Kind (at least I would hope so). I can be a little socially inept and slow to warm up to others, but I do love getting to know people, helping, and sharing interesting things :)

I don’t know if it counts as a topic but: I’m a fan of TV production logos, station idents, bumpers, sign-on/sign-off sequences, and things like that. It’s fun to look at and research them, and I’m particularly into any ones between mid-late 1980s and mid 2000s. I think it’s a mix of the colors and the analog format that draws me, but it’s not so engaging to anyone I know, so I don’t talk much about it

Yes- a friend of my mother who died when they were young

Last month - my cousin passed away

Yes - although due to medical issues, I never thought it would happen. My doctor yelled at me a few times to give up BUT I’m stubborn and I now have two teenagers

4. What sports do you play/have you played? Softball, volleyball cheer squad and field hockey (I tried tennis but I did better playing against the wall and not an actual opponent)

5. Do you use sarcasm?

YES- and love it when I meet someone who can match me with their own sarcasm

6. What’s the first thing you notice about people? Height (mostly because everyone is taller than me 😉 ) and then their eyes 👀

7. What’s your eye color?

Brown with specs of green

8. Scary movies or happy endings?

Both - but will watch either also depending upon who I’m watching with as not everyone likes scary stuff.

Used to play the piano but it’s been a hot minute. Also not sure if this counts but I’m been told I have a talent for making friends and making others laugh (especially if they are in a bad mood)

I actually have 2 questions that I wanted to ask

1) Why didn't Anrav tell Khushi why he married her immediately after getting married? Was it because it was too hard for him to admit that he knew about her and Shyam in front of her? Do you think if it wasn't for suicide attempt of Khushi he would have even told her anything?

2) Do you think makers should have shown Anjali ending up with a good man like how many other fans wanted? Also what are your thoughts on Anjali going for therapy after divorce? Should they've shown it on screen?

For #1 - This is interesting cause I thought a lot. I think there are two things going on. First, on a logical standpoint, just what happened when he confronted Shyam and told him that he knows the truth (whatever version it is, Arnav didn't know that it was half truth) - Arnav lost all leverage over Shyam. And in his eyes Khushi is, equally, a villain then telling her the reason would make him lose all of his leverage on her as well and Arnav cannot afford that. Her not knowing serves him more and gives him further control of the situation and its outcomes. And there's also that fear, what if he sees Khushi's real face? Will he be able to bear it? (this is a very small part, it largely is to control whatever bit of the situation he can and thus keeping your villains in the dark is the best way to deal with it - he already lost hand with Shyam, he cannot afford that with Khushi).

To be honest I have NO idea how, when, why Arnav would tell the truth to Khushi. Some plots were laid that Khushi is getting an idea that Arnav is responding to a misunderstanding but they scrapped that. Then Shyam would exploit the misunderstanding he fully knows between the couple and they scrapped that too so boy went soap hunting. So I actually don't know AT ALL how this would've been dealt with from the OG POV. I have my theories which are in the back burner for fanfics, lol.

For #2 - Only if it's Aman. And I genuinely say it out of interest for a good plot. Because it would nicely deal with Arnav's intrusion in Anjali's life and very well pit his cynicism against Khushi's optimism. And it would deal with a lot of their underlying issues. Why does Arnav have a problem with Aman - a man he otherwise trusts a 100%? Why is his interruption in Di's life alright, but Khushi's isn't? It would really evolve their characters. But otherwise - I am absolutely HAPPY that they left Anjali single. Cause you see shows nowadays can't keep a woman single at all. If she's a widow there's a new male character. If she's divorced, a better man is going around. Okay, I love the destigmatization of second romances but God... let a woman live as an independent person and they really let Anjali live. She had her moments of genuine pain, of that trauma flaring up in between her sadness, but she really lived for herself and I'd take that any day over a romantic plot for her. And regarding therapy, it would've been a good plot if they tied it into Arnav-Khushi.

Like with Anjali going to therapy, she would want Khushi to seek it as well who would get agitated at that because she doesn't think she needs therapy and well... she does. And that opens a Pandora's box that she had deeply stuffed away.

Why don’t people ask good questions to boring people? Like why are would you rathers so rare? I just want to contemplate things I would never think to and I’m not given enough opportunities. I thought up some for all of you.

People who skip intros to TV shows when given the option: Why do you? Did one show’s intro ruin intros for other shows by being so much better than all of them? Are you just a very anxious person?

People whose phones die all of the time: What’s your favorite bit of your phone dying? Is it that you have a believable excuse to get off of the phone when you’re bored? Is it that you’re forced to take a social media break? Is it that whatever person tracks your location is unable to?

People who speak English as a second language: What do you think the prettiest word? What about the ugliest? Why did you have to/want to learn a language?

What is your document of your wip/ a wip called? (not the stories actual title but what you’ve saved it as).

"Foolish Game Current" - which differentiates it from "Foolish Game", where I post the completed chapters. It saves the current file getting clogged up by tens of thousands of words.

"D5 Current" - which differentiates it from the other D5 documents. There is D5, D5 Two, and D5 Corrected Timeline. D5 is the original, but it got waaaay too long, even if I don't type in it, just paste the completed chapters in it. So I started D5 Two, which holds the later chapters (all linked, like a contents page, to each chapter). The Corrected Timeline is all the flashbacks in corrected timeline order, complete with dates and time of day, the length of imprisonment, etc. This may or may not be posted later as a whole. The original was called "What I Won't Post" at first, because it was really dark and I didn't think it would make a good fic, I just wanted it out of my brain. Then it became "What I Might Post" and eventually just D5. And now it is 30 chapters long and almost 200,000 words.

I am not that orginal with my document titling.

2. What’s a story you’d love to write but haven’t even started yet?

Oooh, going for the jugular I see. ;) I don't really have a lot of ideas/plots in the back of my head right now. I used to have so many, for my past fandoms, I would let them multiply. But... beware! That way lies danger. Ask anyone from my past fandoms, particularly Once, I end up with a lot of WIPs and the pressure becomes too much and I flame out. I had years of fic writing sabbatical wherein I didn't write anything and worked on my mental health... writing SVU was a surprise, I didn't plan on it. It just happened. WIcked Game was my first foray back into fic writing after about five years. Eventually, that story got too strong NOT to write. I didn't expect it to be big, I didn't expect it to be popular. It just... happened. And it happens a LOT. I became prolific... in ways I thought I never would become again. Instead of months upon months without an update, suddenly I had almost weekly updates. So I am being very careful right now NOT to imagine new stories. I have two. That's it. Two stories and that's all I will allow myself, because I do not want to get overwhelmed, flame out, and abandon these stories. I want to finish them.

I have a pervasive idea floating around, it is kinda crack fic, but in a dramatic, angsty way (ha, it's me, of course there's angst), and it would be a tad devastating, but... I do not pander to it. I won't write it... and as such, I'm not going to start describing it, because that's where the danger happens! That's when it GROWS.

I am limiting myself so as not to disappoint everyone.

I hope that's an acceptable answer.

Well, people agree that it's an old mine in a random rocky hill that was dug through but didn't really go anywhere.

I don't know, but, uh, it must have been something, right? Like, quartz or whatever? People mine for that, right?

I guess, but the tunnels are pretty small for regular people to go through. How did they traverse that mine?

Um...well, I don't know much about mining, so...maybe some child labor? You know, before it was illegal.

...Huh, I just realized - isn't there a big quartz boulder in the hollow in the middle of that slope? If they were mining for quartz, why didn't they take that? It'd at least be a good piece in a museum or something.

I, uh... Hm. You know, now that I think about it, I never did see any mining equipment there. Or pictures of it, actually.

Weird rumor to start, then. Wonder what's under all those loose rocks and spiky stones. Has to be more than quartz.

C: What character do you identify with most?

Oooh that's a tricky question... I think I can't boil it down to just one character but a blend of characters? I think the characters I tend to stan and ship are a good indicator bc I usually fixate most on ships and characters that somehow speak to me or that I relate to.

For example with XueXiao, I really identify with Xiao Xingchen in the way that he is kind and helpful to others and follows this ideal of wanting to make the world a better place and leaving the mountain for that, aka a place he could stay placid and content in, to instead do something about the injustices he knows about in the "real world", even if that means facing hardships and pain and struggles.

As for Xue Yang, I really relate to him and see him as my deepest darkest side if I could throw my morality over board. I am someone who whole-heartedly proclaims "eat the rich" and means it, so if I was any more like Xue Yang in the way not to give a fuck, I'd also just kill the people that hurt me or others and go unhinged... 😅🙈 Slight difference between us being I would not kill indiscriminately and for the fun of it or for the slightest offense but really only target corrupt rich people and super capitalists and fascists that have it coming for them 🤭

K: What's the angstiest idea you've ever come up with?

I really don't want to spoil anything, but it has to do with an alternative chapter / ending I came up with for my LiuJiu A/B/O fic. I love happy endings as much as the next fanfic reader but sometimes I just want to make myself and others hurt. And this one will hopefully make my readers scream.

Also there's a XueXiao reincarnation fic WIP I can't wait to post. It's nearly finished and I wrote it while listening to Tom Odell's "Another Love" on repeat - which should give you enough of a vibe to imagine the angst level of this fic. I'll just say this much: unrequited love 🤭👍🏼

Sorry I can't be more specific but I really don't want to spoil anything more😅🙈

M: Got any premises on the back burner that you'd like to share?

Maybe it's because I'm too young to know that phrasing or maybe it's a native speaker thing but I had to google what this meant first and hope Google got it right 😅🤣

My WIP file is massive... To give you a glimpse: Next to the ones mentioned above I've also started:

- an angsty post-canon Beefleaf fic, where SQX is haunted by a hanging ghost and made to kill herself but HX intervenes and they start their journey of reconciling, don't know if I'll ever finish it...

- a VegasPete vampire / vampire hunter AU based on a Tumblr prompt and gif-set post but I'll very likely never continue that...

- a LiuJiu AU where SJ is present during the events of SVSSS and LQQ knows SY is an imposter and now tries to bring back SJ into his former body. This has angst and hurt written into every line. Sadly it's merely all in my head...

S: Any fandom tropes you can't resist?

Enemies to Lovers always hits! It's my jam!

Also the angstier the merrier! Hit me with the feels, the pain, the hurt, the agony! Doesn't even have to have a happy ending, I'm a sucker for being emotionally destroyed and also emotionally destroying my readers (though I tend to give them a happy ending at least) 😈🤣👍🏼

And, like you, omegaverse is my guilty pleasure - the smuttier the better 😏

And speaking of guilty pleasures I also have to say monster-fuck AUs are on the menu as well... There have been some really good SongXueXiao ones, I've read. Didn't know that was something I'd ever be into - my 14 year old self would probably be appalled. But here we are 🤣🤣

Soulmate and Fated Pair AUs are something I like to dig into as well.

And I'm also really into mermaid AUs. Especially when one is human and the fic gives off The Little Mermaid vibes.

T: Any fandom tropes you can't stand?

I don't know why but any modern day AUs especially High School AUs... I just can't read it. The most I will do is mob boss / mafia or reincarnation where they slowly uncover their past, but if canon events are set in modern times/contexts I don't really like it for some reason 😅

But I'm actually quite open to a lot of fics and it's mostly not the tropes I can't stand but characterisation or writing style 😅🙈

V: If you could write the sequel/prequel to any fanfic out there (not you own) which would it be?

Bruh... What a difficult question... I haven't ever thought about writing continuations or pre-quels for existing fic as I love them the way they are and mostly just in between imagine possible canon-divergences if the characters had made different choices...

But I guess, from the top of my head, I'd like to write a sequel to "Mark of Jasmine" to give LiuJiu an alternative or reincarnation happy ending because they've really been played in that one... 🙈😅

Y: A character you want to protect?

So many. All my little blorbos and meow meows. On the top of that list - obviously - Xue Yang. But I'd also step in front of my best bois Loki and Shen Jiu to shield them. They deserve so much better 💕😭

Hello everyone, today I have a new question for you if your favourite RWBY character was in fate, what role would they play ? I'll go first for Whitley I see him as a master that is a combination of Emiya Kiritsugu and Waver Velvet....let me explain Waver Velvet was originally some wimpy kid with no combat experience But he is highly intelligent... Sound familiar yet? Next is Emiya Kiritsugu... Not gonna lie there are only two reasons I say he would be a combination of him and Waver Velvet is because both come from Magus families and I believe Whitley would not hold himself back at all by his position as a Magus I mean I know he would use a gun if necessary Or any modern weapon.... What's the biggest joy you've ever gotten at the expense of another person?

I went to a football game junior year of high school and it was a pretty miserable night, weather-wise, just drizzling rain and cold gusts of wind. One guy in the band was also the valedictorian of the class ahead of mine, and he was also just an absolute tool. Like, genuinely smart, genuinely talented, but oh my God, he believed he couldn't possibly be wrong, so much so that he'd have these weird brother-teacher conferences with our English teacher because he believed his younger brothers essays were flawless and she'd graded them incorrectly, and he was the captain of the cross country team and would cut down anyone who's times were faster than his, claiming it was easy to train when you were taking "easy" classes or getting B's, or that they were small and weak and that's the only reason they outran him.

The biggest joy I've ever gotten at the expense of another person was watching this absolute jackass as far as nerdy 18 year olds go lean over the railing of the stadium and getting a hearty slap in the face by a wet leaf on a particularly strong gust of wind.

Assuming you do some deep dive research when writing fanfic, what's the weirdest thing you've looked up for: Wicked Game, Foolish Game, and DD5?

Well, Wicked Game and Foolish Game are easy answers for this. I haven't done much google searching for these fics, other than rewatching/pausing/transcribing the specific episodes that I was writing about (at least, not that I can remember) to make sure I got details correct.

For D5? I have googled some shit.

I have googled the city streets to make sure there was a Target near the fictitious address of the SVU Mercy Hospital.

I have googled the American Museum of Natural History (including floor plans and exhibits), and had these open as I was writing the chapter.

I have googled realistic looking blue whale plush toys (and found the specific one from AMNH that Fin would have bought).

I have googled the weather patterns in the Appalachians near Shanendoah for May/June/July 2013, just so I can write technically correct flashbacks.

I have googled the healing rate of different degree levels of burns.

I have googled the healing rate and proper treatment of different broken bones.

I have googled the US equivalent of snack candy that might be used in the same context as Maltesers (because you poor, unfortunate souls are denied these beautiful things) and then was not interested in any of these and just went with M&Ms as a safe bet.

And most of these Google deep dive searches have been done for throwaway lines that nobody would even pay attention to in the fic itself.

But *I* know it's technically correct.
