Weekly updates
Hi there hope y’ll safe... It’s almost mid of sec week.. and I just forgot to update my 1st week’s progress.. so here we go.. I told you that I’m going to learn hindi(speaking) & japaness(h&k) for this current month..
Hindi
First of all.. I want tell you this before.. I started listening hindi when I was in the age of 10. I can watch a movie or tv show without using engsub. My listenings and understandings with that language are good compareded to other language that I’m learning but still I have some problems with my pronunciation .. Even tho my brain can think in hindi but I can’t speak well in that language... I try to speak with my sis bcz she speaks hindi well.. and I completely when people speak me in hindi.. But still I’m learning it.. I never like to give it up I’ll keep on trying until I speak well...
I’m listening and speaking by watching a webseries called adulting. It’s one of my fav webseries and I love watching filtercopy(youtube channel)
Japaness
so japaness I started watching some japaness youtube channels and reading some articles about japaness people and culture last week. so I’ll learn hiragana this week or next week. And I’m also looking for some japaness classes online... That’s it for japaness progress
Arabic
I just started taking some online weekly classes for now and It seems to be enjoyable for me to attend those classes and it’s completely free for every one (If you’ve interested in that just let me know I’ll help you to attend there language class and it’s safe too. They’ve conducting weekly classes for arabic, japaness, hindi, korean, portuguese, german, chiness, italian, spanish, franch, turkish, russian &english. If you’ve interested in this coures just tell me in chat)

Week 3 Progress: To be very Frank, the process has not been as stable as I wanted it to be. I was on point with my diet on most days. But whenever I went off it was extremely off. Ex : I had a whopping 5000 calories on Diwali..😂 In these 3 weeks there were close to 6 days in which I fell off the wagon, because of plans with friends, Diwali and sometimes just cravings. But the best thing was, I knew I could recover from all these, if I come back to the process. This is just a reiteration of the fact I already knew. "A diet is only good for you if you can stick it" Also you do not need to be successful 100% of the time. Even if you are successful on 80 days out of 100, you will still make significant progress. On the other hand my strength training has been going really well. I'm following an abbreviated training program like suggested in the book Leangains by @martinberkhan In simple words I'm focusing on minimising my training to deliver optimal results. So now, I train only on 3 days in a week versus 6. The focus on this type of training is to make progress in the primary lifts like the squat, bench press and deadlift. Here's my progression on these lifts so far : Bench press progression : 55kgs * 8 reps to 60kgs * 8 reps Squats progression : 80 kgs * 10 reps to 97 kgs * 10 reps Deadlift progression : 80 kgs * 6 reps to 105 kgs * 6 reps Chin ups : 7.5 kgs * 8 reps to 15kgs * 7 reps Regarding weight loss. I started this challenge at 63.3 kgs 3 weeks back and now I've lost 1.9 kgs and reached 61.4 kgs. Lost a lot of lower belly fat, which I had given up on prior to this diet. Week 3 was almost no progress in terms of weight loss, However it's still a win because I was able to maintain the weight from week 2, while making strength gains. Also I would highly suggest reading " the Leangains method" by martin berkhan. This gave me a lot of perspective and information about weight loss and muscle gain. Check it out..!! Week summary 7/28
Last week was an ok week. Got in workouts 5 of the 7 days, including one where I did a little running again...and I absolutely hate running. Had at least 4 servings of veggies 6 of the days, and decided I need to start eating less red meat and more fish/seafood. This week going for 6 of 7 workout days, and 3 meals with fish/seafood instead of red meat. And lots more veggies...maybe even a vegetarian or vegan fish for dinners

Update the Ball
Hello everyone! :D
Remember when the last time I created a Roll a Ball game? So I decide to update it a little bit (and maybe more later). New map, more command, and now you can “Game Over” instead falling for eternity, yeay!
Here is the new map. I try to make some contours with shapes. A bit nice right? haha At least it’s better than just a 2x2 square arena like before right? You can see two grounds there, and connected with an uphill path, and also some obstacles.
Because of the maps, it’s a bit hard to explore the whole map (or easy enough if you’re a pro-gamer, who knows). Then jump and dash move are an option for you. It’s easy to make jump and dash move, especially jump move, because I accidentally make it when code for dash move. However, make it a smooth motion, it’s a bit struggle for me. I think you’ll still find some glitch on jump move, but I hope nothing wrong with the dash. You can see below, there will be a particle when we dash. An unnecessary upgrade, but make more fun :)
Another thing, you can die here, yeay. Not actually die, just a common game over. And you can restart the game after it.
Well, It’s a pain to achieve this step for a beginner like me. But when it works, I’m glad for experienced it. You can try the new update on the link below.

Little Arthur is getting bigger. I didn't really start "showing until about week 17 or 18...and even then that was still small and not very noticeable. Today I tried to put on my jacket and realized I couldn't zip up around the tummy area so I decided to take a photo and I definitely see a difference now!!! I was a little annoyed at first that I wasn't showing very much but read that taller people don't show as much at first because they have more room in the torso for the Baby to grow up instead of out so I guess Arthur is just taking up whatever space he has available at the time ;) Hopefully I'll start taking more photos each week to track progress now that there is a tummy to take photos of!!! :) Currently 22 weeks today and apparently the size of a coconut!! .. .. .. .. #pregnancy #firstpregnancy #weeklyprogress https://www.instagram.com/p/B7IZEe8jPpU/?igshid=5ggert982509

So proud of this! When I had my daughter in 2015 I'd gained over 6stone in her pregnancy and weighed over 23.5stone- could have been more but that's all my scales go up to! Granted I was pregnant at my highest but I remained there for a couple months after giving birth... I don't have pictures of my non pregnant at my absolute highest and now I regret it as I never thought I could achieve this! Finally, I Decide it
After trying several technologies, which are Phaser io, Android Studio and Unity, the most comfortable tools is Unity. I can learn to code easily with pages full of tutorials with easy-to-understand explanation, and I think it’s fun to work in 3D.
Phaser io seems like Construct, the difference is the way they serve the logic in the game. Phaser io use the code, while Construct is an engine, so no need for code, but you can use it instead. But, I can’t learn how to code with Construct. Even it can, but why I have to? They create Construct so we don’t have to programming to make a game. There is no need to learn how to code when we use Construct, but I want to learn it. So I’ll skip this one too. I need a combination of both, and I think Unity is what I’m looking for


Beside that, there is also Android Studio. Android Studio is another thing. Both of applications before are game making tools, but this one, we use it to make application, especially, mobile application. I can’t compare it, this one is different. However, it takes my attention. I used to work as layouter before, and look how Android Studio works, their UI, and what I we could create with it, maybe I’ll look further for this one too.
For further step, I imagine myself making some mobile application with an interactive character inside it. Maybe it isn’t a game, just a tool to help you in your daily life. It’s nice to help people with our tools I think. And look them smile while interacting with my character is an extra point for it.

Week Three:
Height: 5’4”
Weight: 135.6 lbs.
Weekly Change: -3 lbs.
Change Since Start: -8.4 lbs.
I am so happy with my results this week. I am shocked, also, because of how much junk I ate! I can only imagine what next week will be like if I completely stick to my healthy eating :) I still can't see progress even though I have reached my FIRST GOAL WEIGHT (yay yay yay!) but that's ok because my measurements are helping me believe the scale. I was thinking of doing a before and during shot when I reach my next goal weight(130 lbs.) so hopefully there will be more physical change. I already feel way more confident and super hot since losing this first 8 lbs. Thank you all for your daily inspiration and encouragement :)
