Do you like volume 9? I liked it. I loved some stuff like the Curious Cat and the Jabberwalker. How do you think the rest of the group would react to Juniper?

I've got my complaints, but I'm sure most of it was because of monetary restraints for Vol. 9

I thinks it's a 9.5/10. I love Volume 9

Jaune: ... I spent a long time imagining a conversation like this, and it didn't go ... well, like this. There was a lot more screaming and yelling, but I'm happy it's as calm as it is. I could use a little calm.

Jaune: Wanna go hug Juniper?

Oscar: *Nods, crying*

With all of the Gravity Falls hype, I figured there would be no better time then the present to introduce my Ford Pines expy that I play in Toonkind D&D!

He is an Order of the Awakened Monk with strange hands (that have 5 fingers so that it's not a direct rip-off, I know I know, tragic) that seem to be made of toon ink, despite the rest of him being genetically Reelkind. He has claws can use to defend himself, as well as to write in his journal, since they're made of ink!

His journal often gives him hints about his current situation and seems to almost predict the future, although he isn't quite sure how. His life goal is to investigate the Toonkind race and the unique abilities they possess that make them unlike any other race in the world. Along the way, he finds himself drawn to odd creatures and anomalies at every turn. He has too many PhDs to count and I love him with my whole heart.

J'aime bien le fait que Jaune demande conseil à Oscar, car il pourrait comprendre ce qu'il traverse. Oscar lui a proposé de de lire le journal de Lewis si j'ai bien compris. Et on voit le côté positif de sa vie en tant que Rusted Knight que j'ai pas mal apprécié car dans le volume 9, on voyait surtout le côté négatif de sa vie en tant que Rusted Knight lui avait apporté. Donc savoir qu'il y avait aussi de bons moments, ça met du baume au coeur. Par contre le crwby voulait nous achever avec la scène du feu de camp avec sa team, Lewis et Alyx.

I like the fact that Jaune asks Oscar for advice, as he might understand what he's going through. Oscar suggested that he read Lewis's diary, as I understand it. And we see the positive side of his life as a Rusted Knight, which I quite liked, because in volume 9, we mostly saw the negative side of his life as a Rusted Knight. So knowing that there were good times too, cheered me up. On the other hand, crwby wanted to finish us off emotionally with the campfire scene with his team, Lewis and Alyx.

My friend once suggested a potential crossover between TGaMM and GF. He said;

Also, if they were going to tie in TOH and Amphibia, why not Gravity Falls? June was mocked for her data on ghosts... until she met up with Stanford and Dipper Pines, who had faced similar opposition.

How do you think about this kind of tie-in? I think it can work as much as tying him with Libby working in parasomnico's fan comic suggested.

You block, holding your arms across your body to protect yourself from the woman's might. However, she proves this ineffective by crashing her fist against your guard and easily smashing through it and cracking your chin with her devastating fist. You fly into the air as inhuman strength launches you to the sky. You fall and hit the ground as she turns to walk away.

You try to push yourself to your feet, but your body fails you though your spirit years to continue. You roll to your back, air leaving your lips as they split into a grin.

Salem: Oh? You dare laugh?

Salem: Hm... You look... Just like him...

She walks over to you, glaring down all the while with her menacing red eyes. Towering over you, she then swings her fist down, cracking the earth beneath you. Faster than lighting and harder than thunder, she easily breaks the cave floor, barely missing your head. Your body shakes with fear from the near-death you'd received.

Salem: ...Very well. I shall train you. And then, we shall see if you're still able to laugh.
