Okay since both @noctiscorvus and @peacockfeatherbookmarks have both asked me what gay size kink Isekai I'm talking about I might as well make a public post about it.
It's "The Titan's Bride" by ITZK, available uncensored from SevenSeas. I dragged @sadieb798 into this hell with me so she can attest that it is ABSOLUTELY a manga that will hit you real hard in the feels.
But essentially it's about a guy who is about to graduate high school when he ends up transported into a world of giants and furries, because he is the soulmate of the Titan King. Titan culture and magic is built upon love in all its forms, including sex, so it's super important for the King to find his soulmate but there's also a prophecy that says if he marries anyone from HIS realm, his kingdom will be destroyed.
So he uses up all his magic to summon his soulmate from another world. And to cut to the chase Vol 3 involves the human lad having to choose whether he stays in the Titan world, or returns to the Human world. At first he thinks he should choose the human world because he thinks he owes it to his dead mum to become a productive member of society. Because he has to prove that her sacrifices were worthwhile. But then her ghost comes to him and tells him she doesn't care about any of that, she died so that he could live and it doesn't matter WHERE that is! And then because he chooses to stay, the time line on earth tries to fix itself by having him die in the same accident. But that means all his friends forget about ever having met him AND I'M ONLY HUMAN OKAY?!
But also you know. It's errrr... the Titan King is definitely king of the titans for a reason. You know? I mean, I'm not gonna post any unsolicited dick picks but I think the back cover illustrations will give you a pretty decent idea
Also the world building is really great they go into detail on how Agriculture works and everything 👍

I’m not saying I’ve never done it before, but the “pssshhhhttt that’s not very realistic” arguments in entertainment are so annoying.
No crap. I don’t want to watch a movie about you waking up and scratching your butt and going to sit in your cubicle and coming home and watching The Office reruns while you eat Mexican takeout.
I want stories that are funny, insane, grand. Compelling. It doesn’t have to be “realistic” it just has to make you believe by its own magic. That’s what I want. There’s a reason the oldest stories that have survived time are epics

It took a couple of weeks of off-and-on work but four A5 pages later I finally finished copying out a letter that Harold Bride presented during the US inquiry
