Waitrose - Apple and Cinnamon Hot Cross Buns

Not shy with the apple but lacking in cinnamon. I’ve said this a lot this season so it’s not a surprise any more when it’s hard to detect.

Loads of fruit and sweet apple chunks. Very moist without being too doughy. There’s enough moisture to make them perfect for the toaster or grill.

me and my best friend at the time (we dont talk anymore) used to walk to and from high school together every day. we always walked past a waitrose on the way, because it was just. on the route to school

anyway one day i saw this meme on like instagram or something and showed it to my friend and we both thought it was hilarious so every single day when we would walk past the waitrose we would say "Wait! Rose!" and then do the pose from the second image. with the hands on the hips and the silly face and everything lmao

thank you for reminding me of that it makes me laugh every time i think about it we did this twice a day every day for literally like. a year. we made this exact same stupid meme reference. because that is who we are as people and By God i will commit so hard to any bit you throw my way
