice. But you are making the wrong one. You are jeopardizing everyone who has ever lived along with everyone who will ever lived.
But I suppose I can’t stop you.
As your steps thump dully against the creaking wood of the dock, you notice something starting to happen.
At first, it’s a fine mist settling over the docks, obscuring your vision just enough to make the end of the dock impossible to see.
Then, it’s little misty shadows you spot out of the corner of your eye. Large shapes that float out on the surface of the water that surrounds you.
But as you move closer to them, you start to realize that those shapes weren’t just a trick of the imagination— no, instead, in every direction you look, there is a dock and a ship. And not just any ship, the ship. An infinite fractal of docks and ships desperately trying to pull you back to them, begging for you to let them show you something within them.
Voice of the Hero: “Wait… wh-what’s going on?”
But you don’t care about that, do you? No matter how much you’re pulled back, no matter how much the world begs, you’re going to do whatever you want! You’re going to turn a cold shoulder and keep trying to find a way to run from your responsibilities because you never cared about anything but annoying me.
You’ve doomed us all, you know that right? Everyone you love, everyone you’ve ever cared about, you never gave a damn, did you? Of course you don’t. Otherwise you wouldn’t have just turned away like that.
You lose track of just how long you spend aimlessly trying to find a way out. But it’s not like it’d matter if you did, because soon enough the world end and everyone dies.
Chapter II: The Sailor
You’re on a dock, the mist thick around you. In front of you, is a ship. On that ship, is a storage room. Inside that storage room, is a Stowaway. You’re here to slay it. If you don’t, it will be the end of the world.

*rubs hands together* 🌧️ from Dark Confluence, 🌼 from Fractal Romance, and ☔!
🌧️Share something melancholy from Dark Confluence.
There's a lot of melancholy winding its way through Dark Confluence. The whole setting is in the midst of a slow, crumbling, collapse after all. But here's a bit I think the nature of Fragments are particularly moody;
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Fragments are these broken pieces, charged with changing the world. Many doomed, and driven to seek their own tragic ends.
🌼Share something beautiful from Fractal Romance.
I think the Sailor playbook really encapsulates what Fractal Romance is all about, the kind of poetry that the game is.
Tumblr media
I also think that the Mirror from the Velvet Fragments expansion evolves some of the elements, and represents a lot of personal growth when it comes to writing and design.
Tumblr media
☔Is there a game idea you have that you’re not sure you’ll ever write? If so, what is it?
I mentioned the Twilight Town idea in a previous ask, so let's pull at a different thread.
Actually still Kingdom Hearts related, but a Kingdom Hearts game. Specifically one that's about creating a weird and dense and nonsensical web of a plot. Melodramatic and earnest.
Insterstitial already exists and rules, but I think there's plenty of room in the space to explore different elements of KH.
Why I might never write it? I've already got so many things I want to write! And this one isn't a burning desire lol.

NaNoWriMo has become my only motivation for movement to the point that I'm not sure I'm going to be able to recover afterward. I need to stop NaNoing to do life things, but this is a book that's very important to me, and it feels like I'm actually PROGRESSING at it. And I mean. Progressing WELL.
Also, I feel like my skills went up a notch. I don't know what happened. It may be the complete loosing of my inhibitions after losing so much. I feel like I've grown incrementally sharper, and it's a good feeling.
After this, I will absolutely tackle Saya, I swear to fucking CHRIST. I'm not going to let it stop there. I will tackle it with my current superpower (sheerest apathetic self-destruction; body reduced to mere tool to complete task)
Also I'm going to read a whole lot of books. All the fucking books. I have to read about nine metric tons about sailors, marine salvage, architects and architecture, gnosticism, Russian Jews, the Bolshevik Revolution, the Irish, the Lakota, gay men, sign language, how jails worked and were constructed, deep-sea construction, and the treatment of deaf children in east-coast America, ALL OF WHICH come from very specific points in time (see: late 1800s to 1970) before I will even halfway understand shit. I'm not mentioning at least 100 other things here, including ways that elements intersect and fractal out. I may have to do a hardcore read-fest. Just stop work to read everything. And find out I still don't know enough and read even more. There's a point I have to give up and say, this is good enough for these purposes, but fucking jesus fuck. I know so little it hurts me sometimes.
I nearly said, "Who am I even writing this for," but the answer is ME because ABSOLUTELY NO ONE GIVES A FUCK about the kind of historical fiction I want to imbibe in so clearly I need to WRITE IT MYSELF
what sucks about it is that no one will notice this, though. It is so completely for myself that if I get other readers it will be a miracle of fucking god
godDAMN i can't wait until I can use THC again holy shit

Still on a quest to build a gaming rig. Learning I have a lot of pointless but nonetheless strong opinions about PC case aesthetics.
I think these walnut accents are the most disgusting thing I have ever seen.
Tumblr media
If I didn't need more air flow to play games, I would get Fractal Design's Pop Silent because this flat monolith is perfect for painting as tacky as I want.
The Pop Air has a mesh instead of a flat front panel, but at least there are RGB fans.
GPU is still like the most expensive part of any build. It's always 30%-50% of the cost.
Basically every cheap prebuilt computer is some variant of "we built this with a shitty GPU!" =_= I had considered wiping my mac to run windows, but its GPU is also kind of pathetic.
Also my Huion Kamvas is 4k so I need a beefier GPU so I can have All The Resolution For My Beautiful 10M Tall Death Machines (My Death, Their Death, Por Que No Los Dos)
The maniacs who think they need 120frames per second are certifiably insane to me.
Sir, I didn't even notice 1990s Sailor Moon has like 4 frames for second for the longest time.
For some reason they were playing Sailor Moon at the Korean BBQ and it was like wow, Baby Kaxen really had no standards!
Kids these days so spoiled with their Demon Slayers and etc. lol

Just after telling myself I should take a break from fan art and do more original stuff, I found out about the #sailormoonredraw meme on twitter…

Kunzite, Koan, Lead Crow
KUNZITE: Do you have any old friends you miss?
“…Jheselbraum. I would like to be able to see her a little bit more often.”
☾ KOAN: What’s the worst present you’ve ever received?
*motions to himself; pauses* “Not so much my current appearance as the fact that Cipher did it without my permission and after he’d ripped out a third of my soul.”
👑 LEAD CROW: Is there anyone you wish you could get closer to?
“I need to breach the gap with my family – my brother Shermie, his son Alex and Alex’s wife Karen – and the people of Gravity Falls – the ones we rescued from my dimension, before it collapsed. They’re still hesitant about getting close to us. To let their guard down around us and let us be a part of their community.
“Maria is also someone I’d like to get to know a little better, still. As much as she saved my life there are still a few things she hasn’t completely explained. Like how in the Multiverse she knew what to do in order to yank us from Cipher’s control. Having experience with mind control that is technology-based is one thing, but the magic we were afflicted with? That was something else.”
