After the explosives that made Sabo lose his memory, he also started to have difficulties hearing and Dragon had to teach him ASL. He doesn't want to worry Luffy and Ace (he's alive. Shut up) when they meet again, so he doesn't say anything. But they start noticing he can't hear them well anymore and his fake smiles are too fake for his brothers not to notice it. So!!! Luffy tells Robin and Robin actually knows ASL?? And Marco does too, so Ace also has a teacher. Then, when they see each other again, Ace and Luffy start signing almost perfectly (almost. They're pretty clumsy and Sabo sometimes has a hard time trying to understand wtf they're trying to say). Sabo pretty much starts crying when this happens. Dumbass brothers that learned ASL for him. He loves them so much.

Everytime I see posts like this I get filled with such profound sadness

Cause you know who has the same brainrot as you? The same unhinged feelings as you after you've read the fic? The person who always wants to scream about the fic with you?

I never used to leave comments but since I got into the habit of commenting on everything i enjoy it's been incredible. Especially when the author gets back to me about it and we get to have a discussion of what other ideas they had. One writer replied to my comment with a 5 paragraph essay detailing the Floorplan of the building the characters lived in and it was incredible

Anyways this is all to say that if you find a fic that just makes you want to scream from the rooftops, leave a comment saying that to the author and maybe they will join you and you can scream incoherently together

gilbert baker designed his flag with the express purpose of it including every single queer person. baker was so dedicated to making sure his flag was inclusive that he added another stripe in 2017, lavender, to represent diversity. the concept that it’s for white gay men came around later and needs to be changed.

can we please go back to associating the original flag, and ideally the modern rainbow flag, with inherent inclusion of every single queer person? instead of deciding that the original wasn’t good enough? personalized flags are important for representing those who have typically been excluded from the queer community, but reclaiming the original flag as a symbol of inclusion is important too.

#i use the bi flag because it fits better with my icon colors. i would really like to have the original flag everywhere else but you just #can’t find it on anything including things made by independent queer creators #idk it just seems like an important piece of queer history that’s been twisted and lost and it makes me sad #sterling speaks

actually that ao3 post about calculating kudos-to-hits ratios to decide if a fic is worth reading has me so pissed off. someone put real time and energy into something they are SHARING WITH YOU FOR FREE on a site where you can quite literally filter and search by anything you want and you're STILL trying to find a foolproof method to find stuff that's "good enough to read"???

YOU ARE NOT THE TARGET AUDIENCE FOR EVERYTHING

you don't have to like or read everything in a given fandom or tag, but you also don't have to be a cunt about it and imply that it's not worth reading. this is the kind of shit that moves people to stop creating altogether, and to see people agreeing in the tags is so disheartening. absolutely unserious behavior.

Am I the only one who will be discouraged with interacting with any type of media if it has a picture made by AI with it??

Like I can love a concept and want to check it out but if I see it has been attached to a picture of AI by OP I just won't touch it. I won't check it out or even give it a chance even if I really want to!?!??

Am I the only one that feels like that??
