Mascot!Eddie and Jock!Steve

It’s a pep rally, and it’s a Hawkins tradition that if it’s someone’s on one of the teams birthday, they go down to the court and the mascot gets to pie them in the face.

And one of the pep rallies fall on Steve’s birthday.

And he hopes that if he lays low, they won’t call him down, won’t get that fucking shit in his hair.

He hides near the end of the line.

The principal tells him to step forward from the basketball line up, and one of the cheerleaders, Carol, the traitor, hand the mascot a pie tin full of whip cream that she got from who knows where.

He scrunches his nose, prepared to run to the bathroom to get it out of his hair.

The voice is muffled, but he’d heard the guy speak enough on top of lunch tables to recognize the voice.

OK so inspired by a friend and that one post earlier today I tried to remember some of the obscure and unusual fictional crushes I had that I was always too embarrased to draw selfship art for (I was in fact so embarrased that I quickly forgot most of them), and one that I remembered was the Blue m&m's mascot, and I guess I still like him, there is just something appealing about this kind of character, AND THEN the realization came... dude is literally Jeskiedes when he's performing with Käärijä?! 1:1 the same kind of personality ?!?!
