Ideas for Quirk training for the yakuza guys? Maybe throw in Gentle and La Brava?

I'll stick with the Yakuza since I have more then enough ideas for them. Plus, I really like the idea of this being part of the Hero Haul AU and this is Kai taking his gang on a retreat in order to "build team work"

Hojo, Tabe, and Toya: Hojo would be making his crystals while Toya would be trying to pull them off of his body. In between them, Tabe would be trying to eat the flying crystals before Toya can catch them. This would train Hojo's production speed and durability of his crystals, increase Toya's range and pulling power, and improve Tabe's ability to catch and eat moving targets.

Rikiya and Deidoro: This two have a special job. They are two go around to where any one else is training and start harassing them, with Deidoro making them lose balance and Rikyia draining their energy. This not only helps train everyone else by add extra difficulty, but could help improve their own powers as well, like increasing Rikiya's drain rate and Deidoro's range.

Tengai: Since Tengai already has enough defensive power and can use his shields reactively, he doesn't really need to train those parts. What he could do is try to get better and forming moving the shields. Things like trying to slowly inch it forward to a certain point or trying to form the shield around other objects as a way to trap them within the barrier, improving his ability to control and deny an area.

Joi: Considering the only known limit of his power is the size limit of his power, he could try and take over larger objects and make them move around. He could try to take over small parts of larger objects. It be like what he did in the hideout, but on a smaller scale. Barring that, he could simply try to get better at shaping and controlling the objects, like trying to solve a puzzle box while he is the box.

Hari: Since Hari can't really train his power on other people without ruining a whole afternoon of training, the best choice for him would be to simply practice on dummies. Namely ones that are constantly moving around. This could help increase the speed and accuracy of his arrows, making the condition easier to inflict, Heck, it could even help grow the Quirk to the point where it can start working on objects as well as people.

Shin: While I do like the idea of Shin going around and asking people uncomfortable questions all day, I think his time would be served better elsewhere. Since so much of his power is based around questions, it'd be good for him to try and figure out better ways to phrase his words. He could also try and learn psychological tactics to try and dig for what would be the best questions to ask someone and how to best exploit their secrets.

Rappa: While I figure Rappa's training would involve him punching stuff, that's not the route I'm going to take. His training would involve him using his hands for literally anything else. Look, I've said that Rappa has been wasting his power and this would be a good chance. Things like rapidly doing tasks with his hands or using them to practice throwing's things. I don't care if I have to duct tape tools to his hands, he's going to do something other then punch things.

Kai: Overhaul was easily the hardest to come up with anything for. How can you go up any further from one of the strongest Quirks in the series. The only thing I could think of was the fusion aspect of his power. For all of his power, Kai's fusions seems very incomplete. Less perfection combination and more heinous hybrid. So maybe he could try practicing on some non-living objects, like trying to turn a bunch of metals into an alloy by trying to piece them together or something like that.

She had a beef with Nemoto everytime they meet because Nemoto is too annoying with his quirk (he uses his quirk everytime he talks to Rui because he didn't trust her) and he thinks Rui is a nuisance to his boss big plans. Nemoto was annoyed when Rui never lied even though Nemoto used his Quirk on Rui.

Rikiya has slightly perverted side but he became quiet when it cames with Rui since he saw that Rui could beat Rappa. Rui thinks she can get along with Rikiya because he is quite obedient to her (fear of being killed, for sure).

Though I find Overhaul to be the least interesting villain personally, I LOVE the Shie Hassaikai arc! The eight precepts, Fatgum and Red riot vs Rappa, literally every scene with Lemillion and Eri and Amajiki's fights were amazing!

That being said..

Why did everyone get high quality mask or at least a basic mask, and then with Tabe Overhaul went "Someone get me a pillow case. Actually no, get me my old dishrag-"

what are y’all’s headcanons on ages, birthdays and heights for the bullets?

I got some hcs myself but I’m curious what others think

Ok you’ve mentioned before that you think everyone in the Hassaikai is autistic (except for Rappa who’s ADHD, rip Tengai) so do you have headcannons on special interests, stims and such for everyone? If so can we hear the ones you have?

A lot of the 8pods are actually AuDHD, so let's sort them out:

Autism only: Chisaki, Tengai, Tabe, Hojo, Nemoto, Katsukame, Irinaka

ADHD only: Rappa (rip)

Both: Kurono, Setsuno, Sakaki

You mentioned comfort items in a different ask, but I have very few headcanons for that--most of what I have are headcanons for special interests, so that's most of what you'll get lol.

Chisaki Kai: Special interest is definitely anatomy/biochemistry, and it's lasted basically since he had the means to start learning about it. So--years. As for stims--he likes having something to chew. This oftentimes conflicts with the mysophobia--he can't just put something in his mouth, but once he's chewing on something he doesn't exactly want to stop. He also likes running his fingers through the fur of his coat. Sometimes he carries Irinaka around in plushie form because he needs something soft to carry and he knows that since it's Uncle Joi nobody can say a damn thing about it. Lots of tactile stims for Kai, although he may also use music as a stim sometimes, just put in some earbuds and listen to a specific song on repeat for hours. He does not do well when overstimulated, too, and hates overhead lights.

Kurono Hari: Special interest would be mechanical stuff and engineering--the lab that's featured in canon? He fucking built most of it while in the grip of a series of the unholy offspring of special interest and hyperfixation. He likes to play with gears and springs and pieces of metal that Kai often Overhauls into specific shapes for him (like joints and things). He also often has Kai weld together pieces of metal using Overhaul. He has a lot of motion stims, probably tends to get up and move around a lot, especially when he needs to think. He didn't do so well in school for this exact reason. Like Kai, he also likes to carry Uncle Joi around in plushie form.

Irinaka Joi: I don't have any specific stims in mind for him, but I do think he likes being in plushie mode in part because of species dysphoria but also because lights/sounds/All The Stimulation is blunted and lessened somewhat, and because plushie mode doesn't feel pain unless you handle it really roughly. (That's part of why he lets his nephews carry him around, because he's hard to hurt in that form and because they often really need it.) It's easy to imagine that he gets overstimulated really easily, or that he's photosensitive when in human form.

Nemoto Shin: Special interest is definitely psychology and sociology--he's very interested in learning how humans think and behave, in part because he needed to know stuff like that to survive as a teenager/young adult bouncing between gangs and living off of the money he got from conning people. That knowledge of psychology is really helpful as the leader of the Precepts as well. He also suppressed a lot of his stims during this time, and is still rediscovering them.

Sakaki Deidoro: I like to think that his special interest is linguistics. He knows several languages and often talks with Nemoto about the intersection of language and psychology. Possibly he stims with the fur on his vest the same way Kai stims with the fur on his jacket. He also likes the feeling of someone playing with his hair, but obviously only a select few are allowed to.

Setsuno Touya: His special interest is history. He can talk about various periods that he's studied for hours, and often goes looking for primary sources to confirm what secondary ones are saying. Recently he's been looking into the history of the yakuza. Like Kurono, he has trouble paying attention/absorbing information that he's not super interested in when he's sitting still, so he tends to fidget a lot and has developed some motion stims.

Hojo Yu: I said geology once for his special interest and I'm sticking with it.

Tabe: I don't have any specific special interest for him. I think he likes chewing on things too, when the hunger from his Quirk is more manageable. (Kai actually created some nontoxic very slowly dissolving pill-like-things that can last for a few hours in Tabe's gut to alleviate that hunger.)

Katsukame Rikiya: I'm stealing your headcanons for this guy--dogs, gorillas, and foxes.

Rappa Kendo: I decided that he liked bugs as a kid so now he likes bugs now. Chisaki has yelled at him several times for bringing them inside the compound.

Tengai Hekiji: Since he canonically lived most of his life in a Buddhist monastery, and I headcanon him as somewhere in his early 50s, he probably knows a lot about Buddhism and Buddhist history. You could say his special interest is Buddhism.

there's a guy making you uncomfortable, so you snap your fingers and the shie hassaikai pull up to the scene.

setsuno, tabe, and hojo are tight. these three share a deep and powerful bond and friendship, as well as a deep devotion to the shie hassaikai. but most importantly they share unbreakable respect and gratitude for overhaul. so they would do anything for overhaul and the shie hassaikai. if someone's upsetting you, those three are the first to pounce forward and take care of the problem.

sakaki's all for being reckless and fun, but he'll get angry if someone's not playing along right. if you nod towards the guy and make a cutthroat motion, sakaki's getting pissed and charging forward.

mimic would take this as not only an insult to you and overhaul, but to the yakuza. he'd be instantly angry, unable to keep his cool. that guy might not last long because mimic's buff arm is flinging out and snatching the guy up by the throat— "WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO OUR GIRL?"

katsukame's relationship with overhaul is that of a loyal friend and younger brother figure, so he'd do whatever necessary to protect you. he'd be very sly and snarky to the guy before he's stomping forward and taking this guy out.

rappa would be so enraged, it's not even funny. he would think it's unchivalrous and insulting to prey on someone who could be misconstrued as "weaker," making the entire situation an "unfair fight." he'd call the guy pathetic, wouldn't even waste his time. he'd just swoop you up and carry you away from him.

tengai expresses a strong loyalty to overhaul (addressing him as master overhaul and scolding rappa whenever he doesn't take overhaul seriously). his loyalty would extend to you as well, so the idea of someone disrespecting you would irritate tengai. he would simply stand before this guy, slowly shaking his head and crossing his arms. "how pathetic you are to not take no for an answer, especially to someone infinitely better than you could ever achieve."

nemoto also falls under that complete and total devotion to overhaul. someone making you uncomfortable is the same as someone making overhaul uncomfortable, which would infuriate nemoto to unspeakable levels. he'd embarrass and humiliate this man with his quirk, and he'd do it to whatever extent you desire.

kurono has the strongest bond and deepest care for overhaul. he clearly wants overhaul's success, happiness, or whatever you want to call overhaul's dream. if you're injured or upset, it could trickle down to overhaul, and he doesn't want that. he'd do whatever overhaul needed, and that would also include protecting your wellbeing.

overhaul, ultimately, wouldn't say a word to this man. he'd stretch his arm out, glove off, and meld him into something—perhaps a well? a fence? something that he could easily rearrange his body around to keep him alive but forever trapped. and, of course, he'd make sure to break those vocal cords so that no one knows what happened to him. hives line his arm and face when he turns to face you, but he stiffly links arms and walks you away, muttering. "how filthy. i can't believe he even thought he had a chance."

New Quirk Name: Power Drain

This Emitter type Quirk allows the user to form a barrier around their body. The barrier is rather unimpressive at first, only offering minor physical benefits to the user while active. Upon contact with someone, the user will start to absorb stamina from their target. This can be used to advance and shift the barrier, allocating the stamina they gain like stat points. This can be used to increase the user's strength, speed, and durability, as well as expand the barrier further out from themselves, increasing the range of their attacks. This can even cause things like expanding the abilities of the shield to other people in contact with them, though this does remove it's ability to drain stamina. This gives the user a versatile Quirk, able to drain their enemies while turning themselves into a powerhouse. They can batter weaker foes, prepare themselves against powerful attacks, rapidly maneuver themselves around the battlefield, support allies with sudden boosts of power, or simply keep up their reserves of stamina in a fight. Though the user needs to gather up stamina in order to use their power as well as balance the power they do have or they risk wasting it all. The user's barrier can be popped, causing the user to lose all of the stamina they built up. The user will have issues both applying and absorbing stamina at the same time.

-He did not sign up for this, but damn it’s too late to go back now. He’s already fallen in love with you and doesn’t want to go back to a life without you in it. So he has to get used to you. But of course that will not come without complaints here or there...or all the time. He grumbled even now as you’re piling blankets upon him while he’s trying to lounge in the bed. “Ugh, that’s enough. Cut that shit out Y/N. I ain’t a teddy bear!” You simply laugh and crawl into the bed, nuzzling yourself closer to him and laughing lightly. “Yes you are, Kendo! You’re so cute, I love you! You’re a teddy bear to me. You’re my little teddy bear, my big strong mug!” He releases a low groan as you baby talk him. Although you notice he’s annoyed at your action again, it still hasn’t stopped him from pulling you a little closer to him right now. When he first met you, he figured you’d be a tough cookie. With a strength quirk like yours he’d planned to be able to spar with you as a worthy opponent and a lover all the same. Instead he finds himself being lifted over your shoulder and cuddled. He’s lost all will to fight back at this point. All he can do is continue his complaints and pray you don’t do this to him in front of the other guys.

-”Fucking cut it out will yah! Put me down Y/N, or I swear I’ll...I’ll...!!!!” Katsukame is combative but that’s nothing your strength quirk couldn’t handle. You knew he hated being coddled like this but you just couldn’t help it sometimes. To you he was like a big old teddy bear, and you loved him so much! You know he hated it but you still ended up doing the same thing as usual. Even talking to him like he was adorable sometimes was making him go cray. Yet he didn’t ever leave you or anything like that. He endured ever bit of it because of a funny little thing called love. For a little while he’s tried to retaliate by doing what you do to him vice versa. It hasn’t worked one bit. All of his picking you up, hugging you, talking to you cutely in his gruff voice, and treating you like a bear instead was doing nothing to you. In fact, you actually loved it as much as you loved doing it to him. He sighed in defeat and let you continue as you pleased. He supposed why not? I’d rather Y/N do this rather than someone else.

-When you act this way he just kinda laughs it off and returns it with his very own affection. He doesn’t care how cheesy and gushy you get with him. He loves you and most of all, he loves to be loved by you. So you do everything you want to do to him because you have his entire heart tucked away in your pocket. Treat him like a bear? Okay that’s fine! He’ll be your little teddy bear if that means he gets more kisses and hugs from you. Pick him up with that quirk of yours? Yes why not? It warms his heart and always makes him let out a laugh or two. Even when you shower him in your blanket mountain he just seems to get comfier and cuddled into the fluffy mass, basking in your sweet treatment towards him. He doesn’t care if you do this in front of the others either. The two of you are sickeningly in love in front of the other members and no amount of teasing can stop the way you feel about each other. “Get a room!” Mimic shouts out at least 4 times a week. You just laugh and keep doing your own thing lol

~Nemoto~

-”Dearest please...” Doesn’t particularly enjoy it but he let’s you do it until he’s had enough. He’d much rather be treating you sweetly but there’s no room for it when you take over he feels. Still, he loves you and of course has the softest spot for you only. Therefore, he let’s you do as you please for as long as he can handle. When he’s had enough, he doesn’t snap angrily no. Instead he gentle taps your shoulder and smiles softly at you. “Dearest, please let me be? I wish to relax now with you and I can’t particularly do so if you have me lifted up and swaddled in this blanket like so.” His eyes cut to the blanket covered in a bear pattern. You apologize and carefully set him down. He chuckles and gently grabs your hand, pulling you to couch to snuggle up with him and watch a movie. He knows soon the baby talk and teddy bear treatment will return soon enough. He’ll be ready for it by then, after he’s finished recharging of course.

~Tabe~

-By all means, please do as you wish with him! This man is already super clingy to begin with. Back during your first week of dating you felt you couldn’t shake him from your side if you tried! He’s always been like this with you. All he asks for in return is the same treatment (and a few homecooked meals if you’re willing to throw those in too). Tabe loves being cuddled all the time. He loves the baby talk and especially loves being picked up and held so closely. Basically anything you do that can show you’re totally invested in him, he’s a big fan of such. He’s a man of few words so he prefers to show his mood through his actions. He tries his best to return the favor every now and then. Sometimes you’ll sneak glimpses of him gathering blankets to pile on top of you instead of the other way around. He’d gladly be your teddy bear any time you needed him to do so. He loves you too much to ever deny it
