Kinda proud of myself today. Even though I never go anywhere and I won't be today either, I got up and shaved, washed, and styled my beard and shaved my head. It's double hard for me to do anything because of this chronic pain in my head, but I did it, and it's something I could do, and it felt good.

Sometimes all you have to do is take care of yourself a little. It's enough, we're enough, and even on those days you can't it's okay. Because we're enough.

My new favorite excuse for not jumping on new trends or bandwagons is 'I'm 30.' No more explanation needed because anyone under 30 just thinks I'm old and everyone over 30 understands implicitly

I acknowledge I'm working on a really difficult task trying to reintegrate and unfold and reprocess experiences and conceptions of myself that have been stuck in me for years because i needed them to face moments I didn't know how to deal with and then I keep them to keep going.

I acknowledge it's been a hard and deep work and I'm willing to keep on going to grow and be happy and hopeful and have a fulfilling life.

I acknowledge sometimes hard feelings and bad thoughts keep me company and I acknowledge sometimes i react acting against myself as a defensive mechanism and as a way of managing emotions i fear.

I acknowledge I have all the tools and the time i need to travel this journey.

I acknowledge I can and will make mistakes like everyone else cause I'm Just human like everyone else.

I acknowledge I'm scared and sometimes in pain and it's ok, it's normal.

I acknowledge that Deep down i love myself and want to be free.
