High-Fiber Foods :  మనం ఆరోగ్యంగా ఉండాలన్నా.. శరీరంలోని అవయవాలు సరిగ్గా పనిచేయాలన్నా పీచు పదార్థం(ఫైబర్) ఉన్న ఆహార పదార్థాలు తీసుకోవాల్సిందే. జీర్ణక్రియను స్పీడప్ చేయడంతో పాటు.. బరువు తగ్గించేందుకు కూడా సహయపడుతుంది. ఇది ఎక్కువగా పండ్లు, ఆకుకూరల్లో లభిస్తుంది. ఫైబర్ ఉన్న ఆహార పదార్థాలు తీసుకోవడం వల్ల మలబద్ధకం రాకుండా చూసుకోవచ్చు. శరీరంలో ఫైబర్ తగ్గితే గ్యాస్ సమస్యలు కూడా వస్తాయి.
