Homura: My first friend ever died fighting a giant monster and I sold my soul to go back in time to save her but every time I try and fail it makes it worse until she became a god and erased herself from existence.

Yuna: I was forced to fight monsters as a middle schooler and slowly lose all bodily functions as payment, and then my (girl)friend was erased from existence and I was forced to give up my life to save humanity.

Haruka: My mother had me and my twin sister from different fathers and our family stole us from them and abused me and forced my sister to be hateful to me or they’d kill me.

Nana: I trapped my friends in a time loop for 60+ years in fear they’d leave me only for that to be forcefully ripped from me.

Sora: My hero was turned into a monster and the only way to bring her back will likely kill her.
