If you woke up tomorrow as your theriotype physically, assuming you could magically still communicate with everyone around you, what would you do with your life?

In this scenario you would be unbothered by humans beyond some basic explanation here and there, and perhaps some surprise at first, but you would quickly become ordinary to them after a short time. (No trouble from governments this way either)

Murdoc’s csa became public knowledge via interviews since the beginning in phase 1 and repeated later in rise of the ogre in phase 2. Now, obviously in the early 2000s, this wasn’t treated with any real gravity, because the perpetrator was a woman and also likely an old and (therefore) ‘ugly’ woman (dinnerlady stereotype) which is what would be the ‘bad mood’ thing about it; they don’t describe it as rape, etc. (May also potentially be a Lord Byron reference?) This like many things from early Gorillaz has aged poorly, or has taken on a completely different meaning and tone if still considered canon.

It seems like Noodle was exposed to some inappropriate details about the bands’ sex lives in some way, not purposefully straight up exposing her but they didn’t feel the need to shield her from anything, as far as I can tell, because they treated her like an adult since she was given an adult responsibility as guitarist.

SO, I have to wonder what the likelihood is of Noodle being told about Murdocs csa on the fly like someone would referencing anything else inappropriate. It’s either that or Noodle just recognised what happened on her own. I feel like there’s a big difference between either possibility.

Alternatively you could mentally rewrite canon and disregard how the csa is described as it’s poorly aged, which I think is totally fair to do. You might have your own explanation to make up for the outdated wording/ tone used.

Either way this in an upsetting thing to consider. Im interested in hearing your hc for how this is elaborated on for her.

I was always frustrated by how Willow's relationship with magic was addressed in seasons 6 and 7. Like, in s6 it was bad and an addiction. But then in s7, Giles said it was no longer an addiction, the magic was inside of her. What does that even mean? She was already very powerful before she absorbed the magic Giles was given. How does having even more magical power make it suddenly not an addiction?

Real question, y'all, because I would genuinely like an explanation.

Actually. Thinking about it because of my last reblog, but to people who get into romantic relationships (including demiro people and such): why do people make it so awkward when an unrequited crush happens?

I've seen people end really strong friendships over the other person having feelings, but if that happened to me I feel like I'd just... be flattered? And take it as a sign that the person really likes me, and be glad? Crushes are just a form of affection, isn't it kind of the same thing as a friend telling you "I really like you as a person"?

If you wanted a relationship with them, it means you like them a lot, but just because they don't return it, you... leave?? Even though you felt that close to them?? Can people not just enjoy the feeling of having a crush and treat it as a casual thing that's just there? Why is it such a big deal. Having a crush is a pretty pleasant feeling from what people say. Just enjoy the feeling. What's the problem here

Hi, I'm someone who recently started considering that I'm objectum (particularly plushum) and ficto. I had a general question for other objectum ppl, particularly those who are autistic and/or POSIC- even before you realized, did you ever come across a toy or object that was broken and/or slightly off, and feel so much pity and worry it wouldn't get picked that you got it? For example, as a kid I saw a doll at the store with one slightly wonky eye (hadn't been set right so it was sort of like a lazy eye) and worked myself into such a worry that I begged my mom for her. This question is particularly spurred by me finding an action figure of the TF2 Soldier (who i've recently developed a crush on) who's missing limbs and struggling to keep myself from buying him. </3

Having only lived in leased and owned properties, I do wonder how condos work. How much of maintenance is your own responsibility and decision? Can condo residents hang picture nails, install shelves, paint the walls, change the taps, redo the kitchen and bath, replace internal-recirculation filtering range hoods with external-ventilation range hoods, replace doors, replace HVAC, replace the roof?

It probably varies by condo, but, like, what's the baseline expectation?
