Putting this out there because it keeps coming up in my mind: Roy having been loved as a footballer by the queer community since he was in his 20s. He's not out or anything, but somehow he got chosen as a community favourite maybe cause he punched a homophobe once or cause pictures of him doing coke with drag queens came out and he's been spotted at G.A.Y. trough the years. He's never had an issue with it and with being supportive as that's just being a decent human being, doesn't mind all the pretty boys telling him he's their favourite and having his poster up in their rooms, even the ones who don't know nothing about football.

it’s so funny to me that people used to try to warn me “if you go on t it won’t make you androgynous it’ll just make you look like a man” because 1) i do want to look like a man, that is famously a major part of being a trans man but also 2) t literally has made me androgynous?? like they were wrong on both counts. i got most of the looking-like-a-man changes that i wanted (deep voice, broader body, hair all over my body including my face) and i also give every single cis person in a five mile radius a stroke every time they try to figure out my gender. the assumption that trans men wouldn’t actually want to look like men and the assumption that cis people are good at correctly gendering us once we’re on t are both weird as hell.

Funniest bit of the dnd movie is Xenk clearly being an NPC the DM introduced for lore and plot purposes who’s a competent fighter because of course he is, his reputation and backstory require it. But whoopsies the DM made him too powerful, the whole party likes him, and now they want him to come with to fight the BBEG which will completely and utterly fuck up the encounter balance

So instead of there being any actual plot reason he can’t join Xenk just says “I can’t. This is something only you can do.” And then walks off, never to interact with the party again because the DM just knows those little shits will find a way to use their OP creation against them
