Death must be so beautiful. To lie in the soft brown earth, with the grasses waving above one's head, and listen to silence. To have no yesterday, and no tomorrow. To forget time, to forgive life, to be at peace.
happy 6th anniversary to Xenoblade Chronicles 2 !!!!! this game means so much to me, being the reason i got into this series in the first place, ever since i watched my step brother play it when it first came out and eventually playing it on my own years later. its truly shaped me as a person, giving me a new outlook on life and an attitude to strive towards, all thanks to its lovely protagonist Rex. to commemorate that, i wanted to draw him with a character we don't often see him with in fanart, that being Zeke. despite how big of a role model he was to him, i rarely see them get a good spotlight. so for this 6th anniversary, i really wanted to show them some love (and give Gramps a good acknowledgement too!)
The other day, I was going through my Switch screenshots from Sword to try to find something else and remembered all of the Emotional Pain™ from up until the Final battle lmao
Anyway, yes, these two sillies still give me All The Feels in all the ways, for like 8 whole months and counting now. The OTP ever
Sometimes I think about Lokir. Specifically the fact that not a soul in Rorikstead mentions or refers to him, nor is there any reference to him within the town.
Was it an oversight? I presume as much. But I like to think of other reasons of why this may be.
He didn't have a home, or a place of residence. Perhaps that meant that he was homeless. He stole a horse leading to his arrest in the introduction - maybe he worked at the Frostfruit Inn in return for lodging and food... And stole a guest's horse when he decided that he needed to get out of Skyrim.
Maybe he's just a liar - perhaps he just thought of one of the last towns he had passed through and decided to say Rorikstead.
Or perhaps his presence was so unnoticed, the people of Rorikstead simply didn't care to acknowledge him. But I feel that with a few exceptions, the people of Rorikstead are good folk who would notice if one of their own went missing.
i think. whenever i feel like getting back to skyblock. i might change this url back to technoplane and remake risingsunresistance from a blank blog. fresh start, all my followers are inactive anyways-
not deleting, never unless i get sniped by staff for something. archive will stay. but i dont like looking at this place anymore
From this season onwards, there is a change in animation and art style, the most obvious being their hair. I greatly dislike the new art style, hence, my love for this series dropped.
However, I was young and dumb, and hoped that they'd return the animation to its predecessor's style, thus I continued watching.
HeartCatch PreCure!
The art became worse (my opinion, feel free to disagree) Even though I think the storyline is pretty good, the art style became simpler (again, my opinion). I had difficulties getting hyped up for the new episodes, but I still managed to finish this season.
Suite PreCure
This was the series that I dropped halfway. Till today, I'm not sure if it was because of the animation changes that put me off, or if I outgrew these series and found newer anime to distract myself with.
Moving forward, I may tag the newer series wrongly because I didn't watch them and thus, can't differentiate between them (why are all their leads in pink?!)
