I just read all of water is thicker than blood. I’ve never read or watched a single part of One Piece. I love Manny and I hope he and Stelly are actually good and also Sabo is amazing.

Sebek Zigvolt is a young, recent graduate from Briar Valley's Academy for Boys, and he is eager to pursue anything that aligns with the interests of the cultural study of Briar Valley when he is approached by two men from Sage's Isle, claiming to have an offer he cannot refuse.

But when the offer turns out to be a ploy and a trap, Sebek has no choice but to endure what this foundation wants from him: to study a creature that Sebek thought impossible ever to trap.

Is the one who sits behind the cell walls the one being kept in? Or is he merely observing them without a care in the world, unafraid, and silently pulling the strings of his entrapment?

Hello everyone here is part 2 of my TWST Containment Breach series, but rather than part 2 being Sebek’s POV of test day, it’s the story of how he got hired at the foundation since I’ve got chapter 1 written up. Chapter 2 should hopefully be behind!

Since it looks like traffic life season 5 might be imminent, I’m lighting a fire under my one-shot that is literally just me rambling about how to adapt omegaverse to Minecraft mechanics in the context of the requirements and restrictions of a life series game. About that misogyny in fandom post. I think it’s like… a complicated enough net of “what people want to see in fan creations”, “what people can relate to in fan creations”, “what kind of people make up for most of the creative side of fandom” (remember that “all men do in fandom is make power level tiers and theories” post? It’s bad but like. Shows the general sentiment), “what will give an author interactions”, and “how do people approach each other about their favourite things”. Like there are many factors, and I think sexualisation and fanservice should be counted in too, and the diversity offered to male vs female characters. I’ve said it once before but it’s generally much harder to find a female character who has the same freedom of expression as a male character. And a lot of them are not made with the same enthusiasm as the male ones. Like yeah, that is misogyny but I think it’s not like. A fandom-root problem but a source material problem too? And imo the audience will subconsciously or not react to that.

Plus, maybe this wouldn’t be so visible if fandom wasn’t mostly ship-centric… Because as it stands, even if there is a voice to explore non-romantic and sexual relationships oftentimes it just ends up being a very sad/isolating experience still. Hmm
