Thinking about my series of drawings where Vader raises the twins and what would their titles be and I just think that he would force everyone to adress them as prince and princess even if doesn't make sense for them to be so, but who is going to fight Vader about this?

Palpatine could, but he doesn't really want to argue with Vader about his kids, that's just a headache (besides, their fake titles aren't a big deal, just a minor annoyance), he allows that to slip, yeah whatever the imperial prince and princess, who also act like generals, but also like inquisitors, or pilots, or whatever they're in the mood to do (force knows they're trained on almost every skill).

Their rank is "Under the Emperor and Vader but above everyone else because they're Vader's brats" and their honorary is "I dare you to argue against their lack of rank or lack of papers to backup their skills"

They just flank Vader around and do their own thing as long as it doesn't infuriate Palpatine (and if it does, is Vader the one to cover them and pay for it , probably lol). But no, they're highly skilled agents of order and dangerous and good for the Empire's propaganda, so they stay on Palps' good side, mostly.

(they're double agents for the rebels, actually)

I actually have a drawing planned of why he calls them like that. And I need to draw it as soon as I get THE MOTIVATION.

I know we’re all wondering when, exactly, Thrawn picked up an entire reconstructed hallway from the Lothal Temple.

The theory I usually see is that Palpatine told him to do it so he could do the whole “tempt Ezra with his past family” thing, but I have a funnier idea.

Thrawn just did that.

He stopped by this cool, awesome temple they were excavating, got called away before he could really get to analyzing the whole thing, and was like, “You know what? Fine. But I’m taking this hallway. Clear out a cargo bay, list it as one of my art projects, this is mine now. Bye.”

Then the Temple sunk, and I’m sure Palpatine was very disappointed, but Thrawn - who needed to get back into his good graces, fast, after Treason - pointed out that he’d saved an entire hallway. Perhaps the Emperor would find that of use?

And the Emperor decided that actually, that was perfect. But he’s putting a squad of Royal Guards on it. It’s his now. Thanks, Thrawn, once again your weird art hobby is somehow useful, you strange, strange man.

Maybe this is just me, but I have very particular feelings on Rey being a Skywalker, bc yes, obviously she is a Skywalker and not a Palpatine (I'm not going to even touch that), but I feel like people need to acknowledge that she's not a Skywalker just bc she got Leia's and Luke's lightsabers. No. Rey is a Skywalker because both Luke and Leia met her for five minutes and immediately picked her over Kylo Ren as the family favorite. She literally is the girl that goes to her ex's family dinners bc they invite her and not him. She literally assumed his place as heir to the Skywalker legacy, and she is so funny for that. She is Rey Skywalker, and she will forever be one of the baddest bitches in the galaxy
