There's definitely that time shortly after Kraang Prime's demise. Grum had been part of the Kraang hive for a long, long time. Being suddenly severed from that connection and having their own personality and memories flowing back in slowly, left them and the other Utrom in a state of complete disarray. But while the majority of them returned home and all continued their normal lives like nothing ever happened, Grum was one of these that remained at a loss and refused to go home. Instead, they traveled and had a look at what the Kraang did while trying to figure out who they actually are.

They dealt with plenty of very chaotic moments in their life that were beyond their control. And there is much emphasis on beyond their control when it comes to the time as a Kraang. Like being involved in fighting the Utrom Council, or the Turtles.

On a more lighthearted note maybe, Grum's first attempts at sustaining on their own have been greatly chaotic too. They had to learn to cook for one, and they also had to figure out how to earn money and make it without getting in any trouble with intergalactic laws. And while Grum decided that they don't want to have anything to do with their memories of Kraang Prime anymore, there's still their inner Kraang that sometimes shows itself, much to their own dismay. 'It's okay if no one sees it'. 'No one has to know about this'. You know. The kind of things one shouldn't do, still do for XYZ reasons and then their actions totally backfire into their ass only one minute later. Grum unfortunately has a tendency to ride themself into the most random terrible situations despite their wish to actually avoid them. Often they have good intentions but go about them in very awkward ways and totally lose control over what happens next. Which I like to think makes 99% of their encounters with other muses tbh.

I Have A New TWST Theory

Warning: There will be spoilers for the end of Black Butler: Book Of Circus. If you do not wish to be spoiled, then look away, dear reader. For those that would like to hear my nonsensical ramblings...

So we all know that Yana Toboso made Black Butler and helped design our lovely boys (and our beloved Meemaw Felmier and Najma), this is nothing new. But have you noticed how much some of the characters look and act like the first stringers? Each of the first stringers (minus Snake) died at the end of BOC, leading me to believe they were somehow reincarnated after Ciel and the Phantomhive servants killed them. Don't believe me?

Look at how some of the characters interact with each other, Cater and Vil especially. Cater looks and acts a lot like Joker, and constantly praises Vil, who acts like Beast. It is also heavily implied that Cater has a crush on Vil, and Joker and Beast were lovers at one point. It wasn't until they started the circus that they split up. While yes, Beast chased Joker for a while, she eventually stopped, realizing it was pointless. Well once they were reincarnated, a part of Beast (Vil) remembered Cater (Joker), and the tables were turned, leading Cater to chase Vil instead.

Ruggie looks and acts a lot like Dagger, even their voices are similar. They also have similar humor.

Deuce has similar morals as Doll, along with that care-free attitude, and even her eye color and build.

Jack and Jumbo are quiet big brother types, and are H U G E. We don't get to see enough of them, but we do get to see that the two are very similar, and will go to any length possible to do what they believe to be the right thing.

Dominic and Wendy are moral compasses, and often take care of grumpier characters. They are also both shorter than other people their age.

Grum and Peter speak for themselves, mostly for my aforementioned points on Dominic/Wendy. They are also both angry at practically everyone, except for the people they decide are worth something to them. Wendy was the only exception, as she was the one person that Peter trusted more than anything, and even loved.

And then we have Snake, the only first stringer that wasn't killed.

After decades of working for Ciel, Snake quietly passed away and was also reborn into Twisted Wonderland. But as who? A white haired orphan boy by the name of Silver, who kept all his memories of the first stringers. After being reunited with the rest of the reincarnated first stringers, he realized none of them had their memories of him, and Snake fell into a depression. Heartbroken, he now spends most of his time sleeping, dreaming of his past life at the circus, hoping that the first stringers' memories will remember each other one day.

Hello, thank you for the ask! I'll write headcanons for this one.

Neige x touch starved!reader

First of all, Neige is probably the best person to be with if you're touch starved because he's probably someone that really likes cuddles. He also really likes holding your hand in public.

Sure, the two of you have to be aware of crazy Neige fans and the paparazzi but otherwise he won't have an issue with pda

The first time he found out about you being touch starved was when he hugged you from behind and you seemed to freeze up a bit but once he let go you tried to lean into him to hug you longer. He realized that you probably wanted to hug, so he asked if you were alright with it. You explained there, flustered slightly, that it felt good.

"Hugs are healthy anyways, here!" he'll hug you again, just a bit tighter. It makes you smile, which is what he wanted to see. He doesn't ask why you like receiving affection or if you're touch starved, rather he just thinks it's who you are and if giving affection helps then he'll do so.

Expect lots and LOTS of cuddling btw. Once he knows you like it, he'll almost be like Azul in terms of clinging onto you. Some of his friends (think Grum) might tell you to get off of him if you guys are just sitting super close to each other in public but Neige will tell them that it's totally fine and that Neige wanted to be with you (he'll put an arm around you too).

If you thought hugging and holding hands was it, he will kiss you too! Expect surprise kisses from here and there, just a quick peck on your cheek or on your lips. It's really cute, but he thinks seeing you blush is cuter.

I feel like you guys would go around everywhere linking pinkie fingers, it's so cute.

- grian climbed trees as a kid. he also fell out of a lot of trees as a kid and broke some bones

- pearl used to collect bugs with grian, and she’d have this whole big set up with a terrarium. she was super proud of it

- I think in his free time, grian does pottery stuff. he also has a lot of books on birds too. most of his free time is spent with mumbo and scar, so of course bothering them is included in this <3

- mumbo tinkers with stuff (as we’ve seen) and will build lil contraptions. I think he also makes sure to put time aside for grum and jrum too

You both fell to the floor, your body acting as a cushion for Ace. "Okay, that wasn't that bad, ON THE BOARD AGAIN!"

"What the HELL is that?!? I LOVE IT?!?" Quite literally pushes you off the skate to take a closer look at it (hes a dick)

asks a million questions about it "what is this device?? what do you land humans use it for?? can i bite it??" You want to say that that would be dangerous but hes,,, well, hes floyd

also demands that you reach him how to ride the land dolphin

completly ignored Grum and the disgruntled look he was giving him in favor of jumping on top of the table, proceding to fall in his ass the very next moment

you start wuth the basics, and turns out hes a goofy! picks it up very quickly and soom enough hes speeding (and slamming against a wall because he hasn't learned to stop)

found out you could jump with the skate on himself, and later asked you what you could do

he finds out that he really likes kickflips, like, perhaps too much

his favourite part is doing tricks and going down very steep hills

"YO! LOOK AT THIS" He was on top of your board while you were sitting on a bench, enjoying how much fun he was having with your "weird human invention". His left foot went to the back, pushing down so that the nose of the skate went up, at the same time he jumped, his right foot slid over the board, making it roll around itself before he planted his feet back on it as he landed. Effectively doing a kickflip. "Yooo that was SO COOL. Teach me more!"

hes really interested on the technology of the device you're using, does it have a motor? what's its max speed? how does it leave the floor?

so when he finds out its a board with wheels and youre the one manually making it move and jump, hes a little bit disappointed

however the momet he sees you slide along the edge of a wall the only thing he can think of is how cool you are and that you must be a UR+ Character with OP stats, AND, Grim looked so fluffy and cute behind you!!!

You can see him looking at you from afar, muttering something under his breath, a pen and sketching pad in hid hands

you see that he wsnts to get closer to you and ask you something, but if he ever catches you looking at him while hes taking notes and sketching you hes gonna bolt

legit runs away

but you slide next to him with ease, and soon after hes wheezing for air

hes really defensive but apologizes for drawing you without consent, vut you assure him that you dont mind

"So... uhm, uh, you-" he points to the skate and then to you, you back down from the skate and offer him your hand, asking him if he wanted to try

his hair is bright red because hes so embarrased, like, he cannot push himself even once before falling to demise

he fails so hard that you end up getting on the board with him, holding his arms so that he isn't flailing them around and push you both for a couple of meters

later he'll ask you if he can add some modifiers to your board to make it "an SSR item"

hell make one for ortho so that he can also play around with you

in the end, whenever you (and sometimes ortho) skate around, he'll take some pictures to brag online (mostly of his babies, ie: the now super technologically advanced skates that would make anyone jealous)

Nah, even if he wasn't he'd still be better than Idia. He was looking at you both in between loading screens, as he sat in a bench under the shade, his handheld console in his hands. Day 29: Style Week Day 5 - Pokemon

So pokemon is one of my earliest fandoms (not the earliest, but it was an early one.) so I decided to do this as one of the styles in this whole thing. I've done some fusions in the past for fun, so I know the style a little better which helped a lot.

And Plusle is there bc I previously had struggled with what team to give Grum. Do I do steel pokemon because he's a robot? There aren't many pokemon relating to building stuff except... ones that I did not want to give him. And some others I considered bc of personal headcanon stuff for him. But then I booted up some old trainer creator games and one had a limited supply of pokemon to give to your trainer. It had a section of pikaclones, and then I realized that Grum and Jrum are red and blue, much like plusle and minun who are also a pair!

Oh yeah, and maybe this Plusle is from Paldea and has terastil- idk how to spell it. Whatever, a steel teratype or whatever.

(speaking of, can't wait to hear more of the new games, though with how long we had to wait for trailer 2, which i think was 2 months, I'm not expecting much. Though they seem to be drip feeding us pokemon one at a time with cyclizar and grafyeaye. Maybe we can get a new regional form shown next time? Like for my baby boy dunsparce)

              In-depth headcanons - Not Accepting

☾ : On a sleepless night, what would they be found doing?

            Baking.Our own dear queen stress-bakes like no other. That coupled with her insomnialeads to servants often having to wade their way into the kitchens in themorning. Sleepless nights are, of course, not infrequent in Salazen Grum, soshe often occupies her mind with work to be done for the next day, care forthose creatures in the menagerie who cannot be persuaded to be diurnal, andchecking on the children if she’s more paranoid than typical. Sometimes she’llmake the long, cold walk into the country to visit her babywocky, but moreoften than not she’ll stay in the castle and revel in the silence and emptinessof the enormous castle.

Grum may bite ankles when they're suddenly jump scared by someone. They don't bite very hard in such a moment tho and it is more meant as a warning. However, ignoring the warning and doing any fast movements or anything that would further scare them might result in a nasty bite mark. It is not recommended to frighten an already startled Utrom further in such a situation. Grum will let go again quickly and also apologize once the initial fright subdues. They always feel terrible after they bit someone. It's definitely not something they like to do, but that natural defense mechanism is very strong.

Grum at one point tried to isolate themself from everything and anything and almost got themself killed in that process. They attempted to survive alone in the wilderness of a nameless and uninhabited planet, equipped with nothing but a tiny Utrom spacecraft and their personal tools. But the Salamandrian K'Arakga crash-landed on the same planet a little later and encountered Grum during her exploration. Not knowing of the Kraang's fall, she intended to kill the Utrom at first. But Grum, after realizing that they still cling to their life after all, offered to repair the Salamandrian's ship if she wouldn't kill them. It was then that Grum started to realize they could use their skills and intellect to do good, to atone for the bad things they did.

Grum spent several days together with K'Arakga on that planet, repairing her ship with parts from their Utrom vessel while the Salamandrian hunted for food. The ship offered them shelter during the cold nights and they ate plenty of strange berries, plants, and rodents. K'Arakga made plenty of notes during that time. Grum didn't share her interest in the planet and instead immersed themself in Salamandrian technology. But they started to engage in more conversations about each other eventually. Ultimately, K'Arakga became the Utrom's first actual friend, albeit only temporarily. They left the planet together after the Salamandrian's ship was repaired, but Grum insisted to go separate ways again as soon as they stopped by at Iroria 7X. The Utrom still struggled with their massive sense of guilt and a voice that nagged them that they didn't deserve the pleasantries of companionship just yet.

You know Grum likes your muse/s when they start creating specific art pieces out of scrap metal for them. It is your muse's birthday? Grum will swing by with a very detailed little sculpture for them. Even more so when your muse ends up with an entire collection of figurines eventually, tiny exotic plants included.

But not just that. Grum will happily help decorating places with art they made out of trash and scrap metal once they grow comfortable enough. They will provide self-cultivated plants and give suggestions on how to care for them 🌱

Even better if your muse is crafty too. Sessions of doing odd sculptures, painting them together and finding nice places for these? Grum is so on board for that. It may take more convincing at first, but they will happily join in eventually without any second-guessing.

What is your muse's favorite art medium, if they have one? Why?

Scrap Metal? Grum enjoys doing creative things with the defect and exchanged parts from the vehicles and devices they repaired recently. Just like they do all sorts of weird-looking containers and pots for their plants, once they have any room for them. But just like with keeping and caring for exotic plants, getting creative in general is something they have to discover over time. But already early on, people would see them do funny little things out of wires, buttons, and screws every now and then. It keeps them busy and they like the idea of doing art with something that would end up unused and discharged otherwise.

What would make your muse consider someone as their enemy?

Generally said, Grum doesn't really hold many grudges and isn't quick to deem someone an 'enemy'. However, a convinced ally to Kraang Prime is a big 'no thanks' to Grum. Anyone who remotely thinks that enslaving and conquering other worlds by force is something good is a bad person in Grum's book. Now, they can tolerate someone hanging around with Krang, even though they won't be particularly thrilled when they hear about it. However, they are much harsher in judging someone who openly likes Subprime, because things are much deeper there.

Grum likes plants. They don't really have much space inside their Pod to put anything tho, so they don't have any up until later. Sometime after opening their own workshop, they have tiny plants hanging from the ceiling. Their own living space above the workshop is a green oasis of exotic plants all around. They use spare parts from vehicles and devices to craft a variety of pots for all the plants they own.

Opposed to any claims they made, Grum actually enjoys cold alcoholic beverages, if the percentage is not too high. They're up to share a beer with a good friend after finishing work. Generally, Utrom get drunk quickly because of their small size, but never for long due to their strong digestion and fast blood circulation. The same is the case with Grum, too.

While Bishop usually picks Matcha or Green Tea as his beverage of choice on Earth, Subprime is all about five Espressos to get him through the day. The more caffeine to fuel his angry tantrums, the better. (lightly joking here, but there is a true core to this)

Subprime doesn't really give a damn about decorations. He prefers functionalism over aesthetics in his hideouts. However, he does like a complete 180° turn for his 'Irma' persona. If he were to create a fake apartment, he'd have posters of popular music bands, nerdy teen books, fake plants, and pink neon lights all over the place. He doesn't mind going back to using that exosuit and going all in on his role again.
