Manish Mishra and Mithila Web Development Services: Leading Bihar’s Digital Revolution
Tumblr media
Madhubani, Bihar – As digital transformation reshapes industries worldwide, Bihar is undergoing its own renaissance, led by Manish Mishra and Mithila Web Development Services. Established in 2021, this IT and digital marketing agency is bridging the gap between innovation and accessibility, empowering businesses with cutting-edge solutions.
The Visionary Behind the Revolution
Manish Mishra, the founder of Mithila Web Development Services, is a visionary entrepreneur with a strong business background. Despite his B.Com qualification, his passion for IT led him to establish a company focused on website and app development, digital marketing, branding, and IT consulting. His mission is to position Bihar as an emerging hub for IT innovation.
Driving Bihar’s Digital Transformation
Bihar, a state rich in culture and heritage, has faced challenges in technology adoption. However, with growing internet penetration and smartphone usage, the region is now embracing digital transformation. Mithila Web Development Services, in collaboration with Codesoar Technologies, Bengaluru, is leading the charge.
This partnership aims to introduce advanced IT solutions, AI-driven automation, and robust e-commerce platforms to businesses across Bihar, equipping local entrepreneurs with the tools they need to thrive in the digital economy.
Targeting Hospital and School Management Software
A key initiative of Mithila Web Development Services is the development of hospital and school management software, addressing the need for efficient, digitalized solutions in healthcare and education.
Hospital Management Software (HMS):Streamlines patient records, appointment scheduling, billing, inventory, and staff operations, while integrating telemedicine capabilities for better accessibility.
School Management Software (SMS):Automates student enrollment, attendance tracking, fee management, online learning, and parent-teacher communication for improved educational administration.
By digitizing these sectors, the company is making hospitals and schools in Bihar more efficient, transparent, and technology-driven.
Empowering Businesses and Youth with Technology
A core mission of Mithila Web Development Services is job creation and skill development. Recognizing the lack of IT infrastructure and training facilities in the region, the company conducts workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs to upskill local talent and reduce migration to other states.
Transforming Businesses with Digital Solutions
Mithila Web Development Services has helped numerous businesses transition to digital platforms. The company specializes in:
Website and App Development– Creating user-friendly platforms tailored to business needs.
E-commerce Solutions– Enabling local retailers to expand online.
Digital Marketing & SEO– Enhancing brand visibility through targeted marketing strategies.
Branding & Graphic Design– Establishing strong business identities.
Hospital & School Management Software– Revolutionizing administration in healthcare and education.
Through these services, Manish Mishra and his team ensure that businesses in Bihar remain competitive in the digital era.
A Future-Ready Bihar
Mithila Web Development Services is working on upcoming projects, including AI-driven business solutions, blockchain-based security, and IoT integration. Over the next five years, the company envisions creating a digital ecosystem where businesses, educational institutions, and government entities operate seamlessly through technology.
A Message from Manish Mishra
Speaking about his vision, Manish Mishra states: “Bihar has immense potential to become a leader in digital innovation. Our goal is to provide businesses and individuals with world-class digital solutions for growth and success. We want to make technology accessible to everyone, from small shop owners to large enterprises.”

Sometimes the Ef 👆🏼👆🏼does exceptional work, which even the hired professionals do not and cannot do .. pity ..
But my love and gratitude to dedicated Ef that work unconditionally and make life easier for me .. an incorrect date , a wrong typo , a spelling error , wrong numbering .. all so efficiently informing me of my error ..
My gratitude to all ..
The visit to the gym and the physio and the yoga was done in time .. but later in the day just felt like repeating it without any particular reason , and so did two visits ..
Maybe two is good .. perhaps the better for the upkeep of the body ..
One comes across so many ideas and informations of how one can keep their body healthy, on the net .. and one wonders if they should be practised or not ..
The medical professionals raise their eyebrows .. in surprise , and at times with a look of warning .. so one tends to ignore the information on the net , or rather the Insta .. but some of them are really quite useful ..
I wait for the morn and the GOJ and the meeting of the familiar Ef and the affection that is given to me .. it is a feeling of such immense proportion that at times it is difficult to put it in words ..
Time and age have a time .. and the time resonates with change .. many that you remember when you were with them earlier, somehow remain in the image for you , until suddenly you discover how time has taken its time to bring change to them .. the heart and the mind remains the same .. just that the physiognomy alters ..
We convey and inform now, more than we ever did .. we connect more now than we ever did .. and the joy of reminisce is overbearing .. for we have the ability to keep records of the entire proceedings when we met and where and what we said or expressed ..
Oh what a wonderful World we live in .. and our next generation shall perhaps be expressing that from another Planet ..
Space has a fascination among the young, more than we ever thought of .. for us it was a given .. for them it is a question mark .. and rightfully though .. the 6 or 7 year old has a fascination to discover all that in their spare time ..
We were more keen on knowing when we would get free from class to be able to play marbles or 'gulli danda' ..
The scriptures and the mythology was learnt by us through narration .. narration of the elders ..
The knowledge of similar is now a penchant among the youth .. the net the desire for greater know is a habit .. one that is lauded by the elders .. and may they flourish and excel ..
My consideration for your good times .. and love

The Search is on
I'm just going with the flow on this. Let's see who decided to be in my brain to help me write.
Word Count: 516
Tumblr media
Rohan ran through the forest, his heart pounding in his chest as he ran. He just needed to be anywhere but back there, he needed to run as far away as he possibly could.
His feet pounded against the ground, fear and desperation nipping at his heels. The voice of his foster father yelled behind him as a pair of footsteps followed it, making Rohan speed up.
He wasn't going to let his foster father find him. Not when he was close to freedom.
He broke out of the forest, thankful his foster parents' house wasn't too deep into the forest. He ran out onto the road before his foster could catch up and he booked it down the high way, staying on the shoulders of the road so as to not get hit by any cars.
His foster father cursed loudly before stopping in his tracks, Rohan able to get away without being followed. The younger man blew out a breath of relief at that, thankful he didn't need to do any more elaborate maneuvers to escape.
Rohan managed to hitch a ride to the city after running quite few feet away from where his foster father had been and he was practically jitter with nerves as he sat in the car with this stranger. He could only hope the stranger was truly kind and wouldn't kidnap him.
Thankfully, he chose the right stranger to hitch a ride with and they dropped him off at a youth hostel in the city. He didn't have much, but he had enough cash to stay the night.
Once he was in the hotel, he took out his phone and unlocked it. He blocked the phone numbers of his foster parents almost immediately before heading to his Instagram account.
He knew how to find the profile he wanted to see, clicking on the bright photo icon where it was the woman whose account this was kissing her wife. He read the name on top of the profile.
Laila Mishra.
Despite having seen the picture numerous times, Rohan's breath still hitched when he scrolled and found a picture of Laila with a man who looked almost exactly like Rohan except with scars. The man was her father, someone who rarely showed up in her photos but he was now making a steady increase in appearances.
Rohan knew it without a doubt, this man was his father too and Laila was his big sister. The way they were a striking carbon copy of each other left no room for any argument stating otherwise.
He had been stuck with foster parents for fifteen years, bouncing from one hellish foster family from the next. He had to listen to foster parents try and break him down by saying he was just an orphan and no family wanted him.
He had a family out there, just waiting for him to come, and he finally had proof it.
All three of them would be united soon, he made a promise to himself that they would.
Once he got enough money to fly to the UK.

Sure, I still haven't written Manish and Stone meeting but I just had to do this. Rohan was the only one giving me ideas.
This is hella short but hey, I haven't felt like writing anything in two weeks so I'll take what I can get. (Bobby dying in 911 really fucked me up more than it should've.)

What will it take for diverse leadership within Unitarian Universalism to truly thrive and contribute to a radiant and inclusive future? In Seeds of a New Way, editors Manish Mishra-Marzetti and Nancy McDonald Ladd and contributors explore how to foster and nourish diverse and authentic leadership within congregations.
Building on the foundations of the groundbreaking Centering: Navigating Race, Authenticity, and Power in Ministry, this collection offers a glimpse into the forming edge of the shared journey happening right now to make diverse leadership, both lay and ordained, more survivable and vibrant. Rather than presenting one definitive pathway or roadmap, Seeds of a New Way recognizes that the specific context and relationships within any given setting will shape the journey and so brings together a diverse array of perspectives, experiences, and strategies to illustrate a range of considerations and possibilities.
As congregations strive to live into the potential and joy of Beloved Community, these essays will inspire them to seed and nourish a new way.

Civilian Life (1989-2007): Stone was born on November 29th, 1989 to Bharat Mishra and Saira Joshi-Kaur (who was at that time Saira Mishra) in Manhattan, New York. His father, Bharat, was a former U.S. Marine and had been one of the best snipers at the time before being medically discharged due to how cold and stoic he had grown during his time in the Marines. His mother, Saira, left when he was three, unable to deal with Bharat's behavior, leaving Stone in Bharat's care. From that moment on, Stone was trained to be what Bharat called the perfect soldier, raised to be cold and stoic like Bharat.
He held guns, knives, and explosives at an early age, reading military books and procedures as his education. When his father wasn't training him, Stone was locked inside his room with the only thing to do was to stare at the four walls. When he was sixteen, his father went to therapy and fell in love with a woman, Aarna. She quickly grew pregnant and they were planning on marrying, but Bharat didn't want Stone to be a part of the family, so he kicked him out and put him on a train to find his mother. Stone rode the train all the way to North Carolina, where his mother lived, but he had no clue how to find her, so he lived on the streets.
He tried enlisting to the U.S. Navy when he was seventeen, but due to the fact that he had no proper education, he was denied. The U.S. Navy did see potential in him, so they paid for a program which allowed him to get an education, not needing too much since he had learned some things from his father. When he was eighteen, the U.S. Navy accepted his enlistment.
Military Life (2007-Present Day): Stone was a force of nature in boot camp, since he had prior training thanks to his father. He surpassed his fellow Seamen and thus he spent most of his time studying for his college degree so he could become a Corpsman. When his boot camp was over, he did the training to be a Corpsman. He spent some time on U.S. Naval ships as a Corpsman before making the switch to becoming a Fleet Marine Force (FMF) Corpsman and going to Field Medical School and FMF training.
Once he was a FMF Corpsman, he got his old battle scars. During his earlier years, he used to think he was expendable because he had no family, unlike the majority of his fellow soldiers. So he dove in front of the other soldiers, taking what would be their injuries. Most of his medical expertise during those years came from patching himself up mid-battle. He went to therapy and stopped diving in front of bullets, but he was still cold and stoic, which is why he gets bounced around from Marine squad to Marine squad.
He is currently being lent to the SAS Task Force 141, as a gesture of goodwill between the U.S. and the UK. He is the 141's field medic and due to his rank of being Chief Hospital Corpsman, he also helps run the base's hospital.
