★ beach bonfire: the group gathers around a cozy beach bonfire as the sun sets, sharing stories, jokes, and fond memories. Sidney brings her favorite mystery novel, and Randy tries to analyze the beach's surroundings, jokingly turning it into a crime scene investigation;

★ surfing lessons: Billy and Stu take on the roles of surfing instructors, eager to show off their skills to the rest of the group. Tatum and You are enthusiastic students, while Sidney and Randy prefer to watch from the shoreline, cheering everyone on;

★ sandcastle competition: the group splits into pairs for a friendly sandcastle building competition. Sidney and You team up, using creative tactics to build an impressive castle. Meanwhile, Billy and Stu try to outdo each other with the most daring and elaborate designs;

Blame it on the movies ! || Kurt Kunkle Scream AU

The Story: Kurt Kunkle is your average, everyday, friendly neighborhood 23 year old with no accomplishments, no talents, and no redeemable qualities. Sure, he’s ‘nice’. Polite, as much as he can be. But it’s always twinged with just a little bit of desperation, a little bit of ‘too much’ at all times. He’s desperate for attention, for someone to look at him. For someone to see him, not through him. But, he’s got a plan for that, you know? Sure, his parents never gave him the love he craved and he never had friends growing up... but hey, that’s okay! He’s got a phone, he’s got the internet, and he’s got the drive. He’s got the hunger for it - He can become famous! If he records himself every day, every second, and posts about his life and hops on all the latest trends he’ll get famous in no time right? Right? It’s been years, of course. He’s been doing this since he was a kid, begging for attention. He just doesn’t get it, what’s he doing wrong? Why can everyone else get famous but not him? Even the next door kid who’s only talent is screaming as he fucks up playing video games gets more views than him. But he’ll still try you know? He’s got to. He needs to and, hey, movie reviews are popular right? So he’ll just go see the newest Stab movie. He’s heard their good, at least, and he likes horror. So he goes to see it, sitting in a dark movie theater all alone while the endless stream of victims falls on screen. The credits roll. Based on the novels by Gale Weathers. And that’s when it hits him. Oh, that’s it. That’s right. These aren’t just made up stories! Well, for the most part. These are movies based on real life. And who doesn’t know Sidney Prescott? Who doesn’t know Ghostface - Or the ones who carried that title? Billy Loomis, of course. Stu Macher, the originals. It’s been years, but their name still holds so much weight. So much history.  So much fame. So he returns home and he runs to the internet, delving deep into Stab forums, blogs, video essays. He reads all the comments, all the opinions. He watches all the movies, even the shitty ones. He read the novels, front to back. He becomes obsessed. And it’s easy to see why these names are still known. Why Ghostface is more than just a cheap Halloween costume. People love a good horror story. So why not give them one?

The Motive:

Kurt wants fame. Simple as that. He wants the fame Ghostface has, he craves it. He needs it. He’s obsessed with the idea of Ghostface, of the weight and name and fear it carries. Of the attention it brings. He’s obsessed with the killers. But, there’s a small difference. Kurt knows the ending of every story. He’s read them all, you know. He knows the way they all end: Ghostface dies, in the end. Every single time they’ve been killed off, desperate to escape with their crimes. Desperate to pin the blame on someone else. But that’s not for Kurt, you know? He doesn’t want to be the lone survivor, he doesn’t want to be the poor little victim. He doesn’t care, you know? Kurt’s always been depressed. Suicidal. And you know, even the killers get remembered for how they’ve been slain. And Kurt doesn’t care if he lives. If he dies. And If he kills Sidney? If he kills Sam? Oh, that’s just a bonus. Something the other Ghostfaces could never do. Killing off the final girl? That’s never been done before. But you know what he really wants to do? He’s got a plan. The record for the most kills is, oh... 13? Oh, he needs to do better than that. Much better. He needs to kill 20, 25, 30. 50. He needs to kill more than any other Ghostface ever has, more than any ever could, just to get his name immortalized. Kurt doesn’t want to be the victim. Kurt wants to be Ghostface.

TL;DR: Kurt Kunkle is obsessed with attention, something mom and dad never gave him. So he tries to turn to the internet, he’s been doing this shit since he was a kid, but now he’s 23 and has nothing to show for it. But you know who does? Billy Loomis, 18 years old. Jill Roberts, 17. They became immortal, even in death, their name loved and loathed by all. And it’s always better to be hated than to never be known at all. So he gets obsessed with the murders and Ghostface and attempts to become the Ghostface. He has no issues killing, in fact he begins his spree by killing his own mother. Kurt, however, is slightly different from the others. Unlike his predecessors, Kurt Kunkle has no interest in becoming the victim, he has no interest in cunning schemes to pin it all on the final girl or someone she knows or some other bullshit side character. No, Kurt Kunkle only wants to be Ghostface. He doesn’t care if he lives or dies because he is, in fact, suicidal and knows that even if he dies, if he kills enough he’ll still be remembered. So he needs to kill, more and more, just to get his name out there. He’ll play Ghostface until he’s literally cornered and killed, unable to stab his way out of it.

9. An underrated movie

tempted to say Goncharov (1973) for the hell of it but in actuality i'd say metropolitan (1990) or the chosen (1981). both are older films that are a little bit gay and overall beautifully represent the meaningful significance of the Boy Best Friend. they're both about a LOT more but like that's their shared thing. the chosen specifically is a gorgeous film based on a novel by chaim potok about a friendship between a hasidic boy and a conservative (denomination) boy in new york at the end of wwii. i should rewatch it soon

i watched batman v. superman: dawn of justice for jesse eisenberg and jesse eisenberg alone. i actually watched a lot of movies for him during my eisenphase but the others (holy roller, vivarium, why stop now, the double) were like super good on their own. ESPECIALLY the double

S/O Bringing Flowers

Michael Myers

Michael will act unfazed whenever you hand him flowers. If it’s just a single flower you’ve picked, he’ll stick it in his pocket for safekeeping.

If you make him a flower crown he’s not going to put it on his head. The best way to get him to wear it is to set it on his head yourself. Michael may not be the one to put it on but he’s also not going to be the one to take it off.

Of course, he never really shows that the appreciates the sentiment, but he does. Michael enjoys the fact you bring him flowers and make him little things with them because it shows that you’re thinking about him, it proves you care.

Don’t be surprised if he starts bringing you little presents and trinkets as well. You bring him little gifts all of the time, he figures you’d appreciate it if he did the same for you!

Bo Sinclair

We can love him all we want, we all know he’s an asshole. So when you bring him flowers he’s going to tease you about it. Bo may even be slightly offended, flowers are for girls, not for men.

Really Bo just doesn’t know how to handle the fact your bringing him gifts. Don’t expect him to wear the flower crown you made but he’s definitely going to keep it because you made it for him.

Instead, he takes the flower crown from you and puts it on your head sometimes. When he does this, he has a tendency to call you princess.

If you find a small pile of wilted flowers in a poorly hidden spot, it’s best to not mention it. You worked hard to bring him those pretty little flowers, it would be a shame to just toss them out.

Vincent Sinclair

Absolutely adores it! Vincent probably knows how to press flowers and does so with the flowers you bring him pretty often so that he can keep them. Sometimes he’ll use the pressed flowers to make something for you.

He’s always okay with you placing a flower crown on top of his head. Eventually, he’ll reach the point where he just ignores Bo’s teasing. But, Vincent isn’t against you telling Bo off and it’s not like Bo will do anything to you as long as Vincent is around.

He’ll enjoy making flower crowns with you. Vincent also enjoys braiding flowers into your hair. They make you look like a cute little fairy. The flower crown just really tops it all off.

Encourages you to start a little garden by the house. He hates having you wander around in the woods all day looking for flowers. You could get hurt! If you’re going at least take Lester with you to make sure you come back safely.

Brahms Heelshire

A gift? For him? Brahms is absolutely thrilled that you bring him gifts and spend time making things for him.

Brahms has read a lot of old books, many of them are romance novels as well. So he immediately connects flowers with a declaration of your love for him. In other words, to Brahms it’s the equivalent of asking for your hand in marriage.

Call him a pretty boy after placing a flower crown on his head and you’ll get to see him blush. Brahms is a sucker for praise and will do just about anything if it means you’re complimenting or praising him in any way.

Also likes seeing you wear flowers. He may not know how to make flower crowns, but, when the two of you go on walks through the garden, he likes to tuck flowers behind your hair.

Thomas Hewitt

Thomas doesn’t really care about what you give him as a gift, it’s the thought that counts after all, but he can’t help but blush whenever you bring him flowers. It’s such an innocent and sweet gesture and he eats it up.

He learned to stop caring about others opinions a long time ago. But when the two men in his family make fun of him for accepting the flowers you bring him it upsets him.

Thomas won’t focus on being upset for long though. Especially not when you give him that bright smile and look at him with so much love and adoration.

Besides, you always call him cute/handsome when he bends down to let you put flowers on his head. He convinces himself that Hoyt and Monty just don’t know what they’re talking about.

Billy Loomis

Billy doesn’t know how to handle it. He tries to play it cool but inside he’s freaking out cause you just gave him a gift. So of course, his first instinct is to be rude and pretty much just an ass about it.

He’s a guy why would he want flowers? No he’s not putting your silly little flower crown on his head! But also at the same time, yes, please bring him more flowers, he love it. Please show him that you care, he will melt.

Takes is as a hint that you want flowers and so he starts bringing you small bouquets of flowers. What do you mean he didn’t have to? Isn’t this what you’ve been hinting about these past few weeks? No, Billy they’re just presents

Stu Macher

He’s a dork and he will proudly wear the flower crown you made him. If anyone tries to make fun of him for it, he’s not phased. Also, we all watched him bully Randy, he’ll make that person regret even thinking about making fun of you or him.

Will happily make flower crowns with you if you show him how to. Then the two of you can match!

Stu also likes picking random flowers for you so when you start to do the same it just becomes a little thing between the two of you to bring each other random flowers that you’ve found. Of course, you’ll still get fancy, overpriced bouquets from him every now and then.

Asa Emory

When you bring him a random flower you plucked off one of the neighbors bushes he tells you to throw it away. He’s a neat freak, he doesn’t want petals all over his house because it wilted after less than an hour.

Don’t try to put a flower crown on his head unless you have a death wish. Asa has a reputation to uphold after all, he’s not going to let it be ruined by some flowers.

Enjoys seeing you wear flower crowns though. Asa loves having a s/o who is more feminine and enjoys dressing up and wearing more “girly” things. Seeing you in a flower crown and a cute outfit? Sign him up.

If you add flowers to his bugs containers he just falls for you even more. Seeing you care for the bugs he’s interested in makes him happy. Plus, he does enjoy the way the flowers make their small enclosures look.

Jesse Cromeans

He will gladly take the flower from you and put it in the pocket of his suit. Would even let you pin it to his suit if he deems it worthy of touching the expensive material.

Won’t wear a flower crown but loves to see you wear them. They make you look like a princess so that’s what he will be calling you anytime you’re wearing one.

Of course, Jesse happily returns the sentiment and makes sending you flowers a frequent thing since you seem to enjoy them so much. This is something he does more often on business trips to remind you that he’s still thinking about you even though he’s gone.

As funny as that sounds, I'm pretty sure Michael doesn't understand marriage and its concept at all.

After all.. who'd marry you? A deranged serial killer and his spouse.. pretty difficult to find a priest for that kind of couple.

If anything, he'd propose to show that he cares. Michael isn't the best at showing emotions and a proposal would be his personal way of showing that he does adore you.

It would probably be nothing big though. He'd just hand you a stolen ring and then march off, leaving you alone with your confusion.

Are you ever getting married? Probably not but he'll wear a ring similar to yours if you'd like.

Vincent Sinclair

Oh, Vincent will try his hardest to be as romantic as he can be.

Dozen of candles, hundreds of roses, and he'll actually wear an old suit he found in Bo's wardrobe!

His brothers will be out of town, driven out by your big lover.

He'll make dinner for you. It might taste a little interesting, considering his below-average cooking skills, but hey the idea alone is so adorable.

After dinner, he'll sink down on one knee and you just freeze.

Stu will propose in his own way, to be frank, everything he does is done in his own way.

He'll be quite sweet actually, taking you out on a Ferris wheel to ask the question.

He's serious about the whole thing but he doesn't quite show it.

He makes it seem as if this whole thing does nothing to him so you can't see how nervous he is.

After you say yes he'll still act cool but the shake in his voice gives him away.

If you cry, he'll tease you for years so be careful.

Brahms Heelshire

The only idea Brahms has of proposal and marriage is from the books he's read. And those are either porn magazines or some old romance novels from way before our time.

He'll wear a suit. You don't even know where he got it from, it's astonishingly old.

There's no dinner or anything, Brahms can't cook and after all, that's your job.

He'll give you flowers though!

And his grandmother's proposal ring that he found somewhere in the mansion. He just can't buy his own so he has to improvise.

If you say yes he'll smile excitedly and jump into your arms. He's not getting off too, you have to carry him now.

Thomas will marry you pretty early into the relationship.

After all, his family is very religious and you know what they say, no sex before marriage kids. I doubt that Thomas will obey that rule but let's pretend-

Luda will help him with everything he needs, she'll even get Hoyt and Monty to leave the house with her for a night so you two have some privacy!

Thomas will be very nervous and you very confused. Thomas never stopped working unless it was something important.

You'll eat and have a nice time, you can finally spend some time with your lover and this time, not in the basement. He even takes his mask off, just for you.

After dinner he'll clear his throat and actually say the whole proposal out loud. This is important and Thomas doesn't want to ruin this just because he doesn't want to talk.

He could never ruin anything but he's insecure like that.

If you say yes he's going to grin brightly and just pick you up, spinning you around until he actually kisses you, once again feeling so grateful for you in his life.

Josef

Marriage isn't that important to him so he takes a while to even think about that idea.

Of course, a life filled with you is absolutely amazing in his opinion but he trusts that you won't leave him, with or without a promise binding you to him.

After a bit of thinking, he decides to do it just for the gesture.

He'll buy a ring that he thinks fits and then plan a nice dinner with a few candles, red wine, expensive food, all that shit.

Josef is an amazing cook so that food will be to die for.

After eating, he'll intertwine your hands with his and look into your eyes, quietly bringing up the whole idea of marriage.

If you seem interested and I mean positively interested, he'll pull out the ring, surprising you like always.

Say yes and Josef will get quite emotional, never did he think someone would actually marry him.

He might cry but one word about that and you'll get the silent treatment.

I can do all sorts of stuff like BDSM, Gorish, Non-Con.

What I might or not write, depending on the slasher:

Characters with disabilities/mental illness, mostly because I am not very familiar with them and I don't want to trigger/insult someone that might have them.

Characters with children, mostly because some characters I cannot picture as parents.
