Memory’s of the Moon

Pearl: one of the latest addition to Evo, yet also one of the last to leave.

Pearl is a Moon Goddess or more accurately she was, however when she was brought to Evo the Watchers suppressed the memory’s of her past life and trapped her in a mortal body to ensure she couldn’t appose them.

In the past her mortal form is a moth hybrid, however in the present her mortal form is an avian.

Due to her undiscovered divinity she has a Goddess form that is unaffected by time and space, meaning she can vaguely remember the previous timeline after every reset.

The more resets that happen the more vividly she remembers and the more she risks prematurely discovering her true form.

Her dynamics are mostly the same as they are in the original timeline, when it comes to Mumbo however he knows he has to be careful around her. He is her friend In the future, but he can’t act like it too soon so he wont raise suspicion during the timelines where he try’s to hide the fact he’s from the future.

The main difference come in later timelines, when she starts to remember more clearly things that never happened. Salem is usually the first person to catch onto the fact Mumbo is hiding something, but this just gives her more reason to suspect something is wrong.

So in later timelines Pearl, Big B and Salem form a secret alliance to try and figure out what’s going on.

Gods and Goddess:

In this AU Gods/Goddesses are less like how most major religions see them and more like the Deity’s from Egyptian mythology or even Norse mythology. They aren’t all seeing all powerful entity’s, they are powerful of course but can still be killed/depowered, they are also less the rulers of a domain and more so the manifestation of their domain with their power and influence reflecting the state of their true selves (for example when the ocean dried up in empires, leading to Lizzie forgetting who she was)

Also in the past Pearls Goddess form is pale and blue to resemble a new moon, but when she rediscovered herself in the original timeline at the end of empires her Goddess form changed to resemble a harvest moon.

Also, also Salem is a Pegasus hybrid that idea was inspired by @fallow-foot Salem design go look at their art it’s great.

Watcher Grian sketch bc I felt like drawing 2day yippee, coloring inspired by auroradiation_ on twt. I picked up tma again, and I started rewatching grian and the life series, we're back to 2023 fellas🔥🔥🔥

Slightly related note, I really enjoyed drawing this, sometimes a good inspiration and actually wanting to try something new and draw something you want to draw can help you become satisfied with the results. I'm a slow artist, but who cares, art that I draw in order to post something never satisfies me compared to when I actually do want to draw. So it's okay if you're a slow artist, it's okay if you feel unmotivated or lazy to draw, it's okay not to post all the time or keep up with trends. It's your art, it's your own creation, its for yourself and no one else.

Watching Grian’s EVO series for the first time and it is so amusing for three reasons

He keeps pranking and wreaking havoc on everyone else on the server but is literally the surprised pikachu meme every time someone pranks him back it’s like “well well well if it isn’t the consequences of my own actions”

I genuinely can’t tell if he simply Doesn’t Know common Minecraft techniques because he hadn’t played survival in like 500 years at that point, or if he actually invented/discovered said techniques because this series was like 6 years ago

So he’s just always been Like That, huh?

Also sometimes he curses and lectures the audience on their bad internet etiquette it’s very fun

guys i’ve started to dream about evo..

this hyperfixation isn’t going away ever probably

here’s the dream if anyone want to know

so it started off with me watching Grian streaming on hermitcraft

but instead of me on my computer or something, i just was grian (like i was seeing out his eyes and not on a screen, but i didn’t have any control and was still just apart of chat)

and instead of the scene looking like minecraft, it’s was like drawn, like a mix of @kitsuneisi on here’s art style and ezzriin on youtube’s art style

so basically how it started was grian was on hermitcraft flying somewhere and being very vague about where he was going

like it was clear he was doing lore, but he was just flying while talking to chat

then chat started to spam evo symbols, and saying this was related to evo somehow

and then Grian went like ‘guys this has nothing to do with evo, these are two entirely different servers and that was a long time ago’

and i remember thinking ‘thats crazy that he actually mentioned evo’

then grian flew right to the Grian empire/his main base for most of evo

then he was talking and it was as if he didn’t remember evo or the watchers that much

like he looked at the evo symbol and didn’t know what it was, or where the entire base had come from kinda stuff

but he was also like afraid, he didn’t stay long and left kinda in a rush

the he landed in a jungle temple that was like open at the top and inside was an end portal

and that’s when the perspective shifted

the i was no longer in chat and seeing his pov, i was like spectating him in 3rd person

and his skin had changed to his evo/link skin

he was like crouched over the portal looking on for a moment

then the perspective changed back to first person

and i heard the watchers say from the portal ‘you will always be one of us’ before a hand reached out of the portal and pulled grian into it

then i woke up lol

but yeah, i might think about evo too much

Made this sketch a month ago based off a screenshot I took while watching Grian's Minecraft Evo. To be honest, I traced a lot of the background, but I really enjoyed experimenting with the variations in grayscale, as well as figuring out the perspective lines for the Dirt Cheap tower.
