Start a liquid diet tomorrow 2 protein shakes a day nothing else but water.
In other news I was scheduled for weight loss surgery 02/16/21 but cancelled it, I just didn’t think it was the right path for me.
So now it’s back to trying to lose the weight on my own again. I have a plan for rapid weight loss which should let me fly out of certain number brackets.
Foods on the menu
80 oz of water daily
Breakfast:
Boiled eggs
Canadian bacon
Oatmeal
Fruit ( 🍎, 🍇, 🍌)
Yogurt (carbmaster)
Sugarless cereal (Cheerios, Kix, Wheaties, Rice Crispies etc.)
Protein shake
Lunch:
Protein shake
Rice cakes
Jello
Salad
Tuna
Noodles
Dinner:
Noodles
Chicken (boneless skinless)
Fish
Wrap (tuna, chicken)
Veggies (broccoli, corn, cauliflower, carrots, baked potato)
Veggie burger/substitute
Beans (black, pinto, green)
Protein shake
This is after the liquid diet which is a minimum of 1 week but up to three.
Seems solid

Me and my dog, who could also spare to lose a few pounds (who am I kidding he's perfect) went on our first walk in a while today! I found a really good route to walk, that's just the perfect distance and amount of hills to push me without me feeling like I'm dying. Luckily it wasn't as hot out today as usual, only 80 degrees when we were out, which for July in Alabama is cool. Both of us were huffing and puffing when we got home, and couldn't do much but lay down for a while, but it felt great. Now the trick is to keep this up every day.

Today has been mentally taxing. At work I got told I wasn’t needed on a project than I was told I was going to be needed on. Then I was also told I was being reassigned to this fucking asshole of a supervisor.
Welp, I started sobbing and saying I would go to the site manager because me and that Sup don’t mesh well. So I got assigned to a less assholish supervisor. It’s just been a rollercoaster and a shit show at work.
But I ate turkey sausage for breakfast. Apples and peanut butter for a snack. And I had this chicken fried rice bowl for lunch and pepperoni for my afternoon snack.
Then I walked almost a mile and I am exhausted. I don’t want to cook. I want to order food.
Tomorrow is our team outing at work and we are going to bowling and the supervisor is ordering pizza and wings and pot stickers and mozzerella sticks. I might sample the wares but I am definitely not gonna stuff myself. I’ll bring plenty of filling snacks so I won’t want to over indulge.
Me and my mom are making Christmas treats on Thursday, so gotta not indulge in those either. This time of year is just one trap after another. It’s annoying.
Another day down. I am ready for bed.
