I was listening to So Much (For) Stardust and accidentally had too many thoughts in one sitting so we have another AU concept. I don't have a solid name yet so I've just been calling Team Supernova AU.
Long story short:
Ghetsis freezes over Unova's major cities, taking most survivors hostage to join Team Plasma, and leaving several thousands dead from the frost
Emmet, Elesa, and others try fending off the Plasma Frigate in Nimbasa but ultimately lose with injuries (Emmet got frozen on his right side)
Emmet takes as many survivors as he can into the tunnels, later joining other groups to his and forming Team Supernova in resistance to Team Plasma
Ingo went missing about a year prior to all of this, so Emmet has already spent a lot of time alone. The only pokemon he has left is Ingo's Chandelure, as the rest did not survive the invasion. He's generally very cold and shut off emotionally as a result, and doesn't really express himself like he used to.
I'll drop more details later, right now the AU in early concept stages so it's essentially a bundle of "what would this be like" and "what if this happened" and "this could be cool". If I have time I'll drop some of the other uniform designs later. Anyways have a good night, see ya.

The 2ds (XL) is truly a fantastic— and dare I say, the ideal— handheld console. That is, if you say fuck ninteno and hack it, of course. Which turns out is incredibly easy to do (even though I adhd stalled on it for a couple months ^^;)! It really makes me want to get into programming and making my own mods/roms (。・ω・。)
My only complaint would be the forum sites, which— similar to reddit— do contain lots of lovely and diverse individuals, but tends to attract the types of people you’d actively avoid :/
But for now I’m just going to be playing every game I missed out on as a kid. For free. Because I am a devious and unscrupulous menace to (corporate) society.

Hey so im assuming you know about boats right? Could you get a functional pc box set up on one to send pokemon off to land without docking? Hypothetically
there should be a special pc model for boats and ships that accepts a lower wattage! it's the kind you see on ships like the s.s. anne asjfghj. it's kinda small compared to your average pc you'd find in a center though, you kinda have to squat or sit down to be eye level with the screen lol.

Ayame Appreciation Post - Wednesday, 01.04.2023
Without a doubt, in my opinion, Ayame from Capcom's Power Stone (video game series) is my personal favorite, regardless if she's in the anime or video game releases.

It just now occurred to me that some of yall don't remember a time before touch screens
Like. The first popular touch screens I knew of were high end new-edition ipods and that was their defining trait. No buttons.
"But how do we use it without buttons?" Well. It has three buttons. Power and volume.
My whole class full of middle class kids had ipod nanos, ipod shuffles they got for Christmas. I had an MP3 player, and before that, a cassette player and a portable CD player.
The 'ipod touch' was goddamn crazy. Like, space-age shit.
I swear to god when I got one as a gift from a well-off relative it had no music, no games, I didn't know how to connect it to the internet, nothing, but the reality of a smooth screen that responded when you touched it like some kind of goddamn hologram, like a pocket mirror with color-changing cuttlefish skin that knew I was touching it, that I just spent a solid hour and a half in my room just swiping the screen back and forth.
And the idea that you could connect to the INTERNET on it?? And not the expensive shitty pixelated crap you paid $50 a minute for on your flip phone, but WHOLE WEBSITES? JUST LIKE ON A LAPTOP? Ooooooooooohmygod.
And it was small enough to hide under the covers with!! I could read after bedtime!!! Before that, I had a second-hand digital camera, and I'd take photos of my comic books during the day so I could read through them later on the tiny ass 2"x2" view screen. And before THAT, it was a bedside lamp I'd scramble to turn off if it sounded like someone was getting close to the stairs.
And after the ipod touch, card readers started getting touch screens. I didn't think I'd ever get used to being encouraged to smear my fingerprints on the glass.
And SMARTBOARDS? Hoooooooooooooooly shit.
Like. I'm not even old yet, and every so often I just suddenly remember that the world I knew at that age doesn't exist anymore.
And what's all this going to become?
Who knows

[Gaming] Mega Man Powered Up… Never Had Any Energy
If ever I felt like falling into a rabbit hole with no chance of escape…
… now, I absolutely can. Sadly… I think I'm the only person on the planet who actually cares about this. And I mean genuinely cares. Yeah, a very tiny handful of people were like "OMG yay", but beyond that? No one really cares…
In the year 2006…
In the year 2010…
