ok guys i dont wanna be a hater but im gonna be 100% honest i didnt rlly like the nimona movie 😭 I MEAN IT WAS FUN. it was nice. but i feel like it was missing everything that made me like the original graphic novel and honestly by the last like 30 minutes i was kind of just waiting for it to be over so i could read the book again 😭 NO HATE TO ANYONE WHO RLLY LIKED IT believe me when i say i dont think it is bad or anything. but i feel like just sooooo much was changed that it didnt feel like nimona at all to me. idk how to explain it, im sure once i reread the book i’ll be able to put it into words since the original will be more fresh in my mind. i think it was good but as someone who was literally obsessed w the og graphic novel it was honestly kinda disappointing. but i dont rlly care honestly its still rlly cool it got a movie!! 

but in my mind at least it proves that some things dont need to be made into a movie. ppl act like movies are the best form a piece of media can take and if something gets made into a movie then that’d be the peak form of it. but i honestly think nimona works wayyyyyy better in its original graphic novel form. most of the early stuff is way more slice of life lowkey stuff that lets you get attached to ballister and nimona as characters and get invested in their relationship w each other, BEFORE all the angsty final act stuff happens. also there honestly was just a ton of stuff that felt to me like it worked better in the original, like jousting tournament thing instead of the knighting ceremony, nimona being captured and being forced to turn into her “true” form rather than this new version with it just sort of happening bcuz of Emotions, etc. also the movie suffered from a lot of pacing and tone issues imo but the former i think is just from that lack of the slow buildup of their friendship, and the latter is something that i think just worked better in the book. idk again I’LL BE ABLE TO SAY THIS STUFF MORE CONCRETELY WHEN I ACTUALLY REREAD THE BOOK but i dont remember there being so much jokes and goofy shit DURING serious scenes. like iirc in the original during serious scenes it was SERIOUS. but in the movie theres so many unnecessary unfunny jokes and stuff. idk IDK i probably just had too high expectations idk. anyways

-Annabeth knowing Percy is still alive when even Grover HIS PROTECTER wasn’t sure

- The fates were so cool to see. It was funny seeing just three old ladies in the mix of all the other people

- Percy being in shock the entire first part of the quest and now finally asking the important questions and feeling a tad overwhelmed. Such a realistic, delayed reaction to everything to has happened

- Ares. Not what I imagined, but bought into him eventually. It was a cool take on his character

- Not their heads popping up from behind that cement thing like whack-a-moles. Especially Annabeth

- Persassy and Sassabeth were not having it with Ares’ shit. Sassabeth came out of the gate swinging

Your eyes connected with Ony somehow you were both matching in some odd way, both wearing red. You were here to chill, turn up hang with friends and not beef with Ony. You did the mature thing and greeted him. Everyone around you looked a bit shook. You disregarded their reactions and took the blunt hanging from Ony's mouth and took a toke and handed it back to him.

He just stood there staring at you then he smirked. Annie walked into the fold and wrapped her hand around Ony's waist. You were seeing red. Before Ony rolled up Mikasa told you that Annie isn't to be trusted and she a messy ass hoe. You watched Ony glare down at Annie mouthing "WTF are you on". Your mind was running wild. Why is Annie all up on Ony like that? Are they fuckin'. You glanced at Mikasa who was already making her way over to Annie. Eren tried to pull her back, but she pulled away.

"Annie, really. You really trying to move to Ony after you fucked Y/N over." Mikasa was all up in Annie's face pointing her manicured nail at her temple. Before things escalated, Ony sighed and walked off knowing he didn't want to get mixed up in anymore drama.

At the same time, you were trying to understand what Mikasa meant by when she said Annie fucked you over for Ony. Mikasa slapped Annie across the face and they both immediately started scrappin'. Mikasa was beating the brakes and lights out of Annie.

Armin and Eren eventually pulled Mikasa off of Annie but not before they made sure Annie got her ass beat a lil. You questioned Mikasa on why did she jump Annie like that. You were calling her messy and all kinda nonsense then, Mikasa dropped the bomb she heard. "I'm messy, gurl that bitch Annie went to Ony knowing you weren't fucking around with your group partner to break you both up. Why cause she wanted Ony and you started dating him."

You stood there in shook. Your memory took you back to the first week of Uni were you both saw Ony and suddenly everything clicked. You wanted to swing on her immediately, but Mikasa already did that. You cussed Annie out, Annie looked like she didn't give one fuck about you cussing her out, so you jumped her ass. You stopped caring if Mikasa just jumped her. She deserved another beating for being disrespectful.

Annie was pretty strong; you knew that but the rage in you made you really go toe to toe with her. The fight only got separated because you tried to smash her head on the DJ booth. Connie pulled you away from her. Armin escorted Annie out the party while Eren, Sasha and Connie made sure you were okay checking you for bruising and other stuff.

Mikasa and Sasha took you to the upstairs bathroom to help you freshen up after the fight. Mikasa told you what she overheard from Ony's conversation with Annie in uni earlier. You always knew Annie was messy, but you didn't think she'd dog you for a man. You all let the bathroom and headed back to the group. Connie and Armin were choppin it rolling a fat ass blunt. You watched Eren leave the group saying he's gonna check on Ony.

Eren finally located Ony. He was sitting on top a semi short wall in back yard of Armin's yard, eyes low with the usual tint of red in them. Eren strolled over, rolling a joint in his hand, hopped up on the wall sitting next to Ony. Ony glanced at Eren from the corner of his eyes and said "Go keep Y/N company. I'm sure Mikasa spilled what Annie did. I'm good out here man."

Eren ignored Ony's words in favor of lighting the joint and passing it to Ony. Ony shook his head saying "I'm good man. Think imma head home. Tell Armin, thanks for the invite."

Ony hopped off the wall strolling back inside to go grab a water to sober up. He bumped into you. You looked a bit distressed. He knew you were taking the news badly. He wanted to comfort you, but he knows he was still part of the reason you were hurting. Ony tried to walk right pass you, but you pulled him back.

He turned,looked down at you, he sees you looking up at him with a look in your eyes begging him to stay. He knew he would regret it if he did something dumb by the end of the party but he decided to stick around.

You heard the bass thumping of Childish Gambino's song LES while you made out with Ony in the bathroom. You were leaning against the bathroom sink, arms wrapped up around Ony's neck, one of Ony's hand is wrapped around your waist the other gripping your jaw.

You really missed this but a part of you knew this wasn't right. You pulled away from him looking up into his eyes. It was low and red. He was faded, he was staring at you with so much emotion but also some desperation. "I just can't" you looked into his eyes saying. Ony pulled you closer against him, leaning closer to your ear saying, "Nobody else matters Y/N. Tell me what I can do to make you stay."

You stared at Ony, knowing you shouldn't have kissed him and started all this. It was wrong of you to do this to him. You were acting reckless. "I don't think we should continue this Ony. I'm sorry." You placed your hands against his chest to attempt to push him away so you can leave. Ony grabs both your hands in his, staring into your eyes. His eyes were getting glassy. "Stay with me please, Y/N. Please I'm sorry for sleeping with Annie, for causing you so much pain and heartache. I'm sorry I didn't express how badly us drifting apart hurt me. I'm sorry for everything y/n."

You waited so long to hear these words from him, but it felt late, right but late. You felt like you weren't sure if you both would ever come back from this. You pulled your hands from his and started walking away from him to exit the bathroom. You heard Ony blurt out behind your head, "Don’t you understand how much it would hurt me to see you go again. Why? Why are you running away from us?” Ony was up on you pushing the bathroom door closed again.

“I love you. And that’s why I have to leave.” You said to him attempting to leave the bathroom again “Well, I love you too and that’s why you have to stay.” you sighed, "Goodbye Ony. I hope you take better care of yourself." You left Ony standing in the bathroom alone.

Ony took a minute before he left the bathroom looking around the party for you. He ran into the Connie and Eren choppin playing pool and smoking.

Ony asked them both if they saw you. Connie responded "Yah she left with Sasha and Mikasa. She didn't look...wait what happened?" Ony relayed what just happened back to them both.

Eren sighed saying "Ony cause you're my bro and I love you man but you gotta drop it. it's gonna just turn toxic between you two." Ony felt his heart break again, this time worse than before. He really lost the one person he truly loved.

I don't think he expected to see another Dendro user in the area, much less one with an unfamiliar face. He makes it his business to know everybody in the harbour in case they require his services.

He had a lot of reservations when he first met you.

When Morax decided to live as Zhongli he knew that there would be things he would have to grow accustomed to as a human but also lots of things to learn.

When he first met you he didn't think he'd learn about love.

Maybe one day he'll be able to disclose the other half of his secret but for now he was more than content to know that you two were going to be spending a lot more time than initially thought.

Cryo users aren't exactly rare so that wasn't what caught Kaeya's eye.

Instead, it was the fact that you pushed him out of the way when a hillichurl came barrelling towards him so fast he barely registered it.

The cold blast of ice against his skin made him think somehow he triggered his own powers without thinking until he heard the clinking of your vision against your clothes.

From there on he decided that he'd have to return the favour, deciding the best way to do that would be training with your visions.

Paradoxically, the chill of both your cryo visions does nothing to abate the warming of your bodies as you find some sort of rhythm while sparring together.

In fact, it only serves to make you both warmer when he pins you down underneath him. His cold hands hold your wrists in place over your head with a cocky, albeit out-of-breath smirk as he tries to think up what he wants to ask of you for his prize.

It was a normal day in Alexandria, people were going about their business, kids were playing in their yards and such. Carl was over with Judith, just talking to you as you prepped some meat Daryl brought home on s hunt.

"Does Daryl just leave his things wherever?" Carl asks holding the hunting knife. "Yeah. He's gotten better at it but it's Daryl." You smile. You've lived with Daryl since your group first arrived. You've always had feelings towards him and you'd take a bullet for him.

"What's me?" Daryl walks in the door. "Leaving your stuff everywhere." You look to him. "Oh well." He sits next to Carl, watching you. Conversation went on as normal when there were sudden screams and yells. This caught all of your attention and you immediately grabbed the gun and knife on top of your fridge. Daryl held his crossbow and the two of you looked out the door to see people climbing the wall with knives and guns, breaking into people's houses.

"Shit. Carl take Judith and hide in the back of the closet in my room. Daryl windows." He nods and immediately closes blinds as you close the door and lock it. You follow Carl upstairs making sure Daryl was close by.

Your closer was fairly big so you were all able to fit easily. Carl had his gun cocked and was making sure Judith was well hidden, if someone opened the closet door, you wouldn't see her. You could hear the screams of others. "Alright I'm goin out there." Daryl opens the closet door. "Daryl! Carl stay here." You follow him out, but both of you aren't able to make it out of the room before you hear the window downstairs break.

Daryl holds his hand to his lips signaling to be quiet. from what it sounds there are two people talking. one of them tells the other to look upstairs while they search downstairs. Daryl signals for you to move behind the door as he stands by out of sight, so when someone walks in the both of you could attack.

you hear the footsteps of the stairs searching other rooms. your room was the last on the hall so anxiety built further up as they got closer. A girl walks in and Daryl moves forward his crossbow held up ready to shoot. You cock your gun, a slight movement of your finger and she'd be dead. "Who are ya? Why are ya here?" Daryl asks the question, threatening to shoot when not answered. "Please. I'm being forced to be here. You can tie me up and put me in that closet but please, don't let the man downstairs hurt me." She's crying at this point. Part of you wanted to believe her, but the apocalypse you knew better.

"Tie her up. He has a gun he'll keep 'er in check." Daryl lowers his crossbow. "I'll deal with him." Your shocked at his response as he walks downstairs. "Im just gonna use a peice of cloth, the boy in there has a gun, so dont fuck up." you put her in the closet, giving Carl a brief explanation of what's happening.

You follow downstairs and see the body on the floor. Must've been the guy she was talking about. You run outside, shooting who you can. Your eyes land on Daryl, his crossbow was flung off on the ground and he was busy fighting with a guy. There was another man on the ground behind Daryl.

This must've been another person who attacked Daryl, but Daryl didn't notice the guy fumbling with a gun. Your heart sunk, your legs moving before you could even think. "Daryl!" You yell out as soon as Daryl gets his guy to the ground. you move in front of him as a gun shot sounds.

Your hand flys to your abdomen as you stumble back, Daryl turning around immediately. "y/n!" You feel him hold you, one hand checking where your wound is, the other trying to keep you up. The wound was bleeding profusely, and Daryl's mind was racing. Tears beaded his eyes. "Damn you. You stupid son of a bitch." He picks you up and rushes to the infirmary, hoping someone, anyone was there.

The last thing you remember is Daryl setting you on a bed. It was then you blacked out.

"He hasn't left her side since. I mean i had to force him just to go take a shower and try to calm his nerves." You hear Carol's voice. "He's out on a hunt right? It might help him calm his mind." That was Michonne.

You attempt to sit up, catching the attention of the two. "Oh my god." Carol rushes to your side, helping you. "What happened?" Your memory was a bit foggy. "Daryl says you took a bullet for him." Michonne says. You think for a moment. "I did. there was a guy behind him with a gun. Daryl could've died." You say.

"Y/n, You could have died. There was so much blood I'm surprised you're here talking to us." Carol smiles. "Y'know he never left you. He sat in here day and night. He'd talk to you, tell you stories. I've never seen him act like that with someone before." Michonne sighs.

"How long have a been out?" You ask, only thinking a couple days. "Two weeks. You lost a lot of blood." Carol says.

Suddenly the door opens. Your heart jumps at the sight of the man who turne the corner. "Hey." He freezes, the sound of your voice something he's missed for so long. "You're awake." He says. "Yeah." He quickly moves towards you, wrapping you in a hug, careful of your injury. "Wait what happened to the girl in the closet?" You ask once he pulls away.

"Her name is Maria, and she's still learning to be trusted but she helps around." He says. He steps back as you successfully attempt to stand up. You then pull him in to another hug, your arms around his neck, his around your waist. You move your hands to his face, bringing yours to his, connecting your lips.

You pull away, noticing a smile on his face. "Waited forever for that. Now get back 'n bed." You smile as he helps you sit back. "I owe Carl a candy bar." Michonne says. "What!" You laugh. "He made a bet." Michonne smiles.

Y/n groaned as she woke up, the teacher still yelling at the class to quiet down while she tried to get a peaceful nap. The girl hired a babysitter for the baby, while she and Riki were at school. “Y/n you free after school?” Sungchan asked with a bright smile as the girl smiled back at him “Y-” “No, she isn’t. I’m tutoring her afterschool. Remember y/n?” Riki cut her off as she groaned. “Maybe after tutoring,” she said as Sungchan shrugged, nodding before walking off. The girl smiled as Riki rolled his eyes at the duo.

Y/n was peacefully writing as Riki looked over her shoulder. The two are now home, stuck with each other yet again. Who knew a trouble maker like Riki actually got high grades in literature? Well y/n didn’t but now she does, she’s regretting her life decisions. “No no no, you got it all wrong again dumbass!” Riki said, flicking her forehead as she whined. “No, I can't do this anymore. I give up! I don’t care if I fail, I'm just not putting up with your bullshit I beg!” she yelled, sighing as she left the table. 

Riki snickered at her actions, maybe finding it somewhat cute. “I'm gonna go out” she said as the male frowned, turning to the baby. There was no way he was letting you go out with Sungchan. Never in a million years. He was manifesting in his head, for the baby to cry. It seems there was no need. You immediately slammed the door, rushing around to clean things away. “RIKI HIDE THE BABY QUICK- A-AND HIDE YOURSELF-” she exclaimed.

Lucky for her Sunoo had installed a hideout behind his closet, so she hid the baby there, safe, breathable, and no one will know.Riki blinked. Was Sunoo already back? No way, he’s literally in a completely different country taking pictures. “ARE YOU DEAF?! I SAID HIDE!” she screamed as Riki ran off to hide somewhere. Y/n nervously laughed as she opened the door. “Auntieee~” she called with a smile as the woman entered, her eyes scanning the room.

“Huh, you sure do make a lot of noise when you’re home alone, all the neighbors keep complaining you know?” The woman said, Riki frowned, wondering who it was, perhaps the landlord? “Well they always need gossip- and well you visit very rarely, they probably assumed that you will be strict with me or something-” Y/n shrugged as the woman walked in, examining the room. “Ugh- you still motorbike? Didn’t Sunoo ban that thing from you?” the woman asked as Y/n rolled her eyes.

“Of course- it’s your business… but why such a massive boy-ish leather jacket?... I mean no way that fits you-” he auntie said as Y/n scratched her scalp. “U-Uh- well I ordered it off of online- and baggy clothes are in right now you know?” y/n explained as Riki snickered a little. The woman frowned, as she put it on her. The poor girl tried not to visibly retch at the stench of Riki’s sweat. “Put it on I want to see!” she exclaimed.

Forcing a smile, she slipped on the jacket, Riki smirked, hearing the commotion, of course he knew how sweaty it was. “Wow… fashion these days is really uhm… interesting?” the woman said before walking deeper into the building. “Mens spray?... Sunoo doesn’t use thai brand-” the woman frowned “I-It’s a nice scent- y’know? I use it-” she explained as the woman blinked, frowning when she went upstairs.

 A pair of boxers, and one of Riki’s sweaters on her bed. “Boys clothes?... Y/n do you have something to tell me?” the woman asked. “Huh? Wha- no-” she blinked as her auntie sighed “Y’know, I’m a very hip auntie, if you’re transitioning you can tell me” “What?! No- no im a woman- this is just- just-” “Ahh I see… you had a friend over hmm? Fine I won’t tell Sunoo but I hope you’re staying safe. Your mother was pretty wild at your age, its why Sunoo exists now-” the woman said as Y/n sighed.

The woman then opened the wardrobe, her eyes meeting the very eyes of Riki. “Oh another door here? It seems you have a visitor y/n-” the woman said as Riki awkwardly waved. Then it clicked. She glanced at Riki who was in his comfortable clothes, and at Y/n then nodded. “I see I see… just uh- use protection kids? Stay safe, love is great but you should know to stay safe- living together isn’t always the best thing- but uh if you know what you’re doing then great!” the woman mumbled, clearly shocked as she left the building. 

Y/n started to run after her “AUNTIE IT’S NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE- HE’S JUST HELPINF- MHMHMH MHMHM HMHMH HMMMM!” Y/n yelled, her words getting cut off halfway by Riki’s palm pressing against her mouth “What are you doing idiot?!!!” Riki asked, annoyed. “I'M GOING TO TELL HER EVERYTHING- SHE THINKS SOMETHING WEIRD” Y/n said as Riki flicked her forehead “And ruin everything we worked for?! Idiot. Just let her assume, until we figure out what to do with your life and the baby, just shut up” Riki simply said as the girl sighed.

Y/n squinted, eyes adjusting to the bright lights that shone on her in the room she was in. Trying to move, they realized that their hands were restrained. Eyes widening, they started to struggle, panic flooding their body. Looking down frantically, they looked at the floor, crying when they saw their ankles were bound as well. A dark chuckle came from the corner of the room.

"Glad to see you're awake, Ms. Wayne..."

Y/n looked up, a tear rolling down their cheek. Her eyeliner was now slightly smudged, making her eyes look tired. The shiny silver dress they wore was gleaming under the light, one of the thin straps sliding down her shoulder. Y/n's eyes widened when they saw who was before her.

"O-Oh god..." Y/n gasped softly.

"Oh? You recognize me?"

Y/n nodded softly.

"Word on the street is that you're somewhat of a fan..." He grinned.

Y/n looked down towards the floor, hiding the embarrassment on their face. Edward leaned down, lifting their chin up with his finger. He smiled, seeing how nervous she was.

"I'll be honest, I never expected my biggest fan to be precious Y/n Wayne..." He smirked.

"How'd you figure it out? Have you been stalking me, Mr. Riddler?" She asked, faking a pout.

He widened his eyes, scoffing as he stood up straight. He crossed his arms over his chest. His chiseled jawline was accentuated from the single bright light in the dark room. Y/n swallowed a lump in her throat, nervous.

"Hm, maybe I have. But, then again, you'd know all about stalking. Wouldn't you, sunshine?" He tilted his head.

Y/n blushed, looking to the wall next to her. Edward chuckled, walking over to her. He stood tall in front of y/n, casting a shadow over them. Slowly, y/n looked back in front, eyes trailing up his body.

"I've had a few stalkers in the past. They're all dead." He stated.

Y/n's eyes widened, feeling her heart race. They whimpered as he grabbed his gun, placing it slowly against their head. He slipped his tongue out, subtly licking his bottom lip. Abruptly, he pulled his gun away, laughing.

"But, I like you. You're a spunky little thing, aren't you?" He asked.

Y/n nodded, heart still racing.

"Do you think I should let you out of those tight ropes, hm?"

Y/n nodded again.

"Mmm, I don't know. How do I know you aren't gonna try and run?" He teased.

'Used to be a beauty queen with simple acquisitions.'

'Met my local rock star now I'm havin' visions.'

He bent down again, squatting in front of her. His hair hung in his face, eyes peering through. That sinister sneer was plastered on his face. Everything was a game to this man, and y/n so desperately wanted to be apart of it. She wanted to win it and earn him as a prize. She looked into his eyes, taking a deep breath. Leaning forward, y/n pressed her lips up against his own. The cherry flavored lip-gloss they had on smeared on his mouth. The scent filled his nose. Holstering his gun in his holster on the side of his hip, he grabbed the back of their head. His hand gripped at her hair, pushing them deeper into the kiss. Y/n moaned in his mouth, his tongue pushing inside of her mouth, muffling it. When the two of them finally pulled away, a string of saliva linked their mouths, breaking after a few seconds. Edward has a subtle glossy red tint to his lips, flicking his tongue over it, tasting the flavor of her lip gloss. A sickly smirk tugged at the corner of his mouth. Y/n imagined that mouth working magic between her legs.

"Oh, we're gonna have a lot of fun you and I. Are you willing to roll with a criminal, cherry?" He winked, naming her after their lips.

"Only if you can handle me..."

Time had passed after that interaction. Y/n had officially left Wayne manor, following Edward everywhere he went. It was all over the newspapers.

But neither of them cared. The both of them had fallen for each other hard. Y/n was like his little groupie that followed him everywhere. Except, in this case, the groupie got more than fucking in the relationship. In this relationship, they actually greatly cared for one another. Both of them were obsessed with each other, not standing to be separated from the other. This was evident in their desire to show their love for each other whenever they could. They did all the sexual things in the bedroom...or shower. But, sometimes they just couldn't keep their hands off each other when it came to PDA.

Edward grabbed y/n by their thighs, slamming her against the wall behind them. The bright flashing lights of the club made the setting more erotic. Music blared as Edward leaned down, hastily kissing on their neck. Y/n wrapped their arms around his neck, moaning as she did so.

"You like that?" He mumbled against their ear.

"Mmm..." She moaned.

A man, most likely the person in charge of the club approached them.

"Hey, you guys need to do that somewhere el-"

Not looking away from y/n, Edward pulled out his gun in one swift movement. He propped y/n up against the wall with his knee. The guy walked away slowly, not saying another word.

"Mmm, I like when you do that..." Y/n giggled.

"Yeah? Why don't I take you to the car and show you what else I can do..."

Y/n moaned loudly, back against the car door as Edward took her clothes of. The two of them were in their car, clothes scattered wherever, and lust in their eyes. Ed groaned as he grabbed y/n by the waist, pulling her on top of his lap. Y/n watched as he looked at her through his glasses. His grown out hair falling in his face, black eyeliner smudged around his eyes. Y/n had practically begged him to start wearing eyeliner, and he finally gave in. And damn, was she happy. Edward thrusted up into her, y/n crying out as she leaned forward and bit down on his shoulder. He grunted as he continued to fuck up into her.

'You're playing your guitar and it's turnin' me on.'

'You got your eyeliner, long hair, walkin' around like you don't care.'

'You got me in the back of your car like a star.'

'Is it wrong?'

'If it's wrong I don't wanna be right.'

"Oh god, Edward!" Y/n moaned.

Maintaining his pace, he leaned forward, pulling her close to his chest. He placed a kiss against her lips, whimpering occasionally from the sensation of himself inside her. Y/n held onto his shoulders tightly, afraid if she let go she might lose him. She never wanted him to leave. And he never wanted her to leave.

'I get so systematic in this kind of situation.'

"I love you so much, Edward..." Y/n moaned against his lips.

Edward pulled away, holding her face in his hands. The car shook as he continued to fuck her. People walking by were sure to know what was going on. He moaned, looking into her eyes as he did so. His eyes were dark and glazed over, sweat dripping down his forehead.

"Fuck, I love you too, y/n..." He whimpered.

'A funny little thing about love is that you're blind all the time.'

'And even when you think you had enough.'

'You're wanting more, it isn't right but.'

Edward was being honest. And so was y/n. The two had a lust for each other that they chased constantly. They needed each other's bodies like they needed air. But, their love for each other was far stronger than that. He had never loved someone as much as he loved y/n. The two of them never wanted to leave the other. And, even though the two of them knew it was wrong for them to love each other, they turned a blind eye to that fact. Blinded by their love.

You notice Hobie going quiet after awhile of talking. "What is it, Hobes?" You look up at your friend, who's currently skipping class while you have a free period. "Nothin', nothin', just thinking about this person who's really awesome, ya know?" Hobie says while looking up at the sky. "Oh really?" This intrigued you. You leaned closer. "Who is it? Is it Jessica from your parallel class? Or no! Is it Mandy???" "Woah woah woah, it’s not Mandy, she’s cool and all, but… I like people with a little bit more spice if you know what I’m sayin'?"

You lean back. "Huh.." You also looked up at the sky. "So, who is it?" "You wanna know so bad, don’t you?" He asks teasingly. "Well duh. Or else I wouldn’t be asking." Hobie laughs "The person is you, duh." You shove his shoulder lightly with a laugh. "Hobert Brown! You charmer!!" He laughs "Well it’s true, I like you."

"Nuh-uh," you slap his shoulder with a grin. He chuckles, then gently holds your hand. "Uh-huh" "Sorry man, I don’t like cockneys." You joked and removed your hand from his. He stops for a second before laughing. "Oi, you takin' the piss out of me accent mate?" "Might be a little bit." He laughs again. "Well, you better shut your gob because I’m sure your accent ain’t any better." "Oi! My accent's pretty normal for a Brit! You’re literally a cockney mate." He snorts. "And you ain’t?!" "How you gonna criticize my accent when yours is just awful?" Hobie asks with a smirk. "No way! mine is way more sophisticated! You've been livin' in east England forever." "Sophisticated? My foot! You sound like a bloody tea merchant, ya bloody twat." You were baffled. "A tea merchant?!" Hobie could swear that an imaginary tear fell from your eye when you closed them with a pained smile. "God damn it." You clenched your fist in a meme way. Hobie laughs, "Why the sour face, ya can’t 'andle the truth?" You opened your eyes and wiped an imaginary tear away again. "A tea merchant? That's foul Hobes… real foul." After a few seconds, Hobie burst out laughing, "I’m sorry, I’m sorry, but if the shoe fits." "It doesn't! the shoe is way, way, way too big!" You shake his shoulders.

He calms down but is still visibly laughing at the situation so much that it took a few tries to get the words out. "Tea merchant, bloody fantastic." You let out an exaggerated and dramatic cry when he praised his own joke. "Im quitting school. That's my true calling apparently. Got the accent n everything." “Well if you need help with getting your business off the ground I would be happy to help! You’ll get to the top, I’m sure” he says with a grin and a wink. "Nah, even us tea merchants don't like cockneys." "Ah, my heart!" He says, before bursting into laughter again. "That was brutal y/n, real brutal." He says while holding his chest and wheezing. "Now you've got the salad." You respond. "Don’t take this the wrong way, but what the hell does that mean." He says, his laughter still lingering. You shrug. "Dunno. Some German proverb I saw translated on the internet." "You really are an enigma sometimes y/n." You shrug again. "Enigma shmegigma, who cares?" "That’s true, I guess," Hobie says with a smile as he looks up at the sky. "Well y/n, you’ve managed to confuse me yet again, you wanna go do something or something?"
