Hello any of my Followers reading this…
If you are experiencing any sort of great hardship or distress, I urge you to try:
PRAYING!!!!
What????? Is praying, you ask?
It’s simple…
Stop.
Whatever you are doing.
Breathe.
Close your eyes.
Look inward. (You can open your eyes to read the rest and try applying them one by one with your eyes closed)
Reconnect, with what it means to Love.
Yourself.
Other people.
What it means to Be.
Alive.
Thinking thoughts, And having a Body.
Recall ….
The moments, the experiences, that bind us together and make life worth living.
Turn yourself towards this meaning.
This is Love. You have met before.
Continue to breathe.
Welcome Love back into your heart.
Continue to breathe.
Open your eyes.
You have successfully made one (1) prayer. Well done!! I hope this helped you feel a little better if it worked. If it didn’t work for whatever reason for you, don’t worry I have a lot more things I can show you, and keep trying, take it slowly. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and your heart may have developed a protective outer layer that requires longer to be comfortable to allow Love back into. But that’s okay. Love is patient and will be here for you so please continue to pray! Like anything else, praying becomes easier with practice!! Cya until next time <3

Starting Heathenry is a ritual-focused online course which will furnish you with the knowledge and confidence to practise the Heathen religion alone or with others, making wise decisions about worship based on reliable historical evidence. The course teaches you how to construct Heathen prayers for yourself, not according to the established rites of any modern group, but according to what historical sources show.
Starting Heathenry assumes you are interested in Germanic paganism, know about the gods and myths, and want to begin practising this religion, but require guidance on how to do so. It is based on a micro-learning structure which is proven to improve knowledge retention by 18-80% in students compared to other learning methods. The 10 lessons include over 50 videos, and quizzes to access from your phone or computer.
Access more than 5 hours of learning material bit by bit, as you please. A modern method of learning about an ancient religion.
Your path to knowing the gods through ritual starts here

If you’ve been struggling to pray, do not be discouraged. God wants to help you, if you come to him sincerely and ask Him for a desire to pray again He will answer you.

Always remember…
Prayer does not always have a set Formula.
Prayer does not have to be Words.
Prayer can be the creation of Art.
Prayer can be Learning.
Prayer is how we connect and build our relationship with God, there is no ‘one right way’ to pray.

Pray Believing
One of the most important ingredients for answered prayer is faith. The Bible tells us in Mark 11:23, “Truly I tell you, whoever says to this mountain, be lifted up and thrown into the sea, and does not doubt at all in his heart, but believes that what he says will take place, it will be done for him”. Wow! That is a powerful statement letting us know just how important our faith is to God. Since we never hear anything on news about people moving mountains, it is probably safe to say everyone could use more faith. Instead of praying just hoping, hoping, hoping your prayer will be answered, pray believing. Ask God to remove all doubt from your heart and mind. Pray with absolute certainty, knowing that God will answer you and in a way that is best for you. Learn to trust when you pray. Don't believe, or even listen to the devil's lies, because doubt and unbelief will flood your soul and destroy the closeness you have with Jesus. Instead, push back the enemy, refuse to allow doubt to wage war on your mind. Instead, pray with faith. Pray believing. Text: 1 Corinthians 2:5, Matthew 21:21-22, Psalm 46:10, Mark 11:24
Bible Texts:
1 Corinthians 2:5 KJV - That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
Matthew 21:21-22 KJV - Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this [which is done] to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done. And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
Psalm 46:10 KJV - Be still, and know that I [am] God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
Mark 11:24 KJV - Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive [them], and ye shall have [them].

Don't hate your prayers. Remember that God is good to those who seek Him. Just be confident He listens and is good.
Hebrews 11:6
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
Psalms 34:10
The young lions lack and suffer hunger; But those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing.

Today I witnessed Jordan Peterson and Russel Brand praying with a whole crowd.
I liked the energy it generated, it was very exciting and beautiful.
Then I started analyzing "the Lord's prayer" as they call it and semantically it really doesn't jive with me. As if God has a gender...
"Give us this day our daily bread", commanding God, really? And why not use the word "food"...
Also when I translate it from the orginal Greek with nicetranslator.com it goes, "In the present day, we are in the midst of our lives today" which is a profound difference and really emphasizes the now, the present moment, and it alludes to our parallel lives, in other words; our past and future lives, which are really happening simultaneously since there is only the eternal ever changing now.
"lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil" If God is everything then God is also the evil, it exists so that we can learn what good feels like, so that we can experience going from darkness to light.
And then there's also the whole thing is written in future tense, pushing it away from the present moment.
So I felt the urge to write something that makes more sense to me:
God we are, in the middle of infinity. Blessed we are, to be of God. Heaven on Earth. Always.
Feels more empowering and affirming.

Can We Pray for God to Teach Someone a Lesson? by John Piper - Notes
To-Do’s:
Pray for Heart Transformation: Ask God to work in the person's heart, guiding them towards repentance, humility, and spiritual growth.
Seek God's Will: Focus on praying for alignment with God's will, asking for His guidance and wisdom in the situation.
Pray with Love: Approach your prayers with a spirit of love and compassion, desiring the person's spiritual well-being rather than personal retribution.
Ask for General Guidance: Pray for general guidance and correction rather than specific punitive outcomes.
To-Don’t’s:
Avoid Praying for Punishment: Refrain from asking God to bring specific punitive actions or negative consequences upon the person.
Don’t Pray for Retribution: Avoid prayers motivated by a desire for personal vindication or retribution.
Don’t Be Presumptuous: Be cautious about assuming you know exactly what lesson needs to be taught or how God should address the person's behavior.

When God is Silent: Praying in the Words of Another
Which kind of praying is better, memorized prayers, written prayers, or extemporaneous prayers that we make up in the moment?
The first prayer that I remember praying was one I learned. It was a bedtime prayer. I don’t recall whether I learned it from my mother or someone else. It went like this: Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray the Lord my soul to keep. If I should die before I wake, I pray the Lord my soul to take. To be honest, this prayer disturbed me. Up to that point, it hadn’t occurred to me that I could…
