hi, this is a tiktok trend for anyone wondering

“if you wanna get to him, you gotta get through me first,” your possessive and bold words immediately drew rindou’s attention towards you. his lilac eyes narrowed as he confusingly tried to make sense of the situation.

rindou had been minding his own business on the couch, listening to some songs out loud. when you had come over to sit next to him, which was just a second ago, he paid it no mind. but, now you were threatening your phone camera?

as if he wasn’t already in a confused state, you turned to face him with that mischievous smile he’s come to dread. then, your hand clawed around his chin, pulling him closer to smash your lips against his.

now he was in complete shock.

before he could even comprehend what the hell was happening, you pulled away just as swiftly as you came and turned back to your phone.

“best brother ever,” you enunciated, a proud smile adorning your lips. rindou’s heart stopped. his hand immediately flew to snatch your recording phone away from you, throwing you a disgusted glare at the same time.

“what the hell is wrong with you?” his question made it hard not to just burst out laughing then and there.

“what do you mean, big bro?” you innocently asked, your tone much softer as you tilted your head at him. he hated the way his heart fooled him to feel a pang of guilt at the sight of your obvious act.

“i’m not your big bro!” he hurriedly replies, giving your shoulder a small shove. unlucky for you, he was quick to move his attention back to your phone, obviously about to delete the video.

“rindou, it’s a prank! don’t delete the video!” you hastily beg, moving to try to claim your phone back from his hands.

“i’m not letting you make people think we’re siblings,” he grumbled, practically jumping over the joke and continuing to hold the phone out of your reach. his fingers were quick to delete the video, much to your dismay. his reaction truly would’ve gone viral.

“rin, that’s a whole trend. no one’s gonna believe we’re siblings,” the whine leaves your lips, upset that he deleted something so funny. in his eyes, he couldn’t believe that you were the one pouting. still, he couldn’t help but feel a tinge of guilt.

he huffed, tossing your phone back to you. “don’t care, that was probably the stupidest thing you’ve ever said. i’m saving you face,” he claimed, moving his arm around your shoulders to pull you closer. despite his words, he was obviously trying to make you feel somewhat better.

“geez, rin, i take what back what i said earlier. you’re actually the worst brother ever,” you mirrored his huff with an eye roll, not being able to resist teasing him.

“i’m not your brother!” he immediately replied, pushing you away from him once again. unlucky for him that he’s just so easy to poke fun at.

I haven’t seen anyone talk about Alastor’s cannibalism in relation to his relationship with Vox

So with most cannibalistic serial killers the reason they are people wasn’t because they liked the taste. It’s about full control and psycho-sexual desire as consumption.

The want of control is obvious all though Alastor’s character over himself and others. From the way he clearly gets joy out of ordering Husk around and literally owning his soul to his own ever-present smile (if we assume he’s not forsed into it as has not yet been confirmed) as a means of controlling his own character at all times. But with cannibalism it’s more than that, it’s control over your victim ever after they died, the power to not only control their souls but their body

And that’s where the psycho-sexual part of it comes in. In resent years movies like “raw” and “bones and all” we see what has always been a part of cannibalism: desire. Because it’s not only the power, it’s also the feeling of consumption, of becoming one with your victim. I’m a way, that’s not too different from sex in it’s most pure and carnal. In real killers most of the cases of cannibalism are sexual, with sex crimes accompanying. We can assume Alastor wasn’t like that, but the element or the carnal desire that plays such a big part in cannibalism still follows his character.

All of that to say that the desire that Alastor can feel in his own twisted way towards other demons is… impossible with Vox. He’s not made of flesh and bone (most probably) and we don’t know if he ever was. There is nothing for Alastor to feel attracted towards, not even his body (in the most literal way). We can also play with the idea that Vox is a sort of Ship of Theseus-type cyborg replacing parts of himself with machine one by one until there is none left as we do not know of any other demons in hell who are anywhere like him. So even if Alastor could feel that sort of way towards Vox, it is no more. And on the other side, if Vox was literally re-born as machine (maybe as ironic punishment for trying to be like one on earth like cutting off his emotions, etc) than that Alastor finds most desirable in a person was never there in Vox to begin with.

This parts a bit of stretch but even without the cannibalism Alastor thrives in watching people who are hopeful, souls who try and fail over and over again. Which maybe, as a machine, Vox originally wasn’t. Maybe at the start of their relationship he was calculating and unemotional which pairs well with Alastor’s own mask of detachment and indifference but also makes him completely uninteresting to Alastor as a subject of desire. But on the other hand Vox isn’t just machine, he’s a TV and his character reflects the media’s reactionary and emotional judgment. I just don’t know how Alastor ever worked with Vox if he’s always had the mindset we see in the show. But if that’s the case Alastor does feed on Vox’s desperation but never fully, never truly desiring him the consuming, power-play way that he feels most strongly (aka the want to eat him). I present you with both readings of Vox’s past emotional state as we do not as of now know what their relationship has been before

TLDR: Vox is the pinnacle of un-fuckable to Alastor, as even though he does not feel sexual desire the cannibalistic part of him can feel the psycho-sexual want to consume a body. Which he can’t with Vox who is machine.

a boyfriend.. but not really?

even though you and chenle would be dating, your relationship would be nothing different from how it was before you started dating. in his head, you’re jisung to him but a girl and your relationship status is dating instead of friends..? he just wouldn’t treat you much different than before the relationship change, that means he will still bother you and annoy you on purpose and he will bicker with you and tell you you’re wrong, but you know this time it’s out of affection instead of wanting to start something. the only difference is that you’ll get some relationship benefits such as getting to be affectionate with him and getting favoured by him in some situations.

no one can disagree with you other than chenle.

even though chenle loves to playfully bicker with you and tell you you’re wrong, the minute anyone else does it, it becomes a problem to him. because honestly, who are they to say that you are wrong? or even worse, who are they to even think they can play around with you like that? (because obviously only chenle is allowed to bicker with you) it’s beneficial because even if you are in the wrong, chenle will stick up for you no matter what, and because he needs to have the last word the other’s normally just give up and apologise to you, or to him for annoying him i guess. maybe if they didn’t disagree with you it wouldn’t have happened!

jealous? well no!

chenle is rarely ever jealous, because what is there to be jealous of? he puts a lot of trust in his relationship and you, so with all that trust there isn’t really anything he should be jealous of. someone hits on you? he knows you’ll let them know you have a boyfriend. which is another reason why chenle has a lot of trust in you, because you always immediately tell him of what happened and how you dealt with it. but in the instances that he does get jealous, he’ll make sure you know, straight up telling you “i’m annoyed”. it’s cute because a sulky chenle becomes 100x more affectionate than a normal chenle.

how he asked you out.

it took chenle a while to come to terms that he 100% liked you. he would compare the way he felt when spending time with you to the way he felt spending time with his other friends and conclude that his feelings for you were more than just friendly. after he realised this he would honestly be chill about it, planning to just confess when he felt the time was right. the two of you would be walking outside and as you two parted he would stop you and tell you he likes you a lot, more than friends even. and as he tells you he just wanted to let you know, you’d cut him off with your own confession. everyone say welcome to the new couple!!

kissing chenle is an exciting experience. neither of you initiates them, you can just feel when it’s the right moment to exchange one. they’re not regular occurrences, maybe like once a week. but every single time you can’t help the excitement you feel as your faces near one another. then you feel his chapped lips on yours but it doesn’t matter because it gets ignored by the rush you’re feeling. shy hands holding onto each other and lips parting every so often. by the end of the kiss session you’ve managed to turn his chapped lips a bit more glossy, so it’s a win-win situation. you can barely look at each other as you’d erupt into giggles and continue with what you were doing before.

My parents decided to just roam for the month of December. Who knows why. They said they didn’t want to do holiday stuff until the new year. Found out later they’d had thanksgiving with my nana. Honestly it woulda been fine if they’d just said they didn’t want the kids over? But instead mom decided lying that they weren’t doing it at all was easier.

My transphobic sister is having a baby so they decided to drive down to her state to see her, after telling me they’d come to my choir concert. And again. That’s fine, I get that the baby is a bigger deal.

But mom asked me to look after her chickens while they’re gone. I dragged myself over aching in every bone from overexertion yesterday, including the concert. When I called concerned about one of her hens dragging a lame foot around she told me that’s just how that chickens always been and not to worry about it. Didn’t ask me how the concert had been.

When my betrothed got home I was deep in sadness pits. I told them, “I feel like that chicken. Hobbling around receiving inferior care and attention from my mom.”

They baked cookies and we cuddled about it.

Freddie says the words with a shrug like he’s not talking about a fucking life and the fury burning inside Eddie grows hotter. This guy doesn’t give a shit about the people he’s hurt, so blinded by his stupid quest for revenge. Eddie isn’t aware his hands are clenched and shaking, nails digging into the skin of his palms, until there’s a hand on his wrist and Hen’s voice is drifting into his ear, soft and gentle like a trickling stream.

“I know you’re angry, I am too,” she slides her hand down from his wrist to slowly pry his hand open, “but Buck needs us to be calm and in control of ourselves right now, okay Eddie?” Her hand slips into his and she squeezes gently. Eddie can feel the stickiness of blood between their palms from his fingernails. “Trust Bobby, he hasn’t let us down so far, I don’t think he’s planning on starting today.”
