there is reference to types of poetry that came into prominence in the Hindi poetic world .. to which Babuji expresses that he has been a part of several of these वाद -vaad .. an assertion, a point of view , a proposition , a theory .. because he has remained स्फुरित - sfurit .. disturbed and agitated .. life is not a 'vaad' वाद - an assertion , a point of view et al .. it is all this and more .. and he quotes a few lines from his poem Madhushala 'BulBul 'बुलबुल ...

" we have अनुराग anuraag - an attachment , an affection, love passion and devotion , with LIFE ..

we have an anger a vidroh विद्रोह - a revolt a rebellion towards LIFE ..

but how can they understand this, those that have a love or a desire to keeping it tied down within limited borders .. "

and a certain breathlessness enraps my sentiment and being .. a breathless feel of sudden closure .. it is a sinking feel .. I walk up to the reservoir that stores the aqua .. and in its chilling form gulp down a few morsels of it .. 'morsels' .. yes .. correctly perhaps used in the consumption of food .. but water be the food of life is it not ?

( uhh .. sounding a bit like those British English commentators, who end each observation with an 'isn't it, ain't it .. a seeking reassurance to themselves , so their comment may not be judged , or misjudged 🤣)

some more aqua went in .. a reassurance to my temperament ..🤣🤣

the late hours are beginning to suit the temperament of this Blogomaestra .. the night becomes longer at times and the slumber , subtle and finite .. provided of course the next day does not beckon one to work .. then it is a different story isn't it ?? 🤣

right then .. enough of self preservation .. may the elements take over .. they produced us , took us in their care , they shall destroy us and get rid of us too - LIFE ..

चांदनी का चिंतन

Thoughts , lot of thoughts , I sit here with various things going all around in my mind , I haven't been myself lately , I can sense it in my bones how things are going from worse to worst and yet I am not doing a single thing to stop it , I sit back and see my own life slipping from my hands....

I can see my hands shivering , my inside churning how my heartbeat sometimes drop so low , I am hardly breathing upon that I can feel a constant weight on my chest , I do not know if it's the weight of regret or the weight of my existence , but whatever it is , it is slowly eating me alive , it feels as if it is slowly taking me towards my end but no matter how hard I try , I can't control it.....

How hard it is to survive in a body constantly fighting to live but with a brain which always urges to die.....

I am losing interest in everything , listening to music was one such thing which always helped me but now it just doesn't matter if music is there or not....

I want to run away from everything , I just want to disappear , doesn't matter where I go but I can be anywhere instead of this world , instead of living a traumatic life it's better off dying a peaceful death , I feel lonely all the time , I have people who care for me but still it feels as if everyone around me is faking their concern....

Daily arguments , fights and this constant test which I have to pass in order to prove my worth , is something against which now I am losing my battle. I want to talk it out to someone but it just makes me feel like an attention seeker so I have no one who can understand me....

My mind plays tricks on me and i always believe my mind , I can feel pain in each pore of my existence and I do not know how to cope with this phase of life.....

क्या ये है एक छोटा लम्हा या बन गया है जीवन का अफ़साना कैसे समझें इस नादान दिल को न वो वक़्त रहा ना वो आलम वो भी एक दौर था जब हम भी कभी खुशियों की पर्चाई से घिरे थे अब तो घमों के साये में कहीं खो से गए हैं

I do not know where I am heading in life but "Day runs with a hope of one day life is gonna change" so let's not forget that and continue Hoping despite whatever life throws at us....

With the hope of this shall too pass

To the past me I am so proud of you....

To the future me I do not know where we are heading to , so let's just see what's up in life in the coming days....

okayyyy soo Kafka ko samjhne ke liye you will have to tap into your own life a little bit (this is what i feel.) read a little bit about him first before starting with his works. jaise ki. kafka had very bad relations with his father. he did everything for him but he was never good enough for his father. kafka wrote very intensely and he wrote about such dark realities of our society that people don't really talk about them.

about metamorphosis. okay soooo it's a pretty dark story. you can give it another try and iss baar na aese padhiye jaise aap ek aese insaan ke baare mein padh rhi jisne ek puri umar guzaar di apni family ke liye har cheez karne mein which disassociated him from everything else. personal life kuch bachi hi nhi.

iss se ek line yaad aayi Wajid Shaikh ki - एक उम्र गुजर गई घर के झगड़ो में, फिर दुनिया ने भी जीना मुश्किल कर दिया..

Well , Today I am feeling a bit different , a bit good , a bit relax , a bit understanding to myself .... But reason behind all this is a question , a question that I asked myself and will ask myself every time I do something and the question is quite simple .......

Are you actually real ??

Because ultimately it leads to answer to these questions

Are you doing this for yourself ?? Are your actions justifying your words ?? Are you doing this for people pleasing ?? Are you actually happy or just faking all this ?? Are you actually sad or faking all this ?? Are you actually feeling emotions ?? Are you actually feeling good ?? Are you actually being yourself to others ?? Are you actually doing so or it's just because of fear of judgement ?? And most importantly , Are you actually being yourself to you??

People are temporary maybe they are today but won't be tomorrow ..... But your true being will be for yourself till end of your life

So , stop being so stupid that you forget yourself .....

Just be real , be real to others and most importantly be real to yourself

And .. for the nostalgic days of Scout .. August 01 be World Scout Scarf Day .. and .. the Salute and greetings .. 🫡 .. ⚜️

... oh gosh those were the days at BHS, Allahabad .. and the scouting experiences with the troop and the visitor of the head of the Scouts from Australia and how he remembered the number of autographs he signed .. quite remarkable ..

and these 👆��� pictures of all rather grim looking scouts .. 🤣 .. even I find it difficult to recognise me .. though I still remember most of the others ..

strange is it not how you remember those early days and have problems remembering the recent meets ..

And the run in to work continues ..

.. the meets with some of the contestants a great learning and a moral social education .. coming from them is such a huge joy and a pride for us all .. how they survive their circumstances .. what the winnings mean for them .. what lessons they give to all that see our programme and the modest simplicity these exude ..

heartbreaking at times .. but then their resolve and grit gives us courage to keep going and appreciating and lauding their resolve to thrive .. and be a winner .. truly truly amazing ..

all set and kept in the thoughts of the game and its importance for the others ..

AND ..

this simple labour worker parent Father of the young contestant, who had never ever stepped out of his village .. seen planes flying above in the skies and describes with great pride how his daughter now selected to play the game has provided him the opportunity to be actually seated in a plane for the very first time .. and how he describes these aircrafts , in his own understanding :

He was saying :

हमने तो कभी सपने में भी नहीं सोचा था, की इस चील गाड़ी को कभी देख पायेंगे और उसपर बैठ पायेंगे !!!!

What an amazing description of an aeroplane in the simplicity of one that has only lived and worked as a labourer who does पुताई of homes and does not have one of his own ..

He is an ordinary labourer that paints home walls ..

I believe this description should be introduced in the Hindi Dictionary ..

The cheel - चील , the eagle .. that is all he can refer to as the flying object to relate it to a flying bird .. and the fact that he discovers, is that, it is a flying vehicle that carries people !!!`

You tend to smile at it at first .. but then it deepens in the heart and mind and its simplicity and the lack of the exactness due to the circumstances, just smacks you in the face .. !!!

ORIGINAL .. YES .. SIMPLE YES .. BUT DRIVEN BY THE INNOCENCE OF THE CIRCUMSTANCE

... and amongst all the life that goes on around you , this is what remains ..

On being asked by me , after the daughter had won a decent sizeable amount what she would do with the earnings .. she said :

"I want to give my Father a pair of shoes like you are wearing, the sneakers, because he walks to his work each day and he has an age old chappal - a sandal - that has worn out and she wants to make his feet comfortable when he has to walk to work, because his sandals have worn out and he has to manage with those torn ones .."

Another contestant did not bring her father as a Companion on the show , even though he was invited, because she said by coming he would lose the daily work day at his village and they survive on his daily earnings .. !!!!

You come back and .. just wonder .. and do in your own little way how their lives could be improved ..
