The Psychonauts have been interested in VCorp for a while, and have launched investigations into its secretive practices and use of Psitanium for research. However, these investigations have yielded few results. And now, the agents who've infiltrated the company are acting... odd.

Portia has tried to help the investigation at every turn, albeit under the radar for fear of losing her job. While she has her own theories on what VCorp is up to, she prefers to act on most of them in secret. Atlas used to help her, but the two had a falling-out, and now Atlas is one of the VR testing initiative's greatest participants.

So away from all the questions about your dick... What was your childhood like? We know virtually nothing about your last or background except about your late grandfather and late cousin.

My childhood was fine. I spent a lot of it in my father's garage as I was fascinated in his mechanic side job from a young age and soon started assisting him after he showed me the ropes and with my genius and skill I was excelling in no time. As I did with the rest of my education too, for it was a total breeze and I graduated early.

My father was often too busy with his business to be around much so he'd compensate me with money, so I had everything I could ask for in the material sense but it left more to be desired in the being-given-the-attention-I-deserve sense. Still, it was thanks to this that I was able to indulge in frequent trips to amusement parks and thus my love for those began.

From the moment I visited my first park, I was coming up with ideas for what I'd do if I made one and that's when the dream began. I was already sketching out brilliant ideas for attractions and rides and mapping out entire parks as a young lad! Carnivals and circuses followed suit for the same reasons. And when I got into science and developed an interest in robotics, those too.

Which then led to me spending more time alone in my father's garage using his parts and materials to make some of my miniature models of those ideas and eventually my very first life-size robot prototype. Well, I'd count it as one as it laid the groundwork but it was technically mostly an advanced RC at the time. Still, very impressive for my age from scratch.

I never cared to make friends with other kids. They were always far behind me in intelligence and skill and would quickly irritate me with their stupidity. Instead, I enjoyed scaring them with my creations! It was a real blast when I used to attach blades to my robot prototypes and steer them into other kids as they ran for their lives, hoho! And I had fun with my experiments with animals.

In terms of family it was mostly just my father and I, when he wasn't busy with work but that was almost all the time. At least I had all the money from him and access to his garage I could want. The only thing I could've asked for is far more of the attention, recognition, and praise for my genius and skill that I really deserved but everyone was more often occupied with talking about someone else, ugh.

We believe this policy has been very important to Israel, and we doubt that its incentives to test would have been sufficient to overcome its disincentives as long as the leadership perceived any substantial probability of unambiguous attribution to Israel. However, this consideration would not have ruled out the possibility of a clandestine test conducted in a remote ocean area. Indeed, of all the countries which might have been responsible for the 22 September event, Israel would probably have been the only one for which a clandestine approach would have been virtually its only option.

Removing access to U.S. weapons would limit Israel’s ability to enact such violence as occurred in May 2021.
